Very good, clean and tidy hotel with a decent pool and smaller plunge pool.

Only had breakfast, but it was good quality and plentiful.

Staff are very helpful.
Free pool towels when you arrive, but note there is not a kettle or tea making facilities in the room only option we had.

The safe in the room is also charged extra at €15 per week.

Public parking across the road from the hotel is free, but you may need to drive around a few times in order to find a space. Avoid the people with yellow hiviz who will guide you to spaces unless you are struggling, as they are not parking attendants and will expect a tip!!!

Seafront is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and restaurants and bars are plentiful along the way. Sun beds on the beach are run by the local authority and cost €18.20 per day for two beds and the straw umbrella.

In all we had an enjoyable week at the beginning of July, with the hotel as described and in a good location if you don't mind being a couple of streets back from the beach.

Will stay here again!

Went for a couples holiday. Great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the old town. Slept on a comfortable bed and enjoyed an amazing breakfast at the hotel every morning. Rooms were clean and staff polite. Would stay here again happily.

Positive: close to the beach, nice breakfast and dinner (dinner buffet for 16.50 per person), helpful staff.

Negative: very noisy at late evening and from 7am, everyone banging with doors like they were born in a cave. There was a roach in our room once, and one night we couldn't sleep because of some insect making loud noice like fire alarm. Not very comfortable beds.

Good location, poor WiFi

I liked it. Can’t say too much considering What I paid. But, I ought to mention that the room was not 100% clean. I noticed dirt and hairs in my room when I arrived. The WiFi is also poor. I tried for 5 days to connect to it. Firstly, if you stay on the 4th floor, the WiFi will not work. Connection is poor and I couldn’t get a connection through the form although multiple attempts in the lobby of the hotel where I had hoped the connection would be better. Anyhow, the hotel is nice. The breakfast and location are ok. It’s a nice place to sleep with the added bonus of it being 18+. Would recommend if you’re staying for a few days and on a budget.

It has a convenient service for bicycles with a service stand, washing machine, and tools. the breakfast is excellent considering the price of the stay. The rooms are a bit old and need some cosmetic renovation. however there is a balcony and a great pool! in general, I recommend it

Check in was welcoming, efficient & I was given a complimentary glass of the best Champagne. The hotel offers EVERYTHING! Cozy bed, beautiful balcony, clean room, AC, fridge, shampoo conditioner soap hair dryer etc. within two minutes walk of every restaurant, convenience store, shopping, coffee shop and bar. 4 minutes walk to water front. Gorgeous pools with ample loungers. FREE, FULL, massive breakfast that was delicious! For the price point- I won’t stay any where else in Alcudia.

The rooms are clean and large, though one of our party had to ask to change rooms due to issues, but the hotel is quite large and functional and lacking in character. The area is quite built up.

Also be aware that one half of the hotel lacks any lift and even ground floor rooms require stairs. We really only stayed here to access the ferry port early in the morning.

Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own PRIVATE car park, or even a drop off area for parking whilst checking in. There is a public one adjacent, but very full and you need to drive around it until a space becomes vacant. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel !

Air conditioning not working

Hotel is not what the reviews say? First the air conditioning in the rooms is not working. I had 3 different rooms and none of them the aircon was working. We arrived atc 9pm at night was given a room that was a disabled room which is not what i booked in the morning went to reception and they changed us to a room on third floor but was not offered any help to move are stuff and had to wait an hour to get the key?. The balcony doors didn't unlock and lock property. The aircon didn't work not cold. I have spoken to many guests and all said the same thing? Food was ok. Generally the hotel needs a refit. Location is good.

Very good value - there were loads of options for breakfast, my room was nice and spacious, everything was clean. Only one thing I didn’t enjoy is the shower going very hot every 30 seconds which doesn’t let you enjoy a shower fully but not the end of the world.

This was our second holiday to Eix Alcudia and had noticed that they had renovated and decorated the public areas and also our bedroom was much better. We were however disappointed not to have been recognised as returning guests upon check in.

Hotel definitely should not be rated for stars. It is much better to stay and Palma and go to a aludia for the day if you want to go on a boat or beaches or hikes. The bus is $8 a person. Don’t make the same mistake we did!

Hotel was very clean, larger than we expected with a great sun terrace area with pool and a bar next to it that provided drinks and snacks. Had the buffet breakfast and couldn't fault it especially for what we paid for the night's stay! Evening meals available too but we went out.
Hotel has large free public car park opposite, and is equipped for cyclists with a bike store. Situated only a few minutes walk from the port, beach, restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault it.

Great hotel with great service

We spent 6 night in the hotel and everything was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and the service was great. Location is amazing. Many bars and restaurants are nearby and the beach is only 5mins walk. I would recommend to everyone to stay here.

Excellent choice for adults only

Excellent choice for those who search for relax and peace on holidays. The attention was really kind and useful, we had a welcome drink and tips for renting a car, call a doctor, even we could use the sunshades left from other guests for the beach! The hotel has a very good location, near to the port but not a noisy area. All the installation is renovated and well maintained, the room as well, no luxuries but practical and comfortable. Special mention to the restaurant super good buffet, varied and tasty, all our thanks to the maître and waiters they did our stay really nice! We recommend it 100%.

Nice Hotel - good location and facilities

Stayed at EIX with three golfing friends as we were playing golf at Alcanada which is 10mins away. Hotel is clean and staff were very pleasant. The hotel looks after adults only but I sense that the majority were elderly clientele. Breakfast was very good with excellent omelettes. We did not eat dinner in the hotel but did go for an excellent meal in town to Bons Aires. If choosing a room do not have a room pool side next to bar area as when the evening entertainment starts with Elvis (who was dire) you will think you are in Las Vegas and get no early evening kip! Overall though nice hotel and easy parking over the road

Nice hotel with good facilities

The hotel was located close to the north end of Alcúdia beach.
There was public parking lot across the road and lots of other lots slightly further away.
There were plenty of resturants within walking distance and place was quite lively in the evenings.
We had a late evening flight on the day of the checkout and I particularly liked the fact that they allowed us to borrow beach towels/umbrellas and the use of their showers and changing rooms even after the checkout.
The room was nice and comfortable but the wifi was a bit unreliable.

A huge variety of foods available for breakfast. Rooms were attended to each day and towels replaced when requested. Room was modern, fresh and clean with all the facilities we needed at hand. Staff were helpful and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal for access to the port and the many restaurants and shops there.

Great hotel in fantastic location

My friend and I stayed for five nights at this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and very comfortable and had a pool view.
All The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the people at Reception to the people who kept our room immaculate.
We really enjoyed the food. There was such a variety to choose from. The pool area was never crowded and we were always able to find a sunbed. The decor in the hotel was beautiful with original art work and comfy sofas.
My friend and I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Reasonable standard of hotel, the staff were friendly and our room was modern and clean overlooking the pool. We were not woken up at night by any noise even though all the many restaurants and bars were 5 mins away. The breakfast was very good. We would recommend this hotel and would return.
