Super close to the beach. Shallow and so kid friendly. Had floatie toys that were donated to the resort available to the guests.
Pool chairs got taken really quick. Kid pool is great.
Food options are good but only the buffet and the BBQ restaurant available. BBQ restaurant was good.

Relax and enjoy

We have spend our Summer holidays last week of August in Mallorca and we couldn't have better hotel than Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. In your first step off the hotel you are in the beach! The facilities are quite good, the room is not big but you have room enough for what it is, and good swimming pool size. The food is amazing, and the staff is awesome. From the bar in the pool, with Maite, Laura and Sebastian (great coffee), to the entertainment team (Andres is an amazing entertainer and host, always cheering up to get us enjoying our time; also Andres and the rest of the team. The best of any hotel we went). The buffet at the restaurant is really good quality. Every day you have a theme (Spanish tapas, Mexican, sushi, ...), and they care for you to be comfortable all the time (Brian treats you like you are a VIP).

My teenagers said that it was the better holidays they ever had :) !

We are really thinking to book here again for next year. No doubt!

If you are looking for an all inclusive / family resort vacation, this is a great pick. We dedicated four nights for my kids to be fully entertained. The hotel had wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages, and it starts at breakfast and ends at night after the great theater shows. The water slides kept them busy all day and the beach was lovely. We really enjoyed the calm water and sand bar in the mornings.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The common grounds were well maintained and cleaned often. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning but being by the beach and so many kids, it’s expected. The tiles surrounding the pools were very slippery when wet and kids were slipping often.

Food was above average for an all inclusive. I appreciate the two snack / lunch options that were easy to get when wet / quick. Dinner “restaurant” options could have been better but again- for a trip for kids it was great and they have the best time!

Staff were really friendly - specially the kids and entertainment crew. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

Hotel and beach are wonderful. We were able to find parking nearby each day and the half-board was 100% worth it. The A/C in our room did seem to struggle to keep up but we’re glad to have something. Housekeeping and the ability to fill up our water bottles each day were also great.

Check-in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. We were to receive a mini bar in our room and asked for it 3 times-it was never delivered. There are drinks that are part of the all-inclusive but the better known liquor was charged extra. We are good with kids but we could never get a seat at the main pool due to the large number of kids. Food was ok. Staff at the sports bar were extremely nice and helpful thank you David & Virginia!! The only sit down restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Beach was nice but a public beach. The vendors were pushy and rude when rejected.

That’s right, considering the price, it’s a good place to visit with kids. However, during this trip, we experienced discrimination from the restaurant staff. They didn’t give us the menu, took our order late, and while serving other tables, they told us to pick up our food without any explanation. Moreover, the food we received was incorrect, and we were overcharged for drinks on the bill. We didn’t use many other services, so I’m not sure about them, but it wasn’t a pleasant trip.

The property was great for us for just a night. It was just my husband and I and then we were moving to another place. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my entire vacation there only bc we did not have any kids with us. There were a lot of kids. Property was clean and modern. Beds weren’t the greatest but overall the location was excellent and the views of the beach were gorgeous!

Was surprised by the standard of the hotel, which we believe was very good for a family hotel of this kind. Clean and nice rooms, great pool area also for small kids, closeness to the nice beach is great, good offering and quality of food (we had half board), great and friendly service of staff.
Only negative thing i have to say is the people reserving sunbeds in the morning and not showing up until several hours later (some place towels at 9 and come back at 15/16 in the afternoon to enjoy a 10min dip in the pool!!) but i guess this is an impossible thing to solve as these people will never care about any other than themselves. Hotel however places cards on some beds that have been left unattended for some time and sometimes also removes hotel towels but this could be done much more strict as if you show up at 10am, there are most likely no sunbeds left but only 20% are occupied of actual people...
Other than that, i would recommend this hotel and come back.

Our stay was amazing. We came with two young children and this is a fantastic place to bring kids!

For us: buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from each meal with all of us getting something different, new dishes rotating in daily. On a fantastic beach, clear water, we even rented a pedaling boat with a slide. Our suite had a separate room for the kids and we had some peace. All staff through the hotel was very nice, accommodating and helpful the entire stay, without exception. And very clean! There is also an electric car charger on the property which we used as part of exploring away from the hotel during our stay.

For the kids (and us): fun activities through the day and into the night, including shows and performances for their ages. Great water area for little ones in addition to the pool, as well as a playground. All meals had something for even the most selective eaters.

We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here and the majority of the staff especially the bar and entertainment staff were excellent - unfortunately had a poor welcome to the hotel arriving very late in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. We had no help with our bags, couldn’t find our room and we’re not able to get milk for our toddler.
Rest of the trip was brilliant though, pool and beach are great and all the family activities and entertainment made the holiday especially for our 4 year old.

Our stay at this resort was a perfect location. It’s located right on the beach, which made it very convenient. The all inclusive package was well worth it. Beatriz at the front desk was very helpful. We used the spa to get facials and massages. The staff at the spa were also amazing. Definitely 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay from Monday through Friday. From the welcome drink at check in until we checked out we felt at home. We chose the all inclusive package that was well worth it. The buffet had amazing food and changed every meal (breakfast typically was the same but ALOT of options). The buffet was extremely busy but staff did an amazing job on keeping it stocked and clean. The sports bar was nice if you wanted a burger and a drink or just some ice cream during hours buffet wasn’t open. The pools were very nice and kid friendly, property is right on the ocean. The night entertainment was very fun and the star camp activities for kids were awesome. Our 4 year old loved it as did we. The absolute only thing in thought was weird was you had to pay to use safe and you had to leave a deposit for pool / beach towels. Other than that this hotel was perfect! Bus 32 from airport will drop you off two minute walk from door property and it runs every hr.

I liked pretty much everything about the property. Location very close to the beach. Food is amazing. Entertainment team is superb with lots of programmes for kids and parents. Reception and housekeeping staff all very kind and polite.
The only thing that we missed was outdoor pool was so cold and the kids missed that part. And safe/ locker in the room was chargeable. This was little strange for me. Despite paying so much for the room why the safe need to be charged seperately. In general i loved the property

We’ve just returned from a 1 week stay, 2 adults 2 children (9 & 13).

Reception staff were very helpful!

You have the usual people reserving sun loungers and leaving them there for hours but if you speak to the pool staff they will enforce the rules and remove the items.

Good choice of food and there’s always a station serving a selection of freshly cooked omelettes/meats etc.

Entertainment staff were excellent and the evening shows were very enjoyable.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

No frills excursions office was right across the street, it was incredibly easy to book a trip.

Fabulous beach on your doorstep with plenty of water activities to book nearby.

Very good for young families. A little less perfect for my teenage kids since the dining room and pool had so many young children. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good as well, and some of the evening entertainment events were fun to attend and participate, like casino night and a live band. We also enjoyed having the beach closeby.

Our booking was not uploaded into the system on arrival and we had to pay a large deposit to gain access to a room so we could get access to the hotel to be returned after the booking was uploaded. Also the hotel was closing the following day and so a lot of the facilities were not available which was very disappointing when we had paid for all inclusive and found ourselves having to go out to the shops because the hotel was not open in all areas.

Family friendly not too noisy, professional staff, quiet in the evening for the children, a few minor errors (but only as a busy large place). Very professional staff, nice food variety, band and casino night were really good, pool and proximity to the bean amazing. Probably the best of the 3 hotels we have stayed in locally as above.

Personally there were a lot of mosquitoes compared to two other local hotels we stayed in, probably due to the nice gardens and vegetation, family got quite a few bites despite some repellent.. if the gardens could be sprayed often (against mosquitoes?)

No parking on premised, not even for unloading luggage. Rooms are tiny. COVID concept questionable; guests aren’t really wearing masks and we weren’t asked for a COVID certificate upon checkin. Great - but needs better food to be brilliant

we did a 24 hour stay for my wife birthday - the rooftop pool area and day beds are amazing - the pool is perfect for kids (they were there all day). Its amazingly clean and the location is incredible - location is stunning - but the food does let it does, sadly - which is a shame as with a bit more focus on food, this place would be hard to beat (ps more veggie options please)

They upgraded our room to family room facing the pool which was perfect. We had the baby crib ready in our room as requested. When we arrived to the hotel the room was not ready so they gave us free access to lunch. After 1 day we decided to upgrade to all inclusive which was good in value. The hotel is perfect especially with a kid. They have kids club open almost all day and swimming pool for children. At night they have concerts and some activities. The beach is awesome. The only problem we had was they don't have dedicated parking space. You should find a place yourself on the streets (free) every time you go out and come back. That is annoying. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great family orientated hotel. Positioned right on the beach. Not a huge amount to see/do outside the hotel. Would suggest hiring a car to get out and about. Although the hotel has no parking there is plenty of on street parking available.

Booked half board. Food was plentiful with lots of choice, but the quality was hit and miss. The sausages at breakfast were so processed that we could not identify what was in it. Kids seemed content with the choices available at dinner. There was always pasta and sauce, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, chips, nuggets and a desert counter.

The family room booked for 3 was a little small and reasonably clean.

More \"hell\"iday than holiday

At first glance this is a modern hotel but appearances are very deceiving. This hotel has had an extremely cheap facelift which is already starting to show wear (cheap laminate flooring in reception with chipped corners and shrinkage at the joins) not a single socket, light fitting or even the TV in our room was actually straight and cover pieces fell out of the wardrobe upon first opening. The room was also extremely noisy, there is no soundproofing between rooms so we were able to hear mobile phones ringing, bathroom fans whirring at all hours and children rampaging up and down the corridors. The indoor pool is more of an indoor puddle and only large enough for toddlers. The property does front the beach but it is a very narrow strip of beach and you have to pay the locals if you want a sunbed. The entertainment seemed to be straight out of Butlins circa the 1960's with no hint of irony.

Have stayed at the hotel before and the renovations have made the rooms substantially smaller than they were previously, some rooms are larger than others despite being labelled under the same category.
The hotel is clean and very well maintained, the pools are great and the location next to the beach is ideal for families. The restaurant is good with a good choice of hot and cold food as well as children’s choices. Toni especially in the restaurant was very welcoming.
The reception staff are not always particularly efficient and we felt that they let the hotel experience down to a certain extent.
But on the whole this is a wonderful hotel and we would definitely stay again.

A really memorable stay

We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and it has improved significantly since the last stay (and it was already excellent on the previous visits). They have spent a lot of money improving the pools, restaurants, reception area, bar areas, rooms. The location is perfect and the beach is stunning. The staff are really friendly, helpful and they all work really hard to make it a memorable and comfortable stay. We stayed half board and were able to switch between dinner or lunch (if you opted lunch - drinks were included). We didn't have the kids with us - but there is a fantastic new kids pool/slides/play area which looked great and really safe. We will definitely go back.

Worst vacation of my life - stay somewhere else

This is my first stay at an iberostar, and the worst hotel I've ever been to. We had such a horrible experience that we actually asked to leave early or transfer to a different iberostar. (The hotel refused!) The hotel is extremely noisy and crowded. Rooms are dated and dingy. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else!

Really fantastic staff, ready to help with everything and so friendly. Wonderful pools and facilities....though the usual battle for sun beds!! Fabulous selection of food. The beach here is superb, beautiful white sand and a long relatively shallow sea so the water lovely and warm. Easy swim out to an inflatable wonderland for those looking for extra fun. Plenty of water sport choices and boat trips out from the pier nearby. Local buses run every 15 minutes to Alcudia port, Alcudia old town and onward to Pollença port. Only downside is you have to come home😉

Lovely hotel in a great location

This is a great hotel for families and the hotel staff are wonderful and extremely friendly. I stayed with my daughter and granddaughter and it is really great for children with plenty of entertainment and Kids Clubs if the children want them. We had breakfast in the hotel and there was plenty of choice and the staff were super efficient even though it was extremely busy. I'm quite fussy about accommodation and, although this was a little dated, it felt clean and the standard was what I probably expected and was comfortable. In all a good experience.

It was our first stay in an all inclusive resort.

I'd say that the hotel was excellent and the food even better. Huge amounts of choice and all very well cooked.

You could not fault the service which was outstanding. The staff really couldn't do enough for you and were excellent with the kids.

The rooms were a little dated but were cleaned everyday so that wasn't a major issue. All I'd say is that if you want a balcony with any kind of view, then don't go for the basic rooms.

The location isn't the prettiest but that's not why you go all inclusive. The hotel is right on the beach though so that as a major plus. The pools were excellent with a big pool for the small children and a deeper pool for the older ones.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend it.

Hotel reception was very good, especially Raf, very friendly and even though it was busy made time for us! 10/10 to Raf!
4* hotel I don't think so! we stayed at the Iberostar Albafera last time and was very pleased, we presumed this would be the same, very disappointed with the room, air con hardly worked so room was stuffy, wall socket hanging off in bedroom, beds horrendous, so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on couch as had a bad back after night two, ceiling light hanging not fixed properly, and worst part balcony wobbled when you touched it so didn't use the balcony!!!
Swimming pool area very disappointing, the fight for a bed next to the pool was ridiculous, I got up at 7.30 to try and get sun beds and was lucky to find some, when will this STOP!!! People reserving them for the whole days even when they went out, the hotel put notes on them but they just ripped them off and threw in the bin, on day 3 when we couldn't get a bed we asked if we could remove towels and was told NO, so ended up having to pay for beds on the beach, totally disappointed and really think this hotel should be downgraded as it's not 4* waste of money and wouldn't go back!!

Great resort with swimming pools, direct access to the beach, great shows and lots of activities for adults and children.
There is no way you will not find something you like to do at the resort during the stay.
The staff is just \"excellence\".

Not a 4* hotel

Whilst the reception and pool area were nice and I would rate these 4* the rest of the hotel was a dissapointment, with the rooms more likely 3*. The apartment had 2 electric hobs, 3 of the following: plates, glasses, knives & forks, certainly not enough equipment to be able to cater for oneself, however upon asking for a kettle one was duly brought to our room. The bathrooms in the pool area were unclean and smelt, the rooms were outdated, particularly the bathrooms, with a toilet chain that regularly broke, however all staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel was straight onto the beach which was beautiful, however the surrounding town didn't offer much so a short bus ride to Alcudia port for restraunts was our preference.

Stayed here for four nights as a couple in early October , hotel was full of people with young children won't go back again for this reason but fine if you got children or like holidaying with loads of kids

Great location next to gently shelving sandy beach

Large hotel next to beach.

Large selection of food in restaurant where staff worked very hard. The downside is the buffet food is open to flies which was off-putting.

Hotel rooms bright and modern and regularly cleaned. Reception staff mainly very helpful and cheerful.

Stayed for a week with our 1 year old child. Nice being so close to the beach. Rooms were fairly basic but they had what we needed. Good place to come with children.

Great hotel on beachfront

Travelled with one year old. Great hotel for families. Fabulous location, right on beachfront with warm shallow water perfect for children. Great entertainment for the children during the day and evening. Lots of shops nearby. An hours walk to the port and old town which were great for a day out. Would stay here again.

great location on the beach

We booked this trip very last minute so didn't have a lot to choose from. Hotel is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants and right on the beach. We had 2 rooms in building 1, one on the 3rd floor which had a great view over pool and beach, one on 1st floor. Rooms look like they are from the 70's. Furnishings aren't great, bedroom area small with 2 twin beds together. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I think an upgrade in mattresses is needed. Sofa too is hard and uncomfortable but room was always clean. On check in they give you 2 large bottles of water for the room and each day you can collect 2 more from reception. Chairs around pool were very busy, there is really not enough for the amount of people in the hotel. Pool often very busy too. Beach access is right of hotel, it is public and was crowded. If you want to sit on lounge chairs under an umbrella it costs, 11 euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella and you can reserve them for 5 days or more. You pay a deposit (10 euro cash) for each pool/beach towel and can only change them for fresh ones between 9.30-10.30 am.
Lots of beach activities for a cost and boat trips from jetty close by.
Food was a buffet each day in the one restaurant with a variety of foods, they also set up a bbq type lunch area close to the beach with a much limited offering.
We rented a car so ventured out to try the local dishes in other areas and to sight see, well worth doing. Enjoyed it but not 4 star.

Very pleasant. Staff most helpful. Location is excellent. Pleasant and safe area to stroll but not noisy at all. Breakfast beautifully laid out in buffet style. Plenty of very good coffee. Nice touch of giving departing guest bottle of water for journey.

Woundedful family resort, hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Food was constantly good with some very nice specials each day.
Entertainment staff particully great, they work extremely hard to keep everyone entertained everyday. Even the one wet day we had. Highly highly recommended

Nice resort with very old rooms, good staff

The property and pool are very nice, directly on the beach. The staff and entertainment are excellent. The food very Good mostly. The rooms and AC are old, beds are small and overall not the quality of a 4 star like another hotel we stayed on the island after we left this resort. They have a floating playground which seems nice but extremely dangerous, as some guy seriously broke his arm and had to be rescued by jet ski and I fell off due to waves and blew out my ear drum, blood everywhere, but it's not their attraction supposedly, but is directly behind the property floating in ocean. Even still, it's great for kids and we shouldn't be in the room much anyhow.

屋外プール(滑り台等は無いが広くて綺麗)とビーチへのアクセスが素晴らしいホテルです。レストランは全てビュッフェですがレベルが高く、毎日少しずつ内容が変わるので飽きずに1週間食べられます。スタッフは基本的に英語を理解してくれます。Alcudiaのビーチはとても遠浅で人が多くても海に出れば混雑を感じません。立地が良く、ホテル周辺にはレストラン等、多くのお店があります。子供向けのプレイエリアとして小さな公園レベルの遊具があります。
一方、部分的なリノベーションはされており、清掃も良くされているので、バスルーム等含めて滞在に不便はありませんが、部屋は全体的に古い感じです。ただ、マヨルカのホテルはどこも古いようで、築年数を考慮すれば想定内のレベルです。また、左右に移動すれば多少マシなので問題ありませんが、ホテル目の前のビーチは浅瀬に海藻が多く、波打ち際に海藻が流れ着いており残念な感じです。屋内プールも一応ありましたが、小さくて入っている人はいませんでした。毎晩ショーがあり、無料(オールインクルーシブでなければ飲み物の注文を取りに来られるので実施的に無料じゃないかも)なので面白いですが、ぼちぼちなレベルの割に席が混んでいて残念でした。ちなみにレストランでもプールサイドバーでも、オールインクルーシブでない人には注文を取りにくるけど、オールインクルーシブの人は自分で飲み物をカウンターに取りに行く感じです。持ってきてほしい(笑)キッズプログラムは基本来てる子はスペイン語、スタッフは英語も理解してくれる、という感じで、内容も大したことは無いので、英語ができる同世代の兄弟／友達同士で行く場合以外は期待しない方がいいと思われます。

I wouldn't do it again, even if they paid me

I found the place crowded, dated, but clean. I have no intention of returning. When I asked for help in pre-trip planning I was told to speak with them upon arrival. Don't count on any assistance. Even a service worker who came to replace a filter made it seem like he was put out by doing his job- and I didn't need it to be done- it was just preventive maintenance that he felt needed to have him come into our room (while we were there relaxing) and he believe he needed to do. I won't do this place again

A lovely beachside hotel

Good for young families and for those who like to be surrounded by lots of people. The pool and sun loungers are packed which is the only downside for me. Otherwise it was a lovely setting and the hotel was spotless.

Best hotel that I have stayed in....

Great hotel, very helpful and polite staff.
Make sure you book the room with a sea view, totally worth it. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean cannot be any better.

Location is perfect, right on a white sand beach.

Staff are very polite and very friendly.

You can book excursions, rent bicycles, book for watersport activities in the hotel.

Public buses stop right next to the hotel which can take you anywhere in the island.

Vegetarian options in dinner is very limited. But that wouldn't be a problem for most.

Will surely book our stay here next year.

There are 4-5 Iberostar properties around the Hotel, it is difficult to locate the right property on the site - when the name displayed on the hotel is different.

Good hotel, nothing special though.

Pool area and beach location are brilliant, rooms are a little tired and beds and pillows hard. The local area has become increasingly run down which is a shame. c'an picafort and alcudia are both within a 10 minute taxi ride (10 euro) - food pretty typical of a decent all inclusive but nothing amazing.

Nine days of cycling, with a relaxing hotel

The hotel staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy, however the kitchen could have done with a few pots and pans. Upgraded to half board, glad I did as the food was great and plentiful.

Fantastic value for money, right on the beach!

The staff at the alcudia park are really lovely and the hotel is very clean. You are also right on the beach which is a real luxury and there is a spa in the hotel if you fancy a treatment. Raf on reception is a real star. We had a lovely time!

The only downside for us personally (which won't affect most people) is the choice of food if you are vegetarian. Both I and my friend are vegetarian and we found the choice of dishes on offer which didn't have meat/fish was very limited. A lot of the vegetable dishes even contained meat or fish so we couldn't eat them. Every lunch and dinner we were stuck with the same options for a main dish e.g. plain rice, pizza and potatoes. After a few days we got a bit bored of this and found a couple of restaurants nearby with vegetarian dishes.

However this is just a small thing we is standard across most hotels and if you eat meat or fish there will be plenty of options.

Overall we had a fantastic holiday!!!

Unbelievably Good - Fantastic Rooms, Staff + Food

This hotel and our stay was exceptional. the rooms were clean and modern. The staff were warm and friendly. The choice of food was vast.

The beach outside the hotel was fantastic and the Hotel put on events during the day for kids and adults. Including volleyball, archery, pool games and so on.

The hotel is family oriented and was peaceful and pleasant.

There was entertainment during the evening organized by the hotel also.

Overall it was one of the best hotels I have ever visited.

Lovely hotel, well kept by wonderful staff.

This is a lovely hotel located in Playa De Muro, just a short bus ride from the much busier Alcudia Port, which suited us. The fantastic staff were always happy to help, and the reception staff were really on the ball with nothing too big or too small a problem for them to deal with straight away (renting an iron, directions for the bus, a new key for the room, wake up calls, etc)

The entertainment staff really are second to none, if you are a family with kids then this hotel is a Godsend (children under 4 aren't allowed to be left to take part in activities however)

The hotel and rooms are all kept very clean. We were half board only so breakfast was included, and the food was very good for that time of day - eveything you could want no matter where you originate from (German breakfast choices are a thing of wonderment)

I would most definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best to anyone staying in Alcudia or Playa De Muro, located in a perfect spot right on the beach and close enough to a few shops and restaurants for midday snacks and evening meals if not choosing to go full board.

Its a good hotel.

Just done 10 days which was good overall. Our room was near the entertainment area and was very loud until 12pm which when you have kids is too much !!! Food was good and the staff were great. Very clean and lovely location.
