FORUM, a welcoming hotel located in the historic centre of Alcúdia (the town was declared as part of the Historic and Artistic Heritage in 1974), is the end result of the refurbishment and modernisation of an ancient building. The refurbishment has placed a high value on the building's iconic characteristic architecture while providing all the necessary elements for couples to enjoy a comfortable holiday.

It is located between the ancient town walls and is just a few minutes from the crystalline beaches and coves and the most iconic locations on the island, making it the perfect place from which to enjoy a romantic getaway, the culture and traditions of the Balearic Islands or its gastronomy. We have 16 modern, comfortable rooms with views of the main square, the financial and commercial centre of the old town (the Forum), or with views of the internal gardens and pool area.

All rooms are equipped with twin beds, smart TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, full bathroom and amenities. A continental breakfast of traditional local produce is included with your stay.

Relax in our spa after a day at the beach or in the mountains, after strolling along the ancient walls of the old quarter, or after a game of golf. Enjoy a day of relaxation, with beautiful views of the Atalaya (the Tower) and the town's skyline, or have a cool evening drink under the warm starlit skies in the hot tub which is located on our chill-out terrace.

JUST GO!!! Perfect location in Old Town, Alcudia. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, really fun and chatty! The pool area is small but gorgeous and quiet, the spa is lovely too. We didn’t have breakfast here but it looked good from our balcony! The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious - we stayed in a standard room and it was fab. Coffee machine and water in the room sooo appreciated. We’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

Exceptional service throughout the hotel is spotless, rooms are equipped with all the added extras that make a holiday a little bit special, from the comfortable pillows and mattress to the magnified mirror to the wonderfully fresh smelling towels. Breakfast is relaxing with plenty of choice, but most of all the wonderful people who work there are the most friendliest, welcoming and caring which made the whole holiday. Thank you so much

A fantastic small hotel in the heart of old town. The room was lovely, the breakfasts were great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations of things to do and where to eat in the evenings. This property is stunning , fabulous location . The staff are exceptional especially Damien & Rianne. We moved accommodation early into our trip we arrived at Forum early hours of the morning and Damien who was off duty , promptly turned up to help us with check in as we arrived unsociable hours . He was reassuring he could accommodate . They also arranged not only a room but breakfast also . I’m so grateful for the excellent service received . The staff all very pleasant and welcoming . Damien was our knight in shining armour we are so grateful . Thank you for everything! Your amazing !

Superb hotel. Right in the middle of old town. Room was wonderful. Spacious with a comfortable bed and loved the shower. All hard wood flooring and well appointed. The staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and just always there to greet you with smile. Best staff I've encountered in my travels. My stat came with breakfast which was fabulous. Nice selection on offer and they will make eggs or omelettes to order if requested. They really are a level up and can't endorse this hotel enough.

Estadía ideal en Alcudia

FORUM es un hotel nuevo en pleno centro de la ciudad amurallada de Alcudia. Está literalmente en la plaza central del pueblo, pero justo en una esquina muy tranquila. Alcudia centro, a pesar de ser muy pequeño, nos sorprendió con la cantidad de turistas que llegaron de noche. Pudimos aprovechar nuestra estadía la máximo gracias al hotel.

What makes this property special are the little extras they provide and the attention to details. Like the freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning or one of the most delicious cakes served in the morning. Most places don't understand that this is what makes a hotel special, but the Forum does. Diego and Damia went out of their way to make our stay special. We were there for the Cycling and it was always nice to come back to the hotel so inviting. Rooms were gorgeous and with a staff so friendly we would happily return.

Unique boutique hotel. Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and Diego is an EXCEPTIONAL host. He took ample time explaining the property, showed us our room, where to park, local attractions on the map, and so forth.

I made a mistake and cancelled my reservation because Google maps said the hotel was 11 hours from the Palma airport, but I was looking at WALKING DIRECTIONS!!!! It is only a 45 minute drive. Diego worked with the host at the prior hotel I was checking out of to hold my room for me.

Breakfast is deluxe, all amenities superior, but it is Diego who made the stay over the top special.

All you could want - hotel in the centre.

This was the most unexpected find of a hotel. New fresh and stylish with everything you could possibly want. Seating areas both inside and out. Pool and lie beds and also a terrace. Delicious breakfast with outstanding service. The room we had was beautiful and the bed was comfy. I have to say this is one of the most wonderful boutique hotels I have stayed in particularly as it was right in the middle of the town. Despite being in the hub of the square the hotel provided peace and tranquility. I will definitely be returning and for longer next time.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Alcúdia. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help you. They even put a bottle of Cava in our room as it was my fiancé birthday. They had a very nice terrace on the roof we’re you can chill out and sunbathe in peace and a ground floor terrace where there is a small pool to cool off. The breakfast was also lovely and just what we needed after coming back from an early morning bike ride.

There are many details to describe how espléndido was our stay at Forum Boutique Hotel. Have you heard “They made us feel like being home” Diego, Damian and Ryanna were so good in making sure we got the best experience possible. Architecturally the place is a gem. Our room has an incredible view and was beyond comfortable. Tony and his wife owner of Forum were very special as well.
We will be back to Alcúdia and Forum next year!

We had a great stay. The location was fantastic. Staff at reception was exceptional. Be aware that this hotel is located inside the city wall. Any of the surrounding parking lots s a 5-8 min walk. I had a car so a bit stressed about lugging my bags out during market day but the manager was helpful above and beyond by going with me to the car to drive it into the city walk so we can load our bags. I would recommend this hotel for the great breakfast, clean modern rooms, excellent service, and of course the convenient central location!

Fantastic hotel, service was friendly, personal and faultless - down to the complimentary fizz for a birthday whilst we were there. Stayed in February so not a lot open to eat in town without getting on a bus, but in season there are bars and restaurants in the plaza by the hotel and the hotel has a bar for late night drinks.

If you’re looking for a new, quiet, boutique hotel, with top notch staff then The Forum Boutique Hotel is it. Situated in central Alcudia old town, this gorgeous architecturally designed hotel has everything and more. I was welcomed by Diego and Damian as I checked in and automatically felt like an old friend. For the 7 days I stayed everything was perfect. The small pool at the back of the hotel was a relaxing way to wind down after exploring the area. You’re 10 mins away from the beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. My room overlooked the busy town square yet so quiet. The breakfast is made up of fresh fruits, cereals and freshly cooked eggs and omelets. The staff truly make you feel like part of the family. With tips and helpful information about the area. It was so nice staying in a quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle. With only 16 gorgeous rooms you’re not getting your usual touristy guests. Thanks Diego, Damian and Anihoa. I’ll be back

Hotel staff , decor Breakfast and location in the old town is 5*star all the way. Room 105 was over looking the square so a real buzz but quiet in the evenings with beautiful shutters. Loved our 9 day stay and enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace with glass of wine.

From the greeting & then constant happy service from all the wonderful staff, to the beautiful interior, the spa, rooftop sunbathing, to the traquil modern room, comfiest bed with traditional shutters. The breakfast was lovely & I can’t fault this hotel one bit.

The location is perfect as you’re right in the Spanish old town culture & easily assessable to everywhere - Alcudia and Pollença ports if you’d like more of an evening atmosphere (the old town restaurants but not much atmosphere for having a few drinks with live music etc.)

We’re a couple in our late 20s and would recommend this hotel for all couples of varying ages. It was stunning.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the old town

We have just returned from a perfect week long stay. The hotel is a brand new boutique hotel in the centre of Alcudia’s charming old town - just off the main square in the middle of lovely restaurants, bars and boutique style shops. The location really can’t be beaten!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like old friends with a warm and personal reception and a welcome beer after the long journey. We were given a tour of the hotel (which is beautifully decorated in a modern style that still complements the feel of the old town. It smells lovely - just like a spa!

Our room was immaculate and decorated to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. The monsoon shower was great and the beds are huge and very comfy.

The hotel has a rooftop solarium which has amazing views across the old town and also stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Like the rest of the hotel this is furnished to a high standard with the comfiest sun beds I have laid on!

We didn’t have time to use the pool or spa but they looked lovely.

Breakfast was a treat everyday, with more personal service - omelettes cooked to order and fresh orange juice brought to your table. A lovely spread of juices, pastries, fruit, yoghurts and hot food all in the setting of the pretty little courtyard.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more - the staff, hotel, rooms & location are all 5*. We were given a bottle of champagne on our anniversary which was a lovely touch! We’ll be back! :)

Beautiful, new hotel in the heart of Old Town

We loved our stay at The Forum. Beautifully designed and decorated and very peaceful. The pool and sun lounging courtyard leads onto the indoor spa area. We used the jucuzzi, steam room and sauna. The treatment rooms were still to be completed when we stayed but will be lovely i’m sure.

There’s a lovely breakfast buffet where you can choose to sit outside in the courtyard or inside. There’s also a sun terrace on the roof.

Staff are friendly and attentive.

Location is also great if you enjoy the peace and quiet of the hotel as well as easy access to the restaurants and bars of the old town. The bus station is a 4-5 minute walk where you can easily get buses to port de pollenca or palma etc.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, im Forum Boutique Hotel in Alcúdia zu übernachten, und es war in jeder Hinsicht herausragend. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einer Atmosphäre, die zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück, das wirklich seinesgleichen sucht. Jeden Morgen wurden wir mit neuen, kreativen Köstlichkeiten überrascht – eine wahre Gaumenfreude! Doch was dieses Erlebnis noch besonderer machte, war das außergewöhnliche Personal. Die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht.

Besonders möchten wir Damian hervorheben, der mit seiner ansteckenden Fröhlichkeit und Herzlichkeit jeden Morgen zu einem Erlebnis gemacht hat. Sein Engagement und seine positive Ausstrahlung haben uns immer mit einem Lächeln in den Tag starten lassen.

Das Hotel war ein absoluter Volltreffer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll gewählt - richtig mediterraner Flair. Die Sauberkeit ist bemerkenswert und die Gastgeber geben sich sehr mühe alle Gäste zu kennen, sodass man sich stets wohl fühlt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Altstadt lässt sich ganz einfach zu Fuß durchqueren. Hier machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub.

Unglaublich guter Service! Einzigartig in Alcúdia. Sehr schönes Design und jedes Detail stimmt. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Es gibt absolut nichts zu verbessern. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedes Mal wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Fantastisk godt ophold.

Ved ankomst til Receptionen fik vi en varm og informativ modtagelse. Samtlige personaler, vi stødte på, var meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme.
Værelse/badeværelse var i ypperste stand, meget flotte begge dele; gode senge.
Hotellet ligger midt i centrum af byen i en meget flot, gammel bygning; på trods af dette var der 100% ro inde i hotellet.
Fantastisk flot og lækker morgenbuffet med meget venlig betjening.
Der var iNTET at sætte en finger på under vores 3 dages ophold, og vi vil varmt anbefale Forum Botique Hotel & Spa til andre besøgende i Alcúdia.

Es war einfach ein toller Aufenthalt im Hotel Forum. Besonders das super nette Personal im Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Morgens wurde ein tolles Frühstücksbüffet angeboten, dass keine Wünsche offen lies. Es gab regionale Speisen. Eierspeisen wurden nach Wunsch zubereitet. Ein toller Start in den Tag. Das Hotel selbst hat keine Parkmöglichkeiten, was aber kein Problem ist. Das Auto kann man an der Stadtmauer parken. Nach ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg ist man am Hotel und mit5en 8n der historischen Altstadt von Alcudia. Bei unserer nächsten Mallorcareise steht das Hotel Forum bestimmt wieder auf unserem Programm!

We spent more than a week at this lovely hotel in the pittoresque old town of Alcudia. The hotel facilities, the room and the the daily breakfast were a lovely surprise and made our stay very pleasant.

We also would like to emphasize the great service provided by Rianne, Damia and Diego: they organized everything in advance and during our stay – beautiful flowers, tasty wines, horse riding trips, gave dinner recommendations etc. And all this in a very personal and kind manner. Thanks a lot, we are looking forward to coming back.

L’accueil, le charme des lieux et des chambres font de cet hôtel un havre de détente et de sérénité dans lequel on a envie de revenir à chaque séjour.

6 nights in this elegant and very comfortable hotel. The room was beautiful and the beds very good. Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and fantastic rooftop terrace. Situated in the heart of the city. We went bicycling every day to different beaches and beautiful nature Hope to come back !
