We had to upgrade as original room was of poor quality...very shabby and small. So it cost a lot more than we expected to pay. Staff we mostly good. Food was of very poor quality.

The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied.
So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children.

The food was good, with plenty of variety. However, the hotel clearly focuses on the German market, particularly young families. The pool was always overcrowded, and by 7am, most sunbeds were already “reserved” with towels and they stayed that way all day. Not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Vi reste med små barn. All personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten var bra, ren rum, bra läge, nära till Alcudia Old Town och nära till stranden.
Endast negativ som jag skulle säga var att lekplatsen var inte anpassad för små barn och de hade bara nagea grejer men mitt emot hotellet fanns en lokal lekplats som var bra.

Superb location in the heart of Alcudia

We had a lovely time as a family of five (son, parents and grandparents) for a 10 day stay The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for all of us. Even with the sofa bed extended there was still a lot of room for us. We were there for the breakfasts only and there were plenty of options every day with lots of coffee machines, as the breakfast is only on from 8am until 10am i would suggest they started the breakfast time a little earlier as it could get very crowded at times. The doors to the rooms had a large gap underneath so the air con wasnt as cold as it could be and the noise from guests arriving or leaving in the night could be disturbing. The rooms were cleaned well and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was a good size with lots of seating but could also get very busy and the summer season had only just begun. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops with little noise from the street and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Would certainly recommend.

Great Location, Mediocre Dining, and Noisy Rooms

Nice hotel with a great location and good rooms and facilities. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms carries straight through. We were unlucky to have babies in the room next door, which disturbed our sleep at night.

The restaurant was below average — the food quality and taste were disappointing, and poor acoustics made the space very noisy.

Overall, a good option for families with small children, but perhaps not ideal if you're looking for a quiet or restful stay.

They need to do better

Mixed feelings about this hotel. So many things to love, the pool, gardens, breakfast, location, animation team but lots of improving needed here I feel. They seem to only care about their German/Dutch/Spanish customers. Rude, untrained, unfriendly front desk staff. Naive of them to think just because you are not Spanish that you cannot speak/understand the language while they speak about you to their colleague and you understood everything! I would be quite hesitant to return if I am being honest and it’s a pity as the hotel itself is beautiful but let down by the reception/bar team.

Good complex, lied about Air Conditioning.

Whilat the complex, staff and food were good, the lack of air conditioning - which is mentioned on their website and third party booking platforms was a major disappointment. They have centrally controlled cooling and warming which was switched off. The room was hot and stuffy at night - if you have the windows and patio door open you leave yourself open to being eaten alive by the mosquitos. I am covered in bites. Had the hotel been truthful about their air conditioning I would have booked elsewhere. Beware....

All the staff are so super friendly and nothing is to much trouble. They go all out to make sure the children have the best time. The gardens are stunning and makes the hotel look so appealing. The food was good but needs more variety for vegans (labelled) we only paid for one day for dinner, but I struggled to find food to eat. The only other suggestion would be to get the pool heated for the cooler months, the pool was freezing and the kids didn’t really enjoy it.

Good bassic Hotel Resrot - espeically for children

Good basic hotel. Room and fittings were clean - just a little tired. Staff were all helpful and efficient.

Breakfast and dinner meals were good but not outstanding. Quite a lot of children staying - hotel appears v good for families. Lots of very well kept pools. Evening entetainment aimed at children.

WiFi very slow. TV old and basic. Could not change any language settings for channels clearly showing movies with several language options - mostly set up for German..

Overall we had a great time in Mallorca and didn't find this hotel to be bad, but don't expect a palace! It was a bit tired, cleanliness could be improved, and the food left a lot to be desired.
We were there with two kids ages 9 and 12. Had really lovely interactions with the reception staff, they were great. We had a poolside room with a lovely view. Beds were fine but the sofa beds were not. Firstly they were made up from the previous guests with used sheets etc. We needed one bed, housekeeping made up that one but left the other dirty bed. The blankets did not seem washed, they were stinky, and the sofa beds were old and hard. As such we ended up sleeping with three in the one bed in the bedroom.
Thankfully even though there were a few activities on, we didn't find the rooms to be too loud.

The outdoors at the hotel are nice and the location to the beach is really easy - 2 min walk and you're there. Also is close to the town center so easy to reach everything. Indoor pool and sauna facilities aren't great. Pool is small, hot tub is not really hot and we couldn't tell if it was cleaned etc and staff did not monitor the pool so there were often teenagers in there being rowdy and the edges of the pool were dirty. It wasn't warm enough to swim outdoors so we ended up going to another hotel and bought day passes to swim there.

Food...we had half board and if we were to go back we wouldn't do a package with food. Found many things to be inedible and not fresh.

Good - bus stops nearby, as is fery port; superb selection and quality at breakfast; close to beach
NOT SO GOOD - No route from rooms to dining room without going out into the cold and rain!
- On departure day I asked for a wake up cal at 6.30 but it came at 5.30!
- Reception ordered a taxi to take me to the ferry port but it didn't turn up; BUT one of the staff took me in his own car in the end
- You are partly paying for entertainment and activities, so not good value if you simply want bed and food.

This hotel is by far the best 3 star I have been to. From the front desk, The staff were professional, yet friendly and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was exactly the same in the restaurant. Really spot on staff, and the food was right up there with the 4 & 5 stars. I must say that the cleanliness in all areas was excellent, and the cleaning staff were always very pleasant. Even when My Wife took sick, and We had to fly back to the UK, Everybody made things as painless as possible. We will definitely be back to \"finish Our holiday off\". Thanks to Everyone for a great stay. John.

Good for those on a budget

The hotel was lovely at first glance. However once in the room you realise the walls are made of paper, you can hear conversations all around you. The corridor is echoey as hell and people seem to have no respect and shout down the corridor at all hours.
The hotel is cleaned every other day which is fine in terms of being environmentally friendly. And the reception is very accommodating if you need more towels for the pool etc.
Our tap was leaking in the kitchen and took 2 days to fix- not great as it is an Aparthotel and we could not clean dishes etc as all the water would end up on the floor.
Given that we were visiting in Feb-March the pool and jacuzzi were freezing most of the days we were then. When we brought this to the receptions attention nothing seemed to be done. They were also filthy.
Overall it was an ok stay. I imagine that in the summer the experience is better. Location is great for cycling and is a short walk to the centre of the port.

This is a nice hotel in a good location but the food lets it down. We were asked to pay €12 each for a buffet breakfast that was only worth €4. The quality was poor without a lot of taste. I ended up going to a local bakery every morning and got a better tasty breakfast for 2 for about €9

Lovely surprise

Beautiful hotel, rooms were nice with all we needed and were serviced everyday of our stay apart from Sunday. As someone of a ethnic minority I would say you may get a few stares but it was nothing hostile and I never felt unsafe, honestly a lovely surprise as I had never stayed in a 3 star but it honestly could be a 4 star.

The hotel was beautiful, amazing food and friendly staff. Only downside was the poor air conditioning in apartment. It did little to cool the rooms and didn't work when room was unoccupied - returned to boiling hot room at night was very unpleasant and made sleep difficult.

The first glimpse of the hotel was very promising. Tidy and smart from the outside. We were in an apartment block which was well maintained and clean. The grounds were very well kept as was the pool. The apartment was stylish and clean, the only downside was ours overlooked a side road, which at the time was having road works done! Not the fault of the hotel though.

only 2 complaints - bed was very uncomfortable, I woke every morning after a horrible night's sleep with a broken back and there was no kettle.

Great location just hotel is extremely basic.

The hotel itself was only a stones throw from the beach and had plenty of shops and restaurants very close to it. just don't be fooled this isn't a small hotel we couldn't get anywhere near the pool as they were all taken up by 9am! The cleanliness was good overall but there was Mosquitos in our bathroom when we arrived and we was bitten a lot on the first night until we bought some spray to oust them. The sheets and towels were changed daily which was good. We only had breakfast but he food was very much a continental kind of breakfast. There was a lot of German guests but we was made to feel welcome. The TV only had 1 English Channel which is a minor gribe and there was no kettle provided also the air conditioning wasn't up to much hardly made it cooler at all and the instructions on how to use it were all in German we figured it out after the first night. Overall this isn't the best hotel around but benefits from its location

Staying at Alcudia Gardens for Ironman Mallorca

I stay here for Ironman Mallorca and the apartments are ideally located right next to Transition. Having Bikes in your rooms and going in and out no problems. Rooms were cleaned daily and accommodation was comfortable ideal for athletes. I didn't eat in the hotel made my breakfast (porridge) in my apartment which has a small kitchen but no Kettle or Mugs. Good for swimming takes 5mins to reach the swim start !

Tired, basic, dirty hotel

Within minutes of walking into the room it was clear that the airconditioning didn't work, the aerial was taped to the wall, it smelt of smoke even though it was a non smoking room ( the blankets reeked) and it was dirty. The handyman came promptly and was very helpful but he taped the aerial again and after starting the aircon showed us that there was a connection which had to be made by the patio doors, this was rickety and unreliable. There was a broom and dustpan in the room which we went round the edges of the floor with and a dead insect sat on a bathroom shelf all week. They don't even have cleaners in twice a week! We had no hand towels the day before no cleaning so I requested them and new bath towels too.
The buffet food was reasonable.
The best thing for us was the closeness to the beach as the pools were small and it was very crowded around it. There was no reasonable adult entertainment, plenty for under 5's,

Previewed this hotel before and had a walk around the grounds on my visit to Alcudia before.
Reception and grounds of hotel lovely . Pool a very good size with a smaller children's pool . Sun beds very comfortable and you can hire towels which we didn't know about .
We were s/c so didn't sample the food tho again dining room and food on display looked very appetising . We were going to upgrade but it is slightly pricey and we were on a \"cheap\" break . We usually do go AI and to be honest we missed it this year as we got a small plastic cup of juice from bar that cost 2euros .
Rooms are clean, but very basic . Fridge and cooker top had seen better days . Sink area and electric cooker top are all in one unit , so had to put towel on drainer to stop water running into cooker dials !!!! Was chilly at this time of year and we tried on numerous occasions to get some heating to work . Same with the advertised wifi for the teenagers with us . They informed us that it was being fixed , but if you pd for it it worked - go figure . Maids were there nearly everyday and did a good job with lots of fresh (but again seen better days) towels . This I suspect would be a noisy hotel in the summer as rooms are in tiled corridors and the sound carries .
Would I return to this hotel ? It was okay and we did only use the room/pool area . Probably yes as it's a good value hotel for sleeping in . Alcudia tho I'm sad to say has changed over the years . This will be our last time in the resort - no fault of the hotels tho .

Not bad - but not great!

I've stayed in the area quite a bit since December (its February now) - this hotel is OK. The reception staff are not the most pleasant that I've experienced, the rooms are functional but not the most comfortable either. Its just pretty average. I wouldn't spend much money here - spend a little more and stay over the road at Vanity Golf.

Great location, good hotel

The rooms are adequate. Small kitchette, lounge area with large flat screen TV. OK size balcony and large bathroom with bath and shower. The outdoor pool area is good with plenty of beds. Very close to the beach and and the harbour, also close to shops and bars. Never used the indoor pool or sauna/jacuzzi as it was too nice outside. Reception very helpful. I liked it and would use it again.

Hotel it's self was very nice but very noisy at all times of the day. So do not stay here if you want peace and quiet. Also not many english people stay at this hotel. The food in the restaurant was nice and the pool and other amenities were good. There are no lifts so ask for a ground floor room if you have mobility problems. Also I found check-in a very bad experience, took over an hour because I didn't have printed confirmation of my booking only email via my iPhone which wasn't enough! I won't use this hotel again ! Also you have to pay 15€ to hire a kettle

A decidedly average experience - nothing horribly offensive, nothing fantastic. The cleaning of the rooms could have been better house keeping missed our room a few times and I would REALLY recommend that the hotel invest in Mosquito repellents. The air con was selective about when it decided to work, and the beds were most uncomfortable. My last gripe is the noise level from the street facing rooms as the first floor rooms are directly over resturants. The location is great in relation to town centre, beach, local shops and resturants and the staff did try and be very helpful.The pool area is lovely. A very family orientated hotel, but I wouldn't return, especially not in peak season.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und nicht geputzt. Die Toilette hatte noch Spuren des Vorgängers. An den Wänden war Staub und die Klimaanlage versorgte das Zimmer mit muffiger Luft. Ansonsten war das Zimmer ok. Die Außenanlage mit Pool war fantastisch.

A lot of value for the price.
Very close to everything in Alcúdia and a good option for cyclists.
But the breakfast and dinner buffet is next level noisy, almost impossible to eat indoors.
The breakfast buffet selection was really good and they offer gluten free bread.
The dinner buffet is terrible and so not worth the money. Food is cold and tasteless.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits très agréables, autant pour le buffet à volonté le matin et le soir que pour les espaces piscine et air de jeux ainsi que la chambre spacieuse avec une vue piscine incroyable. Dépaysant et ressourçant avec même une attention pour mon anniversaire durant le séjour. Le personnel est très serviable et sympa. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Das Hotel ist an sich okay und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Aber die Zimmer sind enorm hellhörig, man hat das Gefühl als würden die Leute im Flur direkt neben einem im Raum stehen. In der Früh um 8 haben sich dann die Putzkräfte laut unterhalten, sodass man nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Zudem roch es im gesamten Zimmer enorm nach Chlor. Die Umgebung ist absolut uncharmant.

Es war alles super, im Sommer denke ich gut für Familien und Kinder, hat genug für alle. Wer auf so grosse Hotels steht, gern.

As a solo traveler who likes to prepare my own meals I really appreciate the apartments with an included kitchen area with dishes and cooking utensils and a somewhat spacious fridge. A nice supermarket is also just around the corner that offers fresh meats and seafood. The beach is just a across the street. The hotel pool area is small but beautiful. The rooms are maybe a bit worn but kept clean and tidy. And a bus stop to Palma is also only a few steps away. I always travel outside of the high seasons so I enjoyed the calm and quiet during my stay. Definetly will come back soon.

Bra läge men skippa all inclusive!

Själva hotellet var okej, rent och bra sängar. Poolen var stor och bra men rätt kall.
Vi hade ett rum mot gatan och underhållningen från hotellet mittemot höll oss vakna länge pga extremt högljutt, så inget ställe för någon som sover lätt.
Vi hade även all inclusive som var absolut värdelös. Frukosten var okej, men måltiderna inget att ha. Det positiva var att det fanns oliver och san miguel på tapp.
Mellan huvudmålen fanns inget snack som ingick, endast dryck från poolbaren.
Det bästa med hotellet var ändå läget. Supernära stranden, butiker och restauranger. Även gångavstånd till stan om man ville det!

Waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen sehr bemüht einem zu helfen. Die Sauberkeit war auf der gesamten Anlage des Hotels (Gänge, Pool, Zimmer) gegeben.

Das Animationsprogramm für die Kinder am Abend war ebenfalls am Abend sehr nett und die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß daran.

Rund um das Hotel gibt es unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir (in der Hauptsaison, Mitte Juli) zu jeder Zeit an einer der direkt am Hotel liegenden Straßen parken.

Einzigen Kritikpunkt, den wir empfanden war die in einem Aparthotel übliche Küchenzeile. Sie bestand aus einer Mikrowelle und einem sehr kleinen Kühlschrank, in den man 2 Getränke-Flaschen stellen konnte, bis dieser voll war. Besteck abseits von Tee-Löffeln gab es ebenfalls keins. Hat uns nun nicht sonderlich eingeschränkt, aber kühle Snacks und verschiedene kühle Getränke wären trotzdem nicht verkehrt gewesen... =)

Sollte es uns für den Urlaub nochmal nach Port D'Alcudia verschlagen (ein wirklich schöner Ort für Familien und ohne hemmungslosen Sauf-Tourismus), ziehen wir dieses Hotel definitiv wieder in Betracht.

Loistava perhehotelli

Loistava sijainti Alcudian sataman lähistöllä, lyhyt matka rannalle. Lähistöllä useita hyviä ravintoloita ja kauppoja, hotellin vastapäätä heti kaksi supermarkettia ja erinomainen Kebab & Pizza Hub ravintola nopeaa lounasta varten. Kävelymatkan päässä Alcudian kaupungista.

Hotellissa on mahdollisuus all inclusive -pakettiin, mutta me varasimme vain aamiaisen ja kävimme lounaalla ja päivällisellä kaupungilla. Yhtenä iltana söimme illallisen hotellissa ja se oli ihan hyvätasoinen, mutta olisi käynyt tylsäksi syödä joka päivä/ilta hotellilla. Allasbaarista sai kuitenkin allaspäivinä ostettua virvokkeita vaikka ei all inclusivea ollutkaan, hintataso kohtuullinen.

Hotellin altaat oli erinomaiset ja lapset viihtyivät altailla aamusta iltaan pulikoiden. Lapsille oli kuutena päivänä viikossa päiväohjelmaa mm. aarrejahti, suklaatehdas, paidan maalaus ja viuhkamaalaus. Meidän 9- ja 10-vuotiaat lapset nauttivat kovasti näistä viihdykkeistä ja kävivät niissä ahkerasti.

Hotellin sivustalla oli parkkitilaa kadun laidassa, paikka löytyi aina vaikka tuli retkiltä takaisin vasta illemmalla.

- Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber geputzt. Dies wurde dann nachgeholt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet
- das Restaurant ist ein Buffet und \"a discretion\". Sehr laut und Atmosphäre eher wie in grosser Halle. Qualität vom Essen sehr unterschiedlich.
- am Pool werden Plätze schon um 7 Uhr mit Badetücher besetzt
- Abendprogramm geht bis nach 22 Uhr und ist sehr laut... nicht sehr praktisch wenn das Kind vor 22 Uhr ins Bett geht

Ikke noget at skrive hjem om.

Virkelig slidt hotel, værelser var meget slidte og meget nemt at høre naboen.

Ringe sovesofa i stuen hvis man vejer over 90 kg mærker men nemt bunden af sengen.

Jeg syntes hoteller trænger til en renovering vi gav godt kun 5600 kr for en uge, men havde bestil 18 dage i juli men vil ikke give 32500 kr for at bo på det hotel.

Heel fijn hotel, op korte (loop)afstand van het strand.
De eetzaal is rumoerig (zoals in elk groot hotel), maar op het terras is er volop plek en kun je heerlijk ontbijten in de ochtendzon.
Wij hadden een kamer met een tuintje aan de buitenzijde van het hotel, dus niet met uitzicht op de binnentuin en zwembad. Maar dit was prima.

I liked that the hotel room had a couch and a small functional kitchen corner. The area is great with the beach just across the street and a bus station that can get you to many other places in Mallorca in just a few meter distance.

Stedet ligger perfekt ift. stranden og indkøbs muligheder, og parkering har været relativt nemt at finde tæt på enten ved siden af hotellet eller ned af små sidegader. Morgenmaden er super lækker og kæmpe udvalg og selfølgelig venligt personale som allesammen sagtens kunne kommunikere på engelsk. Klart anbefaling herfra

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Die Anlage ist groß und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
