Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le studio de l'hôtel au dernier étage : la vue était très belle et c'était calme. Le logement était spacieux et bien agencé. Il y avait encore des animations pour les enfants malgré la fin de saison.

Just what we needed!

The hotel and staff were excellent and made our stay very comfortable. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the check in process was very quick. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the relaxed atmosphere around the pool. We look forward to returning soon!

Great Service but needs a makeover

This hotel has loyal customers and I can see why as the welcome is warm and friendly BUT the rooms are tired, peeling paint, dead insects on balcony, rust on fridge, limited breakfast options. Its great value as a crash pad but to compete with the new hotels, this place has to invest in itself

Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival with no remnants of the last holiday maker, reception staff are very friendly and very efficient with any problems or help you may need...resident restuarant and bar (The Red Lion) had lovely staff and served great food for very reasonable prices so we ate there daily during our stay...would definately reccommend a stay here

The apartment hotel was nice.
Although please please get locks put on the apartments bathroom doors.
With a wife and 2 daughters, the bathroom is the only private place left in my life.
Having kids and wife walk in on a mans throne time is unacceptable.

There was a good mix of nationalities to the clientele, although it is very Brit heavy.
It does get a bit blackpool-in-the-sun like with the usual Brits with the Union flag tattooed on their heads (saw it during our 1 week there) .

At times they were a bit rowdy, but could have been a lot worst.

Entertainment is very much cabaret style with magicians and hypnotists.
But the entertainment staff do an amazing job. You'll be hard pressed to see a team that care more for your children.

The slide pool is a great bonus for the kids. Ours were in it the full 7 days.

The apartments are on the edge if Alcudia so its a little quieter, with a few run down or closed bars.

20min walk along a straight road to Alcudia beach.
The kids ting ting train comes passed the reception, and stops at the bellvue hotel round the corner 14euros for a family of 4.
Horse and carts also operate around there.

The siesta 1 is a lovely Apartamentos our room was nice and clean there was always staff around carrying out maintenance and the staff were friendly we enjoyed our stay.
Our only criticism would be the sun beds could do with mats on for comfort.

Great family trip back to Alcudia.
Hotel is in a great spot with a strip of busy bars and restaurants leading to the beach. Onsite restaurant serves good reasonably priced food as does the onsite bar.
Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful when I lost my debit card.
They provided us with a huge 2 bed room with views over the pool and beach on the 8th floor. 2 large double rooms and a lovely kitchen and lounge area with L shape sofa. I would recommend to any family looking to stay in Alcudia and think it is great value for money.

Good spot to base for our cycle trip.
Easy reach of several destinations without going onto main strip of Alcudia which can get a bit manic.
Reception made a point of giving us access to our room with bikes via service lift at side of hotel excellent idea
and plenty of space in room for two bikes overall very satisfied with staying here in October .

A great holiday. Hotel staff where all extremely welcoming and very helpful.
Room was clean and tidy, could not have asked for me taking into account the price.
Alcudia is a lovely place with some nice places to visit, and an excellent beach to relax.
Additional bonus was the kids club which was very entering for the children. Not sure what the area is like in season, but I would highly recommend for a family break.

Very happy week in an Apartment Hotel

Just returned from the Siesta Apartments 1

On arrival, the reception staff were, extremely pleasant, smiling polite and very informative.

The apartment was larger then we thought it would be, very well equipped in the kitchen, the twin beds were extremely comfortable ( we would have preferred a double bed) but knew at the time of booking that was not possible.

House keeping - the apartment was spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the facilities, lifts, stairways, reception - never seen Windows so clean!
one point to mention, they only change towels on a Thursday and Saturday - so if you have young children, maybe take extra towels with you.

The pool was amazing, and plenty of parasols and sun beds, poolside toilets clean and always had toilet paper
There is a nice separate shady area away from the pool to relax in.
Plus a children's play area.

Breakfast, we paid extra for this, and we had the full English most days, self service, the usual cold meat, cheeses, fruit etc available. The coffee was just brilliant, from a machine, but in our opinion every hotel should have this standard of coffee maker, best coffee I've ever had on any holiday.

We have just returned from a week here and have had a fabulous time.We stayed in a studio apartment which was a reasonable size and adequate for a family with 2 small children. It was very clean and had all the basics. The only downside was that the bathroom had no ventilation and there was often a drainy smell in it. The swimming pool is fantastic and there are plenty of sunbeds, although towel blocking is a problem. We generally managed to get at least one sunbed at every visit to the pool. The kids club is superb, offering hour long sessions in the morning and afternoon and then evening entertainment. Our girls loved it and the entertainers were brilliant with them! A special thanks goes to Quinty!! We were self catering and didn't try get the restaurant. The Red Lion bar offers a basic food menu for a reasonable price. We would return here and recommend it as a good 3 star property!

Hotel, pool and rooms were very clean and the majority of staff were excellent. The building itself is a bit dated and the room had air condition, however the wifi was hit and miss. The pool was good but difficult to get a decent spot for our sun beds and the kids liked the football pitch. We went half-board and the food for both breakfast and dinner which came with a drink was good and worth paying the extra for. For us the surrounding area was a bit too focused on catering for British tourists and not at all Spanish, but if that's what you like you'll love it. The onsite evening entertainment was poor with the exception of a couple of shows such as the magic show. That said the entertainment team tried and always made an effort to say hello to our children which was really nice. I did expect a bit more but in all fairness we all had a great time and the kids really loved it.

Spanish receptionist we met in the morning was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and ready to help with anything. British receptionist very rude and unhelpful. Bit of a snob in my opinion. Views were amazing, hotel was very clean, the maid was very nice and helpful. Pool was nice and so was the kids pool. A lot to do around the area go karting, horse riding, train ride, beach was a 3 minute drive. People were very nice around the area. We hired a car so ventured out to all parts of the island which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this holiday. Our kids loved every minute.

The hotel and staff were always available 24hrs and nothing seemed to much for them.
The rooms were well equipped and cleaned every other day, with the beds made up.
The on site restaurant had good food and plenty of it on your plate.
Although you had to pay for Wifi this was very reasonable for the week about £10
I am sure the pool is a lot warmer in the summer months but could be heated for when it is colder.
A 20 minute walk to the beach, but you pass all the shops and restaurants along the way. or you could take one of two road trains which run from the next hotel complex.

Huge building with tons of rooms and a couple of swimming pools which we did not try. We got upgraded to a larger apartment, which was great. Overall quite clean. Room service is not the best: the cleaner came in while asleep and wouldn't leave until prompted. The location is OK, not far from the beach but away from the main city centre. As the main downside, wifi costs 5 euros per day.

Great room, clean and centrally located. Food was convenient, easy and very mediocre. Food wait staff was excellent...very hardworking. Great bar! Hotel front staff was terrible. The British lady was SO rude and lacking in customer service. We had to find our own answers on airport shuttles, good local restaurants and local venues. She wanted little to do with helping us enjoy our stay. There is no maid service on Thursday or Sat which is hard when you are at the beach and you need a vacuum but overall, is a good value for what you get. The kids club is fun, my kids enjoyed it...but closed on Sat...busy day to be closed!

Spot on! Booked it more or less last minute and we were looking for something that ticked all the boxes. Comfy, 10 mins love stole down the street to the beach. Hired bikes whilst there and were able to store these in a lock up. We would stay there again. Staff all friendly and great views from our room facing away from pool up the mountain. Fab!

Gel douche au top sent très bon.
Facilité pour se garer à proximité de la résidence. La plage est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y'a un bel espace proche de la résidence.

Hotelli oli hiljaisella alueella (kadun päässä) mutta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä oli kadun edullisin kauppa ja hiukan pidemmällä kelvollisia ravintoloita.
Hotellialue oli hiukan kulahtanut ja aamupala kohtuu tylsä, mutta ajoi asiansa. Vastaanoton ja ravintolan henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Huoneen siisteydessä on parannettavaa. Lattiat olivat likaiset, eikä kunnollista huonesiivousta suoritettu koko neljän päivän aikana kertaakaan. Pahviroskat vietiin ja pyyhkeitä päivitettiin kahdesti neljän päivän aikana.

Hôtel pas trop mal situé, à proximité de commerces et à 10mn à pieds d une jolie plage. Le vieux Alcúdia, très joli, n est qu à 10mn en voiture.
Arrivé en ferry, le port n est qu à 12mn donc idéal.
Le personnel d accueil est dans l ensemble agréable et aux petits soins.
Piscine top.

En revanche, hôtel très bruyant. Femmes de ménage qui des 8h je se préoccupent pas de la tranquillité des résidents.
De plus, très familial donc si on recherche la tranquillité, c est pas idéal.
Enfin, pour se garer, c est plutôt compliqué en Mai alors je n ose imaginer en pleine saison touristique !!

Helt greit bassengområde, rent ved bassengene, har de samme problemene som sikkert de fleste bassengområder med solstoler, at en må ha klokken på ringing for å legge på håndkler på for å reservere seg en stol. ( selv om det står opplyst at det ikke er tillatt)
Rengjøring 5 dager i uken er ok, men må regne med en del sand og støv på gulvet, da det ikke taes hver dag. Hyggelig personale i resepsjonen. Vel 900 m fra stranden, flere dagligvare butikker i området ( 100m) og masse «sydenbutikker» som selger alt mulig. Enkelt å finne parkering om en har egen bil. Kan anbefales!

Hotellet er lidt slidt, og der bor mange fastboende, så ikke så mange gæster, og der var ikke rigtigt nogle børn, så lidt kedeligt for vores børn, der er ikke mange solsenge og parasoller, og dem der er er plastik, hotellet ligger godt stykke fra stranden, og der var ingen transport, vil nok ikke vælge at bo her igen, personalet er ellers venlig.

Bezproblemowy, pomocny personel. Hotel dosłownie 5 kroków od plaży, a do tego bardzo blisko lotniska, wokół dobre restauracje z lokalną i międzynarodową kuchnią. Pokój wyglądał dokładnie jak na zdjęciach.

Nice service but the rooms need a renovation

Väldigt trevlig och bra service. Men rummen kan jag tycka behöva en renovering då speciellt badrummet var otrevligt med mögliga delar. Det var också massor av myror som kröp överallt vilket också var otrevligt. Bra service med gratis transport till och från stranden varje dag. Poolen var bra och även barnområden men poolen kan också behöva sig en renovering på sina ställen. Servicen gör att det höjer betygen men rummen är inget för den kräsne.

A perfect family place

A very nice place in Port d'Alcudia, perfect for families with kids, with nice pool and evening program for whole family. Walking distance to a very nice sandy beach, and all shops and restaurants. We loved it, and will hopefully go back again and again ;-)

Bella posizione, la camera era al settimo piano con una bella vista sul mare e sulla cittadina. Il mobilio era un pò datato e la cucina fornita del minimo indispensabile. In bagno c'era un odore sgradevole ma appena avvisati hanno rimediato. Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Bella piscina e bar grande . Personale super gentile.

Dejligt hotel til prisen

Belligenheden er super, lige i enden af “dollarstreet”. Dejligt hotel til prisen, der er meget larm i gangerne men det må man leve med til den pris. Stor pool for di voksne men også dejlig børnepool, og “vandlegeplads” til børnen. Til den pris kommer vi helt sikkert igen.

Certains vacanciers venus avec leurs enfants étaient très bruyants le soir ...
un accueil parfait
Une chambre propre et fonctionnelle
Un changement très régulier des serviettes de douches (en une semaine : 3 fois)
Prévoir voiture, scooter ou vélo pour se déplacer et voir les environ car la plage d Alcúdia est trop touristique ! En revanche la vieille ville et le port sont très mignons !
De nombreuses randonnées possibles (près de formentor et Pollença notamment).
Sentiers pour vélos dans les alentours

Die Aussicht von der 7. Etage war fantastisch. An 2 Tagen in der Woche wird das Zimmer nicht gemacht, was völlig in Ordung ist! Negativ war aber leider, dass - abgesehen von den 2 Tagen - an 3 weiteren Tagen das Bett nicht gemacht wurde.

Sehr freundliche Damen an der Rezeption.
Schöner Pool, aber leider finden wir als Ältere die Absperrung
vom Nichtschwimmer zum Schwimmer Teil nicht schön, da man immer die Leiter benutzen muß um ins tiefere Wasser zu gelangen. Sicherheit ist gut, aber das kann man anders lösen zu Beispiel mit einem Treppen Zugang ins große Becken.
Die Liegen waren sehr sauber, aber einige kleine Tische waren schmutzig.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, aber man sieht einiges was unschön ist und alt, zum Beispiel der Türriegel zum Bad ist ohne Funktion und ziemlich marode und die Tür läßt sich nicht verriegeln.Toilettenspülung sehr laut!

Die Küchengeräte waren alle vorhanden aber die Pfanne war stark gewölbt und wurde dadurch nicht heiß.
Küchenmöbel starke Abnutzungsspuren besonders die unteren Kanten, die Tür von der Küchenzeile klemmte und ließ sich nur schwer ausklappen.
Ansonsten schöner Balkon und auch sehr sauber.
Besonders schön ist die Bepflanzung der Gartenanlage und auch sehr geschmackvoll angelegt und gepflegt!
Der Bademeister könnte etwas zugänglicher sein.
Wir würden trotz einiger negativer Sachen gern wiederkommen, aber man sollte die genannten Sachen ändern, dann wäre das Hotel perfekt.
Der Bus zum Flughafen war sehr modern und auch pünktlich.

Sehr Kinderfreundliches Haus

Sehr ruhig und auch freundlich.
Einen Negativpunkt habe ich trotzdem, ist nicht gravierend aber erwähnenswert, starke Temperaturschwankungen beim Duchen.

Enemmän mitä odotimme!

Huone oli parempi kuin odotimme; siisti, hyvin rempattu, tilava kahdelle ja yksinkertaisesti kaikinpuolin sopiva. Kylpyamme-suihku -yhdistelmä ei ikinä lämmitä mieltä, mutta on ok viikon matkalla. Myös maan tapa olla laittamatta lattiakaivoa muualle kuin ammeeseen, on aina yhtä outoa ja vastoin tervettä järkeä, mutta pyyhekasalla siitä vesitulvasta selviää. Suihkuverho on myös aina aika inhottava asia, joten siksi lattialle meni vettä, kun verhoa emme käyttäneet.
Ilmastointilaite ihan loistava ja nopea! Keittiö hyvä ja kätevä.
Ilmaston takia kosteusjälkiä/turvotusta siellä täällä katossa, niihin olemme jo tottuneet aikaisemmilla matkoilla.
Sijainti oli meille sopiva, kun kuljimme päivittäin skootterilla ympäri saarta. Sijainti hyvä myös kauppakadun takia, jossa oli tarvittavia kauppoja, ravintoloita jne.
Hotellin henkilökunta oli loistavaa ja avuliasta, ihania ihmisiä kaikki!
Ja aamupala, voi ihanaa! Alle kympillä sain täsmälleen niin ihanan aamiaisen kun söisin kotonakin. Hedelmiä ja kasviksia oli tarjolla kaiken muun lisäksi, joka oli valtava plussa.
