Single rooms are in a shabby wing of the hotel, half of them giving to a noisy main street. They are tiny and old.
Breakfast was limited in options and served by quite an indisposed lady.
The surrounding area is pretty dull.

In general the staff were great and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was complete. The hotel's shuttle to pick up from airport and train station was much cheaper than Taxi.
We had a renovated room called \"superior\" which was clean and new but small. The only thing was lacking was an iron and Kleenex tissue paper.

Property looks old but very cleanly maintained. Location is very convenient with nearby bus stop to reach Venice and railway station.Supermarket is very close. Breakfast was fair.Staff is very helpful. I could buy bus ticket from the reception. They allowed me to check in prior to the regular check in time. Very much value for money. Very much recommended for short stay. I stayed here for 2 nights. For sure I will come back to this hotel next time.

Good hotel but be aware if you like to stay up

The overall experience was good. Good service, good breakfast, good location in terms of being right in front of the bus stop. However the room we stayed in was not part of the hotel it was a two bedroom apartment that’s part of a condominium complex and it is across the street, it actually felt a little unsafe walking over there each night. The room was clean but the beds were uncomfortable. On our last night we got home late from Venice, around 11pm and we had to pack because we were leaving the next day. I don’t think we were making that much noise because we were 5 adults, no kids, and we were just packing our bags and taking showers, all of a sudden there was a loud banging on our door and someone yelling ‘silencio.’ About 10 minutes later she came back and again very aggressively banged on the door. My husband opened the door and she started screaming at him telling him that the noise of us taking a shower and the toilet flushing was too loud and that she had to be up at 5am. I know this is not the hotels fault but it’s something travelers should be aware of in case you have little ones or like to stay up late. However for the price and for the convenience of the bus station I would stay here again if I ever want to visit Venice.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very pleasant and assisted with obtaining tickets for land & sea transportation for Venice. They offer a paid shuttle service to the Marco Polo airport, as well. The room accommodating 5 was clean and had air conditioning. The Piazza de Roma is about a 15 minute bus ride from the hotel.

The hotel itself is nice, but we stayed at the apartment across the street. Our check-in didn't occur until the evening and we were confused as to where we were going because the hotel clerk sent us across the street to an unnamed building. We were a bit uncomfortable at first, not knowing what kind of hotel resides in a dark alley with no signs or people around. It turned out the hotel apartment is a separate structure that has been purchased by the facility and resides over a residential complex. Once we were able to verify we were in a safe area (the next day when daylight came), we felt more at ease, but I would recommend that the hotel notify guests that will be staying in the apartment of the facilities and the situation so they don't feel scared or uncomfortable like we were.

This is a very nicely appointed hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful with directions. Morning breakfast was very good too with good options. There is on-site parking in the rear (free) which is great. The hotel is located right on a bus-line for easy public transportation and a grocery store is nearby for any drinks,snacks, and food one may need.

Convenient hotel near Mestre train station

We were a family of five, 3 adults and two teens, who stayed just one night in Mestre, Just outside of Venice. We arrived at Marco Polo airport, and payed 45 euros for the hotel shuttle (we pre booked and they were waiting for us). Its about 25 mins from the airport, and 8 minutes by car to the train station (about 2 Kms). We didn't go to Venice, but its the next stop on the train (Santa Lucia station). We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, and small living room with fridge and small table. One bedroom had a double bed, the other bedroom a double and a single. Plenty of room for our family, simple but clean, quiet and a fair price.Shower stall was narrow, and mattresses felt a little like college mattresses, but otherwise fine. A/C was good. Breakfast had fruit, breads, jam, yougurt, some cereal, cheeses, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs. Very Friendly staff. The only downside is that the suite is in a separate building from the main hotel, and you have to go across the street to the main desk, breakfast, etc. The hotel has a small bar/restaurant, and there was a pizza place nearby and a gas station. Nothing scenic nearby, but very convenient to Mestre train station, where you can go to Venice.

Worst Wifi experience I ever had in a hotel

My family and I went to Venice in June prior to boarding our cruise. On first impression upon arrival, the hotel owner seemed nice and they had arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. They put us up in the apartment which had a malfunctioned internet access. I could not get to my important emails until the next morning. The person who worked that night did not even try to help us to get the internet working that night and was for the most part unhelpful. All he said was the password for the internet is on the panel, which I could not find. The next morning, I was in a hurry to log into my email and confirm my cruise and so I was forced to use the lounge and dining hall internet access at the last moment. The owner then gave me a nasty look and lectured about how it was not good form to eat while I was busy trying to access my iPhone, before I checked out. (Well I thought: if your internet access was functioning fine in my room the night before, maybe I could relax and enjoy my breakfast!) Excuse me! When I booked the room, it did say it had \"full Wifi access in the room\". The staff who showed us to the room did not orient us properly and show us how to access the internet in the room. To put the customer through an inconvenient experience and then to lecture him at the dining hall just add salt to injury. Cons: generally unhelpful, unfriendly customer service. Pros: close to Venice city center.

Great One Night Stay

Very convenient for a one night stay prior to taking a flight home from Marco Polo Airport. Plenty of parking at the hotel, dropped the car off at the airport the next morning. AC in each room. Restaurants nearby. Note, no kitchen availability for 1 night stay. Wifi was spotty. Bus stop to/from Venice is right in front of hotel.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained, the location in mestre was good for a bus ride into Venice. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel with a direct line into Venice. Breakfast was simple but good. Only complaint was that we stayed in a apartment across the street from the hotel and there was no wifi even though our reservation said free wifi was included.

Location: not close to the train station of Mestre, need to walk 20-30mins, (take bus 15 or 7); Facility: they sent us to another building across the road instead of the main hotel building, and there was only WIFI at the reception area; Breakfast: all kinds of coffee were terrible, no other hot food, only cakes, breads, hams and so on; Room: (4 people room) was like a student accommodation--or youth hostel, the double decker kept making noise at night.

Could've, would've, should've...there was a hotel for a lower price in Mestre that I definitely should have booked instead of this one. The receptionists do not speak English and the location is at the outskirts of Mestre. The hotel provides the bare minimum to match the low-end price, but I think you could get a better bang for your buck somewhere in the center of Mestre. If you're planning on visiting Venice, I would highly recommed to stay in Treviso instead of Mestre and take the train straigh in to Venice.

Personnel très accueillant. Chambre rénovée très bien avec belle salle de bains. Au calme (sur parking ). Bon petit déjeuner buffet avec du salé et du sucré et fruits frais. 1 seule chaine en français (infos en continu)... dommage. Une bouilloire serait aussi un plus.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia ( 5 persone) nell'appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pulito, confortevole. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Supermercato a pochi metri, cosi come la fermata dei mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Venezia.Staff molto gentile che ci ha concesso la possibilità di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio per tutta la giornata oltre il check out .Torneremo appena possibile. Grazie ancora.

L'hotel è stato completamente rimodernato, gli spazi sono adeguati e confortevoli. La stanza, al secondo piano e sul cortile interno era silenziosa. La colazione salata e dolce abbastanza variata. Personale gentile e disponibile. La fermata dell'autobus per Venezia vicinissima.

התמונות המוצגות באתר לקוחות משני אתרים שונים של בית המלון. התמונות של האזורים היפים מגיעות מהמלון עצמו והתמונות הפחות מרשימות מגיעות מדירות שלא נמצאות במלון, הן נמצאות בבניין מגורים ליד המלון ורמת הניקיון ותחזוקה שם תואמות במקרה הטוב מלון של כוכב אחד. לשם הם מפנים את אלו המזמינים אירוח משפחתי עם חדרים נפרדים. הגענו לשני לילות, בלילה הראשון שיכנו אותנו בנין המגורים ורק לאחר שכתבנו חוות דעת באתר, הם נאותו להציע לנו חדר במלון עצמו, אמנם ללא הפרדה בין ההורים לבין הילדים אבל היה סביר הרבה יותר
