Great stay! It was close to the train station, and just a bit further was Tokyo Station. It was pretty quiet in the area at night. The room was nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is that there were only two laundry machines for the whole hotel, so trying to time when to do laundry was a bit challenging if you needed to use it. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

It's up to standard, 4 star hotel

Location:
- very convenient, it's on the same street as the Tokyo station. literally just walk down the street or ride the subway for 1 stop and you're there.

Staff:
- what you'll be expecting from a 4-star hotel. They are professional, good-looking, and helpful

Room:
- You'll have more than enough space if you get a double room for one person. Not sure about the twins' size bedroom, but it should be enough.

Breakfast:
- The breakfast is a must-try; there are many options around the hotel, but their breakfast is from the bakery. If you're into bread and desserts, then I would definitely recommend it.

Overall, it's a great hotel. It provides the convenience of transportation and a station for you to recharge your energy for the next day.

Really great location. The area is quite and very closer to metro stations and convenience stores. The room was fine although a bit on the smaller side. The only thing that was off was that the bathroom sometimes had an odd smell. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back.

Hotel spotless , staff were very helpful and friendly everywhere, superb breakfast with excellent fresh croissants and scrambled eggs with hot little sausages were very much appreciated. Also great central location, only 3 mins walk away from Otemachi station and 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station be warned though , you must always check the exit number of the station is the one you want as it takes a long time to walk back if you don’t and it’s very easy to get lost then.

The staff was so helpful! A couple of hours after check-out, we realized a small item had been left behind in the room in a shopping bag, and would likely have been thrown out. The staff went through the trash from the room to recover the item. Above and beyond! Rooms were very clean and convenient. 7-11 around the corner, so good location too.

Breakfast was an interesting blend of foods ... a mixture of quartered sandwiches, croissants, weiners, scrambled eggs and four salad choices. Nice location in Tokyo and only a 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Station. Staff, not surprisingly, were incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for my first visit to Japan. Everything, from hospitality to the decor was impeccable. The rooms are small however I’m aware that’s common in Japan. Everyday when we walked in or out, the staff greeted us with such warmth. I used their coin laundry services which were very convenient to use. Housekeeping cleaned our room everyday so it was so relaxing to be back after a tiring day exploring Tokyo. 10/10 would recommend this hotel. It’s literally 280m (barely 30 ish steps away from a train station) so great location and was surprising quite. Try booking a couple months in advance to get a better price for this amazing hotel!

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. It is conveniently located in Otemachi for business meetings as well as for tourists to to go to ilthe Imperial Palace, city centre or catch metro.
Good facilities in terms of launderette, wending machines, tea and coffee with snacks and a wide selection of complimentary toiletries. The only negative is that there is no gym, but then again, bring your trainers and go for a run around the palace.

My 10th time staying at this hotel

I have stayed here for more than 15 nights in total. I always stay here when I visit Tokyo. Pros:
It’s conveniently located near the Tokyo station and there’s some closer Otemachi metro station and JR Kanda station. Staff is extremely friendly and many are available on site, and the hotel is very clean, I like the coffee and snack service at the lobby that is available in the afternoon. There is a 7-eleven 30 seconds walk away from the hotel, where I usually buy breakfast. I also find it a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within 5-10minute walk.
Cons:
The hotel is quite busy, the elevators are full close to checkout time 11AM, the breakfast area (need to pay) is always full, but there are plenty other options around the hotel if it’s not a Sunday. Many restaurants around are closed on Sundays.
There are 2 laundry machines but this too is always full.
The main problem is that this hotel seems full every time I visit, I’m sure there are many satisfied customers like myself that return to stay at this hotel.

Prior to booking, I read many reviews saying this is in a quieter district without many places open. But since Otemachi station is so close by and you can easily head to Shibuya/Shinjuku or down to Ginza, it wasn’t a problem. Also it’s a short walk from Kanda station where there are more restaurants there. The hotel itself was very clean and their pro save the planet and trying to reduce the use of plastics. As with most hotels in Japan, they offered amenities at the counter for whatever the room didn’t have. The staff was extremely friendly and always tried to help in any way they could. Most spoke enough English to help you check in, and when they couldn’t understand some words, you could always show them a picture or use a translation app. Overall I was very happy with my stay at this location and would definitely come back again.

The rooms were a little too small. The towels were small and by default they would only leave two towels and we needed at least three, so we had to ask for more. Overall the experience was pleasant though. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the windows had noise canceling glass. The staff spoke limited English that was a little surprising but with google translate we were able to communicate.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were so helpful and welcoming - getting us a taxi on a rainy day and booking one to the airport for us. The room was very comfortable with a Bluetooth Bose speaker which we loved having and it was so quiet. You can book a massage in your room- which we did not end up doing. The breakfast was excellent. It’s the perfect place to stay as a hub to visit all neighborhoods with easy access to the metro and Tokyo Station and taxis as well as walking distance from the Imperial Palace and Akihabara, Ginza, and Nihonbashi neighborhoods. It is in a business district so we would recommend planning for nightlife and dinners in other neighborhoods.

Staff is excellent. We came in wet since it was raining & staff provided us hand towels to dry off immediately. Able to borrow umbrella for our day trips around town. Short walk to two train stations: Ōtemachi & Kanda. A little longer walk to Imperial Palace East Gardens. Dining is only available for breakfast; wish it is open more hours since food is also excellent. Hotel is perfect if you want a quiet place to stay in for the night. Even more, with the soundproofing, you don’t hear the construction or traffic outside. Since it is in the business district, several food places are closed on Sat/Sun unless you go to Kanda Station. On Sunday, we were looking for dinner places at 6 pm within 0.3 miles but most are izakayas or costs are upwards of 10000 yen. Overall, I would stay here again & highly recommend this place.
