Property is a motel. Outside corridors to rooms. There are downstairs patio rooms. no bar or restaurant though a limited breakfast voucher is given for Mikeys across the car park. I went once in my 4 day stay. only beverage included is coffe. You dont even get a good morning or glass of water. But the gardens and swimming pool are stunning. Bedrooms are large ,comfortable have fridge ,microwave and coffee makers. Barberque lots of parking. Ralphs and walmart walking distance. Great location easy to get to anywhere

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very nice and, most importantly, clean, which always makes a big difference. The space felt comfortable and well-kept. The only small downside was that the towels were a bit thin, but overall it was still a very good stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

My stay was enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast is across the parking lot at Mikey's and was very good! Only complaints are that the TV does not actually have many of the channels they show on the guide, and the radiator sometimes gets extremely loud and sounds like its going to blow up. \"Heated pool\" was not heated nor clean. Property looks much better on their website than in real life. Onsite restaurant was closed (change of ownership) which was not stated when booking. Room was clean, but carpet is old and bed skirt looks really old. They seem understaffed, but also under utilized as hotel seemed 1/4 occupied. Sorry can't recommend.

The hotel appears to have been recently remodeled and the rooms are very nice. They changed the breakfast to use a diner next door that was very nice compared to the way they did it before. It was a good price for a nice room. The only negative is they need bigger/nicer bath towels. But we will be there again on our next visit to the area.

The website shows a poolside bistro, it was not open, we had two different bedrooms and both of the televisions did not work. The entire system was down. The hotel is very nice, however they should have noted that the poolside bar and restaurant was not open when I made my reservation.

Stay at this hotel every time we’re in the area. I would’ve liked it if they told us a restaurant attached the hotel was going to be closing after the 31st. The new restaurant should be open soon, but the breakfast at Michael’s was not very good. Hopefully when the new restaurant opens, they will have the excellent breakfast they had before.

I was very disappointed by the gross coffee they served, it tasted like old used coffee grounds were in it and I had to spit it out. Room was clean and comfortable. I felt like most of the staff didn't care if customers were satisfied or not, except one gal at the front desk who was very polite when I checked in. $10 to just park in a huge outdoor lot is ridiculous. If you need a room and don't need any amenities like nice coffee in the morning, it's an okay place. I was afraid to eat anything due to the coffee so I don't know anything about the food.

A check in Staff at night. It was very unprofessional.. had a glance the room looked very clean but walking around barefoot. My feet were very dirty as a result of a very dirty floor. I don't think they're cleaning the floor in the room. the cleaning service parked their cart in front of our room a lot, and held multiple very loud conversations with each other. There was plenty of space in front of the actual few rooms that they were cleaning. Our do not disburb sign was on and their noise level felt intended.

we barely made it to the room and had homeless people in front of my room door that were acting weird and on drugs, we left immediately. i did not feel safe with my young son and i to stay. beware, i called security but they really didnt do anything.

The check in was pretty terrible. The girl, the younger one was not professional at all. Didn’t smile. Not friendly at all. When I asked questions about the hotel she acted like I was bothering her. I was asking her about the breakfast and she gave me a weird look.
