Nice, modern, comfortable hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming.
The all inclusive drink options could be better as some included and some just discounted as part off all inclusive. Although, it was still worth the extra to upgrade from half board.
Overall good hotel and would return!

The staff was very friendly and entertaining at the reception desk and in the bar/entertainment area. Most of the dining staff were very nice and accommodating. There was only one restaurant and the food choices for the three meals a day for seven days were very limited. Not much variety and the open hours were very tight. We were staying there toward the end of the season, so that might have had something to do with the variety. Closing time was coming soon.

The Bahía is a well appointed hotel; pool, large gardens, cycling and gym facilities etc. It is spotlessly clean with plenty of staff and a good selection of food at breakfast which never ran out with waits for food to be replaced. And yet, I find myself unenthused. I think it was the tiny room size. We had upgraded and I think that brought a higher floor and balcony … which was maybe carved from the floor space. A neutral review feels a little mean but the price per night is not cheap and would buy much more space elsewhere. So, there is genuinely much to like about the Bahía and they seemed to have lots of repeat visitors.

Spacious room on 8th floor with good balcony views. There is a separate lift that goes to this floor but corridor is split by some stairs so bit of a struggle with our heavy cases. Staff were all very friendly and reception were excellent at check-in, offering us cold refreshments.
Hotel areas are spotless. No chance of a pool sunbed as all taken seconds after opening. However, the quieter garden area always had plenty of free beds and the area got the sun all day. Food and drink offerings were fine. We were AI so could graze as much or as little as we wanted. Overall we had an enjoyable stay during our tour around Mallorca.

I was all inclusive. The balcony was sold as a sea view (i saw no sea) I had my all inclusive braclet taken from the room which was placed under my laptop in the room as i wouldnot lose it while out cycling. I got another from reception (but thats not the point!!) i ordered a pizza and was told it was a within all inclusive and after i had eaten it was asked to pay. The bar staff were extremely rude to my friends and i asked to bar staff manager to ask the bar attendant to appologise to my friend but this was denied...I spoke with the front desk. I would actually like compensation from my stay

The hotel is very conveniently located, the variety and quality of the food is good. The rooms are comfortable.
I unfortunately had a strong sewage like smell in my room (possibly drains or air conditioning) which wasn’t resolved, I wasn’t able to move rooms as the hotel was full.
Other than that the stay was very good.

I very rarely write reviews but this hotel over delivered in every aspect and certainly warrants a review. The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, enthusiastic, caring and professional, it was so refreshing to see this level of dedication and service which is hard to find now. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are a cyclist as they have incredible secure storage, mechanical room and cycling packages, absolutely top notch, oh, and the good was also excellent!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The hotel itself was immaculate, gorgeous decor in the communal areas and bedrooms, pool area, gardens and indoor spa were stunning. Stayed all inclusive and the food and drinks were very nice, very good value for money. Staff were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely return, thanks for a lovely stay.

Overall, the staff was very friendly, which made the stay extra enjoyable. In particular, we were happy to meet Diego the entertainment coordinator, who was quite interactive and kept our party amused playing games and was always inviting. Also members of the bar staff, Maria, Marc, and Barto, were super friendly and personable. They stayed on top of our drink request seamlessly. We went with a wedding party of 25 people and the staff in the dining room were very accommodating. The food selection was excellent. As for the room we were staying in, it was a junior suite which was very spacious and had a lovely patio. But when sharing a room with family, a glass bathroom door that doesn’t lock and slides shut isn’t ideal. We were expecting air conditioning as it was advertised on the website and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. However when we arrived we were told the AC is only turned on for certain times of the year. The quality manager, Andrea was extremely helpful when it came to the newlyweds and a birthday that was being celebrated. She arranged for a cake for the birthday and champagne and a fruit plate for the newlyweds. She was a delight. Basically, the comfort levels of the rooms could have been better but the staff were nothing short of excellent! Cheers

It is not a massive complex what makes it nicer. Spa kind of small but correct and included in your stay.
It is safe to say that we will book again!

Super service, lovely hotel and Excellent variety and range for buffet breakfast and dinner. Things to improve on
1. Bed sheets were a little stained - asked to be checked but came back to the same sheets. Dissatisfied
2. Buffet dinner was excellent but surprised that even table water isn’t provided for free - it’s a small thing but makes a difference
3. Better food labelling is needed. Staff always tried hard to find out. But I served myself a bowl of “bean soup” assuming it was vegetarian to find it contained 3 different meats! Fortunately the head water confirmed and apologised (as noted great friendly can do service) but he should not have been in that position

Para que el hotel tenga & spa en su nombre, el spa tendría que ser grande, no un spa con capacidad para 14/16 personas. El no poder disfrutar del spa fue algo que no nos gustó.
Una sugerencia, el baño seria mucho mejor sin bañera.
Lo demas todo perfecto. El personal fantástico, comida buena, instalaciones y limpieza genial.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, daher fanden wir es relativ teuer.

Lækkert hotel med stor pool og masser af muligheder for at få solstole. Enten lige omkring poolen eller i et tilstødende område . Boede på 8 sal med skøn udsigt. Ligger 5 min fra den fantastiske strand . Super service. Stort og velassortert buffet til alle måltider. Husk dog drikkevarer er ikke incl medmindre man har all inklusive. Eneste anke er de fleste moderne hotellers trang til at sætte glasdøre op til badeværelserne. Flot og smart men ikke særlig 'personligt'.

Rummet var fantastiskt. Bra balkong, sköna sängar, rent och fint och hade allt man behöver, kylskåp m.m

Personalen i receptionen var väldigt vänliga, trevliga och hjälpsamma. SNABB INCHECKNING OCH UTCHECKNING

Personalen i matsalen var inte så vänliga. Kände sig inte så välkommen. Maten var okej, fanns myclet att välja på och varierat och vissa saker jätte goda men andra kändes inte så frächa. Men fanns alltid något att äta så ändå värt med halvpension beroende på pris när man bokar.

Hoelet i sig är väldigt fint, rent och luktar gott. Hade många utrymmen och saker att göra, polen såg stor ut MEN får 2 stjärnor av oss för vi kunde aldrig andvända varken poolen eller trädgården alls! På morgonen hade andra hotelgäster paxat solstolar och lagt handukar så fanns inga platser. Vid utceckningen så sa personalen att de inte var tilllåtet, men om så var fallet varför tog personalen inte bort handdukarna!

Bra läge, nära både strand och buss på typ 2 min och gångavstång till stan.

Pga av att man aldrig kunde andvända sig av faciliteterna så får de 3 stjärnor.

Gute Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Bus direkt zum Flughafen. Essensbuffet ist vielseitig und umfasst auch lokale Spezialitäten. Diese sind leider etwas am Rand angeordnet, sodass man manchmal etwas hin und hergeht, wenn man sich nicht auf Schnitzel und Pommes beschränken möchte. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Start der Balearenrundreise in Alcudia

Als Start einer längeren Reise wählten wir dieses Hotel im Norden Mallorcas. Sehr gute Lage in mitten von Port d' Alcudia. Dadurch z.T. etwas laut, wenn man die Fenster offen hat. Das Zimmer war klein und ok. Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen mit großer Vielfalt und auch sehr lecker. Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr viele Fahrradfahrer bis in den Gartenbereich. Ist für Nichtfahrradfahrer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Albergo molto bello ma migliorabile.

Hotel molto carino e in una bella zona vicino alla spiaggia. Camera grande e confortevole, letto molto comodo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Da migliorare la pulizia delle camere, molto approssimativa. Nemmeno prima del nostro arrivo la camera era stata pulita in maniera approfondita, infatti abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di plastica in uno dei mobili.
Da migliorare anche il cibo, non c'era molta scelta soprattutto per vegetariani. A pranzo ancora meno.

Wunderschönes Hotel

Sind Nachts 0:30 angekommen und wurden von einem super netten und lustigen Mitarbeiter empfangen mit Begrüßungsdrink. Da fühlt man sich gleich geborgen nach einem langen Tag.
Wir waren im 6. Stock und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. So etwas haben wir selten erlebt, kein Haar, kein Spinnenweben, alles vom Feinsten. Da wir direkt an der Strasse sind, hört man den Lärm nur bei geöffneter Balkontüre.
Der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll und ziemlich eng die Tische beieinander, jedoch bekam man stets einen Platz. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Vom Serranoschinken bis Ricotta, Müsli in so großer Auswahl, alles komplett frisch, keine trockenen Ränder an Käse , Wurst ect. wird stets neu aufgefüllt, in manchen 5 Sterne Hotels nicht so toll. Es gab sogar Nachts eine kalte Platte im Speiseraum.
Hotel sehr groß, tolle saubere Poolanlage mit Minigolf und etlichen Ecken mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wenn man dann vom Pool in den großen und gemütlichen Innenraum mit Bar kommt, fühlt man sich ebenso wohl. Dort kann man chillen, oder Karten spielen ect.
Wir haben im gesamten Hotel kein Personal gefunden, was unfreundlich war. Immer ein wahres freundliches Lächeln im Gesicht.
Die Umgebung ist nicht so überlaufen wie ein paar Km weiter nach unten am Strand, deshalb werden wir definitiv dieses Hotel wieder buchen!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Port de Alcudia und man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Es ist modern eingerichtet und vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Zu den Mahlzeiten gibt es reichlich Auswahl. Einzig die Beschilderung der einzelnen Gerichte könnte besser sein. Grad als Vegetarierin wäre es hilfreich gewesen, direkt zu lesen, um was es sich handelt, ohne immer das Personal fragen zu müssen.
