Pool, sauna and spa facilities great.

Very friendly staff throughout, pool, sauna and spa facilities great my better half said. Just round the corner to the beach but the two pools and plenty of loungers were also an option. Parking was plentiful but it's not on-site, it's street parking.

My only gripe was apartment doors didn't have slow/soft closers so everyone seemed to slam their doors shut and children running, screaming & crying up and down the corridor often (not the hotel's fault this bit mind but some signs or comments to people on check in to be considerate).

Worst hotel we have stayed at in years

Hotel was not what it seemed in the photos. Pool only open for a couple hours a day, pool opens extremely late and closes extremely early. No ability to get coffee in the morning. They never serviced room or replenished towels. No Tissues in the room. Uncomfortable beds. Limited hours for breakfast/lunch. Way too many children. Awful, loud children music and activities in the evening. Never replenished water in the room. Not close to many restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at the Ivory Playa Hotel in Alcúdia! The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beautiful beach and close to all the major attractions in Alcúdia. Whether you’re looking to explore the old town, enjoy water activities, or just relax by the sea, everything is within easy reach.

The hotel itself is super family-friendly with entertainment and activities for all ages. From kids’ programs to evening shows and wellness options for adults, there’s always something to do. The food was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal.

What truly stood out was the staff — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made us feel at home. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of spaces available, which made getting around the island even easier.

Highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation in Alcúdia!

Lovely hotel , bit of pain getting beds by pool in morning having to que .
staff and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful ,the shows at the hotel were good entertainment team worked hard on those.
Sometimes the service at pool bar was a little slow .
Location to beach was amazing with direct access.

Lovely location very nice people but it wasn’t for us.

The positives - the location is amazing. Close to a stunning beach.

The staff are lovely. The kids entertainers are especially good and had lots of lovely activities such as facepainting and bracelet making.

The breakfast was really good. We are vegetarian but it was a good selection.

The bad:
The entertainment was insanely loud and went on until 1030 ever evening. They very kindly changed our room to one that was further away but it was still loud. Sitting on the balcony we had to shout to hear each other and it really ruined it for us.

If you want somewhere with lots of entertainment and enjoy a lively atmosphere you will love it but it wasn't for us.

A place to go back to...

This was an amazing beach front hotel. It was very well run and offered full and half board, massages, spa treatments, outdoor pools, including a heated one, and lots of other things. It was right across the street from a bicycle rental shop, which I used. I would love to stay there again.

Quite a good base and very good accomodation with all the ameneties. Lots of restaurants with in 10-15 min walking, bike shop in front of hotel, lovely beach in 1-2 min walk behind the hotel and overall the self catering accomodation with very good room sizes.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We had consistent issues with the smell in our room, which I would describe as sewer-like. It was impossible to ignore, and it made the entire stay unbearable. It seemed to get much worse when the AC was on. Considering we were staying during a heat wave with mid-90F heat, it was either have the windows/doors open and have an extremely hot room or run the A/C and try to ignore a sewer smell. Either way, it wasn't a room that anyone would want to be in.

I think I talked to 5 different hotel workers about it and the manager. All agreed that it was an issue and they promised they would fix it every day when we were out and every day we would come back to the same issue. The smell always came back when the A/C was on for any length of time. We asked to switch rooms (always no, we couldn't) or asked them to either refund us the nights so we could stay elsewhere or have them book us elsewhere so we didn't have to stay in the stink. The answer was always no even though this seemed reasonable with such a big room issue.

It wasn't until the 5th night that they could move us (the last night we were there). That room was fine but the sheer lack of care until night 5 was appalling. I would never stay here again as if you have an issue with a room, you will be out of luck. I wouldn't recommend anyone endure such an unpleasant stay and risk ruining your vacation here.

Lovely hotel. Couldn’t fault the atmosphere or staff. Location is poor. Restaurants around the hotel aren’t the best and the taxi situation is a joke. Nightmare going anyway decent at night. Ages waiting for a taxi to go or come home.
Forget about the buses. Most are too full and won’t even stop. When you do eventually get on one the drivers are virtually all escaped lunatics who’ve never driven a bus before or interacted with anyone other than a psychiatric nurse.
Mosquito’s are a big problem around here. My legs looks I’ve been shot by a high powered spud gun

Nice location, great to have spa facilities

My family and I stayed here the last week in October. It was clearly quieter at the hotel (and the resort - some restaurants were already closing), but we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice - great to have inclusive Spa facilities. It's very close to a beach - a few restaurants 10-15 minutes walk in either direction (towards Muro or the Port), though not much \"right on the doorstep\". It would be a long walk to Port d'Alcudia itself - we had a car, but you would probably want a taxi or bus if going out to eat every evening.

We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food, but everything else was clean and efficient. Pool area was quiet - no need to \"reserve\" a lounger - though as it was later in the year the trees cast a lot of shade.

Only downside was our room was right by the lifts - and the noise was awful (sounded like metal was banging against metal) - however they didn't seem to get used through the night so didn't really disturb us so I didn't seek a room change. The vantage from the room, in the corner overlooking the pool and stage, was nice - we could enjoy the entertainment on the comfort of our balcony.

We would return to the hotel - for the price it has a lot going for it - and at the risk of repeating myself, having on-site Spa facilities was great to enable a relaxing holiday and a welcome break from the four walls at home!

We visited Hotel ivory as part of a cycling trip and this has to be one of the best trips. The hotel was comfortable and right on the beach which was an absolute treat following the beautiful scenic cycling routes the island has to offer. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the pool and spa were amazing and a great bonus the room was spacious and clean. I'd like the hotel to offer more options for their breakfast to cater for vegetarians/vegans.

The area around the hotel is busy and offers plenty of nice options for places to eat.

The icing on the cake is the bike shop is directly opposite the hotel with facilities to store your bike overnight and good rental options.

Highly recommend and we will definitely looking to return.

4th time staying here, and every year they still exceed my expectations. You are welcomed in with open arms no matter if you are a regular or a new guest. They make sure you feel at home even though you are far away from home. Due to the circumstances of Covid-19, they still ensured that we enjoyed our time here. Also, they have taken on extreme hygiene measures by all staff to ensure the safety of their guests and also their staff.

Room 121 was very dull all day until about 5.oc as I had a lot of pain i thought I could go out to balcony for some sun but this was not so. I had to go to pool every day. I did ask could I change room and I was told room got the sun. All the staff were lovely. I just thought they could have been a bit more considerate to my needs. Maybe it was just this room. Overall the hotel is good.

Comfortable hotel with great staff

The hotel ticked off most of the right boxes. It was well located near the gorgeous Playa de Muro beach. The staff at every level were very friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The entertainment provided by the in-house animation team was very good and well-varied. The room was very comfortable though the bathroom lock didn't lock properly even after the maintenance staff had apparently fixed it.

The three swimming pools were excellent, though the larger one was still a tad too cold to swim comfortably in it.

The only negative factor was that the hotel implements strict rules as to when children can use the indoor pool. They are restricted to only two time slots (11.00-12.00 & 16.00-17.00). I understand why they do this as it is part of a relaxing spa. However, this really puts limitations on families' days. I suggest that the hotel adds an extra hour slot for children either earlier or later.

Also I recommend that the check-in staff remind guests about the compulsory tourist tax. As we had completely forgotten about it and had budgeted accordingly; only to find out at check out that we had to pay an extra €22 for tax.

Overall though this was a very good hotel and I do recommend it.

Great Luxury Hotel!!

Loved this hotel!! It was right across the street from a bike rental place, and they are super helpful! This hotel has a heated outdoor pool, which was fantastic. We did not use the indoor pool and spa because they required everyone wear a swim cap, which they sold for 2 euros each. With 4 of us, we chose not to buy them and just used the outdoor heated pool. It was a bummer to not get to use the indoor spa area though! But the room had all updated and nice finishes and the whole hotel was beautiful.

Nice for the price!!

The place is a bit old, but it was nice for the price. Just a short walk to beautiful beaches. The downtown area is about a 45 minutes - hour walk, but a cheap taxi ride. We were lucky enough to visit during a big festival which was a lot of fun. The hotel staff were nice enough but not overly so. One very nice woman loaned us a stroller as ours had been lost by the airline. Pools are nice.

Pool was good but very busy, annoying that people put their towels down early even though they aren’t there for half the day! This should be sorted out. That said there is usually some beds. Great beach not far for toddlers.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Came in March,so pool and sea water was too cold to swim.But still ,the beach was amazing. Crystal clear water and white sand. The room was clean and spacious. We were in the mountain view apartment,but unfortunately also next to the main street. It did not say that when we booked.So was a bit disappointed. The food is nice, don't bother with the bacon though!!! Breakfast and dinner buffet,with plenty of food. Lovely little spa,with a small warm pool. (sauna,steam room ) You have to wear a bathing cap though,cost 2 EUR.
There is a bust stop outside to take you to explore Alcudia Port or other places. 1.60 EUR per person ,one way.
The staff is really friendly,lot's of German speakers.
Overall we had a fabulous time and would go again,when it is warmer.

We arrived at nearly midnight due to travel delays but were met by a courteous night porter who checked us in efficiently. The room was comfortable and very clean with some nice touches such as bath robes. The bed-settee had been made up for us. The double-glazing meant that we were not bothered by road noise when the windows were shut and the air-con was pretty quiet and efficient. The small kitchen area had a hob and fridge which were well presented. The room was cleaned and beds made daily. The outdoor areas, including the pools were likewise clean and well presented. Overall a good experience and we hope to stay here again.

A very good 3 star hotel (not 4 star like some sites say). Excellent staff as all were very pleasant and always spoke as we passed ..... the reception staff, cleaning staff, pool staff,
waiting staff.
The 1 bed apartments I believe have been updated but we had a studio and although it was clean and nice comfortable bed ... the bathroom is ready for updating.
Nothing was a problem to the staff and the hotel is very clean.
Only negative is that children took over all 3 pools with the air beds and balls etc and it would better if the 25 mtr pool could be kept for adults only .... then we could all get a swim. The sign says no blow ups or balls in that pool but it was not adhered to in high season (August). Shame as the big main pool and the children's small pool offer enough room for all the children.
overall the hotel has very good facilities to meet most peoples needs and the staff will ensure they do meet your needs.

Rooms are old and dingy but bed comfortable

Our hotel room was VERY outdated..like it was stuck in the 80's and the room smelled funny, like mold. The best part of the room was the bed. It was surprisingly comfortable. They have done some renos around he pool area and the washrooms for the pool are beautiful. Why not update the rooms? The description says room safe but there is no key so no ability to lock it. If you want a beach towel for the pool you have to pay to use one...?? So lots of people went to the close supermarket and bought them. That is not good customer service. If you are that worried about your towels why not just a deposit? No coffee or extras provided in your room other than a weird sponge for showering.

Brilliant hotel, mixture of nations but all very quiet so no annoying loud mouthed Brit's! Right next to the superb beach. Fantastic restaurant within the hotel but Hawaii next door is also superb and waiters are great with kids. Portions are fantastic.
Hotel is spotless, staff are very helpful especially the animation team with plenty to do for kids and adults. Perfect hotel for ironman 70.3 as run course turns just outside front door. Can't recommend enough!

The hotel is very good and well lpcated. They cleaned our room every day and the staff was very friendly.
The only reason why I didn't give them full marks was bc the air con was not switch on as the hotel deemed to not be hot enough however although we had all windows open it was still uncomfortable with high temperature so we didn't sleep as well as we were hoping for. Also there was no many English channels most of them are German - not that you need TV whilst in Mallorca ....

Great hotel.
AC in rooms is seasonal so be aware if you want to be cool you will have to be in lobby with the management. Guess they don't like the heat either.

If you get the deluxe rooms with view they are totally worth every penny.

Great beach is 1 minute away.

Hawaii restaurant next door is yummy.

Supermarket 5 min walk away.

Don't buy fake stamps from store next to supermarket, they are for a private courier that has a post box only there.

We stayed here for a cycling week in April. Everything was as described and extremely convenient that it is across the street from a large supermarket (we chose to eat in for breakfast and dinner).

The hotel does charge for extras that some other hotels may include (coffee maker, beach towels, etc), but costs are reasonable.

Solides Hotel in guter Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Direkt an der Straße gelegen, daher am besten ein Zimmer Richtung Pool wählen. Die Zimmer sind einfach, sauber und funktional, mit kleiner Küchenzeile und ausreichend großem Kühlschrank. Das Essen bei Halbpension war überraschend gut und abwechslungsreich. Es gibt auch einen Kids Club, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Insgesamt ein praktisches und angenehmes Hotel für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Alcudia.

Climatisation quasi hors service, elle ne raffraichie pas du tout, du mal a dormir à cause de la chaleur, pour information dans les appartements 4 personnes, il y a deux canapés dans le salon qui font office de lit (ne se déplie pas). Heureusement que l'accueil de nuit a été très chaleureux ce qui remonte le niveau

Hotellet er av litt eldre standard, men har nok gjort oppgradering av rom og enkelte områder i ettertid. Rommet var helt supert for oss, da vi hadde eget soverom til oss og sovesofaer til barna. Komfortable senger. Bra aircondition. Bra renhold på rommene. Balkong med utsikt mot basseng/sjø var supert, da kunne man også se show om kvelden fra balkongen. Så mange gode aktivitetstilbud for barn og ungdom ila dagen, og også noe for voksne i regi av egne ansatte. Dette var helt supert for gutter på 10 og 13 år. Litt irriterende at man måtte reserve solseng fordi det ble fort fullt, men bassenget/reservering åpnet heldigvis ikke før kl09. Stranden er rett ved. Frokostbuffeten var en hit for barna, og det var et bra utvalg for en god frokost. Lunsjtilbudet i poolbaren var også bra. Mye restauranter i nærområdet bare 5-15 min å gå. Vi leide ikke håndklær på hotellet til basseng/strand da vi synes dette ble unødvendig dyrt, men hadde med egne. Tørkestativ på verandaen - så det var ikke noe problem! Hyggelig og imøtekommende ansatte.

Good location, bad beds.

The hotel has a spot on location. Near shops and subway. The staff was really friendly and the room was nice.
We upgraded the room to a signature room because I need a good bed. The bed in the room was the worse bed I ever had in my life. I have travel a lot, but this was really bad. We woke up every morning with pain in the back. The bad didn’t have a top matress. The staff told the housekeeper to put on a matress. They gave us a duvet. The next day I complain, and they give me one moore duvet to sleep on. That didn’t help..
I travel a lot, and would like to stay at the hotel again, if they change beds.

La route devant est un peu bruyante avec le passage des voitures mais très bon double vitrage. Pour le reste c'est parfait. C'est très propre. Petit coin cuisine si on préfère manger sur place. La plage et les commerces sont à 2 pas. Le quartier est résidentiel et très agréable.

Perfekt hotell för våra behov. Rent och fint, lagom stor 2-rumslägenhet, fina pooler och stranden ett stenkast bort. Frukosten var jättebra, med allt man kan tänkas önska sig, och alltid påfyllt. Personalen var jättetrevlig och servicen bra. Ett fint litet spa ingår i vistelsen och även barnen var välkomna där vissa tider under dagen, vilket vi tyckte var trevligt. Lagom med folk när vi var där under midsommarveckan, inte överbefolkat och det var tyst och lugnt på kvällarna. Ett underhållningsteam körde aktiviteter för barn och vuxna under dagarna och kvällarna, verkade trevligt, men vi deltog inte i detta och det var inte påträngande. Stranden är fantastisk och vattnet alldeles klart. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka igen!

Tolles Hotel um die tolle Gegend/Strand zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen und sehr sauber. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer müssten unbedingt renoviert werden. Trotzdem kann ich einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen!
Fahrradabstellplätze sollten kostenlos sein.

Heel schoon, prima verzorging. Strand op loopafstand. Verschillende buiten zwembaden waaronder één verwarmd. Appartement is iets gehorig en ietwat gedateerd. Maar alles is aanwezig. Komen zeker terug!

Sehr grosszügige Apartments. Die Sauberkeit hingehen lässt noch Luft nach oben.
Frühstück Buffet ist riesig, inkl. frischer Zubereitung der Speisen.
Die Reception ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

High recommended for you D families.

Excellent hotel for young family. Kid friendly activities like face painting, mini disco twice every day. Breakfast buffé and dinner spread was very vast and tasted amazing!!
Indoor spa with jacuzzi, sauna etc were fantastic. Even when the weather was rainy outside, we had a wonderful day within the hotel.
Sea is just around the corner of the building. Heated outdoor pool is big and nice! Very friendly and helpful personnel, most of them speak good English!

Durchweg schönes und ideal gelegenes Hotel. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Speisenauswahl und täglich wechselndes Abendbuffet. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Zustand unseres Zimmers war ok. Es fehlt an vielen Ecken die Liebe zum Detail. Schiefe Regale, quietschende Scharniere, Armaturen mit Flugrost. Nichts gravierendes aber mit überschaubarem Aufwand könnte man hier vieles schnell verbessern. Unterm Strich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Wir fanden das Essen sehr lecker. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir sehr schön: Sehr sehr nah am Meer. Rezeption sehr nett. Poolanlage auch sehr schön.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious enough, the pools are nice and the beach is within walking distance. Staff is super friendly! We also like the breakfast and dinner buffet, enough choice and different options everyday.

Tolles kleines Hotel mit super leckerem Essen und sehr netten Servicepersonal! In 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am tollen flachen Sandstrand mit Wellen! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Nous avons passés un excellent séjours, très satisfaite surtout de la propreté bravo (pour l'équipe de ménage ) tout a été très pratique centre pas loin, mer à 200m accès à la piscine et salle de sport ,Spa.Très bonne accueille, je remercie toutes l'équipe de cette hôtel pour notre séjours.

Uns hat diese Unterkunft sehr gefallen, es war sauber, unser Zimmer riesengroß, die Betten sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Auswahl an der Poolbar, wenn man die Kinder was kleines zum Essen brauchte, auch gut und nicht zu teuer. Die Qualität vom Essen fand ich generell sehr gut, war alles lecker und die Auswahl abwechslungsreich.
Die Außenanlagen sind auch sehr schon, sauber und gepflegt, sind genügend Liegen vorhanden. An der Seite gibt es Spiele, wie Tischtennis, Billard die man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch okay, vormittags war etwas voll, was wahrscheinlich die Jahreszeit geschuldet war.
Wir fanden es toll, dass der Strand nur paar Schritte entfernt ist.
Wir haben uns in Yvory Playa sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.
