Situated in the North of Mallorca, on the coast of Alcudia Bay, the hotel is located just 10 minutes from the main street with access to lots of bars and restaurants but still in a quiet area so guests can relax. Port d'Alcúdia Beach is 15-minute walk from the hotel.
The airport lies some 57 km away. The hotel offers 85 units over 6 floors, and are equipped with air-conditioning, kitchen and utensils, TV, a complete bathroom with hair dryer and a balcony.
The resort has a concierge and activities department to help guests determine the itinerary for vacation. If guests prefer to relax on-site, there is a children's and adult swimming pool, whirlpool, children's playground area, massage services, gymnasium and restaurant plus book library for convenience.

Is a lovely place to stay, but we had a lot of ants in the apartment 😆. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but maybe for some people it is.
Overall, we liked it. The staff were great, very helpful with any problems.
I know some of the people didn’t like the furniture, because maybe is outdated, but we barely stayed in the room, so I wasn’t a big deal for us. The beds are comfy, we had AC in every room.
We had breakfast included, it’s the same every morning, but it was good ( my kids loved the omelette). The pool is great. The beach is 4-5 min drive or 10-15 (depending how fast you walk) walking.
Overall, we liked it. The staff were great, very helpful with any problems.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay at with my family (of 4), big swimming pool for children and adults, plenty of sunbeds, no need to rush early to reserve one. Quiet area at the outskirts of town away from the noise and the busy touristic area. Alcudia beach at 15 minutes walk with plenty of places to eat and drink. 2 minutes away from the supermarket. Plenty of spaces to park inside at cost of outside for free, the surroundings may not be enticing however, it is quiet and safe, even for a midnight stroll. Room was huge, spacious, complete and clean, furniture a bit dated, but otherwise, your got all essentials to cook and stay comfortably. Definitely I will stay here again. Thanks!

The hotel experience was disappointing. The receptionist had an unwelcoming attitude and she was extremely slow, which was off-putting.
The hotel's surrounding areas had a sewer-like odor, and the rooms smelled very unpleasant at night. Although our room was cleaned on the second day, the shampoo and hand soap bottles were not refilled, which is problematic if you stay longer than two days. Additionally, guests are required to take out their own trash, a policy I haven't encountered at other hotels.

We realised it was missing and only due to quick thinking and the find my iPhone app that we were able to start chasing her halfway through Alcudia in the car and scared her enough that once she knew we were chasing her, she ended up returning it to the hotel reception to try and cover up the theft. We spoke to management but to be totally honest he couldn’t care less and kept making excuses for her, then said she would be layed off, but she was still working at the hotel on the day we checked out. Such a shame and I’d never be returning to this hotel.

Older property not in a particularly nice area. The apartment was spacious. Had 2 bedrooms and ac in all rooms. The kitchen was functional w/ a large oven and fridge. Lovely balcony. We really lucked out because the hotel was preparing to shut down for the winter and we got a fantastic rate. The beach was a 10 minute drive. A supermarket is within walking distance.

This property has everything you could want. Having a washing machine was a big plus with having a small child. It’s the first accommodation I’ve stayed at that had a full oven, stove and dishwasher! The only thing it missed was a toaster. Would also benefit from more regular cleaning as we arrived on the Saturday and the cleaner didn’t come until the Thursday. We didn’t mind cleaning ourselves and taking our rubbish to the bins as we were on the ground floor but might be a hassle for someone on a higher floor.

Situated in a quiet part of the resort well away from the hustle and bustle. Only 10min walk to beach. Interesting pool, nice bar / restaurant, friendly staff and spacious rooms that are well equipped. All the rooms face the lake, there is a supermarket close by. There isa council bin depot and fire station behind the hotel but neither caused any noise or smell or disruption to our holiday. Plenty of on street parking around the hotel if you need it.

What was not really good: distance from the beatch is far to walk there (3-4 km) This is among the last buildings. Sorrounding is not nice, but not annoying.

It was a lovely apartment hotel with a great pool and a Restuarant. It overlooked the pool, the hills and was next to a man made lake with a wake-board business. It had good wifi and air conditioning. I booked an apartment for 4 people. It had 2 bedrooms bathroom and a large sitting dining area with an alcove kitchen and a balcony. Reception staff were friendly enough. Only issue, was that they originally put us in the wrong room. Even through we were only in the room for 30 minutes and we had unpacked. The staff acted quick and apologised and give us a bottle of wine, for the inconvenience. The room was itself was large, with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Front door were solid and secure and shower hot. In the kitchen was a dishwasher and there was also a washing machine in the utility room we had. The pool area had there own life guard for the pool and a small pool area, for children. There was also small hot tub. Opposite the hotel area, is a fire station and refuse area. They didn't bother us at all, during our stay. Nearby is a supermarket. The place is only 15minutes walk to the main bars and restaurant area. I would come back again.

Stayed in a top floor apartment with beautiful views & a rooftop balcony. Very spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Nice and quiet area, always room around the pool for Sunbeds and only 20min walk to the beach or €5 taxi to the port. Shower available & luggage storage for after check out as we were not leaving until later in the afternoon.

Was lucky enough to get the sixth floor with beautiful views from the two bedroom apartment. All the staff were very helpful and I don't know how they keep it up having seen a few obnoxious people they had to deal with. Would happily go back. 4th visit to hotel. Since brand change to Ona, hotel has gone down hill big time. Only one member staff at reception, which isn't great when people checking in. Room's always spacious (2 bed & sofa bed 6 birth). Major issue we had was on Tuesday 31st, it was trick or treat and around 7 rooms had been rented for the night, by teenagers/early 20's who were partying with loud music & alcohol all night, something we were not prepared for!!, or the other holiday makers staying here. We complained to reception, but was told its what we do in Spain this time of year. Sadly our last visit

Massively disappointing as it was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel with 3 young dolphins err kids in the family. Was advised that we could use their sister hotel's pool - however that was a 10 minute car drive with no hire car.
Room was excellent, hotel very good and clean BUT no pool.
After 2 nights we got a full move to the sister hotel which was ok - the pool was open, however not as good facilities and location out of main tourist areas.

I have stayed on this hotel a long time ago when it was run by diamond and I have to say they have defiantly kept up the standard of the room since then.
We were upgraded to a two bedroom room for no extra fee and also for only 10 euros for to check in 3 hours early which i thought was realy good.
The two bedrooms on the top floor are a great size there is a room with two singles them another with one king size. There is also a sofa bed on the living room. Kitchen facilities are great I managed to make brekkie every morning and a lovely meal one evening. This room also has a great balcony and also a private terrace on the roof which you can sunbathe on.
I must say the only downside to this holiday it they did not have the pool open which we were not aware of until we arrive and they do not clean as often and as well as some hotels I have stayed at although when we arrived the hotel was realy clean I guess we were not to be a lazy as some holidays and cleaned up more after our self.
Overall I loved this place. Great room and lovely hotel and nice staff. Location wise it is not the closest to the beach but we had a car which I would recommend to get around the island.

We had a 2 bed apartment, it served us well for all of our needs.
Sun beds were always available, staff friendly and quiet surroundings which was perfect.
Location was fine, the marina/town area was a 25 min walk away and bus stops for all other towns a 15 min walk.

Good family holiday. Hotel itself kept noise levels down to a comfortable level by comparison with others in the area. Friendly and helpful staff and kept very clean. Only a couple of activities for children but to be fair another close hotel had them on all the time and the constant noise would be annoying.

Have stayed before and feel that standards are slipping. Cleanliness not as good as before and the little touches like tea, coffee, some toiletries are now missing. Never needed to take a cloth or washing liquid but had to buy some, they are now at the washing up liquid heaven as you can't use it all in a week.

Nice hotel. The two bedroom apartment we had booked was really spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. The apartment floors were very dusty from when we arrived so you couldn't walk around in your bare feet. We arrived at Garden Lago at 1am Saturday morning. The cleaning staff changed our towels a few hours later (even though most of them hadn't been used!). We then didn't get a towel change until Tuesday. With an average of two showers per day, that's 6 uses of the same towel! When we asked at reception they told us that this is perfectly normal as they only give 2 towel changes per week. However, It is possible to pay for a bale of fresh towels if you require them before your designated change day. There is a small gym on site - payable locally. Wifi on site - payable locally.
The complex is located a little away from bars and restaurants of the resort (7-10 minutes walk). The restaurant that is attached to the apartments is really good though with a great menu choice and reasonable prices. Food is excellent so definitely worth a visit. There is a large Eroski supermarket around the corner (about 2 minutes walk), as well as a bakery and fruit shop. There were a couple of little bars/cafés that weren't open while we were there probably because it was April so not busy enough.

Was very surprised at how well equipped the apartment was. They seemed to have thought of everything you may need. From ipod docs to kitchen scissors. The washing room was brilliant. Could have done with some instructions on how to use the cooker as used to gas not electic. The apartment was very clean and you get a cleaning schedule for the period of your stay but we seemed to have been missed in the middle of our stay so had to wash our towels and empty our own recycling bin etc. We also ran out of toilet tissue twice and had to fetch them from reception.
The hotel is a 15-20 min walk from the main town and beach but has the benefit of being quiet and therefore you get a better nights sleep. Beds are amazing. Very comfortable to sleep in. The tv has the 3 main uk channels and film 4. The bus stop is also a 20 min walk away from the hotel (down by the burger king/ lidl roundabout) and reception has timetables which are handy. The only thing is that the buses dont run till late. So you cant have an evening in palma as the last bus back is around 9.30.. Porta pollensa i think is 8.30. We are a family with a toddler and were pleasantly surprised with the facilities for families - good sized cot with sheets, high hair, play area, swimming pool (with baby pool) etc. There is even a play area at reception to keep the little ones amused whilst you check in. The staff were great with our son and he really enjoyed his stay.
Whilst we were away our son got tonsillitis and the staff helped us get in touch with the Hotel Dr who was available 24/7 and who was extremely efficient.
The area around the hotel isn't the greatest but if you're willing to travel around a bit (head into Alcudia or Pollenca or Port de Pollenca) then you have lots more options for food, culture and sand/sea. Although the beach in Port d'Alcudia is stunning!

I chose this hotel as I was participating in a sport event in Alcudia. I was looking for a spacious room and hotel with no surprises. The only reason I chose Garden Lago was because of the amenities listed in the hotel profile (i.e. safe, wifi, onsite gym). Only to find out that at check in that all of it is chargeable extra! The price of the room was not small so it does make you wonder what exactly are you paying for. the hotel has clearly seen it's better days and it was a good 20min walk from the beach. Sot it wasn't exactly a deal you would call value for money.

As an introduction to Majorca we luckily chose this hotel. Our first two visits were relaxation and local exploring:we had everything we could possibly need. Balcony views and room facilities second to none. On our latest visit we hired a car and explored further afield, in the knowledge that we could be back at any time (24hr desk) and have our apartment waiting, clean and comfortable. Cant wait until next time,:).

We enjoyed staying at this hotel, because the apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. A special mention about angel. The restaurant manager he made us feel very welcome, and the cook the meals were lovely nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be staying there again.

We visited during the last week of January for a week of cycling.
Appartment was clean, very roomy and the kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots and pans and even an oven.
Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly and didn’t have any issues with us coming and going via reception with our bikes. Hope to return here again next year.

Nice apartment and great price as we stayed off season. A little noisy at times due to apartment next door and above moving chairs on the tiled floors. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend it, especially for out of season stays.

the build of the hotel is all wrong as it is v shaped and about 60 percent of the hotel never gets sun on the balconies which makes the apartments cold. plus it doesn't feel like a hotel as there is no where the guests dont have anywhere to mingle. i will never use this hotel again as i got fed up over 9 days of the distance to and from the beach/ shops/ and anything else. look on google maps you will see the distance.

We were staying at this hotel with my wife and 2 friends and take a room for 4 people. The hotel is good for such stay, but it better for family use: one room with double bed and 1 with twin bed. Additional plus is 2 bathrooms in a room and a good count of different utensil on kitchen. One of the bad moments that you should wash all the dishes before checkout or they take additional payment. Another - it is the first hotel were they take additional deposit (100 eur) when you check in the room. And if you plan to swim in the sea you better go there with a car: it is about 30 minutes walk to the beach

Arrived early and check in despite us being before 4pm was very quick and easy staff very friendly and two bedroomed apartment was clean comfortable and had everything we needed including a great balcony.
Very quiet around the pool area and despite being the only two people in the pool at one particular time we were told off for playing with a small ball i can understand this if the pool was full or other guests using it but come on show alittle lenience . The hotel was by the lake which had good points eg watching the water sports from the balcony but it came with an awful stench at night when walking past it to get to the main street. Not the best looking surrounding area and noisy at the back of the hotel if you sleep in the back bedroom our daughter decided to sleep in the living room after the 1st night for the rest of the holiday.

Good base for a stay but you must have a car! Easter time and we could not find any walkable nearby restaurants that were open. We travelled to Port Pollenca out of preference. If eating in then an Eroski supermarket is two minutes walk away and quite reasonable prices and nice staff.
I would certainly return here as long as I had a car and was prepared to use the hotel as a good base from which to make trips out, rather than the main focus of my holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Garden Lago Alcudia. Excellent value for money. Staff very informative and friendly. Apartment was lovely, spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Location good. Not on the main strip (which is not a bad thing) but only a 5 minute walk. Overall highly recommended and this hotel would definitely be my first choice if/when I go back to Alcudia.

Inland a bit - but dont let that put you off!
Fab stay - approx 1 km from the beach but just around the corner from a major supermarket and bars/restaurants etc. Just behind the hotel is the wakeboard lake and has loads of parking. I've stayed in Mallorca loads of times but never gone this far 'in land'. This hotel rocks, it really does. I'll be back in a few weeks!

Unser Zimmer mit Dachterrasse war geräumig, hell und der Ausblick auf den Pool und den See war toll. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit vielfältiger Auswahl, interkontinental mit regionalen Spezialitäten und abwechslungsreich. Die Umgebung rund um das Hotel ist leider etwas schmutzig. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel wieder besuchen…
