Great property to say in terms of facility, food, room, and staff. The water in summer month when we were there was full of sea weed, but if you go past the sea weed the water was clear and clean.

I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! The room was wonderful!

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Grupotel Parc Natural went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness were evident in every interaction, and they consistently exceeded expectations-even offering breakfast for guests checking out as early as 6 AM. The food was absolutely out of this Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. Dining here felt like a culinary journey.

The spa area was immaculate and serene, providing the perfect escape. The massages were top-notch-professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. It's clear that great care is taken to maintain a peaceful and clean environment.
Evenings were a treat thanks to the entertaining shows hosted at the hotel. They added a lively and enjoyable touch to the overall experience.

Grupotel Parc Natural is a gem-ideal for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Was curious why this property had such incredible reviews- it looked nice in the photos albeit perhaps a little dated in decor in places.

But having been here for a few days it’s really clear why: the staff. I’ve travelled a lot around Asia and other places with high reputations for staff in hospitality but these guys are superb here: very genuine, attentive, thoughtful. The food is also really superb. Was worried the buffet would be a bit generic and poor quality but not only is the food excellent but there has been a real effort to blend in local cuisine from Mallorca wherever possible. Congrats to the team here- true professionals doing.a fantastic job. 👍👍🙏

Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.

Lovely family stay, with perfect views of both nature and sea, in a very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for young families and for those that love a good long beach walk. This hotel is on a league of is own, leaving other 5* hotels behind due to its staff! They went the extra mile 24/7 to accommodate all of our needs, including food allergies. A personal, heartfelt thank you to Luis, Adam, Jimi and Niss for making our stay truly special and memorable.

The staff at the property and the service they provide went above and beyond what we have ever experienced in our travels at other places we stayed. The management at the hotel is on the top of their game. Pilar, Stefi, Carolina, the list goes on and on of kind and caring people there who made our stay unforgettable.
The food is another thing that's worth mentioning. It was so delicious! We can't wait to return!

Charming property, lots of flowers, quiet neighbourhood, nice beach. Pool is more for children rather than adults. Pool area was a bit congested. Nice staff, good service. Good check-in with lots of helpful information provided about the property. Good breakfast. Quality of food at breakfast was better than at dinner. Room was a bit dated. First night there was leak from the bathroom ceiling, which lasted all night. Apparently this was due to a problem with the air conditioning. Garden view room in block 1 was quite spacious but it overlooked Natura Playa, the rubbish area and the driveway for deliveries. Somewhat noisy and not the nicest view.

First time in Mallorca for two Canadians, and the Parc Natural was our first stop on our tour around the island. We stayed for 4 nights. Overall the hotel was surprisingly good! Let me explain.

Normally we target ~400-600 EUR/night hotels when we travel, but there was nothing in that range in the Muro beach area. We picked Parc Natural based on driving location to day trips and the positive reviews.

The staff and service definitely lived up to the reviews! No language barriers or communication issues at all. In fact, staff often went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and serve them before we could even ask! Extremely impressive (we are currently at Secrets in Paguera where service is a disaster for 3x the price).

Other quick notes - yes the hotel grounds are definitely dated, and yes the surrounding area is a bit budget, but it’s a 20-40 minute drive away from tons of great day trips! And Muro beach is basically one giant beautiful sandbar!

As for food, we only did breakfast which was quite good - lots of selection, though the smoked salmon could have been fresher (I am fussy about this…).

Definitely recommend Parc Natural for 3-5 days as a strategic staging location on a longer trip around Mallorca.

Not sure I’d recommend the hotel or the area at all for that matter if you plan to stay in the same spot for a week or more.

This hotel offers nothing shy off it's five star rating. The food is execellent - and it is so delicious you have to behave yourselves in order not to gain too much weight; The public area is well thought after and running all day sports and entertainment programs; The room is very clean and spacious with its interior and furniture's offers one of the best amount all I have experienced. The staff are really very friendly, helpful and efficient, giving you a feeling of time travelling into the old days…

If you would like to spend a few relaxin days at the beach, this hotel is a good choice. Staff is very attentive. Very good food. Nice SPA area and Gym with new equipment. Good for families with small children. Maybe not the best choice if you are traveling with teenagers as there are not a lot of activities for them

We just returned from a stay at Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa, and we didn't want to leave! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was awesome. It was our honeymoon, and we received top-notch treatment. No matter what we needed, the front desk staff and housekeeping took care of us (even giving me an elastic hair band when I needed one!) We would definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Mallorca.

Outstanding service and a good location.

We stayed at this hotel because it was near the nature reserve, which was just a short walk away. The location for restaurants etc was very good, we ate in the hotel several times and the food was very good. The service was outstanding, the staff were always pleased to help and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. All the staff said hello and asked if we were enjoying our stay. I would be very happy to go back to this hotel and hope we do so again. Overall we had a lovely relaxing time and enjoyed being at the hotel.

Enjoyed easy access to a lovely beach for swimming. Pool great for smaller children, not much use for adult swimming.
Restaurant food good but slightly limited for vegetarians.
All staff excellent - polite and helpful.
No local restaurants, but cheap regular buses to Alcudia and Porta Pollensa from outside the hotel door.

Definite 5* Hotel - Beautiful Beach

Fantastic hotel for everyone. Situated right on the beach, which was well maintained and not crowded unlike other hotels further along the coast. The staff would bend over backwards for any request, and the food was excellent. The nature park entrance is just across the road.

Gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Küche, direkter Strandzugang. Der öffentliche Playa de Muro Strand hat auch dieses Jahr wieder an Breite verloren. Die Mietpreise für Strandliegen und -schirme wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr um 40% erhöht von 5 auf 7 Euro pro Liege/Schirm pro Tag.

Razoável Experiência - Grupotel Parc Natural

Estadia de 5 dias no Hotel
Minha esposa e eu passamos 5 dias no hotel. A experiência foi razoável, mas marcada pela falta de flexibilidade da recepção.

Logo no início, solicitamos a troca de quarto devido ao barulho vindo do andar superior, causado pelos carrinhos das camareiras a partir das 8h, o que prejudicava nosso descanso. Mesmo estando dispostos a pagar por um upgrade, o pedido foi negado, sob a alegação de ter sido feito “tarde demais”.

No dia da saída, pedimos late check-out até às 14h (horário normal é às 12h), mas novamente foi negado, alegando lotação máxima — algo contraditório, já que o site mostrava disponibilidade para a mesma data.

O staff em geral foi simpático e prestativo, mas a postura da recepção não correspondeu ao padrão esperado, deixando a sensação de que o bem-estar dos hóspedes não foi tratado como prioridade.

Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated.

Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.

Five star in its true essence

From the moment we stepped into the lobby and were told \"We will take care of your luggage, your vacation begins now\" we felt at home.

If there's something that stands out with this hotel, it's the family feeling amongst the staff and the service level. There are smiles everywhere from the reception, to the breakfast and the restaurants. In every corner someone gives you a happy smile.

The breakfast and restaurants are fantastic and there's great attention to allergies and intollerances which was much appreciated. The SPA offers fantastic heated pool, jacuzzi and there are multiple sauna's for your need. Maybe the only negative remark I have is there's room for cultural differences as many guests are from Germany and are completely naked in the sauna which might feel strange for some but seems fully normal for them. Overall the cleanliness of the spa is amazing.

We tried a lot of food in the bistrot and everything was really good. Here as well, great attention to intolerances which felt safe. I really loved that the management and top responsible of the hotel were frequently seen with staff and in the restaurants, not only managing but also helping out with daily tasks like serving drinks and taking breakfast orders.

We had our room upgraded which was fantastic and we will never forget our stay at this hotel. While being in family will give you everyday tasks, this is truly a great luxury hotel with a friendly atmosphere and a home away from home.

Bästa hotellet vi har varit på! Fantastisk personal som alltid mötte en med ett leende och rummen var jättebra med bra sängar. Vi hade valt halvpension så vi fick uppleva deras frukost och middagsbufféer som också var fantastiskt bra. Mycket mat att välja mellan men också jättegott tillagat. Stranden låg precis framför hotellet som vi gick till varje dag och njöt av.
Vi kommer tillbaka!

Alles Gut vor allem Betreuung der Kinder bei lieber Gloria ( Ausgezeichnet) . Unsere Kinder vermissen sie sehr .
Essen war auch sehr gut und Kellner waren auch am meistens sehr freundlich und aufmerksam vor allem Herr Jimi .
Kettering war ebenfalls sehr gut und aufmerksam
Auto service war auch Perfekt ( sofort abgeholt und sofort wieder bereit gestellt.

Negative Punk:

Gewünschte Suite mit vollständigem Meerblick wurde wie bei der Buchung abgemacht nicht Genau zur Verfügung gestellt und von der Chefin auch weniger gekümmert deshalb waren wir am Anfang etwas enttäuscht aber im Verlauf waren die positive Punkten überwiegend und waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden . Kinder wünschen sich wieder dorthin natürlich auch wegen liebe Gloria.
