Tamarindos is a great place to spend your holidays 👌. We were there for 1 time and we loved the cleanless, the staff couldn't be nicer, the location is perfect-5mins walking to the main beach and 5-10 mins to the supermarkets. Some nice restaurants arround and about 15-20 mins walk to the Port. apartament cleaned every day, towels changed whenever you need, reception working 24/7. Overall great stay and we plan to return in future 💙

This is our 5th stay here. We usually use the restaurant pool below the hotel but it looks to be shut down. The water pressure was poor and the WiFi was very slow and inconsistent

We would 100% recommend Ferrer Lime Tamarindos. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (decent fridge, sufficient tools for cooking--there are only 2 burners for cooking, but we were able to make decent meals during our stay). The room is bright and clean and has plenty of storage for luggage. Only a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach, very close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and a grocery store. We had a great stay!

Property was very clean and a nice modern feel to it. The double room is not overly large so would have liked a slightly larger room but it was ok. All facilities were really good apart from the hot water not working on the first night but this was resolved by the staff very quickly. The only other thing was the bathroom door not closing properly but we mentioned this to the staff on leaving so I'm sure they will address that. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and a few nice places to eat quite close to the apartments. Pool not very big but spent most days at the beach so not a problem. Overall it was lovely and enjoyed my stay.

Very good location, perfect restaurant just next door. Receptionist helpful and always available. Only think I could say as unfortunate is the receptionist is making you drinks for breakfast themselve. And my coffee was almosr everytime cold. Could use some self service machine or just hot water boiler. Othervise great!

- Good location - close to wonderful beach, the marina and even Alcúdia old town is with walking distance.

- Clean and spacious room with fabulous rainfall shower.

- Very friendly and helpful staff.

- Breakfast a little basic and repetitive - same choice every day.

- Photos of pool very deceptive - much smaller, really more like a plunge pool, right by a fairly busy road and within the grounds of a restaurant without direct access from hotel. Not a big issue for us as we prefer to go to the beach but could be an issue if you like to chill out by the pool.

This place is excellent and booking again, this place is clean and modern with helpful staff and everything you need.

We arrived very late (nearly midnight) and not a problem with check in, our apartment was clean, had some nice touches like the coffee or tea making facilities the bathroom has a couple of new (sealed bars of soap) as well as shampoo, conditioner and gel.

The location is fantastic turn left and you are not a 5 minute walk to beach and as you walk on the beach go right and you have the bus stops, shops, restaurants, bars and walk a little further up the road there is a LIdl.

The staff are great and fantastic help, our room was cleaned daily on a morning with fresh sheets on the bed the bathroom cleaned and even the floor mopped everyday, i would sit at the balcony on a morning to have breakfast and seen the staff check the pool water every morning (well done). Miguel who was on front of house was a great help too, we wanted to do some excursions so Miguel helped us with booking and speaking to the tour operators and guiding us what to do but not only that he was very upbeat and always ready to help, the other front of house member where just as good and helpful.

The only thing you might complain about is the hallways are noisy on a morning as you can here the cleaners doing there rounds, this did not bother me in the slightest as i went on holiday to explore the island not lay in bed all day.

I could rave on all day about how impressed i WELL DONE!!!

Great place close to the beach

This was a last minute booking for a 5 day stay and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very convenient. Situated within 2-5 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants it couldn’t have been any easier for a relaxing short break. Would definitely recommend. It’s only downfall I would say was the pool, small and close to the street it wasn’t the best but serves a perpose and with it being so close to the beach we didn’t even think to use it.

Lovely and very helpful multilingual staff, great location close to beach and public transport links, 15/20 min walk to Alcudia old town. Very comfortable apartment with large bed, tv, electric hobs, microwave, fridge and all kept very clean. Fairly small but very comfortable. Air con at night was a godsend too as opening door to balcony could let a lot of noise in at night. Small gym was fun to burn off some excess energy after lazy beach day. I didn't once use the pool which is more of a splash pool but why would you need to when the beach is a 2 minute walk down the road? Takes about an hour on the bus from Palma airport or 30-40 mins in a cab at a cost of 80 euros if like us you just miss it and don't want to wait.

Lovely simple hotel, few mins from the beach

Had a lovely stay here, few mins walk from the beach. Sun beds £6.50 each, right on the beach front. Around 20 minutes walk to the other end of the beach which leads to the port which is also where the tourist information box is where you can book excursions.

These apartments where recommended by friends,we were only looking for a cheap late break away. Although I was apprehensive about booking, when I saw they were only 2*,I trusted their judgement & was very pleasantly surprised. The apartments are a nice size for 2 people,modern & clean with a small kitchen but we only had breakfast at the apartment, so didn't really need it anyway. There is a small pool with sunbeds & the staff are lovely.It is a few minutes walk to the beach & port where there are lovely bars & restaurants. The old town is a 10 min drive away & I would recommend getting a car, to see the lovely surrounding area.

Nice hotel very close to beach and shops

The biggest disappointment for this hotel is the pool, its next to the road and there is a restaurant between the hotel and the pool. It has screening along the main road side but no screening around the restaurant and side road so is very exposed and not private. It doesn't feel like it belongs to the hotel and we never seen one person using it throughout our stay.

NIce stay, but some amenities lacking

The hotel was pleasant, close to the beach and only a short bus ride away to the historic old towns of Alcudia and Pollensa. Staff were pleasant and room size was great.
However, there were 2 issues that need immediate fixing. 1) NO WI-FI in the rooms and the free wi-fi offered in the main lobby was too slow to get any major work done. If the online radio they have playing in the lobby is using up most of the data, then consider using a pre-recorded playlist. In any event, its 2017 and wireless service in the rooms shoul NOT be an issue.
2) there was no iron in the room and we had to wait 1 day to receive one from the main desk after requesting it. It seems ridiculous for something that does not cost too much money to not be available readily to hotel guests. BUY A FEW MORE IRONS, please.

A wonderful hotel!

Have recently returned from a week at this hotel and I can't recommend it highly enough - not sure why it is 2 stars! Room was immaculate- fantastic shower :) Staff were super friendly and helpful. My friend had her birthday while we were there and we returned to our room for lunch to find a complimentary bottle of bubbles. This was very thoughtful as they must've found her DOB on her passport as the booking was in my name. The hotel is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay <3

A great out of season stay at the beginning of season. Arrived day before my birthday and was upgraded to the penthouse room 62 for price of a good meal !! - THANK YOU SO MUCH -
Very clean room - all newly decorated - good breakfast available for £5.00 each. Nice and convenient for the beach and a 15 minute stroll along the promenade to the main town. Can't emphasis how good staff were - nothing too much trouble.
Love Mallorca in early or late season - not keen in mid summer - just too many visitors !!
Will return again and thanks for a great week in the penthouse with those stunning views from room 62.

One thing to be aware of - if you go in early season and are hiring a car watch out for the THOUSANDS of cyclist who descend on the island in April/May - its like the Tour de France all over the place !!

A fantastic little find!!

We will be booking here again next year for sure! What can't be said about these apartments! Perfectly located 350 yards from the beautiful beaches of port d'alcudia, these self catering apartments were a great find for us. Our only criticism was the only mirror was in the bathroom.
For breakfast, the Foxes Arms straight across the road, where two English breakfasts with a cup of tea will set you back only €8. A five minute walk down the main road you'll find a Lidl which is great for cheap sun cream and other toiletries. A 15 minute walk along the beach will bring you to all the bars, shops, and restaurants you'll need to keep you refreshed for your holiday. They are obsessed with Spar supermarkets here, and if you are after some English tea for the apartment, most of them stock Tetleys and PG Tips, and the milk is reasonably priced. Glass isn't allowed on the beaches, but alcohol isn't prohibited. We highly suggest you buy some cans of your favourite beer and enjoy it on the beach in the sun (cans of Amstel are only 38 cents)!
If you take the main road from the apartment to the port, past the Burger King, you'll arrive at Lloyd's fish and chip shop. Grab some of these and a cheap bottle of cava and enjoy them whilst watching the sun set on the wooden pier on the beach.
We will definitely be staying at these apartments again! Recently refurbished, the staff are very courteous (they confirmed our returns for us as we couldn't speak any Spanish), and their English is great!

Lovely Apartments in a good location

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much of a problem. The apartments have been refurbished to a high standard and are in a good location close to the beach and about a 10 minute stroll to the Port and Marina. The apartments although busy were very quiet and although we were near the end of the season everything was being maintained well. The only downside were the smallish balconies but in no way did that detract from apartments that are rated 2 stars but in my opinion having stayed in several other ones in Alcudia should be 4 star. A special mention to Arantaxa who helped me fill in a Police report when my wallet was stolen in the Port and Margarita who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We are hoping to book again in May next year as we had a fantastic time.

The room was well equipped and cleaned regularly wither fresh sheets etc every 3 days.
Only a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to the port. We didn't use the pool (on the road side of the building) but it seemed popular.
The staff were really good, very friendly, helpful and spoke good English.

nice place but quite noisy

the hotel is nice enough and the studio room we had was plenty big enough, but it's really noisy, or at least room 54 was. that said, i slept fine and i'm quite a light sleeper. the soundproofing on the windows is good for the noise outside. as well as the usual day time stuff of traffic and the sounds of a busy resort there is a lot of street cleaning seems to go on. this isn't a complaint per se and it's good that it's clean but it seems to be a night and day thing. also the deliveries downstairs are quite noisy. the main one though is the lift, which gives off this incredible ringing sound when it 'lands'. i've never heard anything like it before. room 54 is right next to the lift shaft so that might explain it. staff were very helpful

Clean room and hotel close to the beach. However, basic appliances were missing in the room i.e. the liquid and sponge to clean the dishes, electric kettle, hair dryer etc. which are a must-have in a hotel room in my book. Also, had two separate beds while we expected one big bed. Room furnished in a very oldfasioned manner (the curtains and covers on the beds). Still, if you need a basic room to stay in and planning to be out of it most of the time, then it's ok. Oh, and free wifi available in the reception only. p.s. Mallorca is beautiful!! :)

Nice budget apartments

I stayed here for three nights and this was the cheapest apartment I could find in Alcudia on Expedia. The room was very nice and clean with a small balcony and kitchen area which had a fridge, hob, microwave and blender. The room had sofa-beds which were reasonably comfortable, and a small TV.

It is located just a few minutes walk from the beach, and there's a small shop next door, and a Spar supermarket just round the corner. There is a busy main road nearby so you do get a bit of traffic noise.

Overall it's quite basic, with just a very small pool which nobody really seems to use, and so probably not somewhere you'd bring the children. However if like me you just want your own clean and well-equipped flat for your stay it's excellent value for money.

das Haus sieht von der Hauptstrasse nicht sehr einladend aus. Wenn man aber durch den Eingang durch ist, ist aber alles ganz nett gemacht. Unser Zimmer war sauber, relativ neu gemacht. Küche war okay, das Bad sehr gut. der Balkon war sehr klein, aber hatte wenigstens einen Wäschetrockner. Rezeption war nett. Fahrstuhl nichts für Leute mit Klaustrophobie....

Einfaches Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Irgendwo stand mal, dass es einen Pool gibt, den gibt es aber nicht. Das Hotel liegt an der Straße und ist auch so relativ hellhörig. Die Umgebung ist nett, fußläufig zum schönen Strand. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.

La struttura, semplice ma accogliente, offre camere pulite. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile. La posizione dell'hotel, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo senza fronzoli. Ottima la facilità di parcheggio.

Das Licht im Badezimmer hat während des gesamten Aufenthaltes geflackert, beim Duschen ist Wasser aus der Dusche ausgetreten, da die Duschwand wohl einen Riss hatte. Ich bin mir aber sicher, wenn wir zur Rezeption gegangen wären, hätte man uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Bra läge, trevlig personal.

Först det negativa ;) Duschen, kvittar hur man gjorde så översvämmades badrumsgolvet.
Balkongen, liten och man borde ha ett riktigt bord, inte en liten pall!
Köket, mikron lät som ett tröskverk, såg ut att komma från tidigt 80-tal!
Brödrosten funkade inte, enligt personalen funkade den \"tryck på en siffra och tryck ner brödet\". Finns inga siffror att trycka på och den hoppade upp efter 5 sekunder, en matkniv som låsning blev lösningen men nonchalant minst sagt. Köksfläkten var säkert minst lika gammal, sackade och väsnades. Skulle ju definitivt hellre ha en vattenkokare och/eller kaffekokare än en kapselmaskin på rummet.
\"Nyrenoverat\" hotell men bara halvdant, hälften nytt hälften urgammalt.
Poolen är mycket märkligt placerad ute vid gatan med full insyn, lockade inte alls och vi såg aldrig någon där.

Positivt var personalen i övrigt! Läget, nära stranden, \"centrum\", busshållplatser, Lidl och Eroski mm. Rummet i sig hyfsat rymligt och bra utrustat. Wifi funkade om inte supersnabbt.
