Really nice hotel. Very glad we found them last minute. They are at the heart of the old town and have lovely bars and restaurants at the back road. They also have a jacuzzi but we didn't try it. Parking is a challenge but you can leave the car at the other side of the stone gate without charge. Maybe 10mins walk

Everything about this little one night get away was perfect. The place was easy to find. The room was super clean and exactly what I needed. Incredible value for money for a one night getaway. The lady who helped me with check-in was incredibly helpful and when as far as trying to call me on my drive to ensure that there was a smooth check-in. She also wrote down dinner reservations and was very helpful and very sweet.

Room was compact, however, very clean. We had a terrace which was really good and provided extra space. Staff were exceptional and always happy to help. Breakfast had good options and food was very fresh. Location is perfect just off the main street so quiet but very close to restaurants and bars.

Great boutique hotel
The Bordoy Mostatxins is an excellent boutique hotel in Alcudia old town. The hotel has a home-like feel and the staff are lovely and welcoming. It’s like a little oasis of calm, especially in the high season when lots of tourists are in the area. Would definitely recommend if you want something away from the crowds.

Beautiful hotel in the old town. Location is great and staff (upon arrival and check in) was fantastic. Lobby and amenities are beautiful, rooms are nice but small and simple and missing a few touches that should follow such a beautiful entrance. We were happy to settle in and went out to dinner only to return to a horrible gas/sewer smell in our room. Unfortunately it took way longer than it should have (over an hour) to get in touch with anyone on property only to be told she would have maintenance come in the morning….it was a smell that no one should have to endure. After further conversation she suggested she could move us to another room..What?? That could have been her first response and although inconvenient at now 11pm, a welcomed one! Beautiful hotel but service at least our experience, did not match up. There is no way they are not aware of this problem (which she eventually acknowledged had been a problem in the past) sadly they still charge top dollar for it. Sorry for the next guest who will have this same experience.

We stayed for two nights and it was worth the break from the city life (soller, Palma). They also accommodated my gluten allergy as I mentioned I was celiac. Get the breakfast!!

What a lovely place! Highly recommend! Impeccable interiors, great decor in the lobby. There are two separate Buildings next to each other. I was in the one with the Cave plunge pool. Wow! Incredible. The tower room was comfortable and had some views of the city walls. Beautiful breakfast buffet. Do it! Very comfortable. I will be back!

We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. We had a standard room, which was adequate but quite small. Not much hanging space for clothes so more than two or three days would be difficult to hang your clothes. The reception staff were lovely. The sitting area by the pool in the main building is quite stunning. A beautiful place for coffee after dinner except as it’s supposed to be closed at 9 pm. Pity. Not a hotel where you would expect outdoor space as it is in a city. Alcudia old town inside the city walls is an atmospheric, spotlessly clean and enchanting place to walk around.

A few streets from the main drag the hotel is classy boutique of historical design. The main building’s tower room is compact with outside private space above a sauna pool. The staff are superb, passionate about quality and service and good humour. Congratulations to them and the omelette lady !!

We wanted to stay in a hotel where we could relax in comfort with bars and restaurants within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the old town is. Very clean and very friendly area. The hotel exceeded our expectations, very clean, comfortable rooms, great choices of food at breakfast to suit all nationalities. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Wonderful Hotel right in the heart of the old town of Alcudia. Everything is within easy walking distance. The hotel is luxurious and has been beautifully restored. The staff were attentive and really helpful.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with a beautiful location within the old town of Alcudia inside the old city wall. The building's architecture on the outside fits within the old town charm but on the inside it is stylish, modern and functional. The staff is kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 3 min walking from parking lots. My room was a bit small but acceptable. It was clean and very functional.

The hotel is beautiful, even tho the rooms are tiny. The staff are exceptionally good. We had a balcony which was the most uninviting bare space with a view of shabby roofs. Understand it's a city hotel but no effort had been made to make you want to go out there not even an umbrella for the burning heat. When we complained that the upcharge we had paid for the space was not acceptable the charming receptionist said he understood and would tell the manager. We didn't hear a word not even an apology. Not good, it blemished an otherwise great stay.

Amazing Hotel in Old Alcudia!! Close to everything in town. Short walk to parking lot. Super nice buildings. The older building is literally built on top of an old Roman structure. Breakfast is great. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

A unique property with a real personal feel. The original features mixed with a modern style give a beautiful feel to the buildings. The staff were all so personable and friendly, greeting you and making conversation at every opportunity. Upon check in we were upgraded to the tower room, the best room at the property! Such a lovely welcome surprise, we were incredible grateful. The room was tastefully decorated, highlighting original features. There was plenty of space over the 2 floors and we also had a little outdoor space with seating which we used to enjoy the late day sun.

The food was a real highlight of our stay. There was ample choice at breakfast, fresh fruit, meats, yoghurt, bread, cereals, cheesecake to name a few. Plus a choice of cooked eggs. If you're exploring Alcudia (and why would you visit Mallorca without doing so!), this hotel is the most wonderful place to stay. The two renovated properties sit across the street from each other in the charming center of town. The staff is above phenomenal and make you feel totally at home from the minute you step through the door. The rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. And the large hot tub nestled within 14th century restored walls and arches (open to the sky) is the final perfect touch.

This is a beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Alcudia Old Town. It blends ancient architecture with contemporary style and, despite being only a few steps from cafes, restaurants and shops, is very tranquil and peaceful. What makes this hotel really outstanding however is the staff who are so friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay was amazing we’ve always visited Portugal for the last 23 years but now we have somewhere else we love there was nothing we didn’t like especially the staff on the front desk they really went the extra mile buy escorting us to a local restaurant and to a coach pick up point so we could travel on to a big wedding we were the to attend thank you some much girls a really nice touch

The staff is friendly and very professional, and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms and the hotel overall are perfectly clean and well maintained.
We stayed in two different rooms, the suite was very lovely and comfortable. The standard room was really basic for a hotel of that standard and price (choice of furniture, lack of space for your luggage if you are two travellers, in a double roon,no soap dish next to the sink or bathmat to use when stepping out of the shower, and, surprisingly l, no safe in the room for your passports and laptops/personal things) I have never been to a hotel that doesn't have a safe in all the rooms, and I travel a lot. So if that is important to you as well do ask to be in a room with a safe (there was one in the suite).

This is one the the friendliest hotels we have stayed in. The staff, including the owner Mark, went out of their way to make my husband and my stay fantastic. This was one of 3 boutique style hotels we'd booked and the first of our trip and we knew that the others would have a hard act to follow. We were very sad to leave as the staff made us feel so relaxed and our break very special. The hotel is right in the centre although very quiet. Would definitely, without a doubt, go back.
