This is a lovely hotel .. booked a seaview apartment and it was modern spacious and spotlessly clean. Choice of breakfast was excellent and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.. the new restaurant is a great addition .. plenty of sunbeds each day .. oh and the staff are excellent .. friendly and helpful ..

This was our third time returning to Felesia Gardens and again we had a brilliant stay. The standard of service is top quality and never fails to disappoint.

The hotel, rooms, pool are immaculately clean and you can see real care goes into providing the best service for their clients.

We had an 18 month old and never were short of space for sunbeds or room for him to roam. There was a large selection of exquisite food to choose from as usual which changes daily.

Again, a fantastic stay. Thank you

The pool, bar and restaurant areas really exceeded my expectations. The view was fabulous and plenty of sunbeds - no one reserving etc. However, the rooms, although spacious, were really noisy. Any small sound echoed throughout and so many loud neighbours who disregarded other guests at all times of the day and night.

LOVED this property. Traveled here with our kids, and absolutely loved it. The room was clean, huge, and with plenty of privacy. The pool was fabulous, with tons of seating options, a great bar and ice cream counter, and a really nice restaurant for a casual lunch. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were really good, and had tons of options. Parking was easy, and appreciated that we were tucked away a bit in a quieter area of town. And the access to the gorgeous beach is so close; wed also recommend the awesome restaurant there for dinner, get the clams!

Beautiful property with a few buildings each have 4 floors. It’s definitely family oriented. So if u don’t like children running around, this is not for u. The hotel pool is magnificent n overlooking the red cliffs n beach. I did breakfast n dinner n it’s very very busy n huge canteen. Food selection n quality surprisingly decent. The 1 bedroom apt is nicely decorated n very clean.

Brilliant place for some October sun with great staff, good pool, stunning cliffs and beach, plus fresh gluten free buffet options daily. Only a 10min walk to a very well stocked local supermarket and many excellent local restaurants in Olhos dÁgua. The apartment was clean and spacious, and although a complimentary bottle of water was provided, it could do with a cafetiere/coffee machine (especially as complimentary tea, coffee, oil and salt/pepper is not provided).
Overall, I would still highly recommend it.

We have a toddler daughter and were so impressed by the ease of the resort and its many amenities. The breakfasts and dinners were top notch cuisine with numerous tasty choices. The playground and pools are super clean, unique, and fun to use. The immediate access to the beach allowed us to go several times and then have lunch at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. We liked the openness to children and the proximity to get downtown and participate in tours of the Algarve. Everyone was so kind and hospitable at the resort!!! We could not have been happier with our four night stay! Our two year old keeps telling us she loves the playground and pool and wants to return!

Facilities, staff and food are absolutely excellent. Grounds and pool are lovely and very well maintained. Unfortunately the standard rooms are very dated for the price and the layout is not comfortable for a family of 4. Although they are updating some rooms at the moment which should hopefully improve the comfort and make for a better stay.

Long weekend in Olhos de Agua

Really enjoyed staying here and I would recommend it for the location, the amazing views, the food, the rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and modern. The whole place has a very relaxed and easy going vibe. Literally my only criticism is that the bed wasn't that comfy, mattress was too soft. Also, we went as a couple and it's more of a resort for families with young children. As we went end of season it was quiet so was fine.

The staff was extremly pleasant and professional, the views from the restaurant are amazing and the beach is less than 5 min walk. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it will be a good home base if you have a car, as you will be about an hour to 30 mins from all the towns and attractions. The beds were my biggest issue, I was supposed to have a kind bed but it was two full beds next to each other and they were not all that comfortable. I must say the rooms were very clean. Overall a good experience and I am glad I chose this place but if I return I would stay elsewhere.

The resort property is lovely. In our room, there was no coffee maker, iron or ironing board, minimal amenities in the kitchen, and the mattress in the bedroom was rock hard. We ended up sleeping in the living room. It was furnished like a dorm, not a resort. The weather was warm enough to swim but the pool was too cold and should have been heated.

Really enjoyed our stay, only thing was the beds were too firm. But access to the beach and pool was perfect, staff were amazing especially Catia and others were very accommodating and friendly. Plenty of choice at breakfast. House keeping made sure you came back to a lovely fresh room after a long day exploring or relaxing by the pool. Can see why it's popular for families even though I went with my partner.

Was very pleased with the room size and quality, the service including cleaning staff and bar staff.

Comfortable, Stress Free, easy access to Pool and Beaches, loads of parking space

Only disappointment was the cost of the drinks in the bar, this just lead to us going out for food and drink which is actually a negative economy for the hotel.

Good points:
* fantastic location, near the beach and shops, restaurants, pharmacy
* staff are very friendly and helpful
* plenty of chairs by the pool
* not far from the airport
* a welcome bottle of water (very welcome when it's 30C outside)
* an early check was allowed, access to the apartment available before the 4pm.
* Food at the pool bar was very nice. Ice creams delicious.
Bad points:
* apartment was near the restaurant, very noisy until late evening and again noisy very early morning. Very limit view of the sea. not very clean at arrival, very limit kitchen utensils for cooking, nothing to clean. Mattress is like sleeping on a rock.
* the half board package doesn't include drinks (any). And this information wasn't clear anywhere when bought the package. Just found out when checking in.
* no entertaining for kids (no kids club). Only a small playground and a play room full of old payable machines. .
* swimming pool extremely cold, like ice every single day. kids and adults were not heated.
* alcoholic drinks quite expensive, cocktails poor quality.
* food at the restaurant was very tasteless, disappointing. very unhealthy options for kids, like hot dog almost every day

We reserved a sea view property, but when I arrived I realised to see the sea I had to be on the balcony and looking over one side. If I had known I would have booked another property. By the way sea view is all partial at best and above the kitchen. See pic attached taken standing at the bedroom window

They offered to change rooms but all were the same situation. Service was fine, they were genuinely kind and friendly, but alas this did not make up for what I felt was overpayment for a room that did not meet the standards advertised.

No conditioner or washing up liquid in the room. Small things, but stupid to need to buy these. €10 euro deposit at reception to borrow a beach towel.

Breakfast was ok. Not much by way of veg. Bar staff were nice.

The property was located close to the beach. My room had a kitchenette with all the glasses, plates, cutlery pots ,pans, kettle, microwave, small fridge. Kitchen table, Living room with tv and pullout couch. There was a huge sliding door that lead to a balcony with partial ocean views. Building #8. Bedroom had a comfortable bed and tv. Barhroom was clean and rain shower was amazing. I had purchased half board which included dinner. Dining area was overlooking pool and ocean views. Great food choices which changed every night. Buffet stations with meals being prepared at each station. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Majority of staff spoke English. It was my birthday when I arrived and the hotel had decorated my bed with beautiful towel swans and some champagne. An excellent stay would definitely stay again. Highly recommended! Bruno was very welcoming at every encounter. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

One if the worst customer experience I have ever received. Yo give you and idea, I put on 400k airline likes a year, travel all over the world. I have been at the most remote, to the most luxurious hotels in my time. This is by far the worst experience, they treat you like crap, show no interest to help or care about service.

First visit and won’t be the last. Staff are attentive without being intrusive, cleanliness is second to none. I would be very surprised if you couldn’t find something to eat as everything you could wish for is available. We didn’t eat at the hotel in the evening as there are plenty of very good restaurants just a 5-10min walk away and not expensive.

Stayed at Falesia Garden for a short family break. We were impressed as soon as we walked into reception, friendly welcome, given all the information regarding resort that we needed. We had booked an upgraded apartment and couldn't fault it, everything we needed, spotlessly clean and maid service was offered daily but we didn't need it every day. Breakfast was excellent, everything you could want and plenty of choice and very good service. We went to breakfast late every day and always plenty fresh food available, restaurant staff worked hard to make sure buffet well stocked and tables cleared quickly. Resort seemed quiet when we stayed , went to evening entertainment on two of nights we stayed, good service at bar and singers entertaining were good but just a few of guests there but it was end of season. I would recommend resort and would certainly return.

We stayed here for four nights in April and had a fantastic mini break. Our room, that we were swiftly moved to after politely asking for a different apartment due to some noisy renovations, was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful views over the pool, beach and ocean, a good breakfast and the pool bar did good snacks and cocktails. And to top it off, the staff are so friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!

WE STAYED FOR 9 DAYS AT THIS FANTASTIC RESORT FROM THE 23/10/17
VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. WE ARRIVED JUST BEFORE MIDDAY DUE TO THE RYANAIR SAGA , BUT WE WERE CHECKED IN NOT LONG AFTER WE ARRIVED WHICH WAS HELPFUL.
OUR APARTMENT WAS CLEANED DAILY, BEDS MADE AND TOWELS CHANGED ,
LOVELY ATMOSPHERE. NICE FOOD, ALTHOUGH WE ALSO ATE OUT A FEW NIGHTS AT TAVERTINO'S A TEN MINUTE WALK FROM THE RESORT,
THE BEACH WAS ABOUT A TEN MINUTE WALK ( DESPITE THE STEPS) , IT WAS WORTH IT, AS IT FELT LIKE A PRIVATE BEACH. VERY CLEAN AND NOT TOO BUSY.
WE ALWAYS HAD WIFI. WHICH WAS A MUST FOR BOTH MY DAUGHTERS.

Superb Family Trip, Great Service, Stunning Views!

Fantastic location with stunning views, this hotel complex provided an excellent family holiday at half-term. Only 25 mins drive from Faro airport, the check-in desk were very helpful and gave full info on arrival, plus a very speedy check out when the time came. This set the theme for the trip, the staff were so friendly & accommodating, always on hand to help and politely suffered our terrible attempts at Portuguese with perfect English in return! Our children were relaxed and had smiles put on their faces by the service & meal times. With half-board, we experienced a buffet breakfast and dinner. With Instagram sea views, breakfast was a vast selection of hot familiar UK dishes, cold meats and breads, cereals, fruit juice and hot drinks, plus an omelette station with chef on hand. great start to the day! Dinner was a treat, salad bar with cold meats, hot selection of pastas, noodles, kids section (chicken nuggets, burgers,chips, hot dogs), specials section of different meats and fish. I haven't even come to the vast selection of deserts! A shame drinks were not included (even water) but a very minor point to the half-board we loved! The pools were good as expected, great kids play area and onsite entertainment was daily. The rooms were big with balcony but were dated, the only minor point as very clean and maid service included. We had 2 single beds and an l-shaped sofa that slept me and my wife. Comfortable and the air-con worked without problem! Would love to book again!

Room are nice and spacious at a fantastic price, would recommend this to anyone that is traveling to Algarve. The breakfast buffet was fantastic tho the dinner buffet could do with a bit of improving for the price charged. Overall very good hotel.

Close to beach - rooms to be upgraded\n

The outside amenities of the hotel have been upgraded in the last year and are of excellent quality, creatively done, with all new furniture, lovely bathrooms, showers, etc. It is very family oriented with a special enclosed area with slides, climbing equipment, swings and a kiddie pool. The dining room, bar and lounge areas are all beautifully done as well and have an excellent view of the beach and hotel grounds.

The interior has not been updated for decades and the hotel plans to begin interior upgrades starting in November - with the hopes of bringing the interior up to the same excellent standard are the grounds are. Initially the water from the taps ran with dark brown water (Ugh) and the bathtubs were clean but very old and stained. Once we got over the disappointment of the interior of the rooms, we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the staff.

Beautiful location near beach,

This was a last minute short break for my husband and I without the kids. The plan was to sit by the pool or beach and chill and that is exactly what we were able to do. The apartment was newly furbished, spacious and clean. We were about a 2 minute walk to the pool which had plenty of sun loungers and had the most fantastic outlook towards the sea which was a 5/10 minute walk down a private pathway. Some steps to the beach but for the average person not too arduous. We did not eat in the hotel complex as it was expensive and choose to walk into the small village a 5/10 minute walk away where were had plenty to chose from by way of restaurants/bars and it was inexpensive.

The staff at reception were pleasant and welcoming and all the staff around the complex were polite and friendly.

The pool was a little bit too cold for me but my husband ventured in as many others. The only fault we could find was that the coffee cups were too small - if that is the only thing we could complain about I think the owners of this fabulous complex should be very happy!

The Wi-fi was excellent anywhere in the whole complex including rooms.

I would most definitely recommend this for couples and may be families with small children. I think if we had taken our teenagers with us they may have been a little bit bored.

This holiday was exactly what we needed and I would ave no hesitation in returning. Highly recommednded

Lovely Hotel in good location and near Beach

This was a lovely hotel in a great location for shops and restaurants. The facilities were great with a good pool and access to a fantastic beach. Staff very friendly and helpful especially at reception. I would definitely recommend this place however my only issue was with my allocated room. It was on the 5th floor which for me didn't really pose a problem as im fairly young and fit still but there is no lift so may be difficult for someone who struggles with lots of stairs. Also there was a strong smell of drains every day from my bathroom which was very pleasant but i just kept the bathroom door shut as i couldn't be bothered to pack up and move again. They assured me the refurbishment of the apartment blocks next year should solve this issue but apart from that it really was a great place.

Ok hotel, close to beach.

The outside of the hotel was nice, inside was ok, disappointed with the appliaces, a lot the things were not working properly i.e. Cooker, fridge and over heating hair dryer which was dangerous.
Disappointed with some staff members, rude and not helpful ( pool bar staff) also their understanding of the questions in english language was very poor which they gave answers for things that were not asked which made us look like we are stupid. This was dissapointing and Reception staff were nice especially Aida very friendly and welcoming lady, she made our stay there alot better. Lovely location would consider coming back if certain things changed.

Large pool with lots of sun loungers and a pool bar etc. The beach is a 10min walk down 113 steps and is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Lovely breakfast in open air restaurant sets up the day nicely before wandering down to local beach at foot of cliff. Great waves for the kids.nice beach cafe for lunch and miles of sand to walk along.

Value for money and near fantastic beach

We took a gamble on booking an apartment at this hotel as at the time there were no reviews as had come under new management and was being refurbished. Well, that gamble paid off. We did take a sneaky peek at reviews just prior to going and found that some had been added and looked very favourable.

Staff were extremely professional and courteous especially at Reception. Apartments were big with good facilities. There were ample sunbeds around the swimming pool, and there was entertainment if you care for that sort of thing. However, by far the best thing was it's location slap bang next to what to my eyes looks like the best beach in the Algarve with a private path leading to it. It never felt crowded on the beach and there were plenty of rock pools for the kids (and me) to explore, all set against a backdrop of majestic orange and white sandy cliffs. The water felt freezing on the first day, but seemed much better on subsequent days (Aug).

We booked transfers with Faro Airport Transfers Algarve which I would highly recommend, and if we were to visit Portugal again I would stay here again. However, so many other places to visit that may not happen.

The one down-point was the poolside bar restaurant which I felt was pricey for what was being served and the waitress could have been a bit happier....

Had a fantastic holiday in Olhas d' Agua, hotel and local restaurants where spot on. My only complaint would be the noisy fan in our bedroom, we did have aircon in the apartment but would of preferred it in the bedroom.

Apt good but no view, close to pool and beach

Location of apartment good, not far from nice bars and restaurants, lovely village. Near enough to Albufeira and also far enough away for quieter days.
Only downfall was arriving late at night to no shops open for water, so we had to drink beer ! Oasis bar open late !

Beautiful view and nice hotel

We visited for one week and didn't want to leave bed were comfortable and lovely walk down to the beach . Nice town quiet and peaceful lots of nice little shops . We went as a family of 7 had to apartments and paid for breakfast only which was also good. The apartments themselves are nice but lacking in cooking options it says oven in description but there isn't one and no toaster . If you were wanting to eat in there is only a job and microwave. Not much crockery and utensils either . We ate out mainly which is reasonable onthe town but found the pool bar expensive at 6 euro for a basket of fries . Drinks were reasonably priced and good quality. Staff were friendly and chatted to us now and then but didn't bother us either so good . The room was cleaned every day to a good standard and the wifi was good for my teenage girls . Overall a really great holiday would recommend .

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, wohnlich und gut ausgestattet.
Die Unterkunft wird täglich nach Bedarf gereinigt.
Die Anlage der Unterkunft ist groß, sauber, relativ ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Felsen und das Meer.
Zu unserem Zeitpunkt, waren zum Glück einige Häuser im Umbau, daher war die Anlage nicht überfüllt.
Die Unterkunft bietet einen privaten Weg zum wunderschönen Strand Falesia.
Das Frühstück ist groß, mit vielfältiger Auswahl.
Das Abendessen hat ebenso eine vielfältige Auswahl.

- Das WLAN in der Wohnung war nicht gut, im Schlafzimmer konnte man es garnicht verwenden.
- Die Dusche war ein wenig undicht, weshalb der Boden nass wurde.

Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt 5 Sterne wert, da die negativen Aspekte nur kleine Probleme waren.

Trata-se de um hotel excelente para férias em família. Como sugestões de melhora fica uma recepção melhor identificada e com local para estacionar facilmente no check-in e uma atenção maior aos ruídos que podem ser evitados.

Superbe hotel avec vue magnifique.
Le Personnel est très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a beaucoup de diversité dans les choix.

Petit bémol, sur le diner ou 30 euros (hors boisson) est très cher au vu du repas ou du buffet proposé (peu de choix, pizzas vraiment light etc)
Cela contraste énormément avec le petit déjeuner

Notre séjour à 3HB Falesia Garden

Notre séjour à 3HB Falésia Garden fut merveilleux. D’abord, l'hôtel est situé sur la merveilleuse plage de Falesia avec une vue à couper le souffle. L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Le service est exceptionnel et plusieurs petites attentions (par exemple: Chocolat laissé dans la chambre aux enfants à l’occasion de Pâques). Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont disponibles (payantes). Le déjeuner au buffet était bien et complet. Ma seule critique porte sur les chambres standards qui ont un look un peu vieillot (quoi que très fonctionnelles) tandis que les chambres supérieures sont rénovées et au goût du jour. Toutefois, les photos présentées sont fidèles à la réalité, nous avions donc choisi ces chambres en connaissance de cause.

Das Hotel hat eine malerische Lage direkt an der Küste. Der Blick vom Restaurant, Pool und Bar beeindruckt jeden Tag aufs Neue. Das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffett zum Frühstück und Abendessen wechselt täglich und ist super. Es stehen in der Anlage kostenlos Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Am Abend wird in der Bar von wechselnden Künstlern Live-Musik angeboten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig.

There are already plenty of reviews that describe rooms, surroundings and friendliness of staff, so I will not elaborate more in this regard.
However, as we traveled with a child suffering from celiac disease (and we were very concerned before our stay), I want to describe our experiences with gluten free diet, and hopefully remove similar concerns for others: all food on the buffet was very well labeled with all allergens; in addition, the staff was very supportive and went above and beyond to help my daughter to find something to eat (if there wasn't anything to her liking, they made gluten free pasta for her, or on advance order also gluten free pizza). For breakfast, they offered her gluten free toast, cornflakes, cake, muffins and pancakes (among all the other things).
As she had only been diagnosed recently, and is still struggling with not being able to eat what she fancies, this meant so much to her!
If one of the staff was unsure about something, there was always someone on the team they could consult.
A special mention is also that we were made breakfast boxes as we had an early flight, and again, catering for her special needs!
I think it is needless to say, that communication is nevertheless very important. I do recommend to mention food intolerances at the time of booking and every time you encounter new staff at restaurant or pool bar.
All in all, we highly recommend this hotel, and we hope that we can return one day. A big thank you to all restaurant staff!
