This hotel is not a true 4 star hotel.
It's more like a 3 star hotel. Don't stay here expecting great service. The vibe of the staff and hotel policy is very CHEAP. The furniture and room layout is cheap, hardly any chairs or tables to leave your stuff. No conditioner, no room slippers. WiFi sucks, hardly worked. Beach towels, you need a cash deposit, not a big deal but not as assessable as other hotels we stayed at. Never had a 4 star hotel, called us right at 12:00 to remind us to check out. Usually all hotels are lenient but this four star hotel specially acts super cheap.

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were a little small but we’ve had worse. Staff was good and the parking was free and plenty available. Not too far from the beach either. We went when it wasn’t super busy so no issues with chairs by the pool, but I can imagine that being and issue when fully booked. Overall, no complaints.

Amazing!

Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell.

Front desk staff was very professional and gave a warm welcome and great first impression. The housekeeping staff was Thorough and accommodating to our needs. we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, And both were consistently excellent. Quality and variety of the options for the family. You could tell the restaurant that worked hard provide quality meals and presentations.

Would Stay Here Again!! A+++

Great location, less than 5min walk to beach, if that. Plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants around. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. There's a sauna, hot tub, massages available too. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes, eggs, pancakes everyday. Cereal, fruit, yogurts, juice, coffee, tea, cold meats, cheese, breads. Literally something for everyone. Dinner the same self service buffet. Meat, fish, pizza, chips, pasta as standard plus different theme every night. So Asian, tapas, seafood, Mediterranean, etc. And there's desserts too. Just have to pay for drinks when you're half board, but that's fine. I'd absolutely stay here again. You can rent a beach towel for €10 at reception and you get the €10 returned when you return the towel.

Great for a weeks stay!

Great hotel with excellent staff, who can’t do enough for you!
Enjoyed our stay here for a week and would return again. Although Aircon is very weak and takes quite a few hours to make the room to an average temperature, think it’s a big system shared between all rooms. Breakfast and Dinner was average nothing special but pleasant!
If you are looking for a quick booking at a good price then this is the hotel for you.
Location is ok, currently not much open around the hotel and the port is about a 30 minute walk along the beach or road.
Mozzarella sticks at the poolside bar are a must!!

lovely hotel very close to the superb beach, friendly and helpful staff.
if i had to be picky it would be the foam mattress beds, but i'm sure most people wouldn't have a problem. Pool was never too busy and my son had lots of fun on the lilo's.

Great location, clean modern rooms. Excellent staff and food. Lifts were not very well set up, only seemed as though one would work a day, the other stuck on one floor. Didn't seem as if they were broken as some days one would work, other days the other lift world work leaving queues. Courtesy shower room could do with some updating. Other than that excellent hotel, would go back.

The size of the apartment was so small, there was no space. We had a late flight and was not entitled to our evening meal. Had to pay for another hotel as couldn’t stay in that size room. Cost me allot of money!!!!!

Staff were so polite! Always walking around with a smile on their face, super clean and modern hotel! And by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in regards to the food, a different theme of food each night! Loads of options and choices.

One thing that would have been nice is to always make sure the music is on around the pool to create more or an atmosphere as some days it wasn’t on or it was on but very quiet.

The shower had alot of meldew on sealant. They charged so much for drinks at dinner and even though there was plenty of food the dinners were very bland. Breakfast was good though. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Cleaners kept not putting shower gel and shampoo so we had to keep asking. The most disappointing thing was when we asked staff what ingredients was in food they didnot know and as my husband has serious food alergies they was a major health risk. I do think at least water should be supplied at dinner without cost as we saw families telling their children they could mot have drinks with their meals as they were too expensive. Also around the pool we asked for a tray to carry our drinks and they refused .

Excellent centrally located hotel

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel . It is spotlessly clean in all areas . The staff worked tirelessly to ensure a great holiday and were extremely friendly . Pools areas are kept clean and sunbeds are always available even in August , no need to rush out and reserve with towels like many others ! Rooms are very modern and the breakfast buffet was excellent , you would be very hard pressed to find something that wasn’t available , a great selection . Great facilities within the hotel and lots of added extras to ensure an enjoyable stay. All in all this was a fantastic hotel and I would definitely return and highly recommend to others .

2nd Stay at this Hotel

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and was everything we expected. We were offered an upgrade on arrival which we readily took as it was a room overlooking the pool with it's own sunbeds which we definitely made the most of. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice would definitely recommend the pastries. There was also a good choice for evening meal although it did depend on specialty days - fish night not for us but Italian night was fab best pizza ever.

Even though the hotel was full noise was not a problem and the staff were really nice especially the reception manager who was so welcoming and helpful.

Could not fault the location of the hotel 5 min walk to the beach and 20min walk to the marina along the beachside path where lovely restaurants can be found. One of the nicest beaches.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and Alcudia as an area, really lovely holiday.

Hotel was fairly decent although prior to staying here we stayed at the las gaviotas hotel which was much better. The breakfast here was pretty poor and there were ants in our first room. However they did change our room with no issues and the next room was fine. The rooms are a little small, everything just feels cramped.

The pool is nice and has a bar in the pool and there were some big TVs to watch the World Cup. It’s in a fairly good location and you can walk to the beach we drove to Playa de Muro beach which is about 5 min drive away.

All in all had we not stayed at the las gaviotas hotel prior to this I’m sure we would have been more than happy with the stay.

The hotel was very modern and was well located for shops and beach. Staff were excellent and hotel facilities were first class. Food was varied and good though occasionally the hot food was a bit cool. Overall, however, the food was excellent. Very pleased with all aspects of the hotel and would highly recommend.

Decent hotel - friendly staff, room not so clean.

Staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday, however they did not give us clean bedsheets everyday even though we left the option card out - furthermore we found what looked like blood stains on the bedsheets, the actual bed frame and the floor which were neither mine nor my partners. Also a let down - the swimming pool is not heated therefore during the colder days, no-one was able to swim in the pool.

location good, pool inadequate

the pool is inadequate as it is too shallow in the most part for swimming. There is a large childrens pool but the main pool over half of it more of a paddling pool and with such a large childrens pool I dont get why. This spoiled it for me and it was always very cold. Reception staff unhelpful regarding getting about. they were asked is we could get a bus to Porto Cristo to the Caves and we were told NO we could only go via an excursion. When we went to tourist info they told us that was False and gave us a timetable and where we could get a bus 3 a day a lot cheaper than an excursion and no added extras. They also said the open top tour bus was finished as it was sept. Again not true as we saw a few different ones and got directions to where to book from.I think they just want to sell excursions. The safe deposit is expensive at 23euros for 6 days.plus the Euro tax we spent £50 before we even got the key. The rooms are clean but small.We asked for a quiet room as we are in our 60s and we were given a room over the outside bar area facing another hotel so no view. Caters mostly to Germans. Food was ok

Great hotel - will definitely return our next time

The hotel is really good. The rooms have nice design and are cleaned every day. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good with everything you need. Dinner is brilliant, every day it is different during a week. There is a variety of meals and the most important thing is that everything is delicious! The location is good, the beach is 5 mins walk though we drove to different beaches every day. It is calm nearby so you ca sleep well.

We were looking for a hotel close to a beach and with an easy way out to move around the island and it worked perfectly for us.

This hotel is not in front of the beach but an easy 5 min stroll would make it. Around it there are several shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

We booked a half board room. To our surprise we were upgraded to a superior room with a bigger balcony with views to the pool, that was a great start of the holidays. Since we got in we noticed everything to be pretty clean.

The facilities looked in good working order, although I have to say I barely used the pool as I was looking forward to explore the island. By the way, the pool is not huge but it has a good size.

The meals were pretty good in general. For breakfast there is a lot of variety with the usual suspects for a full breakfast plus much more, for instance a cook Is there preparing omelettes and fried eggs. For dinner there is a different theme everyday as a way of not repeating too much. At this time there are cooks ready to grill some meat or fish for you and the waiters take care of keeping everything neat.

On a last note, the staff was fantastic. Very friendly and professional.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff are amazing! No nice restaurants in the area so spent most of our time eating in the old town of Alcudia, which is a lovely area and is recommended. Bedrooms are small in this hotel as is the wardrobe space. No chest of drawers in room. wifi not very good. Whilst we wouldn't return, mainly due to the area, we had a really enjoyable time.

Nice hotel with clean modern rooms and comfortable beds.
Good location only a few minutes walk from the beach and bus stops.
Breakfast had a very good selection and always had clean tables to sit at on arrival.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had great service from Asia on reception and Diana on the pool bar.
We only saw the entertainment on one evening which was the magic show, the tricks were good it just seemed to lack any sort of atmosphere in the bar area.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights 1 of which was my birthday, upon checking in we were given a room upgrade which was great as had sunbeds on the balcony. Reception staff were really lovely and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and generally the hotel was very clean and well maintained. A bottle of bubbly for my birthday was a nice touch from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the beach was a 5mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops all within close facility to the hotel. The marina is about a 20mins walk along the beach path with some lovely restaurants on the beach front well worth the walk.

The hotel has a lovely feel about it and though it got busier towards the end of our stay it never felt over crowded and there was plenty of communal space. Overall would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be making a return trip.

We had a most enjoyable time at this hotel.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a welcoming glass of Prosseco (we could have had orange). and advised we had been upgraded to a Superior room.
The room was on the top floor (floor 5), it was modern, clean had an excellent view, the room was more than adequate for two of us.
The bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast very good.
The hotel is in an ideal place, a short walk to a good beach (without paying beach front prices) with beds for hire and a very nice beach bar. There are shops and the main strip with restaurants and bars within a 5/10 min walk of the hotel.
To be recommend.

Lovely modern hotel close to shops and bars

As a single traveller I was nervous of staying somewhere on my own. This hotel was friendly and close by to all the amenities. The beach was less than 5 mins away, supermarket across the road and shops and bars less than a minute away. The pool was always quiet and always able to get a sunbed no mater what time of day it was. Breakfast was lovely, I ate out most of the time so only tried the evening meal once which was fine for a buffet style menu. The hotel kindly arranged trips for me with no fuss.
All in all a fantastic hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 4 nights at JS Sol Alcudia.
All the staff were really friendly and helpful, Tony and Asya at the reception, to the guys at the bar to the pool. Hotel is clean and close enough to the beach and bus stop. Breakfast was really good with good variety and good coffee.
The pool is slightly smaller than expected which is made more of an issue as hotel guests bring their own inflatable lounges.
You have to pay for towels at the pool €2.5 a day per towel. Not ideal
We used to go out for dinner at the port or old town so couldnt comment on dinner

Overall enjoyed our stay and will stay there again of every in Alcudia

Holiday in Alcudia

I'm still extremely upset I had an issue with transportation from Hotel to Airport that made me feel worried during my holiday.
None Expedia or Viajes Urbes assumed the mistake and kept saying it was each other.
I had to pay an extra shuttle ride , via Viajes Urbis. I should get the refund for that , at least, because the stress I had is something I would never wish to someone to experience when in holiday.
I'm still waiting the case to be closed.

A nice low-cost hotel!

Hotel is well presented! Greeted with a glass of Cava and a warm welcome by the reception staff! Room was modest but comfortable, bathroom dated and could use an upgrade, but for the money it was fine! Pool area it was lovely, Paul bar was well-stocked well equipped with nice snack lunches, staff are wonderful! Breakfast buffet was adequate, not brilliant but not bad! Entertainment was a little bit hit and miss! But that's what you get in multinational hotels I guess! And the beach at Alcudia is one of the best in Europe in my opinion! It's about a 10 minute walk from the beach which I didn't quite appreciate but again not a problem after a full breakfast! Would have no problem recommending it as long as expectations aren't 5 star! But all in all a great hotel with great staff and reasonable food!

A pleasent stay

One week of joy , the staff could not be more helpful from the manager fussing over the staff making sure that all was 100% at breakfast and evening meals to the hellos from the cleaning ladies to the wonderful attitude to the bar and help desk staff. The pool was excellent and no matter what time of day it was always possible to get a sunbed and shade.Food was good and varied entertainment in the evening was entertaining maybe not in the way they intended but you are on holiday and the place was clean and spotless and finally the other guests all behaved in an excellent manner. Would I go back , yes would I recommend to a friend yes. A great hotel to enjoy a relaxing no worries holiday.

We stayed in this hotel for a week, make sure if you are a light sleeper or wants to go to sleep before 3.30 am not to get any rooms facing the bars across the road as 1 of them starts a careoki at 11.30 and runs until 3.30, unfair to say the least on people that are not into that and it is so loud you have no choice but to listen... unfair, we had to get moved to pool view rooms on the other side which were fine.

I booked a room which on the hotels.com website stated there were kitchen facilities, microwave etc and the hotel said that none of the rooms have these facilities, hotels.coms fault not the hotel

Nice hotell, not far away from the beach. Don't desturbed by traffic. THe entertainment during the evening was not top class. And the music didn't stop until 23.30. A little bit to late if you shall up 'early' next day.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir /zwei Kinder und zwei Erwachsene haben alles genossen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren exzellent, die Auswahl war sehr groß und das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und sehr praktisch eingerichtet.

Très mauvaise expérience

Très mauvaise expérience en sein de cet hotel J'étais avec ma femme et ma fille (un bébé de 6 mois), et nous avons été mis dans la pire chambre possible, en effet lorsque nous ouvrions la fenêtre, on se trouvait juste au dessus d'un emplacement avec des fauteuils pour fumeurs ce qui faisait remonter toute la fumée dans notre chambre, et donc nous étions dans l'incapacité d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer de peur de laisser les fumées rentrées dans notre chambre pour le bébé. J'ai alerté plusieurs fois le personnel et rien n'a été fait pour changer ça, ni même nous changer de chambre. De plus notre chambre étaient également rempli de tout petits insecte, nous avons été plusieurs fois piqués la nuit. Ensuite la nourriture était mauvaise, les plats étaient pas bons, mal cuits (pain pas cuit, pâte a crepe qui a tourné), les desserts étaient tièdes et pas bons.
Pour résumer je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.
A la fin du séjour, personne ne nous a demandés si le séjour s'était bien passé.

Väldigt bra mat! Ta med egna handdukar.
Otroligt små rum, vi bodde 3 personer i ett jättetrångt rum .
Fick inte sängen renbäddad på 1 vecka , så städningen var ingen höjdare.
Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget är fantastiskt.
Men maten var det bästa på hela hotellet.
Underhållningen på kvällen hade mycket att önska..

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlicher und moderner Ausstattung, sehr nettem Personal und guter Lage.
Vom Flughafen aus ist das Hotel absolut problemlos und bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar. Von dort aus sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der wunderschöne Strand, der Hafen von Alcudia sowie eine Busstation für weiter entfernte Ausflugsziele problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.
Bei Frühstück und Abendessen blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Speisenangebot war vielfältig und schmackhaft, sodass für jeden etwas dabei sein dürfte.
Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und verfügte über einen Balkon.

Insgesamt: rundum zufrieden und glücklich :-)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt ! Durch die aktuelle weltweite Lage wurde unsere eigentliche Reise in den nahen Osten storniert und wir haben innerhalb von 24h uns für die Reise entschieden! Hotel war hervorragend sehr sauber und einfach nur modern!
Das Essen war sehr breit gefächert und wir hatten jeden Abend ein neues Motto. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war das dass Essen vor unseren Augen zubereitet worden ist ! Immer wieder gerne !!!

Great hotel staff and accomodations !

I am very happy with the warm welcome my dog and I received, the staff has been great with us !
The buffet was varied, and the food is good quality, both continental/tailored for English and German tourists, as well as a selection of good local food.
The staff is smiling, welcoming and tries to do their best to make your stay exceptional.
The spa installations are clean and at good temperatures.
I really recommend this hotel

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einzig die IT an der Rezeption ist sehr träge wodurch es dort immer öfters zu Wartezeiten kommt. Die Pool und der Spa Bereich ist schön aber leider wir die Pool bar defekt während des gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Auswahl und Preise der Getränke ist hochwertig und angemessen. Das gesamte Personal war ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und kompetent. Zimmer sind klein aber modern und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Sport Massage im Wellness Angebot. Ein Strand ist fußlöufig erreichbar und die liegen nicht zu teuer. Besonders ist ein Spint bei jedem Schirm für Wertsachen. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an bar in der Umgebung falls man abends woanders hin möchte. Obwohl es einige Kinder im Hotel waren war es eine sehr gemütliche und schöne Atmosphäre. Kinder haben gespielt und sind in den Pool gesprungen aber die schöne Atmosphäre hat allgemein für Entspannung gesorgt. Eltern und Kinder waren entspannt. Man durfte Ballspielen und springen ohne dass sofort gemeckert worden wäre. Obwohl wir ohne Kinder dort waren empfangen wir es als toll. Essen war leckere und abwechslungsreich. Bedienung von benutzen Geschirr super schnell und wurde reichlich und schnell nachgelegt. Uns hat es gefallen. Mietwagen wäre zu empfehlen

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Rantaan kävellen n. 5 min, satamaan n.20min. Lähibaarin karaoke kuului puolille öin huoneeseen, mutta ei liian häiritsevästi. Ravintoloita ja pikku putiikkeja lähi ympäristössä.

Kein schönes Badezimmer. Fugen alle dreckig und aufgeplatzt. Rost und Flecken an Türgriffen und Armaturen.

Der Manager fragt zwar morgens nach der Zimmernummer am Speisesaal, soweit o.k., allerdings ohne vorher mal einen guten Morgen zu wünschen. Sehr unsympathisch und unfreundlich.

Die Damen an der Rezeption hingegen waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Flott betjening, fikk drikke fordi rommet ikke var klart før om 30 min. selv om vi akkurat bestilte.

Behagelig stemning, alle typer folk, rikt utvalg i frokost buffet. Litt for høyt volum på musikken når underholdning.
