Stayed here a few times. Reception are always very helpful. Waiters r v quick and efficient. The cooks are friendly.

Go there for cycling so haven't used gym, pool etc. did use the spa, that was nice.

Poor reception service.

This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either.

Good Location, Thin Walls!

I had a nice staff here, the staff were always friendly and the food (half board) was nice with plenty of variety. My room was smallish but comfortable and clean, and I liked that the fridge was in a cupboard so you couldn’t hear it. Playa de Muro beach is a two minute walk.
They have a very small car park, I parked on the street the whole time which was ok.
My only reservations about this hotel are that the walls are quite thin and unfortunately some of the guests were quiet noisy. My room was on the first floor over the bar, and although the music went off at a reasonable time you could hear loud talking until very late. The other thing is that my room faced east, which meant in October you got no sun on the balcony at all, and faced the busy main road. I expect the rooms at the back have a much nicer aspect.

Happy stay as first holiday in 2 years

Pleasent hotel across the road from the Beach. Staff were always friendly and helpful and most speak multiple languages.
We had breakfast as part of our stay and options were plentiful and different most days. Really good COVID compliance in dining areas with plenty of mask wearing and alcohol gel and always option to eat outside.
Pool area was clean and generally quiet.
Room was slightly dated but generally clean with balcony space to sit out and also dry towels. Our balcony was on the road side and was louder than we’d expected it to be. Bathroom did not seem to have a fan to circulate air which was odd.
Would recommend to friends and family.

Not sure where to start.
Arrived at a very nice looking reception and I was impressed. It was nice and cool which was a welcome to the 30 degree heat outside. We came straight from the airport on the express bus that took him over an hour.

The receptionist was German I believe. We had 2 people in the queue in front of us. We waited at least 10 minutes and there was no other receptionist. She finished serving the customer in front of us and we went over…
There was no welcome no “how are you?” The first thing she said was “I will need your credit card to check in.”
My husband and I looked at each other and thought ok… from then on there was no conversation. Nothing. It took about 2 mins, she charged me fully up front. Gave us the room key, told us the breakfast times and pointed toward the lifts. I was honestly stunned. I have never received such bad service!

Our package included free welcome drinks - we did not get any.

We were given a room on the first floor - terrible! Noisy and right above the entrance so we had to keep curtains drawn as everyone could see right in.

Toilet room handles were broken.
Shower is absolutely small- you have to keep your elbows in when washing your hair. It was claustrophobic and felt like a hostel shower. No extra shower settings. Water was overflowing so we had to use towels just outside the tiles.

The pool- is tiny. Kids in the adult pool were jumping and had toys.

No vegetarian option at breakfast aside from fruit.

Comfortable!

Lovely hotel with just a short walk to the beach, very family friendly. We visiter as a couple so We heard some kids stamping on the floor above every morning and nights were quiet but this was good for early nights and long beach days. Well located amidst many restaurants and shops. Beds much more comfortable than other hotels on our trip !

Did not like the fact that the air conditioning system was not available, also extractor/vent in the bathroom did not appear to be working. Rooms were a reasonable size, clean. The bathroom was clean although had problems with very tiny ant-like bugs in bathroom & closet. Would I stay there again most definitely?

This is my 4th visit to this hotel I am a solo traveller this hotel is perfect for me. Hotel very clean and tidy staff very friendly food is great with a brilliant choice. Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is an amazing beach 2 minutes walk and great shops near by.

A super hotel: stylish yet good value.

I was on a week's cycling trip with friends, for which the hotel was well equipped and in a good location. The staff were exceptional; very helpful, happy and friendly. I was delighted to find my single room with rear view had been upgraded to a double with seaview! The beach (right opposite the hotel) was lovely - a perfect, gently sloping, sandy, bathing beach. I enjoyed the spa and outside pool, liked the stylish restaurant and found the food to be better than expected - a wide selection of generally tasty dishes; breakfast was particularly good. All for a very fair price; great value.

Great location for the beach

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very helpful, rooms spacious and comfortable, clean and well equipped. Pool ha very nice and a good bar with snacks available. Cake and coffee in the afternoon was very nice. I had half board and the food is okay, all buffet style and lots of choice but average quality. Although you pay for dinks at your table and I did that, I was charged again when I checked out for a drink so make sure you keep your receipt. Cocktails were a bit disappointing. I would visit the hotel again

Weak wifi, but great location and nice stay

Wifi rarely worked in my room, which is only negative point about this hotel. However, overall I enjoyed staying at this hotel.
The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. The breakfast was good even though it would be much better if there are more vegetables. Muro beach is within 5 min walking distance, and there are lots of restaurants and supermarket nearby. The bus stop to/from the airport is in front of the hotel.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

sea is the best thing on that holiday

the reception charged me extra 20 euro and could not provide the receipts....quite upsetting when they try to trick you.

plates in the restaurant are dirty bit staff works so o hard but I heard ppl complaining few times about the dirty plates. as for me I expected it as it s sort of all inclusive thing can't expect a great food

next time I will stay in appartement and will eat outside and rent a car

Awesome for a week

The hotel is literally about 100m from the beach which made a lot of boat excursions really easy, there is shops either side of the hotel for about a mile and an excursion office right outside, the only downside of this hotel is the air conditioning didn't work on all settings which meant getting out of bed at 3am, freezing to turn it off or sweating all night, I hear the broken setting varied room to room, 2 didn't work for me. The hotel food, although very wide in variety, being cooked in front of everyone and with great amounts of everything it's just wasn't very nice, I didn't expect fine dining as it's a hotel but some of the pasta was dry and over cooked, bread was really dry and the scrambled egg at breakfast was atrocious, although having 5 places to eat in the immediate versinity meant eating out was fine and not very expensive, there are places open to drink till late, and the beach is always clean.

Only disappointment was there wasn't even water free of charge at dinner. You had to pay for that!! €2.60 for a 50cl bottle.

Fantastic value for money

Perfect place to stay in Playa de Muro. A well-kept hotel just a block away from the beach, right at the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Cleaned daily (very much appreciated after you bring a ton of sand from the beach into the room). No trouble with parking in the area, even though you can basically forget about the actual reserved parking spaces. It is actually easier to park on the street. Fantastic restaurant, offering one of the widest ranges of breakfast and dinner buffets I have seen. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast & dinner option, as the hotel in general is great value for money.

Best holiday I've had to date!

The hotel was very clean, staff were very nice and accommodating. Would love to go back just for the hotel.
The food was really lovely too, as I am a fussy eater there was plenty of choices to choose from, and each night the theme was different which we really appreciated.
The beach was literally so close, and was clean and looked after.

The only negative of the Holliday was the transfer between the airport to our hotel. It took longer than our plane journey (2hrs) getting to their as it constantly stopped at different hotels to let people off, when it should've only taken 1hr. Would not recommend sharing transport with others.

Other than that, would love to go back

Hotel and surrounding area was a bit noisy but what did it for me was after returning back to or room after a day at the beach 6.30 pm we were told there was no water! The guests had used it all! It would be back at 7.30pm we had a dinner planned with friends at 8 and water never came on till 8.15 subsequently we had to cancel

Fabulous hotel, lovely staff and amazing resort. We have put this on the top of our holiday list, the reason for our visit was because my daughter had been transferred to a hospital there after having a fall in Palma and the good thing to come out of it was to find this most beautiful resort with everything you could want with out the noise. The hotel was perfect, not too big but with everything you need for a good holiday.

I booked to stay 1 night and then extended a further 4 nights. I can not fault anything, the staff without exception are helpful, professional and most welcoming. The resort which i have never visited before is delightful and most definitely not to be compared to magaluf. The beach is amazing so clean and safe. The hotel food is nice but there are so many lovely restaurants close by you are spoilt for choice. I will most certainly be visiting again.

Good, modern hotel. Close to a lovely, clean beach which was a little windy but pleasant. The food was great - good quality, excellent selection and a different theme every night. The pool was good. Cold, but still able to go in for short swims. Nice little play area for small children- our daughter loved playing there. Good location for exploring further around the coast

We only needed an overnight stay, leaving very early the following morning. The staff were great, specially the lady on reception when we arrived - even organised for someone to let us have access to the restaurante to get coffee at 4am. Amazingly kind.

Good location, small rooms, nickel and dimed for everything but that is most places. AC works good but Wifi is advertised on site but is terrible can even access it in rooms. You must go to lobby to use it. You can't bring your own drinks to the pool area and the the hotel charges a daily rate for beach towel use. They have 1 washer and dryer for a whole hotel so bring your own towels and dry them on your patio everyday. Food was great but your have a designated meal time if you opt for half board, ours was after 8 pm. If you drive be careful the small yet free area may fill up fast and you are stuck finding a parking place out on the street.

Very good for the money, a block from beach

The hotel definitely caters to couples and families (not solo travelers like me), but it was very good for the price paid. There's a pool onsite and the beach is one block away. There are supermarkets all over and mini fridges in the room so you can prepare your own lunch (lunch is not included in the all-inclusive deal). Note: no drinks at dinner are included, not even water, and water at the hotel is very expensive so it is definitely worth getting some bottles at the supermarket. Also, I tried to order room service for lunch one day before leaving for an excursion, and apparently the kitchen was closed and nobody was working that day... even though room service was supposed to be available all day and into part of the evening. This was a problem because I needed to get something to eat before leaving, so I had to run outside and get something and almost missed my transfer. I wasn't given any reason why the kitchen was closed.

Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl, Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool war sauber und man hat immer einen Platz bekommen, sehr nah zum Strand. Zimmer wurden teilweise gut sauber gemacht außer an dem Tag, an dem wir wollten dass sie uns die Bettwäsche wechseln?
Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen in dem es furchtbar gestunken hat, immerhin haben wir ohne weiteres ein anderes bekommen, sie wussten von dem Gestank im Zimmer daher frag ich mich warum es überhaupt möglich ist das zu buchen im neuen Zimmer war auch schimmel in der Dusche und es ist wirklich renovierungsbedürftig. Kaputter Mülleimer im Bad uvm.
Das spa hat von 10-19 Uhr offen man muss aber sagen, dass sie es anmachen. Es gibt nur 6 liegen keine Möglichkeit im Bad etwas aufzuhängen keine Stühle für weitere Gäste. Das Fitnessstudio ist direkt nebenan daher ist es nicht ganz entspannt. Die Sauna war für uns nichts da sie nur 60°c hat das hammam war jedoch super wenn man die ca. 2 Meter lange Schimmelsporen an der Decke übersieht. Nach 2-3 Stunden hatten sie uns das spa einfach ausgestellt was der schade war. Denn bis zu dem Zeitpunkt war es nicht mal richtig aufgeheizt. Dann haben wir es aufgegeben.
Das buffetessen war OK aber wenig vielfalt an Gemüse. Ein Tag ca um 14 Uhr war die Zimmerreinigung bereits fertig ich war gerade nackt im flur, als ohne klopfen ein Reinigungspersonal ins Zimmer stürmte. Warum wissen wir auch nicht. Einfach unangenehm.

Ich bin begeistert von dem Hotel. Von außen nicht das modernste, wird man innen von einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung überzeugt. Alles tipptopp sauber und eine gute Matratze - eher bisschen härter und nicht durchgelegen. Der Service war stets zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen haben mich begeistert mit frischen und auserwählten Zutaten. Die Lage zum Strand ist super . Eventuell sind Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut. Meins lag nach hinten raus und dort hatte ich Ruhe. Jederzeit wieder gerne! Der Strand übrigens der schönste auf Mallorca… und man kann ewig lang dort spazieren. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Balkon im 2. Stock zur Straße, etwas laut, auch bei geschlossener Balkontür. Seitlicher Meerblick.
Unvorstellbare Auswahl beim Abendbuffet. Fast alles wurde bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt. Qualität und Geschmack unterschiedlich, Pasta ehr nicht so gut, dafür frischer Fisch mit Frontcooking. Auch vegetarische und vegane Angebote. Cremes beim Nachtisch enttäuschend, hatten unterschiedliche Farben, aber schmeckten alle gleich, nämlich nach nichts.

Uruselt hotell, det luktade illa på rummen, sängarna höll på att rasa samman, kackerlackor och andra kryp på rummet som tyder på dålig städning. Hotellet behöver totalrenoveras. Uppenbart att de inte har tillräckligt med personal, men då ska man inte marknadsföra detta som ett 4-stjärnigt hotell som ju är det vi har betalat för och förväntade oss. Personalen generellt mycket trevlig och de försökte göra det bästa av situationen. Situationen är inte personalens fel, detta är hotell-ledningens ansvar!

Posizione ottima, a 200 m dalla spiaggia di Playa de Muro. Camere tranquille, davano sul retro. Buona la varietà e la qualità delle colazioni e cene, anche se abbiamo poco apprezzato la serata con cibi orientali. Ideale per escursioni nella zona, a partire dal Parco de S'Albufera, Alcùdia, ecc.

Fint,ryddig,god variert frokost. Fint basseng område. Kort avstand til strand restauranter og inn til Alcudia port. Ok rom men mye trafikk støy på de rommene som vender ut mot stranden. Fint opphold og kommer gjerne igjen hvis Mallorca blir reisedestinasjon neste gang.

Hola buenos días mis palabras son de excelente hotel comunicación a playa espectacular la atención muy buena el hotel es recomendable el servicio de habitaciones camareros recepcionistas cocineros . Nos atendieron con nuestra perrita muy bien ella disfruto mucho . Recomiendo este hotel a familias parejas la piscina super y comedor comida desayuno cena muy bien gracias por vuestra amabilidad y al director también muy amable.

Ein schönes Hotel, das Mobiliar in den Zimmern scheint etwas älter zu sein. Die Betten waren bequem. Im Bad gab es leider keine Belüftung (Abzug oder ähnliches), nach dem duschen \"stand\" die Luft im Bad.
Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels sind sehr schön. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren reichhaltig und lecker. Eine große Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Hotel a 2 passi da un mare incantevole con spiaggia attrezzata. struttura elegantemente ristrutturata nelle parti comuni. stanze da riammodernare. Ottimo il servizio offerto. Il cibo è di qualità, c'è molta attenzione nelle materie prime. Per i clienti c'è disponibile una lavatrice ed un'asciugatrice che per chi ha bimbi piccoli è una grande comodità.

We Will be back!

1,5 h från Palma med buss låg detta hotellet (hoppa av vid los gaviatos). Vi blev otroligt bra bemött i receptionen av två yngre blonda tjejer (det kallar vi service). Bra stor pool och tvärs över gatan fanns en väg ner till strand. Vi hade halvpension till och det var det bästa valet vi hade kunnat göra. Frukostbuffén bestod av så mycket att välja mellan, allt ifrån pannkakor till baguetter till olika äggröror. Under middagen var det olika tema varje kväll med ett stort utbud att välja mellan. Fräscht rum, dock väldigt lyhört då vi förmodligen hade rummet ovanför köket men inget som störde oss alltför mycket. Kommer definitiv bo på detta hotell igen om vi åker till alcudia!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et heureusement car la chambre était juste à côté du local des femmes de ménage et des 8h le matin c'est juste pas possible d'être réveillée avec leurs discussions, c'est vraiment dommage. De plus l'une d'elle a voulu nettoyer la chambre alors que nous la quittons ce jour. A part ça le reste est très bien.
