This is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
The staff are SO kind and helpful. They helped us organize transport from and back to the airport for our travels. Our luggage was delayed and they were able to call the airline to help us.
The rooms are VERY clean and lovely. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice.
The breakfast has a lot of options and great coffee.

Our room was covered in mold and they claimed they were fully booked so couldn't move us until the following day. We stayed around 5 nights. The AC was broken the first two nights, was \"fixed\" so we were told we couldn't move rooms. That is when we think the mold began to grow. We started to feel ill on night 3, and were assuming it was from travel. We came home late on night 4 and noticed the mold - it was everywhere - in front of the AC vent, over the bed, through the ceiling. We complained and they refused to move us as they said the hotel was fully booked. The next day, night 5, they finally moved us, but it was our last night. They didn't do much more than a bottle of prosecco to apologize or provide any support. I have photos and videos that I plan to submit to the Spanish board of health. Apparently they know this is an ongoing issue, but don't do anything to fix it. Completely disgusting. We received no refund and they didn't even comp parking at the end when we were checking out. It was an awful experience, do not stay here.

More of a 4-star experience than 5-star

While the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff do go above and beyond—especially considering they’re clearly understaffed—the overall experience fell short of 5-star expectations. Our AC was broken throughout our stay, and unfortunately, the only solution offered was to flip the breaker switch ourselves, which didn’t resolve the issue. The rooms could use better maintenance, particularly the showers and taps. With some updates and better attention to guest comfort, this place has real potential.

Bordoy hotel was exceptional. The staff were really awesome and they made our stay very comfortable. The food was so good. I was glad I paid for half board. The restaurant was actually a 5 star for me too. I never expected much since it was an hotels restaurant but both the service and food was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer every comfort you could wish for.

The location is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel’s amenities, especially the pool, spa, restaurant, were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable.

What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and always eager to help with any request. It’s clear that they are dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Had an overall great experience at the Bordoy Suites Hotel Port D’Alcudia. Everyone was extremely kind since our arrival, always smiling and trying to help us (but without being overly invasive). They even upgraded us from a suite to a rooftop terrace suite with jacuzzi, great touch! Breakfast was good quality but could use a few more food options. Pool towels could be upgraded as well. Just minor details to improve, definitely not enough to take a star away from an amazing stay!

We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!!

The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Our flight was later in the day so we used pool and snack/bar before we left! Hotel allowed us to use pool and showers at spa area while we stored our luggages! Location is close to everything we needed! Tried Indian (Namaste) restaurant and it was very good! Ate steaks, paella at nearby restaurants. It was okay. We took local buses to beaches, and tourist attractions! Public buses are easy to navigate.
I wished we could stay here another night or more! We will stay at this hotel again!

We had four fantastic nights at the Bordoy port Alcudia suites. The staff are very friendly and accommodating in particular Camilla on the front desk, she was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and modern and in a perfect location, only a stones throw away from the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. We would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Classy luxury living in Alcúdia

Beautiful property and location in Alcúdia. Can get a little noisy during the day given, its proximity to the town center, but inside your room with the door close and the air conditioning on it was a retreat! And I wasn’t planning to spend five star money for a solo trip, but it was totally worth it. My huge one bedroom suite with a rooftop Jacuzzi overlooking the Port of Alcúdia (Mediterranean Sea) was a highlight of my European tour! The staff was amazing, food and drink abundant, and pool and spa offerings were indulgent treats. Perfect couples — or solo! — getaway destination and home base for exploring the island. Get the rooftop suite and a rental car!

The pool itself didn't quite fit -- it might just be that the rest of the hotel was amazing, but the pool was a little small and was almost out on the street

The neighborhood itself is safe and clean, but did not feel like the right place for a five star resort. The area is clearly developing, with better neighbourhoods up and down the street in either direction -- my guess is that the neighborhood is expected to catch up with the hotel?

Street parking is really tight in this area (its quite tough to find parking spots on the island generally) so I'd recommend booking the hotel's parking space.

Well appointed rooms, with plenty of USB ports for charging phones, etc. Wonderful, attentive, helpful staff, including Melanie, Esperanza, and Carmen in reception, and housekeeping and restaurant staff. Never have I ever asked for extra blankets, was told to come down to the lobby, and was given just the bed sheets. Then had to go downstairs AGAIN to ask for the actual blankets.

Everything about the hotel was fabulous, from the staff to the rooms to the spa to the excellent breakfast options. We went early in the season, so it was quieter than it would be during peak summer but that was perfect for my friend and I as we were looking for a relaxing break. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are many good restaurant options within a very short walking distance, especially in the direction of the marina.

The hotel is on a side road that gets a fair bit of traffic but that's only really apparent when you're by the pool. This didn't bother us, but it might be a deal-breaker for some guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We booked last minute as an add-on to our stay in Mallorca & Alcúdia Port Suites did not disappoint.

LOCATION
Situated just off the first row of buildings to the beach, Alcúdia Port Suites is ideally situated near the port, beach, great restaurants & Alcúdia town center. Parking might be a bit difficult here, but luckily we had a Mini Cooper & found a spot right beside the hotel.

CHECK-IN
The reception staff was nice and accommodating. They offer you champagne & water upon arrival.

ROOM
We found the room layout to be extremely ideal. We liked that it was separated into 4 quadrants - Bedroom, Living, Desk/Coffee/Closet, Bathroom. The entire room can be opened up to make it feel like one spacious room or partitioned off for privacy. If you are a group of not super close friends, maybe this isn't the room for you as the bathroom cannot be closed off.

FOOD/RESTAURANT
We did not try

FACILITIES
They have a spa & hammam that is open for use. This is a nice extra bonus. They also have a pool for a more relaxing water experience minus all the fuss of sand.

CHECK-OUT
It was a nice touch that even though check-out is at Noon, they offer to keep your luggages, give you beach towels & you can shower and change in the spa. It's really helpful especially if you have a later flight or your check-in somewhere else is later in the day.

We were upgraded to a suite which suited our needs and expectations better than the standard room, I felt as though the money we paid per night was more aligned with the suite room. The hotel is in an excellent location near to the beach and lots of restaurants & bars. The condition of the hotel is immaculate and there is a very calm atmosphere throughout. I would recommend the roof top suite with private sun-loungers and jacuzzi.! Quality of food at breakfast was very good although the made to order hot food was not always consistent on portion sizes so be specific. Overall an excellent holiday and we will recommend to others

Everything was perfect, location was nice- literally right in front of Alcudia beach. Staffs were friendly. We've tried two restaurants they recommended and loved them all. Breakfast was also nice, room had views. One small drawback is that shower was in the middle of the room and had no walls to cover. I guess they probably have rooms with shower inside the bathroom so ask before you stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

his hotel is no more than a 3* with a gym and (pricey) spa /massage
We would not stay here again
The check in area is a thoroughfare with a bar on right and a few 2 seat tables on left and check in 2 tables with a computer on each
There is no lounge area for relaxing with/without tv
There are no daily papers provided which would be expected at a 5* hotel
The pool area is small
there is no entertainment either day time or night time
The breakfast is Ok
the room we were in is poorly designed as far as we were concerned as the tea/coffee making area was too close to the bed/bed side table as you would hit your head on the light hanging from the ceiling when accessing it and no wardrobes and one drawer and there was a charge of 1 euro per tea bag/coffee sachet after the first day -absolutely ridiculous after the price paid per night
There is no business room with computer access
All in all this hotel is far from a 5* - it is far over priced and we looked at quite a few hotels in the area while there and there were better priced for everything considered

Excellent location and a generally a good hotel throughout.
The pool area is well designed and peaceful given the busy location outside.
Our room was a deluxe and could have been finished with a bit more TLC. Poor paint work around the full length windows and more storage space needed for clothing!
The Spa and gym area was very good, but better A/C needed for the gym area. Plus it should be made clear on check-in that the Spa will be closed each Tuesday due to maintenance!

Hotel was fab. Very peaceful and quiet, never an issue getting a space by the pool. Hotel Very clean, everything looked fairly new. Room was fine, little smaller than the pics show but it was fine for 2. All you would expect, air con, balcony, hair dryer, rain shower etc. Food was also good. Half board is a 5 course menu, not the usual buffet, wasn't to our liking as it was very seafood heavy felt the hotel was trying to be a bit to fancy other than that only gripe would be the lack of storage in the room for clothes! 10 coat hangers and 1 drawer between us, if you were staying for more than a week you would struggle. Staff were fantastic, friendly, always making sure things were ok. We had an issue with the food but it was resolved within half a hour. Even got a phone call after we left to make sure we got home ok!!

The hotel was wonderful, better than I expected from the reviews. The location is wonderful, 1 min from beach and port. The beach here is lovely: sheltered, sandy, gentle and beautiful blue colour. There is nice promenade along Platja D’Alcudia (but not along platja de muro). Bus from airport stops right in front of hotel. There are supermarkets, shops, nice restaurants few minutes walk of hotel. Suites are wonderful, clean modern minimalist earthy design, spacious and functional. Most suites will have sun for most of the day. There is nice solarium and good spa facilities. The hotel is compact but very lovely. Breakfast was good. Chocolate financiers very delicious. There is a buffet and items are also available to order. Excellent friendly professional accommodating staff. Alex and Raquel on reception very helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfekt läge nära stranden, hamnen, restauranger och promenadavstånd till gamla stan i Alcudia. 60 min från flygplatsen med flygbussen som stannade precis utanför. Trevligt med tillgång till spa. Hjälpsam personal. Trevligt rum som såg ut som på bilderna. Bodde med terass med direkt anslutning till soldeck och pool. Kan rekommenderas!

Wat een droom om hier te verblijven 😍 Hele fijne kamers, lief personeel en het ontbijt is echt 10 out of 10! Je hebt mega veel keuze en je kan zowel a la carte bestellen als van het buffet pakken. Het strand is op loopafstand en het zwembad is ook echt een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.

De kamers zijn ruim en modern met een open badkamer. Wel een aparte toilet met deur. Verder erg genoten van de gym en spa! Gym is niet mega groot maar genoeg om even een lekkere workout te hebben.

Schönes Hotel, das eine wahre Ruheoase inmitten des geschäftigen Örtchens ist. Tolles Frühstück und nettes Personal. Das Zimmer hat etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten gehabt aber sonst ein gutes Hotel.
