The shower was not great. We had to ask numerous times for toilet paper and soap refills. The house cleaning was never consistent; one day it was early morning, then the next it was after 18:00.
The breakfast was sub-par. They should have more breakfast time items, rather than heavy dinner items on the menu.

Nice hotel near the beach. Super good breakfast!

I stayed 3 nights in hotel with my 3 children.
Staff was really friendly and helpful.
We had a cockroach problem in the first evening, and luckily we had chance to change the room.
Rooms were big and ok, little bit aged already. And the smell in the rooms were like cellar smell.
Breakfast was super good, many options for everyone. I liked the most fresh fruits and especially those omelets and fried eggs, whitch were made on front of me. Tasted so good!
Swimming area was also nice, and not so crowded.
We had nice stay!

Great for kids. The staff are absolutely fabulous with kids and the activities are fantastic. Kob, Wee and Champion thank you. The only downside is the cost of food and drinks. We travelled a few weeks in Thailand so we knew resort prices. Sorry but it was beyond a joke. Apart from that we had a great time and if you have kids it great

For the price the property and service were incredible. We could check in early and out a little late. It was walkable to the beach but through an area under construction currently. Heavily Russian tourist area. The rooms were spacious and fairly clean. Kids bedding was shabby and the fridge was not very cold but the “popsicle phone” by the pool and the slide made up for it! Was quiet and cool enough in the rooms. For the price I would definitely stay here again if I needed a short stay in Phuket.

This property was nothing like the pictures! False advertisement is illegal! The property was dirty, mold in the bathrooms, floors were stained and not well kept at all, old and rundown. Giant roaches were everywhere on the first floor and near the pool. Pool was disgusting. The pool slides were old and not in use. I walked into the room and thought I walked into the wrong room. There were rundown faded princes blankets on the couch. TV’s were on and the room had a connecting door that did not even lock properly. Very disappointed!! I did not stay I checked right out and they would not even refund me. I took my chances and headed to Patong to look for a room there. Luckily I was able to find availability at a much nicer place for half the price!

Family friendly hotel short walk from Surin Beach

A family friendly hotel with very well suited pools for children (shallow water) and water slides our kids enjoyed very much. Inner yard was nice with lots of trees and green, but limited space for playing games or other activities. Baby sitting at the kids club (from 3 years onwards) was a really positive surprise and older kids enjoyed the Hideout with its Playstation 4 consoles and table soccer.

Our group stayed in 6 different rooms of which all but one required repairs and maintenance as we checked in (glogged sinks and toilets, broken fixed furniture, burned light bulps), which were fixed during the same day after couple of calls to the reception.

Breakfast buffet had lots of stock outs and required a lot of waiting in the beginning, but after we managed to get the restaurant manager to see the situation himself, it was substantially improved. Service in the restaurants and bars was always friendly and always slow. Free meals and drinks for kids when parents eat was great!

There is a short walk to the Surin Beach through construction site and small shops around the corner.

The hotel was great, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Taxi rank opposite was a great help! We preferred the rests shops and nightlife in Kamala which was only a 300bht ride. My only complaint is the beds, they felt damp and are lumpy.

Wonderfull stay, very good breakfast buffet. The staff was so Nice and friendly towards our kids.
The hotel has a newly renovated restaurant, fitness room, movie theatre, teenage gaming room, beautiful landscape, and clean and simple Roms. However the pool needs renovation!!!

A lot less fancy (more crappy), than advertised

Overpriced.
The lobby and service was great, the rest was a medium budget mediocre family resort, at a price that usually gets you something much nicer in Thailand.

The room was advertised as 56m2, but was app. 30m2, all photos was taken with wide angle, making the place look bigger than it was, the architecture, quality and atmosphere just felt kinda crappy-budget family resort (that usually cost 50% of the 350 euros per night for 4 persons, that we paid).

The staff was fine though and we simply stayed away from the resort most of the day, to avoid becoming depressed.

If you like screaming kids, vending machines, noisy pools, small rooms, concrete hallways and borings buffets, and dont mind it being overpriced, then it might be fine.

Broken doors almost falling apart, uncooperative staff, broken Tv, broken beds, missing matress in the bunk beds, bidet not working. Inspite of us booking two rooms and traveling as a family first night they put in two different blocks of the resort.Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for much better service.They put us in 4th floor with a broken elevator and someone in our group had knee problems who faced a lot of difficultly going up and down. If you complain to the staff they said we can't do anything .They were rationing towels and toiletries saying we have too many guests so why should we pay and not get facilities, sadly our relaxing vacation turned out to be a very tiring one going back and forth with management with little help.

Outdated rooms and service was not good. This hotel needs to be razed and rebuilt. Main hotel areas were very old and seem to be like a 90’s flashback.

Air conditioning in room was inadequate making the bathroom hot and humid. Faux wood paneling on furniture was peeling on multiple locations. Staff was very stingy with delivering additional towels.

Surrounding hotels were much more modernized. If budget is an absolute then you could justify the stay, but for just a little more I’d recommend a neighboring location.

Overall, I am satisfied.
But there is one thing that is unacceptable. When using the shower, you cannot use the wash basin at the same time. Because of insufficient water pressure, the water supply is insufficient. It needs to be improved.

Staff were super nice. Room was fine for us as we were out all day and only slept there. Resort is nice and pool is good. The AC was really good :) a good option for a cheap place to stay. Place would be great for kids as had a lot of activities and 2 big water slides into the pool.

It does has nice pools. The breakfast was good and the staffs are nice. For a family room we booked, it was very small. We stayed at room 2119. I am not sure if it was the hotel or the property next door, but when we open the room door, it smelled like a septic tank is near by. Our hot water didn't work, asked multiple time, but it never got fix. I think my money could have been better spent somewhere else.

Excellent and well kept property near Surin beach. Rooms and beds are excellent. The pool area is amazing and staff is super friendly . We had awesome time here. Bfast menu is too good with so much variety. The only drawback was that location is far away from city and hard to reach downtown.

This is a solid hotel with friendly staff.

However it was quite difficult to make a reservation for an airport shuttle and a more enhanced safeguarding protocols for the kids club would make this an excellent stay (buzzer to contact parents, listing allergies during kids club registration etc).

The rooms were a little tired but for the price it was fine. There were some room renovations so upgrading is ongoing.

The ‘kids eat free’ makes this a very affordable stay and the quality of food was good also.

My girls loved the kids club especially the staff who were awesome, mini disco, foam party, water slides and I would absolutely stay here again.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht die Besucher zufrieden zu stellen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, jeden Tag wird geputzt und Hand- und Badetücher gewechselt. Grossräumige Zimmer, hatten ein separates Schlafzimmer. Einzig ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sehr sauber und alles in allem ein tolles Hotel und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

ロビーの方やスタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。部屋のシャワーが弱く、温いお湯しか出ないのが残念でした。海やプールで体が冷えてるので、熱いシャワーで温まりたかったです。シャワーの扉も謎に隙間があるので必ずトイレ側がびしょ濡れになります。
リゾート地なので自分で操作できるコインランドリールームがあればいいのになと思いました。プールの温度やスライダーはとても良く楽しかったです。
近くのスリンビーチは人も少なく、ゆっくりできていい時間が過ごせました。市街地に出るには少し遠いので、ゆっくり過ごしたい方にオススメかと思います。

Ett hotell som är utpräglat & riktar sig i första hand till barnfamiljer.
Hotellets priser på mat, glass & dryck i samma nivå som svenska priser, vilket resulterade i att vi valde oss att främst söka oss till närliggande lokala restauranger.
Närheten till Surin Beach & Laem Singh Beach är ett stort plus.
Vi hade ett fint rum på bottenplan med väldigt bra solläge och närhet till poolen som gjorde vistelsen på hotellet riktigt bra.
