Can hear people through room walls and floors.
There was a dog barking every evening outside at 11pm for 2 hours.

Fire alarm went off twice in our 5 night stay in the early hours of the morning.

The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also!
The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters.
The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea.
As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great.

The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't watered down. Would stay again as bus services into Palma and Alcudia is only 5 minutes away!

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Condesa. The food is delicious, and a huge variety of options at each meal time. My children always enjoyed every meal as did I.

The rooms are spotless, and cleaned regularly. We had a great side sea view, with a very comfy bed.

The staff are really friendly, helpful and always smiling. All the staff work really hard and will help with anything required. They go above and beyond, especially with decorating the Hotel for Halloween and keeping children entertained.

Loads of amnenities, pool tables, air hockey table tennis, huge swimming pool and of course the hotel is perfectly located right on a stunning beach.

We loved the beachfront location of this property. It was fantastic. Location was fine, a little out the way but if you want a little secluded, it's fine....... although there s a neighbour's dog that is kept outside which is very noisy first thing in the morning ad late at night.

Staff were nice and helpful.

To be brief, the food...... choices and quality let this hotel down. It was average at best. We often chose to eat out and go out for coffee even though we were all inclusive. If returning, I wouldn't go all inclusive.

We were fist put in a hotel room that had a strong smell of mould or dampess, but when we complained, we were moved to another room but this room had no working air conditioning. When asked, the staff said there was a technical issue as it was struck with lightning.

All in all, it was a good family holiday and would go back but would not choose to return to the all inclusive as it was not up to standard.

Staff are great.

Hotel is very nice. If you are vegetarian or vegan the food is not great. Thankfully I was only there 5 nights but I am heartily sick of lasagne and pizza!

I have a medical condition which means I overheat so I chose a hotel with air con. On day 3 of my stay it stopped working. It was fixed but was no longer cold. I was informed that there was no more as it was so cold outside. It was 23 degrees!! I was told a fan would be sent which it was not. I felt very unwell on the last night of my stay.

Overall this is great hotel with a lot of amenities, just on the beautiful beach, and friendly staff. We had specious family suite with beautiful sea view. Our room was cleaned every day by amazing women, I didn’t remember her name but she was so lovely, she even make sure our daughters toys are placed on the bed every day to surprise her. We had bad and breakfast service. Breakfast in one of the restaurants was better then in the other, but overall plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Think twice before booking

We arrived at the hotel very late and we were welcomed by the gentleman at reception, the staff is very nice and friendly besides a couple of them - our room was very small, with a smell of humidity that seemed like no one opened those windows for weeks. There’s also a poorly advertised (which is on purpose) “double bedroom” which is clearly 2 single beds put together.

Not just that, but you could hear everything from other rooms or the corridors and I mean everything: coughing, laughing, arguments, sex, farts, everything. Who can sleep like this?! Specially the house keeping starts cleaning and moving everything at 7AM. Zero relaxation in your own bedroom.

We called reception to ask for a clothes iron, they told us to go downstairs to pay the deposit and we were walking in the middle of the hotel with an ironing board back to the room.

From my experience, this is not a 4 stars service.

Regarding the “private beach” (they never mention it but they make you think that there is) doesn’t exist because all the beach beds belong to the city council and you need to pay for it.

The swimming pool was nice, but the drinks were very expensive for the brands they were serving.

Breakfast was ok but you needed to go at 7.30AM (when they open) to find some things that they don’t refill throughout the opening time, leaving the empty plates there.

Nice staff with good service and friendly environment, good pools and different places for sunbeds which made it possible to find a calmer spots and very nice location in relation to the beach. Also good location for public transport. Food was not great but overall okey, plus for the fruit selection. The buffé was actually better than meny ordered food. So the dinner concept when you could order main dishes from a menu have room for improvement. The smaller restaurang had a nicer atmosphere whilst the bigger one was very noisy and unpersonal. Would have been good with some room divider and sounds absorber element and some plants in the room to take away the cantine feeling. But to have a relaxing time with family I would recommend.

Regrettably, our four-night stay fell short of expectations. Each night, a dog from a nearby house kept us awake with its relentless barking. To secure a lounge chair by the pool, you had to rise by 7 AM; otherwise, you'd miss out entirely. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Housekeeping was scheduled every other day, but on our designated cleaning day, no one showed up. When I informed the front desk, they insisted that housekeeping had already been there, despite the evidence to the contrary. It was only when Denise, the receptionist, recognized the error that she offered to send someone to clean our room. Given the price point, I certainly expected a higher level of quality from this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider staying there again.

This property is excellent in many ways-location, food, drinks, entertainment and staff all first class. However bedroom was too small for three people/luggage and very dated- needs refurbished. Shower door did not close properly and no hairdryer apart from one attached to the bathroom wall which was too hot and had no settings. Dining chairs very uncomfortable to sit on. Not enough sun loungers for all guests and very uncomfortable. Unable to get a sun lounger unless towels put down very early. Wine, on the all inclusive option not the best but cocktails were super. Main dining area felt like a bit like a canteen. All in all a good stay.

We stayed at Hotel Condesa on a B&B basis and had an enjoyable stay with a few key highlights and drawbacks. The beachfront location is fantastic—right on the sand and close to bus stops for easy travel to Port Alcúdia and the Old Town.

Our room was clean and a good size for two. The digital wristband access was a modern, convenient feature that meant no worries about keys or cards. However, there were no tea or coffee-making facilities, and we found ants in the bathroom coming from a crack in the bath.

Breakfast had great variety and was well-managed even during busy times. We also appreciated the water station with hot and cold filtered options—perfect for refillable bottles and helped us avoid buying bottled water.

The pool area was the biggest disappointment. It's too small for the size of the hotel, with sun loungers packed closely and most already reserved by 8 a.m. Relaxing there wasn’t easy.

The public beach outside was a good alternative. Two loungers with an umbrella cost €18.50 per day and require a **minimum 4-day reservation**. Most loungers in front of the hotel were pre-reserved, so we had to get there early to grab one of the unreserved spots.

Overall, Hotel Condesa delivers on location, room access, and breakfast quality—but improvements are needed with pool space and in-room comfort.

Well maintained fully staffed hotel. Breakfast choice was amazing with a vast selection on offer including; Omelette station, cooked food, pastries, yoghurts, waffles, cheese, cold meat, nuts and seeds, cereals. The location right on the white sandy beach was perfect for our stay. The cleaning staff were excellent cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. This hotel is ideal for families and was predominately German with a smaller percentage of British guests. The cons for us specifically was that the evening entertainment was highly geared towards young children with a show every evening right outside our balcony repeating the same tunes every day through the loud speakers. 😩 Everything goes quiet after 11pm bars close and balcony lights out. The breakfast restaurant was extremely busy and noisy as expected with families being the biggest majority. We found this a bit unsettling after a few days although there is also a smaller restaurant with slightly less choice. In terms of shops and restaurants outside the hotel turn to the left along Plata de Muro there are plenty within 5 minutes walk. The local bus service is excellent at €1.80 for 1 journey and €1.65 for 2nd using a bank card. The stop is right outside the hotel on the main road which covers the Port (12 minutes) and the Bellevue (3 mins) area. Not much of a night time (vibe) Next time I’d choose an adult only hotel traveling as a couple but lovely hotel for kids.

Location is fantastic. Playa de Muro beach is beautiful and there is a plaza with a few beachside restaurants and shops.
Free parking on the roads around the hotel.
Easy to drive around the area.
The room we paid for - sea view double smelt of damp, air con wasn’t working for the first 2 days, the extractor fan in the bathroom was poor. The TV had a blinding blue light too.
However, comfortable beds and lovely balcony and view.
We asked to change our room which wasn’t possible. The damp smell only got worse over the 4 days.

Our stay at CONDESA was fantastic! The area is a bit busy with bight volumes of traffic and limited quiet places to eat and drink however in and around the hotel complex is a traffic free area on the beach was a great spot.
CONDESA offers top quality entertainment and would to give special thanks to the staff who were simply top 🔝 !!
Big sticking point for us was that we didn’t go all inclusive and would probably advise that you do because the food is GREAT and very varied however we felt it was very over priced at €40 a head. It didn’t work out well for a family of three would pay €120 and that doesn’t include alcoholic drinks but locally you can eat between 60 - 80€ comfortably for three people including alcoholic drinks.
Overall very much enjoyed really the food pricing needs to reflect the average. Cannot fault the staff and entertainment though.

Hotel Condesa was a good location to stay, with good access to the beach and easy walking distance to the bus stop and dining/shopping locations. It was surprising that the hotel allowed guests to place towels/belongings on lounge chairs around the pool without a time limit of being unoccupied. Most of our stay was spent off site exploring the island but when we returned it was often difficult to find lounge chairs without items on it. Some of the staff were not friendly or very helpful. Our room was adequate for the stay but if we return to Mallorca we might find a different location or see if we can get a better room.

We had a booking at Hotel Condesa on the last leg of our trip to Spain and upon reaching the hotel, they told us that the room we had booked had some lock issues and they directed us to a different hotel for the stay for the two nights that we had booked. At the same time, they were helping other guests check in at the same property. This showed us that they treated only us with that disparity and we had a belief that they gave our room to someone else. We made this booking two months prior to the date and had high hopes on the experience given that we were also travelling with a toddler. It completely ruined our experience and have never faced this else where. We had to walk every day with our toddler carrying our swim towels and stuff from the hotel that they had booked to Condesa to use the amenities that we paid the EXTRA PREMIUM for. Upon asking them, they treated us with coldness asking us to talk to Expedia(booking portal). I would give them zero stars for the way they treated us and would never recommend this hotel to anyone let alone for parents with kids

Perfect location, ice cold baby pool

The staff was very friendly and helpful to the best of their capacity. Overall a lovely place and visually very appealing. Great location literally at the beach.

The children’s pool is ice cold! Both adult pool and ocean is warmer. I hesitated to go in the 0,2-0,4m deep pool as it was so so cold. We have an 8 month baby so this was the place for us, unfortunately. The majority of the sun beds at the adult pool where taken before 9am as people where placing their towels before breakfast, so you need to set your alarm clock if you want a sun bed.

The restaurant had lovely staff although they forgot to serve us coffee all days except two, and some days also the beverage in the evening. Maybe they just were understaffed as they were running a lot.

It took three days to get dirty glasses replaced by room cleaners, by some less dirty glasses.
Bed was hard, and I like that. We requested a double bed but got two singles, not really an issue, we just had to make sure our kid didn’t fall through when he comes up to us in the morning.
We got a room directly in front of the stage where all entertainment takes place, at first I was I bit worried the baby would wake up as the sound was really loud and a new environment but we have a sound sleeper. But if you have a baby and want some place more quiet, request a room far away from the stage. Good thing was we could enjoy the entertainment whilst our child was asleep in his cot.

Good and bad with this hotel
- Best thing with the hotel is closeness to the beach!
- Rooms are nice, beds are way too hard, only glass door to bathroom. Sink broke, but it was fixed in just a few hours.
- Nice little gym, but the weight rack doesn’t match the weights, so they easily fall from the rack and then you will have 20 kg weights hitting your feet (this is seriously dangerous!)
- You hear your neighbors a lot, so bring something to put in your ears.
- Food is good, wasn´t hard to find seating outside when we were there (noisy inside)
- Pool and other premises are good, seemed to have some nice shows also.
- The staff at reception is a mixed bunch, rest of staff was nice.
- Hotel has a nice vibe with a mix of nationalities, families, as well as older and younger people.
Very practical to have room key attached to arm band.

All in all a 3+ star hotel.

The playa alcudia area is cheesy and far from port of alcudia and historical center. Too many tourists with kids and the beach is filled with chairs. People are loud and the atmosphere feela like a strip mall or a mega cruise ship. If you wish to eat outside the hotel, one or two bus rides are needed. It is super inconvenient and super low brow. We will not return and do not recommend anybody with class to visit.

This is a good property along the beautiful beach, so if you are going for beaches, it is a great place to settle. The restaurants are good and there are many activities for children and other ages. Well, the concert at night could be a bit loud for seniors who go to bed early. Will come back.

the food in the Irina restaurant was great - big choice, and mostly also very tasty - except pizza - that was there every day, but it was horrible - looked great, but the pizza dough was not good at all.
Don Jaime Restaurant - mixed feelings.. looked nice there, but not many people used to dine here. It is supposed to have \"sea view\", but it's actually looking from the restaurant into the glass terrace, and behind the terrace there are people sunbathing, and behind that a glass wall and behond that the beach... so bit weird..
Also 1 more downside - only 3 elevators, so after breakfast it could take a while to get up...
Otherwise generally it was a very nice hotel experience :)

We arrived late and they opened up the restaurant for us to have some light refreshments and drinks.
There are water fountains on every floor and a glass bottle in the rooms to fill up which we really appreciated.
Our room was clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was fantastic. It was lovely to have a sea view from the balcony.
The food was delicious for all 3 meals, we liked Irina the buffet , plenty of choice for one vegetarian and one meat eater. Didn’t have to queue. They are strict about packing up at close time so arrive in plenty of time.
The all inclusive drinks were really impressive - an extensive range of hot drinks, soft drinks, spirits and cocktails were included (premium brands) - much better than the last 5 star we stayed at.

Sky bar worth a visit but not included in AI.

Hotel right on the beach. Beach sunbeds payable locally. You need to be on it in the morning to get a lounger by the pool!

Brilliant location for the beach. Short walk to shops and you can walk into Alcudia which has some traditional local bars and buses into Palma / the airport.

Perfect location, beutiful beach.
Rooms are good. Excellent bed, outdated desk in the room. Immaculate cleannes everywhere.
Walls are thin, you are unlucky if you have a loud neighbour.
Plenty of food, good variety, lots of seafood, chicken,beef, vegan, sweets, cakes,etc ( beef could be cooked more).

The pool is colder than the sea and looks brown, but clean.
Entertainment every evening, Spanish night was authentic, M. Jackson, Abba were so-so.
Parking is limited on the street but we were always lucky

Staff were very friendly, kind and helpfull.

I now understand all the comments about the hotel saying it is rather 3 star then a 4 star hotel. On our first night we got an upgrade since our room was not ready which was really nice but it was also not ready the next day till 2pm... all around the hotel is really really old which you can see in the furniture, its not dirty but just old and does not look appealing. Back in our actual room it was directly above the trash/delivery exit of the restaurant so all day long, morning 6/7 am till night 10pm you here delivery cars peeping or glass been thrown away or other loud noises even with the balcony closed forget it still noisy. On another night also two random girls came into our room because they got our room key for the check in by accident, never got an apology or anything from the staff the girls just left, also never happend to me before, new fear unlocked thanks... Overall the hotel was just bad can't put it in other words, would not recommend it. The only positive thing is the beautiful beach. But also here watch out for editional costs and its true you never get a sunbed, forget it even off season and it still costs extra, even by the pool its hard to find a spot.

The hotel is old and has a very weird smell in the room and the hallway. Bed is very stiff. Aircondition sometimes working. I put 1 star on staff because of the room cleaning lady, on room 101. Today was our last day, check out was at 11:00 and i was in our room at 11:05 naked and i was putting my clothes on to leave, while the cleaning lady opened the door without knocking first and started shouting on me bcs i was 5 minutes late! She was screaming that i am late and i have to get out and that she will be back in 10 minutes, as i was telling her to go out to get dressed since i got no clothes on but she didn’t. The rest of the staff was very nice except her, especially the blonde girl Andriana at the reception was the sweetest.

Third year in a row but the cleanliness of housekeeping isn’t the best. Areas in the bathroom/shower not cleaned. Old sock and dust underneath the bed upon check in and left there/not cleaned until we checked out. There was three of us, two adults, and a child and they kept leaving us one bath towel short. Other than the above we always enjoy everything else as part of our stay.

Hotel Condesa is a very kid friendly hotel so if you have older kids be prepared for a lot of young children. Overall my experience (with a 16 year old) wasn’t great. Everyone from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were neither pleasant nor helpful. I was quite disappointed. So much so that my son and I spent most of our time away from the hotel. The pool and beach areas were very crowded every day of our 10-day stay. Understandably we were there during a peak time. That said, hotel guests would place beach towels on chairs at the pool and the beach to prevent others from using them. This happened every day. We found chairs unoccupied for hours with towels on them as if they were being used. There was entertainment every night that started around 9 or 9:30 pm which was the best part of our stay. But it was loud and usually lasted until close to 11 pm followed by guests and their kids running up and down the halls of the hotel loudly talking and slamming doors. There was a bracelet system by which the hotel tracked which guests were all inclusive (all meals and drinks paid for) versus those that only paid for certain meals like breakfast. Based on my observations, restaurant staff treated guests differently based on the color of their bracelet. There were also chairs around the pool reserved for certain preferred guests. All of this is fine but it definitely isn’t explicitly advertised by the hotel when you’re booking.

Unfortunately I have to say this has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel all around the world so I can tell you I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
We got here 2 days ago and our experience has been terrible. The room is very small and very old. The only part that is not too old is the bathroom. When we checked in I told the receptionist to please give us a room in a high floor and she said no we only have available in first floor so I said ok but I wish I didn’t because our room was just above the dumpsters and we heard the staff throwing bottles since 6am so we could sleep at all, because besides the thin walls were you could even heard the people having sex or coughing all night from the other rooms, the staff started cleaning the rooms around 7:30am and moving furniture and rolling carts in the rooms so loudly.
The curtains were broken and for the entire day the hotel has issues with their electricity so we didn’t have ac at all.
The staff at the reception and the managers are extremely unfriendly and rude. At check in they never told us that it was almost impossible to get a chair at the beach or at the pool because Not a single chair at the pool available in two days before 6pm. All lounge chairs at the beach must be rented (purchased in advance 4 day minimum). When asked if I could rent chairs for the day, I was told there were none near the hotel.

Old hotel built in 1974. There was a strange smell to the room - a musty sewage odor. Walls were paper thin so the sound travelled which was made worse by the sound of furniture being dragged across the floor. However, staff was nice and the location was good. Parking is NOT included as there is no parking provided by the hotel besides about 6 spots.

Amazing hotel with great access to beach. Beach was extra cost but really safe and right outside the hotel. We left out stuff and went back in for lunch, came out and all the things were still there untouched. Sea was amazing and clear, depth is perfect for small children for a good portion of the seabed.

Food was average though, expected better for this price but it was still ok.

Great location, just steps from the beach. Our hotel rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and had nice views of the ocean. The resort is very family friendly and each staff member we encountered were courteous and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet each day, which had a lot of variety of food items. We had the dinner buffet a couple of times, and again, it offered a lot of variety for the price we paid.

The only downside was that our side of the hotel experienced several power outages throughout our stay. The staff said this was a problem across town and not isolated to the hotel. It was a mild inconvenience for sure, and fortunately was resolved rather quickly each time.

- Cancelled our reservation and tried to relocate us two days before our trip.
- Beach sun beds and umbrellas in front of the hotel are paid and usually reserved for an entire week.

Condesa lies magnificently, you can almost reach the beautiful light blue sea with your toe from the hotel. we arrived late in the evening, the receptionist welcomed us very well. the staff at Condesa are extremely service-minded . on the roof you will find their skybar, a wonderful place with a great view, comfortable lounge furniture and good music, a quiet place , which was otherwise difficult to find. loud German pop music, poor acoustics in the dining area , absolutely impossible to find a quiet place around the pool, the sunbeds were so close that you could almost touch the other guests, if you could get a sunbed at all. I recommend the piece of grass behind the hotel, where we found both space and peace. the room was very small, but since we only had to sleep there it worked. if you like a hard mattress, you'll probably sleep well, we didn't sleep very much. . If you are a family with small children, you like it easy, close to the beach and town. if you like loud music and festive elements, a large buffet with lots of child-friendly food, Condesa is perfect. We were 2 adults with a teenager. we had breakfast in the small restaurant at Condesa , delicious buffet and sweet staff, enjoyed the morning coffee with a sea view. we definitely missed a place and pool in the day time not for small children. the noise was unbearable.

This is a terrible hotel, we are from the US and we travel about nine or 10 times a year internationally. First of all, we didn’t realize that you could choose the all inclusive option, We did not choose that option and every time I went to use my credit card the staff was irritated. On top of that you have to bring your credit card with you to dinner lunch to the pool bar, because they don’t charge the room. Honestly, I’ve never heard of that before.
The pool area is disgusting. There are ashtrays everywhere and people are constantly smoking. Good luck getting a chair at the beach we were told not only do you have to rent it, but you have to rent for a four day period, we were only there for three days, therefore, we just sat on the towels Directly in the sand amongst cigarette butts.
The room was pretty bare bones. Not even a coffee maker to make coffee, no bedspread on the bed, no bottles of water, pretty much nothing. Also, the bed and pillows were very hard and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and outside. We had such a wonderful time in Barcelona and this was supposed to be a relaxing three days before we headed back to the US. It was not. The front desk staff was pretty friendly, the food staff was not.

This is a great hotel with access straight on to an amazing beach. The staff were top class and the Junior Suite is recommended instead of a double room. The only issue is the main bar doesn’t accept cash.

Female receptionist on arrival (Denise) very dour - did not make eye contact, uncommunicative & unfriendly - was left with her for 15 mins. on arrival & she did not update as to why we were getting kept waiting.
A friendly smile with a meet & greet (with arrival) drink would have been much nicer.
Nico who manned reception too,was much, much friendlier in further dealings at reception - extremely helpful & courteous.
Bar/dining/cleaning staff were all very nice & pleasant.
Food/drink/cleanliness exceptional.
Can/will highly recommend.

In a very touristy area. The rooms are bare bones. The staff at the front desk are so over-worked they are not the most friendly. The walls are paper thin, you can hear someone snore or cough. There’s no comforter on the bed just a sheet and big weird yellow blanket in the closet.

Worst hotel I have stayed at in years .
Asked for my money back after day two but was refused by the hotel , too many kids screaming the place down , I never got a quite nights sleep yet .
There was one bar as the sky bar on the roof was all extra if you was all inclusive.
Found mold it the water dispenser , the fridge in the room wasn’t cold , I could go on and on , buffet in the mornings is like being at the zoo .
Not recommended for couples , great place if you have kids that want to go nuts

Everything was great. The food was delicious with a nice variety. Our room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of activities for the kids. The swimming pools were clean and had warm water for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.

The only good things were the beach and the breakfast. But given the price, I was shocked with the poor soundproofing of the rooms. You can hear people snoring and talking next door, in the hallway and in the other rooms around. Also the room is pretty small for 264 US and there is no free upgrade as Expedia mentions nor late check out available. So the VIP access only gave you a cup of juice or champagne. Will definitely not recommend this hotel.

The food and location are excellent however the pool is uninviting given its colour and also given that the majority of the kids use it rather than the children’s one! Also lack of chairs is an issue and we were not there during peak season. Use of safe should not have a fee! The beach steps from the hotel is beautiful!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The issue we had was that it is soooo noisy in the morning. The first room we were put in was by the elevator. This room was nuts, people and kids talking and being loud around there was every morning. Then I had to upgrade to get moved away from there, the reception was helpful. This room was basically just as noisy. People being inconsiderate and loud kids every morning, again. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The food was ok for an all inclusive resort. We did half board and glad we did pool was fine and the beach was right oh raise the hotel. Free water is everywhere to fill up bottles, which was helpful.
If you like hollow walled hotels, this is the place for you.

Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff and amazing facilities. Took the all-inclusive option and was really worth it with all the options and different themed nights in the buffet. Had one of the best services from Gloria in the buffet, super friendly, always attentive to us and super sweet in general (had the most wonderful conversations with her). Rooms are very nice and the hotel in general as well. The beach was one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen and super easy to access. 10/10 would recommend.

This was our second stay at Hotel Condesa. Our time there was fantastic. We went with the desire of having a good family holiday and we got exactly that. Our daughter had loads of fun in the different pools, beach and with the animation team (massive kudos to them).

Food is, in general, really good. I think there are enough options as to enjoy a tasteful meal. It is true that the grill variety might not feel incredibly diverse after four days in, but I still think it is more than acceptable. The main area of improvement is food labelling. Sometimes food is placed under the wrong label being quite confusing. The second problem is regarding translations. I’ve noticed problems when translating some fish with a completely wrong word (this is mostly noticeable if you are fluent in Spanish and English).

Rooms aren’t the biggest. For a family of three they are just alright. If you needed a cot (we needed that on our first trip), space gets tighter, but there’s space to move from the room to the balcony without much complication. For us, that we don’t spend much time in it, it was sufficient.

In summary, we would definitely consider a third trip there.
