Room was remodeled and very neat and clean. View of the city was wonderful. Staff was very nice from front desk to housekeeping. Amenities on property were wonderful. My son loved the pool table, foosball, and games. Free coffee was wonderful and you can purchase goodies right on property. Seating areas just to hangout were great. Only two things that were opportunities….. the a/c blows right on the bed, it needs some sort of diverter and the shower pressure was okay and products were not great (shampoo doesn’t lather well and body wash okay). We loved it overall and will be back.

We love the Caza! The staff are so friendly and attentive, and the property is very clean and welcoming. We love the pool and warmer months and the overall vibe is like a resort tucked away in a quaint neighborhood. However, we would really enjoy more amenities in the rooms like a coffee maker and refrigerator, as well as nicer pillows, and more creature comforts. Also, we wish the bar and snack area was available throughout the day. The hours are so limited! However, we will continue to return because of the nice property, comfortable rooms and neighborhood.

My husband and I had a great one night stay here! Great safe location in Fisherman's Wharf, it was an easy walk to Cobb's Comedy Club to see the legendary Kevin Smith! Room was big and very clean, bathroom was cute with a nice size tub. The receptionist that checked us in was so sweet and friendly too! We look forward to coming back

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 113, the mattress and pillows NEED TO BE CHANGED. PLEASE! Especially the mattress and 3 out of the 4 pillows closest to the window and A/C unit. The mattress just buckles in the center and the right side edge near the bedside table. Didn’t get a chance to tell the front desk because we left really early every morning and returned late.

Other expenses that seem irrelevant tacked onto stay. Staff nice. Too expensive for what you get. No hot breakfast. Good play area for young adults and children. Near things to do.

Not much fresh food. Packaged in wraps like airplanes. For the price I expect better food to buy. Very nice pool. Worried about chlorine levels being too high.

I wish they would tell us when the chlorine levels are checked. Nice and warm pool! Good umbrellas and all. Perfect pool area.

Nice bar. Good staff. Just not “nice enough” in rooms and bathroom. Needs to update and etc.

Stuff was amazing. Only three stars because the room wasn’t a clean as it should be for the cost. And it needs some updating because even the shower curtains were old and frayed. Corners of the room where the carpets are you could see where dirt and dust were gathering and they’re not being cleaned regularly. While the area isn’t close to fisherman’s wharf, and Ghirardelli’s square, and you expect some noise from maybe people walking around, but you definitely don’t expect all of the loud vehicles from the work being done around it so there was no way for me to sleep throughout the night.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were super clean and updated. Cleaned every day, something that seems to have dissipated over the years at other hotels. Great area for kids to play and adults to grab a drink. Customer service excellent, location great, very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

I wasn’t aware of the resort fees that were still owed at check in. The staff tried to get an additional payment from my second room at check out even though I paid for both at check in. I bought snacks for my daughter in the lobby and then discovered they were expired. There was no water available in the vending machines. The room was very noisy (street noise, slamming doors).

When I made the reservation amenities as advertised showed a coffee maker and a mini refrigerator in the room when I got there i was told if i needed a refrigerator the cost is $25.00 per stay. and the coffee maker was free i did not agree with the extra fee being charged for the refrigerator, but I had no choice i was already there. the net thing was for a hold of $100.00 per night on my credit card this is a shameful practice i have stayed at hotels that are more prestigious and never had such a high hold on my credit card. anyway, my stay is over i am back in New York and never ever again will i stay or recommend the Caza.

Staff were fine. Breakfast options were expensive and for the most part cold. I think they would benefit greatly from a breakfast buffet that has cold and hot items, including eggs and meat and cereal, etc.. The room itself was OK, but we had ants in the bathroom on the floor and they had also claimed food that we had secured in our backpacks in closed plastic containers. Parking was ridiculously expensive. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again. It is too bad because I traveled to San Francisco a lot.

Our two queen room with a city view was clean, but that's where the good review ends. The mattress was old & had very little support, the heating unit made popping and cracking noises whenever it ran, the TV glitched to the point that we had to simply unplug it and watch TV on our phones. We were there during a 4-day rain storm, and the windows rattled in the wind. But by far the biggest problem was the rain overflowing the roof, cascading down three floors and landing on our windows and AC making it impossible to sleep. It was so loud!

I would have given a better review had the manager followed thru with our expected comp for our stay January 27th thru 29th. I was injured in my room in attempting to kneel down to collect a fallen earbud
My leg hit an exposed metal mattress holder . An emergency room trip required gluing my skin on my 3+ inch gap. Stitches would have been 10.

Everyone was super friendly, but I also loved the excursions desk. Both employees that I dealt with there were very informative and helpful.
We really enjoyed the free bike rides on Fisherman's Wharf, and it was very helpful that the cable car was only a couple of blocks away. Great price, for a great hotel!

The location can't be beat. The hotel is fun. It has a game room with a pool table, board games, and more.
This is my go-to place in SF. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and many offer great views.
It is a short walk to Pier 39, and many fun things to do.
The most important thing about this hotel is that the staff is beyond the beyond for pleasantness. They are some of the nicest people I have ever come across.

The hotel was very nice and clean! The location of the hotel is so perfect for all the things you want to do!! You could walk to everything! The people were very nice and helpful. But I did not enjoy checking myself in and getting my own key made for my room. I especially DIDN’T like the LIGHT that came on in the middle of the night whenever anyone got up to use the bathroom!! It was terrible and so bright!!

The whole experience- with one caveat- was excellent. Clean rooms, fun lobby, courteous staff- all great. My caveat? Was we stayed overnight on a Tuesday and approximately 5 AM I believe on the far side of the building was trash pick up day on Wednesday and it was the noisiest, most raucous and long lasting trash pick up event ever. I will never stay on that side of the building on a Tuesday overnight again.

Cool area, easy check in and out, greeting staff was helpful.
Unfortunately the fire alarm went off through the entire hotel with no explanation at 10pm. When we all got to the lobby, just was told we could go back to our rooms, was it a false alarm orrrr…..?
Water pressure was awful, barely a trickle and the body wash was broken and unusable. The rooms were tidy and they tuned down your room daily which was nice (great housekeeping staff). Although not a terrible experience, we most likely will go with another hotel on our next stay.
