We stayed off season (end of October), stiol had a great time, a lot less busy but hotel was lovely and spotless and there were still day trips we could do, we might have got lucky with the weather. All the UK freeview channels were available on the 50\" TVs in tge apartment for the few hours it did rain.

I stayed at Bamboo Hotel in October and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a bottle of wine and a personal welcome note in my room — a thoughtful gesture that made me feel very welcome.The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's boths swimming pools were nice; although the water was a little cold, it did not affect my enjoyment. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk from a stunning 14 km sandy beach, and with shops and restaurants located right next to the hotel, everything you need is close by.My room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options each morning.

Bamboo Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but i felt like this place deserved it. The people working reception were amazing. i’m awful with names but Mateusz was one of the front desk workers and was so helpful and very polite. Then in the dinning room area there were a couple guys that worked there that were awesome. you could talk to them like you’re friends. his name was Manu. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Alot of food options.

Only flaw was the design of the smaller room. the bathroom privacy situation doesn’t exist so i’d only get that room if you’re comfortable with the person you’re with. but that wouldn’t stop me from going back. just something to note

bus stop is a 2minute walk away so easy to get to and from the airport. also easy to travel around on the bus.

A very nice modern hotel with lovely staff. Great breakfast selection and you can eat it on the wonderful open air terrace. Nice pool. Some noisy karaoke nearby which needs sorting. I would choose a high room or one in the front most building on the waterfront.

A really pleasant stay from check-in to departure. All staff members were courteous and friendly. The room was compact but fine for me as I was a solo traveller. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice. Pool was very quiet and sunbeds were always available when I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

I had a great stay here, the hotel is immaculate with good attention to detail, all the staff are really friendly and the facilities are great too.
I used the gym most mornings and although it was pretty basic it was good enough to tick most boxes.
They have two pool areas that are nice if you want to have a chill day & it’s nice that they provide you with pool towels.
Onto the food, breakfast is amazing and they have everything you could imagine and I’d recommend going half board or all inclusive as the dinner spread is so so good, so much to choose from and it’s a different theme every night, it was hard to stop eating and i was blown away every night of how good it was.
I send my praises out to the restaurant staff that are all really nice and welcoming but I’d like to give special thank you to Christina, she has such an endearing soul and the hotel should feel blessed to have her on the cards.

We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit \"continental\" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were lovely.

The poolside staff and lifeguard constantly tidied, and cleaners were always busy keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast options were fantastic, and there were lots of options for dinner.

My room overlooked a building site, but the room itself was lovely.

The only thing my friends felt could be improved was the lobby chairs and the outside area at the front of the hotel. The chairs were quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from back cushions. Aside from that minor observation, the hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely visit this hotel chain again.

Theft from Room + Expedia Failed to Act.

We stayed at THB Bamboo Hotel Alcudia and had valuables stolen from our locked room during a one-hour absence. My wife’s diamond bracelet and cash were taken, and our passports and cards were left scattered on the floor. We immediately reported this to the hotel.

Instead of helping, the hotel:
•Refused to show us the entry log they claimed to have checked
•Started playing CCTV with us present, then asked us to leave
•Hours later claimed the footage was “encrypted” and could not be shown
•Brushed us off the next morning

We filed an official police report: Reference No. 115644/25 (Spanish National Police).

I booked through Expedia expecting at least basic safety and support. Expedia, however, told me they “cannot assist in this matter” and refused any compensation or accountability, even though they continue to list this property. Their customer service admitted the review process could take over 45 working days and gave no guarantees.

As NHS and legal professionals with no motive to fabricate this, I find it appalling that both the hotel and Expedia failed in their duty of care. Guests should be aware that if something like this happens, Expedia will do nothing for you.

As good as a breakfast as you’ll get anywhere. Nice quiet area. However no where near worth the price we paid. Cockroach in the bathroom in the lobby, not many things worked in the room, overall sub par in many areas. Thankful for matheusz (sorry if i misspell the name) as he was probably the best hotel worker I have ever come across from my years of traveling. Wouldn’t come here again nor would I recommend anyone else to, feel robbed for the expense.

Great hotel, great location if a quieter more family friendly trip is your goal! Staff was soo friendly and helpful, even when they couldn’t help us, they did everything they could to makeup for it. Very clean hotel, beautiful pools facing the lagoon. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach if that! Rooms our a little tight, but most have a balcony.

Lovely clean hotel, always a space on a lounger by the two pools. Great food at the pool bar, polite staff. Great location with good walking and bus links.

Had a street view balcony which was huge, and great for street view people watching.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The bathroom in the room was a little disconcerting given the semi transparent door. There was limited storage space if having a prolonged stay. We enjoyed the variety provided at breakfast and the views of the lake.

No fault with the hotel itself but we had some difficulty with frequency of buses and price of taxis.

Excellent facilities, exceptionally clean, new sunbeds, great pool area, vast breakfast choice, excellent happy staff, comfortable bedroom. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar. Freshly cooked lunchtime menu by the pool. The only negative is the toilet cubicle in the bedroom is very small, open plan with a glass door and limits privacy. I wouldn’t let this put me off coming again though!

Lovely venue with stunning scenery.staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Roxana who ensured my stay was very comfortable. Rooms very clean and huge comfortable bed and spacious balcony. Beware, if you have a city view, it can get very loud! Breakfast was average, not much fresh fruit on offer. Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Easy access to buses talking you to the old town and Palma. Spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, supermarkets etc. Would stay again!

Subsequently when having a show the door was not sealed so water got all over the floor. would not be that private for two people. but for one person was fine

+ The full hotel and it’s helpful employees were fantastic 🙏
+ overeating is a risk at this property, caused by it’s fantastic quality and the menu has various options.
+ Also the coffee bar was included in the breakfast.
- The only thing to complain about is the showering water, which feels like shampooing yourself than cleaning your body.

I came to Mallorca for a week of cycling. The hotel was located in a great area of the island for the routes I wanted to tackle. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and felt 'new' - and there was room for me and my bike (unlike some European hotel rooms!). Would definitely stay there again.

A clean, modern and conveniently located hotel. Plenty of sunbeds end of Sept. An excellent range for breakfast, which is available until 11am. A great coffee/ cake bar is available too, open until 11pm. The only downside to the room is the toilet, which is a) very small and b) has a single glass door that is shared to close either the toilet or the shower. It also has a gap around it. So not the best when sharing with a friend.

Beautiful place. They gave us an upgrade to a suite, which looked out over the lake. It's adults only, so the vibe was chill, and they had some nice bars and snacks near the two pools. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to the port area easily along the flat path near the beach

Hotel Bamboo is a great choice for Adults only.
Room 228 is a balcony pool view room but it’s more of lake view. It’s a corner room lots of space.
Sun beds always available this place doesn’t accept putting towels down early.
We had some electric issues but fixed quickly and complimented by staff for inconvenience.
The restaurant is amazing great food choices each night although it does needs to make sure a vegetarian option is always available.
The location is great you can walk to the beach or along the many water canals or hire a small rowing boat for fun.
Lots of shops usual kind selling the fake goods and beach stuff.
Lots of bars and restaurants with various food available lots of Chinese restaurants.
The water park is walking distance or a short bus ride
The Port of Alcudia is the other end of the beach it’s crazy busy but a nicer stretch of beach. Walk it or get the bus.
Try visiting Alcudia old town for the Tuesday market worth the trip but take cash.
A weeks stay was enough for this place unless you want to bake in the sun all day every day.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It provides not only the best comfort, but also a great experience. Very nice location close to the beach and bus service to Alcudia and Palma. The pool area was unique overlooking the lagoon closeby, making it not just a normal pool you see in every hotel. The pool bar and the foodtruck offer a variety of food and drinks. Pool towels are provided as well. Breakfast was also very rich too and I would recommendto book you stay with breakfast. We didn't have dinner there, but I am sure that's quality stuff too! Also the gym was well equipped and on point... the list goes on and on and for that reason I will definitely come back.

The hotel was clean & modern. The staff were friendly, multilingual & attentive to our needs at all times. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for - calm & relaxed. The only fault I could find would be the design of the shower which meant water would leak onto the floor outside & my girlfriend couldn’t use the toilet at the same time without the door being wide open - but the design was clearly for saving space so I can see the logic. Other than these absolutely minor details the hotel was incredible & I would absolutely recommend this.

Lovely new modern hotel, amazingly clean (staff constantly clean and replenish) staff are a real credit to the hotel. Some reviews mention about small rooms and toilet door issues , but we genuinely didn’t find this a problem. Great food and choice.Restaurant staff were great at going through food allergies. If you are thinking of staying here do it , you won’t be disappointed. Also local bus transport is excellent.

Sara greeted us with cocktails and a warm welcome. Breakfast was outstanding. Beach area was very busy due to high season. We had to go out to other local beaches and rented vehicles to do this. Room pillows could have been better but balcony, pools food on premises were great! Staff very friendly and willing to help at all times. This hotel is fairly new and pretty quiet even though it was high season. Overall a great experience.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Frühstück top, abends gibt es auch ein buffet, welches wir einmal gegessen haben. Das war auch sehr lecker. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Parken ohne Probleme in den Seitenstraßen.

Eine Besonderheit ist das Bad: es gibt kein separates Zimmer, so ist bspw. Das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nur eine Milchglas zum Klo und Dusche. Für uns als Paar kein Problem

Saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der lange Sandstrand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Parkplätze findet man auf der Straße mit etwas Geduld. Alles in allem war das Hotel super und der Ort ist Geschmackssache, denn uns persönlich war es zu überlaufen.

Prima hotel met alle nodige faciliteiten. Niet over de top luxe, maar een zeer goede prijs- kwaliteitverhouding. Ondanks dat het hotel bijna helemaal gevuld was, was het lekker rustig, geen moment het gevoel gehad dat het 'te druk' was. De inrichting en aankleding van het hotel is erg sfeervol.

Habe das Hotel nur zum Schlafen, Essen und Relaxen genutzt. Ansonsten war ich auf Tour.
Zimmer 220 ist ein (behindertengerechtes) Zimmer mit Poolblick am Eck. Dadurch sehr großer Balkon, aber auch einen Tick mehr Geräusche von draußen.

Essen ziemlich gut und vielfältig (Büffet Frühstück und Abendessen). Manchmal erwischt man halt etwas, das nicht mehr ganz so warm ist. So what?!
Der Service beim Essen ist schon fast zu motiviert. :-) Die Essenszeiten sind sehr großzügig, das Frühstück beginnt allerdings erst um 8 Uhr.
Lage direkt am Estany ist gut, in 200m ist man aber auch am Strand.

Positiv zu erwähnen: Am Anreisetag war ich etwas zu spät fürs Abendessen, bekam aber noch eine Auswahl. Top!

Ik boekte voor het zwembad naast het meer en ik bleef voor al de rest. Het hotel is mooi en proper, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid. Het is dichtbij het strand, in de shop en eet straat, dichtbij de bushalte. Perfect.

Hôtel où on se sent bien des l'arrivée. La nourriture proposée est plutôt bonne pour les buffets du soir et excellente au petit déjeuner (un plus en comparaison d'autres hôtels) Un grand merci au manager et à tout le personnel.
Seul point négatif la taille des chambres parfaites pour une personne mais pas 2 et la conception de la salle de douche et WC

Wunderschönes Hotel. Das Buffet am Abend lohnt sich in jedem Fall, das Essen war sehr frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Im vergleich der umliegenden Restaurants ist das Essen im Hotel deutlich besser.
Einziges Manko ist die Toilette/Dusche im Zimmer. Dieses wird jediglich durch Milchglas abgetrennt. Wenn man sich zu zweit ein Zimmer teilt kann das kritisch sein, da sowohl die Toilette und Dusche einem jegliche Intimsphäre nimmt 😂
Da ich das Zimmer alleine hatte war es für mich kein Problem aber zu zweit wäre es je nach Begleitung unangenehm geworden
