Good size apartment with everything we needed, basic but comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and contacted them a couple of times before staying. Lovely size pool and supermarket very close. Genuine 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We had the buffet breakfast one morning which was a bit disappointing so catered for ourselves for the rest of the week. All in all would recommend and stay again.

Excellent stay the pool was lovely not too busy and the beach is 2 mins walk,
Their is supermarket across the road which we used. They only have basic kitchin.
We love our stay here.

We spent a week in a 1 bedroom apartment, with balcony overlooking the pool , half board, it was lovely.
Plenty of chairs and umbrellas round the pool. Small kiddies pool, more suitable for under 5 rather than older kids, not much for older children to do. Although there was a free table tennis table and a pool table 1 euro a game.
Evening meals were large portions and excellent. Breakfasts were buffet. The only problem I had was the waitress who took exception to me taking 2 oranges, cutting and squeezing them to make my own Orange Juice. She wanted me to use the machine drinks. It was annoying.
The hotel was in a quiet area and had a Spar supermarket just a few steps away.
A short walk further on were more shops and a Burger King if you wanted a quick burger. The beach was also a short walk further past Burger King.
Staff were super friendly at this hotel and we had a very relaxing holiday which we really enjoyed.

I enjoyed my stay but my kids had the best time ever. Staff and food was great along with the price for food. Everything was walking distance and opened late. There's a restaurant opposite the compound that is a must try. Over all im very pleased and loved my apartment, it was perfect.

Just lovely overall

Lovely staff, very helpful and accommodating and the pool was decent sized and not too busy. The little bar there made good food and cocktails and was reasonably priced. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 to the strip of restaurants, however even the restaurant right outside the apartments was amazing. My apartment was facing the back and had a small garden to sit and drink/eat/smoke, very private too. Would recommend this to everyone, whether families or young adults and suits all.

Great basic digs

This is a very nice little hotel one street back from the Main Street - so still within five minutes walk of the beach, but just a little bit quieter. Nice pool area with lots of flowers, restaurants and a shop just across the street. Easy to park the car in October, don't know what it would be like in August - Expedia lists it as having parking but it doesn't have a car park, it's on the road. Pleasant staff, well equipped studio apartment with fridge, microwave and hotplate.

OK if thats what you want.

We were put in one of the older Apartments outside the main complex and very much left to our own devices. The Kitchen was sparsely equipped, it was a good job I brought my own sharp knife for slicing. As it was an older apartment it was showing some age and the Free WiFi was sporadic at best, but on the plus side it was more spacious than the main complex apartments and we were away from the hustle and bustle of the pool, which suited us fortunately. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would use this Aparthotel again, but only because it is cheap and happens to suit our purposes.

Hotel met needs on a basic budget

Very clean and tidy apartment - not a comfortable bed - quiet apartment at rear of hotel except if your neighbours were noisy - not a lot of soundproofing. Pleasant pool although small. Situated very near restaurants and shops. Sampled breakfast one morning but not very appetising!

Pleasant aparthotel in quieter part of resort, well placed for short walk to strip. Good facilities in apartments, hot water on demand and lovely large balconies. Well maintained. Stayed end of season so pool bar/restaurant not always open. Good spar across the road. Overall good value.

We arrived early on monday morning and had a good value meal while we waited for the room to be completed.
Our room was pleasant and well set out with a kitchenette and good bathroom.
This hotel is well placed to visit the local area and is set in a pleasant area. Locally there is a selection of restaurants and bars but the hotel offers a good value restaurant with good food and reasonable prices.
The bar prices are also extremely good value.
The shops are 3 min walk and the beach 5 minutes.
The beach is clean and has a lifeguard.
All the staff were hard working and attentive, they also put up with my appalling attempts at spanish!
overall a very enjoyable stay and we have recommended this hotel to family and friends.

Not what I hoped for

Booked 7 nights at the hotel based on reviews. Called ahead to discuss the room and gentlemen on the room was unhelpful and uncompromising (paid months ahead for a family of four). Given two single beds joint together to sleep, which was not even with three inches higher/lower than the other. On the third day the air-condition broke down and was still broken after check-out! Very uncomfortable and restless nights. Watch out for mosquitoes!

This apartment block had all we wanted and the restaurant on site served a wide range of good food at reasonable prices. The only slight downside and this was slight was that the sofa bed was really just two sofas pushed together and thus wasn't the mist comfortable to sleep on. Good location close to beach and many local restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and can be relied upon when needed. Pool is clean and deep enough for swimming, also not over crowded, apart from usual 'sun worshippers'(so get up early with your towel:) Rooms are cleaned frequently and have free air conditioning and safety deposit box only 3 euro a night. Only 3 mins to excellent each and quality places to eat surround the hotel. I loved everything about it, as did my wife and young son.

Lovely little hotel with air-conditioning!

We had a great week in our garden-facing apartment at Aparthotel Elisa. Neat, clean, with cool efficient air-conditioning and a sufficient kitchenette. Breakfast across the road was lovely and varied, and the restaurant offered affordable dinners on the veranda overlooking a lake. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach, yet situated in a relatively quiet nook that allows rest after a day on the beautiful beach or in the swimming-pool like sea... The hotel also has a huge pool, seperate paddle pool and small entertaining area. Our primary aged children loved staying here as well.

Good Value

Very nice hotel, centrally located. Nothing luxurious, but clean with a lovely private terrace. Nothing was old, but TV channels were only in German. Nice looking pool and very pretty terrace overlooking the lake. Food was decent. Very nice and accommodating staff. Cleaning the room more often would have been good.

Friendly and staff, very welcoming. Check in was quick and easy even though we arrived at 11:00am. There was a welcome bottle of wine and nibbles. We were also treated to an evening dinner as a thank you for choosing the Elisa hotel.

Noisy cleaners. But nice place.

Asked for a quiet room which we got away from the road and pool. Just a shame it was next to the laundry room which seemed to be the gathering place early in the mornings for the cleaners. Or the sound of the spin dryers! Hotel situated at the quieter end of Alcudia with a few eating places and a Spar shop close by. We would go back but just ask for a different room.

Schon die Begrüßung an der Reception war für uns außergewöhnlich. Auch bei weitere Hilfen bei einem Notfall war das Personal für uns da. Das und das schöne Zimmer und die schöne Anlage waren für einen gelungenen Urlaub ausschlaggebend. Wir können dieses Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß und hat einen sehr guten Service. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Vi hade lägenhetsrum och det var gott om plats med fin uteplats. Fint poolområde, nära till fin strand, smidigt att ta lokalbuss till Alcudia. Riktigt bra frukost men resturangen för övrigt var ingen höjdare men det var nära till många andra bra resturanger. Rekommenderas!

Vi var afsted med vores voksne datter og svigersøn og to små børnebørn på 2 og 4 år, og dette hotel var så godt som perfekt. Vi havde en studio med stor terrasse, som lå i bygningen på den ene side af vejen, og her var der fuldstændig ro. De andre boede i 2 værelses lejlighed på den anden side af vejen med balkon ud til pool, hvilket var helt ideelt med to små børn. I det hele taget fungerede både værelser, pool og restaurant virkelig godt, så vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til hotellet igen.

Et dejligt roligt sted med gode værelser, god pool, god plads, venlig personale og en fin restaurant. Få hundrede meter til shopping og super strand.

Dog var der alt for lidt fokus på håndsprit og afstand i buffeten i disse corona-tider.

Veldig god opplevelse og er generelt veldig fornøyd. Hygiene var generelt ok, men rommet ble ikke vasket så mye som de lovet. Til tider var det litt dårlig lukt på badet selv om vi ikke hadde benyttet det - urinlukt.

La struttura è comoda come vicinanza al mare e per angolo cottura, carina nel suo complesso. La pulizia della stanza non proprio soddisfacente ma accettabile. In generale la manutenzione dell'appartamento lascia un po' a desiderare (chiusura non ben funzionante della porta finestra principale, sostituita da un gancio in ferro, per esempio) .

Noi ci siamo trovatii molto bene,ambienti ospitali e puliti ma soprattutto sfruttando della mezza pensione abbiamo sempre mangiato bene con buffet ricchi di ogni cosa in un ambiente meraviglioso che si trova a bordo lago con giardino.
Complimenti alla struttura e al personale molto gentile.

Goede verzorging, fijn personeel, 24 uur iemand aanwezig bij de receptie/ingang. Nette kamer met goede kitchenette en groot bed 2x2 mtr. Loopafstand van strand, boulevard en horeca voorzieningen. Mooi zwembad tot ca. 2 mtr diep met goede horeca voorziening.

Struttura ben tenuta, appartamenti con arredamento essenziale e di stile, cucina ben dotata di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici (frigo piccolo), area piscine e giardini curati, manutenzione continua, pulizia stanze e cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni (ottima), personale molto disponibile, posizione comodissima all’eccezionale Playa de Muro e alle linee autobus. Stille og roligt lejlighedshotel

Fint lejlighedshotel forholdsvis tæt på restauranter og lækker børnevenlig strand. Hotellet ligger lidt væk fra hovedgaden, så der er stille og roligt. Der var godt wifi og gratis brug af en lille fælles vaskemaskine (skulle selv medbringe vaskemiddel). Personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Aldrig noget problem at få plads ved poolen. Ikke verdens største pool og meget dyb - mellem 1,75-2,1m. Det er dog også en lille børnepool.

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren mit unseren Enkeln (8 und 11 Jahre alt) hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jederzeit wieder.

Premium Studio im Elisa

Das Elisa ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Ich war schon einige Jahre zuvor in diesem Hotel. Ich hatte ein Premium Studio gebucht.Das Studio ist doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Dusche gab es leider keine Ablage für Haarpflegemittel und Duschcreme. Aus dem Abfluss hat es stark gerochen. Das Personal war bemüht den Geruch zu beseitigen, aber es gelang leider nicht. Sonst war es sehr sauber und das Personal super freundlich. Ich würde aber nur noch das günstigere Studio buchen, wie es mein Bruder hatte. Beim Abschied wurde mir gesagt, das die Studios neu gestaltet werden. Sonst ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Lugnt o fridfullt ställe, nära till havet med fin sandstrand som omväxling till hotellets fina pool. Bra med bussförbindelser.
Tre naturområden på promenadavstånd och ett på kort bussavstånd.
Buss direkt från flygplatsen till huvudgata nära hotellet.
Mycket god mat. Välj halvpension vilket är mkt prisvärt.

Süßes Apartment mit Terasse - ausreichend Platz, zu dritt auch drinnen zu bleiben, wenn es doch mal regnet. Strand fußläufig in 5-10 Min zu erreichen. Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle vorhanden, dadurch haben wir uns komplett selbst versorgt (obwohl es anders geplant war). Für unseren 5-Tage-Kurztrip einfach perfekt!

Hotel aus den 90er Jahren

Gebucht war ein \"renovietre\" \"Superoir Suit\".. Aber alle Möbel und Fliesen , Vorhänge und Polster waren aus den 90er Jahren. Es war nur frisch gestrichen.
Die Superior-Suiten lagen nicht am Pool, sondern auf der anderen Strassenseite.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit tollen Appartments in Strandnähe. Kein übermäßiger Tourismus trotz Hochsaison. Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Wahnsinn für den günstigen Preis. Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit!

Propiedad agradable y tranquila

Apartamento amplio para 4/5 personas, tiene dos dormitorios dobles y un sofá, aseo con ducha y cocina amplia, aunque algo escasa de menaje. Todo reformado, aunque algunas paredes mal rematadas, no es importante salvo en la primera impresión de la llegada. Muy cerca de la playa, zona muy tranquila. Fácil aparcamiento. Piscina muy limpia.
