It’s okay

It’s a nice resort. They are trying really hard to keep it going but unfortunately for us we will not go back! It is TOO crowded . Pool is not clean at all. The food in the buffet is not good.
Staff are nice and kind. Rooms are old but clean. Beds were uncomfortable ( for us ). Shows and all the entertainments at night were AMAZING.

Overall a perfectly okay hotel. Cozy surroundings with low houses and nice green areas. The standard of the rooms was okay but no more. The air conditioning didn't work well in the bedroom which meant I slept poorly for seven nights. It was way too hot and it was very noisy. Cleaning was normal but not done daily. Pool towels had to be rented. We only had breakfast and only ate one lunch at the pool restaurant. We only ate once because we didn't like any of the four dishes we ordered and it was overpriced.

Had a lovely stay at SeaClub, we had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfy and the area was quiet. We didn’t use many of the hotel facilities as we were out exploring but it made a good base and there was plenty places to park. It would be a perfect place as a base for a family holiday as there’s loads of shallow pools but no pools for doing lengths. A number of supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance, and not far too beach.

Har haft en helt fantastisk vecka på detta hotell, massor med aktiivteter för barn, flera olika poolområden att utnyttja, god frukostbuffe och många lekparker i området. Superbra service och fint skick på hotellet. Hade önskat mer träningsklasser (tex cirkelträning), något varmare pooler och ev någon pool där man kunde simträna. Vi var dock supernöjda med hela upplevelsen och hade gärna kommit igen!

We had a very enjoyable time. Well located, loved the pools particularly the splash park for our 20 month old who was in his element.
The spa massages are definitely worth a visit!
We didn’t eat in the restaurants so can’t comment on those.

Our only reservation was the security of the door to the apartment. Our son at 20 months was able to stretch up and easily open it to escape. This was quite a concern with being close to the road and the canal. For other properties this may also mean being close to a pool.
There is no way to lock from the inside which can’t be overcome by simply pulling down the handle. We had to barricade the door with our buggy.

Sept family holiday

Stayed here in Sept. Overall we had a really good holiday here and will definitely be going back. The reception staff were helpfull but the bar staff could be a little more friendly. There were 2 male waiters in the med restaurant were sound but the rest could do with being more pleasant considering its generally a kids resort. The entertainment was every night which was great for Sept and it was mostly the kids club staff doing it which was great. The Italian guy I think Miguel was really friendly to everyone and a great entertainer. The pools in this complex which we were in almost everyday are brilliant along with daytime kids activities. The cleaners came around everyday if you wanted and our cleaner in particular couldn't do enough for you and was so nice and helpfull also. Overall a great place to stay and would hope to do all inclusive next time

We arrived just after midnight and were greeted and checked in OK but then given a map and told our room was in \"D\" block and sent off. The site is huge and unbeknown to us, to access D block you had to go through the whole site, out of a gate across a road and into another block. In the pitch dark with 2 large cases we took a long time to find our room and felt completely lost at times. We were then joined by another couple who were having the same issues. We eventually manged to find our room after at least 20 mins of being lost. Through the week I constantly saw people pulling suitcases through the area looking lost.
The other thing I was disappointed with was I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to ask for a quiet room with a view. We were allocated a room with the tiniest square balcony with a view of the road and the front looked out on the children pool areas with water fountains and sprinklers in constant use. When I asked if we could move I was informed the hotel was fully booked that night. They did say that they would contact me the next day to let me know if we could move but never did. On the plus side the site and surrounding pool areas were lovely and kept well maintained and never felt busy as there were so many different areas where you could swim or sunbathe. I traveled with my 17 year old son who loved having the use of the gym but I think this complex is better suited to families with small children.

I would recommend if your not after flash.

Really friendly staff. Location is great. Place is a little tired in areas and could do with an update. The place is generally clean and tidy but they do not clean the pool areas very well. The sun loungers and tables need a good clean before you use them. That being said we throughly enjoyed the holiday. The beech is a 5 minute walk and is beautiful. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Great for families

This property would be fantastic for a family stay (we were a couple only staying 1 night) and offers lots of activities, pools, gardens, shops on site etc. We were given an upgraded garden room which I imagine would be great if you had a few kids but we didn't really get to avail of it. There was no soap to wash your hands with although there was a body/shower was dispenser in the shower area. Also a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. Reception were quick at checking me in, friendly and professional. It has a good location close to lots of bars and restaurants.

Fine for families, not for couples/solo travellers

The apartments are a good size and there are lots of pools on the complex. It would be great for a family. However the walls are paper thin so I had crying babies in the rooms next to me waking me up and could also hear families shouting at each other from the room below. There was no kettle and my electricity cut out three times in 6 days and had to be turned back on by maintenance. The staff were friendly and quick to address issues, but the cleaning staff did a very mediocre job and I was constantly finding other people’s hair around the apartment.

If you get a cheap deal and you have kids so the sound of other kids through the walls doesn’t bother you it’s an alright place to stay. For couples or people travelling alone I’d say not suitable.

Lovely family holiday here...

Our first family holiday abroad with our two children and I can honestly say after being somewhat anxious before arrival it all melted away when we got there. We had a fantastic family holiday here! Apartments are spotless and we felt very safe and secure.
The facilities on the resort are fantastic for families with children.
There’s kids clubs (we didn’t avail of this so can’t comment), selection of swimming pools, pool tables, table tennis, selection of park areas, supermarket etc and even better everything is quiet around 11pm, a plus for sleeping children!
Our apartment overlooked the basketball court, swimming pool and a small playground.
The apartments were well equipped with kettle, toaster, saucepans and plenty of plates, glasses and cups.
Housekeeping were around most days offering clean towels etc. You’re within walking distance to the beach, shops and a Lidl. We definitely would book to stay here again if we travel back to Majorca.

Resort is ideal for families with young children. Very spacious, nice gardens.

Our studio apartment was small and adequately equipped. Very little space for our clothes, just a small wardrobe with a hanging rail but no drawers.

Drainage was the biggest issue with this property (D318). We were there for seven days and four of those days the bathroom would flood from water seeping out from the seal around the base of the toilet and raw sewage would bubble up into the shower tray from the drainage hole. This would happen when we used the shower or when the upstairs occupants used their shower. On each occasion we would notify reception and they would send a maintenance guy to sort out the problem and the cleaner to mop up afterwards.

This became a real nuisance as we would be paddling about trying to use the bathroom while getting ready to go out, and we were having to use our towels to help keep the flooding from running into the main living space.

A 5 to 10 minute walk from a lovely beach with clear water perfect for kids to paddle in. Alcudia is obviously geared towards families with play parks on nearly every street.

Great new modernised apartments, fresh, clean, comfortable and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The facilities are great, with 6 pools, basket ball & volleyball areas, several kids play areas, pool and ping pong tables to name some. We went at the start of the season, so the shop didn't open until our last day and the kids club and evening entertainment wasn't on, however this did not impact on our enjoyment of the holiday. Good location, really short walk to a stunning beach and the nearby Alcudia Port is within walking distance (with children aged 6 and 8 years). All in all a fabulous holiday which represented great value for money.

For a 3 star it would have been v nice, but for 4.5stars it was a bit of a let down. I only used the room so can't comment on food entertainment facilities etc.

Apartment was a way from reception as was parking to get to reception. Little things like hose perminantly left outside room across path. Shower was nice but got entire bathroom wet, even with towel on floor.

I think claiming 4.5stars your expectations are higher.

Lovely resort with a great atmosphere and beautiful grounds. Block D is very peaceful and studio apartment was spacious with comfy beds and good kitchen utilities. 5 min walk from beautiful Alcúdia beach. Would definitely stay again.

Independent, well located but poor A/C

The hotel sprawls a large area in Alcudia. They effectively have a few blocks all next to each other - it can be quite a walk from reception depending on where you get but we had a car so not a problem - also lots of street parking - never had a problem getting a spot and hotel was fully booked.

The room itself has nice facilities - a balcony, a hob, kettle, fridge etc. so we were able to make ourselves lunch. The biggest problem and I’d say it is significant, is the lack of good AC.

It was very hot weather when we went, as you would expect, but our aircon made the room edge over ‘luke warm’. It made sleeping quite uncomfortable, so obviously not great.

Staff were friendly, lots of supermarkets nearby. We were offered late checkout with no fee - so we could get fresh towels, use a designated shower and store luggage at reception.

1st property air conditioning didn’t work smelt very musty.
Moved to another property after a lot of hassling the reception staff as we had a 4 year old with the party who we needed to feed & were all tired after our travels.
We requested fans that never arrived! So gave up on them.
Not a very good experience for our 1st time there. They seemed more interested in selling an upgrade to you which was not worth the extra money.

Lovely, quiet family orientated property. Accommodation spread out over large site, with apartments in different blocks, each have swimming pool and green areas. Children's entertainment throughout the day. All entertainment finishes before 10.30 so no noise disturbance. Within easy 10 min walk to beach, 20 min to marina and 40 mins to old town. Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and holidays shops. Staff very helpful and pleasant. All round enjoyable experience.

The hotel was excellent, perfect for families in particular. Location is perfect. Beds in the apartments are very comfortable and whole area is spotless. Play areas and gardens are fantastic. I would be concerned that there may not be enough sun beds at the pool/garden areas for the high season in the summer though so perhaps this could be considered. However, I would definitely recommend staying here and will visit again.

Couples week away in majorca

We went away for a week as a couple at the end of April.
The property was easy enough to find using google maps. We chose to take the public bus from the airport and this takes approx 2 hours in total. There is a direct bus from the airport to Alcúdia that runs along the seafront. This only ran twice a day so we had to get the number 1 bus to the bus/train station and then the 351 to Alcúdia which follows the same route. The stop you need is Playa de Alcúdia or Delfin Azul.
We stayed in a studio room. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together with 2 duvets. There’s a double hob, microwave and pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and some washing up bits. The studio feels modern but we found it slightly worn in places but overall very clean. The towels are cleaned every 3 days. Housekeeping come and wash the floor every day which was nice.
We were in complex D which is furthest away from the reception and entertainment area.
We were next to the pool and there was a bar area in our section but it was closed. I imagine in high season everything’s open.
If you had kids this place would preobably be great for them there’s basketball courts play areas and a pool in every section it seems, although area D is intersected with quiet roads.
The only thing we had a problem with is noise. The kid next door screamed us awake most mornings and the neighbours were drunk and noisy but theres no accounting for that. All staff were lovely especially Antonia, we would stay again.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Kids Club team absolutely lovely - especially the wonderful Gabi and Sophia. Great swimming pools and other facilities for the kids. Very nice apartment, simply decorated but clean and well appointed. Good location too, near the beach and the shops.
Can't recommend Sea Club enough - my 8-year-old daughter wants to go back again next year.

Excellent place. Beach is about 10 minutes walk with kids. We went in 3rd week of October. Kids club is very good. They were closing down for refurbishment end of Oct. but they shut the kids club early on 21st Oct. that part was not good. When weather is not good (i.e. rainy) then you need place like kids club to keep kids entertained. Otherwise excellent place. So many pools and sand pits / play area to choose. Kids enjoyed it completely.

Nice central hotel near to beach

We only stayed one day visiting family the only bad experience we had was a 3,00 am alarm phone call then visit to our room as we never answered the telephone. This was clearly a mistake I did complain the next day and was told it was a night porter error

Limit on WiFi

We are family of 5 doing half board, food was good with lots of variety, room was spacious for the family, good activity center for the kids. Queen bed in bedroom was 2 singles pushed together and the mattress was not comfortable. WiFi was limited to 2 devices, TV signal which feeds off the WiFi was to weak to get anything but 3 BBC channels.

Nice quiet setting but still close to everything

Overall we had a great stay. The amenities for our toddler were good with an on site soft play centre, several pools and mini playground. Room was good and location of hotel also good. Few mins walk to both the shops and beach. Only things to bare in mind is that there is no oven in the self catering apartments just two hobs. Also take mosquito protection and this was definitely needed. We will be back!!

Last minute booking, didn't disappoint.

Very pleased with our hotel choice for this last minute holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely grounds with well kept gardens and different pools to choose from and all pool areas were tidy, clean and welcoming.
We originally booked a studio room which was tidy and there was enough space however the outdoor terrace area was under a stairway so wasn't very appealing to sit out in so after being offered an upgrade on arrival on our first day we asked to look at the upgrade room and immediately decided to upgrade to a 1-bed apartment. This had a lot more space with a separate living area and private balcony and at just an extra €10/ day for us this was a no brainier.
Hotel was a little bit away from the main port area with shops and restuarants but was only a very short walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk (at quick pace) to the port area. There were some restuarants and shops on the hotel doorstep though with a handy spar right across the road. We hired bikes from the hotel for a very reasonable price and cycled to Puerto pollenca which took about 45 minutes and we walked to Alcudia old town in about half an hour. Location was therefore very good and within walking distance of all amenities and tourist spots
We made use of the fitness centre and were surprised by the size and range of gym equipment available with lots of cardio machines and full weights area.
We were all inclusive so did not eat at the hotel

Good all round clean hotel

Arrived friendly welcome also taken to our room which was a good walk from reception nice friendly staff rooms and grounds where pleasant maiden came and changed the room but would have been nice for a room clean maybe every other day also they kept forgetting to change the towels every 3 days.

All in all a decent hotel ideal for a quiet place to chill out with no idiots tolerated nice family environment would recommend good value for money.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in a good location. Pools are all good, and seemed to have enough sun beds.
We were room only so can't comment on food or drink. Rooms are nicely decorated & beds were comfy. Kitchens aren't well equipped though- we only had 2 bowls for a family of 4. The hotel isn't the cleanest though- there was always drinks & litter round the pool from the previous day, and dirty towels & bedding were left outside the room next door for 2 days before they were moved.
Nice little swings, playground & sand pits throughout the grounds, and the grassy areas were also nice.
