This is the cleanest hotel I've been to, including 'luxury' ones! I mean no bird poop, no grimy corners, that sort of clean. If you are a germophobe particularly with a crawling baby or new toddler, this is a top option.

Check-in/check-out was good. We arrived at 8pm and the kitchen waited so the kids could eat before they closed the buffet (30m late). This wasn't special treatment - we saw it happen to another group as well, they are just that considerate. Got (super) late check-out as well.

Meals were tasty, super hot chilli oil was available! Limited alcohol options but as parents we weren't v bothered. Breakfast and lunch are very well-stocked, supper less so.

Entertainment was fun, lots to do for kids i.e. kids club, a playground, ball court, giant chess, mid-afternoon games like jenga and bingo, and after-dinner kids disco followed by general entertainment (magic show, dance show, games night etc).

There is a small beach within walking distance (20m going slowly, the 3-y.o made it and back without needing to be carried).

The only thing I wish was different is the pool temperature and rules. The inflatables rule is enforced! However they were kind about it and even provided a smaller pool ring for my toddler Water was cold but the kids still managed to get a good swim in most days and loved the poolside dancing and aqua a.

This was the best value-for-money holiday I have had in 3 years. Customer service is stellar, shout-out to Thelma, Igor, and the ENTIRE team!

Great all inclusive hotel

Fantastic hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful in all areas of the resort. Food was excellent, loved that there was a sushi station a few nights. Drinks selection was good including some really good mocktails.
Apartments are spacious and very clean - plenty of space for our family of 3.

The only slight downside was the water park..we were really looking forward to using the water park as it looks fantastic for toddlers, however this was definitely not designed with toddlers in mind. The slides are great, but there is a huge bucket above the slides which constantly fills and swings pouring water below. The bucket is huge and the power of the water spray is far too powerful for toddlers below…my husband and I both had a go and found it too much! I wondered if it was just us…but for the week we were there we hardly saw anyone using the younger kids water park. I think it would be used much more if they turned off the bucket function and just let the kids play.

Lovely hotel with super friendly staff, the entertainment staff in particular were very good with kids. Good selection of food and plenty of sunbeds etc and when I had a minor issue the manager made a point of speaking to me personally to try to resolve. For some reason very strict about no balls / inflatables in the pool which was a real shame given it’s a family friendly hotel so there were a lot of kids there.

The resort was much smaller than expected, which made all the facilities easy to get to and the resort overall was easy to walk around.
Only negative was in the kids aqua park all the slides had too much friction so the kids couldn’t actually slide down them and had to push themselves down with their arms. All the slides need to be relubricated so the kids can enjoy them.

I can't say enough about the cleanliness - I had read reviews that said it was impeccable, and it really was spotless.
We also enjoyed the fact that there were always covered outdoor spots to eat. The food was excellent, which is helpful, since we have a picky eater and she always found something she liked.

Guests with dietary restrictions, this hotel is the place for you! Everything is clearly labelled AND the team are aware of your allergies too. hen entering the dinner hall at every meal we were asked if we need anything, every morning, the wonderful Dina knew what wed like and proceeded to run around for us. She brought Gluten free toast to our table every day, with soya milk and gluten and lactose free muffins which were warm :) and soft and full of flavour. They also have theme nights, vegan sushi was amazing! Lots of food choices with vegan and healthy areas throughout the day. Cider on tap is Somersby yum. Bottles of wine available to take to your table at meal times which is a lovely touch! Rooms are clean and beds and towels tidied daily. Pool area is clean and manned by a lifeguard. Small pool area for littlies is partly shaded as the sun goes over. Waterpark was a hit for the kids with kids club area in amongst but all fenced in with playpark too. If you’re a parent alone then this is a great place to go! Ents team were lovely, something different every night. We arrived late and reception had arranged some plates of food to be left in the kitchen for us. You feel very special at this hotel, nothing is too much trouble, I cannot wait to go back!

This is a beautiful hotel that is super clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with a separate room for the kids, a kitchenette, a clean bathroom and a balcony. We were only there for 6 days which was perfect. Buffet is fantastic with so much choice and themed days. The staff are AMAZING! So helpful, kind and willing to go the extra mile. There's also a mini disco, snack bar, arcade room, basketball court, great sized pool, and the beach is only a 5 minute walk down the road. Such a great location with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Well done 3hb Humbria!

Lovely hotel, huge hotel room surrounded by balconies. Lovely friendly and very attentive staff especially in the food hall. Unfortunately especially being a family hotel I would not return due to the amount of smoke from cigarettes everywhere. I travelled with my three month old and everywhere we sat down we were forced to move when people sat next to us and smoked. This happened everywhere we went. I spoke to the staff about this on check out but they didn’t say anything. I would highly recommend getting a smoking zone/area as new mums especially will be uncomfortable with their child when surrounded by the constant clouds and smell of smoke.

The property itself was great!!! Not the newest, but very well maintained and clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, so no complaints there. I was just surprised at the number of smokers and how acceptable it is to smoke in public/around other people. Had I known that ahead of time I would have looked for a non smoking resort.

Great Destination for family holiday

Stayed with grandparents and children (4 + 6) in July 2024. Very friendly staff, and hotel immaculate. Food very standard all inclusive fare, but fresh and tasty with an outdoor seating area which was nice in the mornings and early evening.

Kids club runs twice a day and staff are excellent. Activities a little basic but kids enjoyed most of them.

As we were leaving it was starting to get pretty busy, so imagine in August may feel reasonably crowded, last couple of nights struggled to find any where to sit for the evening entertainment, didnt seem to be enough chairs!

Overall really enjoyed our stay and would love to return same time next year!

Really impressed by this property. I attended as Auntie, without children, and it was still really good for adults.

We spent a great week at this hotel with 2 young kids. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, the entertainment team were excellent with the children both poolside and in the evenings!
Food and drinks options were good for the whole family. We will definitely look at coming back here, great hotel in this price range in a pleasant quiet area within walking distance of the beach.

A solid family resort, the kids club was 5 stars they were all brilliant with our oldest. The food was alright and the room was very good. To improve, I'd suggest more variety of dinners, slightly disappointing considering the cost of the all inclusive stay. Slightly annoying that after day 1 we weren't allowed inflatables in the pool, particularly for the baby, made any pool visit stressful and it wasn;t clearly explained.

The on site water park was great with lifeguards on hand. The water park was enclosed so it was very safe with little one. I would definitely go again.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic stay at Club Humbria. We travelled as 2 families of 4 and we all said we would return and recommend this hotel.
The food was very tasty and we always found plenty that we liked to eat.
The snack bar was great for the children to grab something at lunchtime in between enjoying the slides or kids club.
The breakfast was lacking a couple more choices of cereal for the children and maybe an omelette station would be a great addition at breakfast.
The rooms are big and were cleaned daily and we had a great room overlooking the pool in block G.
The beach is only a short stroll away which was nice for a change of scenery.
Towels can be changed daily at reception, which is fab.
The entertainment for the kids was great, but it did start a little late for toddlers and young children.
The staff work so hard at the bar and keeping the grounds immaculate too.

Very pleasant stay but not really walking distance to anything else. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All inclusive was nice, breakfast was fantastic, but lunch and dinner was just average. Lots of choices but nothing stood out. If ur looking for portuguese cuisine, it wont be here. Great if you have kids. I would go back with my child but as a couple only trip i would go elsewhere.

Amazing all inclusive service

Great all inclusive stay!! Food was great even as a vegetarian I had plenty options. Slightly varied on a daily basis so didn’t get too repetitive or bored and food was available throughout the day (great snack bar by the pool)! We were also allowed to have lunch and snack after complimentary late check out aswell which was great! All in all 10/10 for service! Only downside was I underestimated how noisy kids can be as it is predominantly a hotel for families and kids so if you’re looking for a quiet/romantic get away probably not the best place and the pool was a tiny bit on the cold side!

This was a nice resort but it was overrun with screaming children. The \"adults\" bar closed every night with 15 screaming toddlers running around, every meal had kids running and in the buffet area. Great spot for families but not for anyone else.

Really great for kids but food is poor.

Really great complex the kids would never be stuck for something to do. Lovely staff and brilliant entertainers especially the tall guy in the funny hats. Completely family orientated.

Security was obvious and reassured as the local police are stationed at the entrance of this complex. We felt very safe.

The rooms are spacious beds are a good size and even the sofa beds were comfortable.

Decent size balcony and rooms were cleaned every day. Bathroom is a little dated but clean and functional.

The food isn't great. I'm a little fed up looking at pizza. There isn't much of a selection. The Italian selection was a bit sloppy. Most things were tasteless. If you were here for a week or more this wouldn't be acceptable.

The snack bar is open between meal times again very poor selection and you cant just pop in and out. You have to dress and stay in the snack bar area. You cant bring food to the room and there's no equipment if you want to cook something yourself in the kitchenette. There wasnt so much as a glass, plate or cup for making tea or breakfast.

Good location close to beaches and shops. Also quiet area. Pool view rooms near the bars are ofcourse noisy and you say you have a pool view is a bit much .. you can see the pool but the view is actually of the bars and veranda.

Noise ends at 11 when everything shuts down and we did get some amusement watching drunk individuals struggle up the slight hill to their apartment block

Mini kids water park was unique.

On the downside, they had too many people for the layout of the Buffett. For the volume of people(especially kids) not being in any queueing system, but rather running in circles, led to some disorganization.

Gym needs help, some equipment which looked New was not in good stable condition.

Brilliant hotel for young families. Swimming pools and mini splash park were great fun and a good beach a 10 minute walk away.

Everywhere was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

Entertainment was really for kids and whilst not brilliant was fairly typical of what we’d expect on this type of holiday. Kids really enjoyed the mini disco.

Great for families with 2 pools and a mini waterpark. Place is spotless and the food is very good. I went in August, the height of the season, so I will explain some things others asked.

1. The waterpark bigger slides are for kids with a blue bracelet. You must be either 6 years old or 20kg (44 pounds) to get one. Youngest one can only use the smaller 2 slides. Adults can use smaller ones with their young kids but adults are also not allowed on bigger slides; must be 15 years old max for bigger ones.

2. With all inclusive you get wine, too shock beer, and some good liquors like captain nirgan, barcadi, etc. pool bar opens at 10 an and closes at 11 pm. Alcohol is also available in dining hall during meals and in the entertainment room when open at night.

3. Their is a solid variety in the foods. We were their 6 nights and had no problem mixing it up. The homemade tieramisu cake was really good. The lines for certain foods never exceeded more than 30 seconds was never a problem.

4. The beds are a bit hard but top quality. You will get used to them. I recommend placing the couch beds that are in living room onto the floor because it will make the bed softer than on the tile it’s on during the day.

5. The safe in room is 2 euros a day. That’s only negative. A four star hotel should have a digital safe box that is free.

6. Pool towels are a 10 euro deposit for each for the length of your stay. They can be replaced daily between 9-11:30 am at reception.

Lovely hotel and grounds, as previous reviews said, the cleanliness of the place is impeccable everywhere. Plenty of sun beds and space. We were unlucky with the weather so my boys didn’t make the most of the pool and water park which was a shame as I really chose the hotel for the water park but it was freezing but I’d imagine in summer the kids would be in that area all day. I would say it would be nice to have a bar area there also otherwise if you stay in that area all day with the younger children, you would have to keep going all the way around the other side of the hotel for a drink as they also do not have trays for you to carry the drinks to the pool area? Apart from some areas in the restaurant where it’s little disjointed, ie trying to lean over kids queuing for ice creams to get a glass for a drink and pancakes in amongst the cooked breakfast area so you end up in one big queue for everything, even though you just want one pancake the place really had a good selection of food for most and was of a good standard, just needs organising so better accessibility to things, otherwise lovely hotel in a nice area , short walk to lovely town and beach. For a 4 star they really should have more cocktails on offer and not the slushy type !! will give the chefs in the restsurant a big mention as they look like they are understaffed and hope they have more staff at peak season. The poor chef doing the breakfast was rushed off her feet !!

Lovely family hotel

I couldn’t fault this hotel. The food was delicious, although the compact dining room a little crowded at times! Everywhere was so clean and the staff very friendly. Good facilities, especially the spacious rooms with kitchenette.

Really fantastic hotel!

I would highly recommend Clube Humbria. The hotel is very well cared for, the service is impeccable, and the quality of the food & drink is very high. The local area is also ideal; quiet, with many bars & restaurants serving good food (try S. Martino's on the main road!), and the beach is only a 10min walk. The apartment is very comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The pools are freezing, but that appears to be the case all over this part of Portugal (even the ocean is freezing!).

So impressed with the hotel, we're looking to book again for May next year.

Excellent all rounder hotel/apartments

For the price and all inclusive option, couldn't ask for more. Well run, clean service, friendly staff and fantastic management. Located near to beach and local amenities and only a short taxi ride away from tourist attractions. Very family friendly, good kids club with fun, friendly and enthusiastic care staff.
Pools are fantastic and excellent kids water park but only downside was if the weather is on fair/mild side then water is very cold but am sure in summer months this is not an issue.

Great hotel in a great location

Recently stayed for 5 nights at this hotel over the Easter period and it was a great experience. Seemless check-in process, exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, great facilities including the adults and kids pools. Rooms were an apartment style so very spacious and comforting. Food wise - decent choices at breakfast and dinner but lunch options could be improved.
Location - was good with a 5 minutes walk down to the beach including several shops, restaurants and bars.
Albufeira town centre was a 5 minutes bus ride away with the bus stop literally outside the hotel which was handy!
Overall a great experience and I will definitely be going back to this hotel.

We really really really enjoyed our stay!

The rooms were very clean and spacious. I immediately felt at home.

The staff were always extremely helpful. They clearly understand what true customer service is.

The food was fantastic! There was so much choice and the food tasted delicious.

There are great facilities for children. My toddler spent quite a bit of time in the children’s playground and play room and he absolutely loved it.

All in all, this is a fantastic hotel. We will definitely be returning next year.

We stayed in early March so weather not great but hotel kids club room and play park were much appreciated by our 2 year old. Buffet meals worked well with something for everyone and staff made us feel very welcome. Hotel well located for buses and walking to 2 beaches.

Lovely clean hotel friendly hotel

Just come back from the clube humbria with two teenage sons. We arrived at 23.30. The receptionist was really friendly and made us feel comfortable. They put a cold buffets out so we could eat in the restaurant. The room was clean. The food was really nice choice of salads pasta vegetarian options and a different meal every night and it wasn't repetitive and the other thing I liked is that you could help yourself to beer wine and soft drinks tea and coffee. We went October half term and I hardly queued. . The welcome into the restaurant was fantastic. The bar staff were really friendly . The all inclusive drinks wre great they served proper brands in the evening. Pool was freezing but you got used to it after a few mins. Beach was a 10 mins walk away.There were shops and restaurants on the way. The rooms were really clean. The toiletries you wre given was shoer gel and shampoo. There is a hairdryer in the room. This was my first visit to Portugal and won't be my last. We are lookng to book next year. We loved it.

An enjoyable break

The hotel and staff were very nice. The rooms were very large but lounge was uncomfortable to sit and watching TV was not great. It would be better if the TV was in the bedroom. The fridge was a bonus. Deposits and 3 euros a day for the safe were also in keeping with the service. There was always something to eat and sometimes it was even very nice. Lunch was best time for eating. Drinks were fine too and Super Bock beer was fine and plentiful. All wines were tasty and went down well. Olhos De Agua was a bit disappointing with graffiti and damaged and uneven paths all an unwanted feature. The beach was small and though nice was very busy when we went out. Plenty of bars and eateries with decent prices.

Fantastic customer service. Great range of food and alcohol for all inclusive. Fun entertainment at night. Friendly staff. Very accommodating to our late flight. Even though check out is at 12pm and our flight wasn't till 8pm, they allowed us to stay and use hotel amenities until then after we checked out. Mostly families with a very relaxed atmosphere.

lovely Hotel in a very good location.

Good Hotel close to local bars and restaurants. Lovely beach 10 minutes walk away. Everything very good. Slight moan about shutting the Poolside bar early because they said it was the end of the season!! On a night it was lovely just to sit outside listening to music from the poolside bar, in a night pleasant area.

Not really a 4 star experience

Staff are lovely but the hotel gets some basic things wrong. We waited an hour after check in time for our room, after having a long wait for our transfer at the airport. When our room was finally ready we headed across the complex to it, only to find the keys didn't work. I went back and said I was getting frustrated and although the lady was very nice, there was no apology for any of it.

We had to actually slam our door to close it - we were shown to do this by a member of staff, which must have been awful for our neighbours especially when we had to leave early on the last day.

The sun beds are in a poor condition and there is a problem with people reserving beds even out of high season. Lots of the beds are on a hill, at an angle, and the grass is wet through so you walk through puddles to get to them. There is no Cava and the Sangria was weirdly made with Fanta unless we asked for lemonade.

The food was nice and there was a good choice at mealtimes.

Overall very good and immaculately maintained.

Immaculately maintained hotel and grounds. Very good food. The pool area was not quite as big as the photos appear to make it, but whilst the hotel was busy, there was no need to get up before dawn to bag a lounger. Staff generally very helpful, although a couple of the female bar staff were generally lacking in client facing skills. This is a 4 star hotel and priced accordingly, so don't expect it to have club med level facilities. Entertainment was pretty good too. Childrens pool was good for younger kids.
