Public areas, reception etc. very nicely decorated, looks clean & fresh.
Pool is very nice, very comfortable sunbeds and a nice sized pool.
Bedrooms are only ok, could do with a refurb to be honest, TV didn’t work (didn’t bother me as I don’t come away to watch TV.) balcony door didn’t lock, no big issue as I was on the 6th floor but you should still be able to lock your doors.
Bathroom lets the whole property down, shower was poor with only a bit more than a trickle, the soap tray in the bath is really poorly situated, you constantly bash your elbows on it.

For the price, I would stay again. The breakfast buffet was really good, and the location is super close to the beach! Unfortunately the safe in our room didn't work and the air conditioner was leaking a ton of water if we turned it on. We informed the front desk but neither were fixed during our stay. Also, our room was right beside some bars so it was quite noisy.

Just what we needed

Great hotel, great location - didn't expect much for the money we paid (£200 for 2 people for 4 days half board) anyway we were pleasantly surprised. Some parts need updating but think they are on with it. Clean, comfortable, fab staff, food was fine, bar was cheaper than local bars, pool was freezing but lovely. Cannot grumble at all. Would definitely go again and recommend.
One lift was out of service so a little annoying at times but free water available, lovely reception staff and overall a wonderful stay

Pleasant Hotel

A really well-placed central hotel which provides good access to all of Alcudia. The hotel itself is a bit dated and certainly needs some repairs. Simple things like the soap dispenser didn't work. As a solo traveller I didn't take any liquids meaning I had to go and buy these. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

I booked this place for my college/university roommates to celebrate our graduation. The place advertised many amenities that were not there. I booked all inclusive, including drinks but was only given a free breakfast buffet, with no drinks. The booking also says it has laundry services which it does not, and we surly needed. The beach is close to the property but the beach was absolutely horrible. The water was maybe 2 feet and filled with trash and algae. We decided to only swim in the pool after the first day because it was so nasty. That being said, the pool is too small for the size of the hotel so we spent most of the time in the room. The hotel is easily accessible by bus from the airport but with an early flight a taxis cost 85 euros to get back. There are many restaurants around the area so dispute the false advertising we were able to get food, however food on the island is pricy and frankly not good. If you take the boat tours to swim spots every day then this place is fine but otherwise wouldn’t recommend it

Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at the hotel as they had just had a disaster -- a floor had collapsed, rendering the hotel unusable. The hotel staff dealt with everything perfectly, however, with good clear communication. We were sent to stay at the hotel next door, which was fine, with no hassle whatsoever.

This hotel doesn’t work closely with Hotels.com

My room wasn’t ready on time. Stating that the hotels.com 12:00 check-in isn’t with their policy of 14:00. That is not my issue. They need to tell me prior and update their info on this app/site.

They did eventually find a room before that time but typically you have to shout the loudest to get what you want.

I find the reception very unwelcoming but the rest of the staff very nice.

The rooms are a little outdated but the rest of the hotel is nice.

Avoid any cooked breakfast here, it’s a right off but the fruit and cereal stuff is good.

It’s a value for money type place.

Its 3 star, but that's generous. Food is poor. Bar has massive queues. Air con dripped on the electrics and my phone, complained everyday, took them 4 days before they moved us. Staff totally ignore you. Restaurant (if you can call it) is always full of dirty tables, and you end up having to move things and get your own cutlery as its under staffed. Although all inclusive we ended up eating out more.

I've stayed there quite a few times the only thing is the cockroaches are still there and was running around the buffet food and round the dining room floor and kitchen and since being taken over there is a difference in the quality of the food and you can taste the wine is cheap but apart from that hopefully it will improve but definitely need to sort the cockroach problem 2in cockroaches in the buffet food isn't good

This hotel is fantastic! The food is fresh and tasty. All the staff were very helpful. We had an issue with the room door and the hotel sorted it straight away, couldn’t have asked for any more! The entertainment is brilliant. Can’t wait to go back!

The Hotel is in a great position, close to the Port, Beach restaurants & bars.
Unfortunately the hotel hardly reaches a 3 star grading.
The dining room requires more staff & the quality of the food needs to be improved. Tables are left uncleared, toaster not working in mornings & the cooking of omelettes (one at a time) even on a huge hot plate causing long queues.
The pool area is small with limited sun beds, although there is an additional sun terrace there was very few umbrellas & noisy air con units.
Overall hotel needs some improvements.

Unable to use the hotel pool as it was always too busy with sun loungers taken even before the pool opening time. Food was good and plenty of choice for meat eaters but didn’t really have vegetarian options so had to mainly eat salad. Otherwise It was a very nice hotel

Nice hotel and the food was good too, the hotel is a little on the small side and not much to do apart from sitting by the pool, so good if thats all you want. didn't like that you had to pay for a Kettle in the apartment and had to pay for the remote control for the TV, i know we don't intend to stay in and watch telly, but whilst we were getting ready its nice to watch something and having to pay for it is wrong i think. but apart from that we really had a good time and would go again.

Great location, close to beach,pubs, restaurant and transport. Bathroom was compact, room quite spacious and bed more comfortable than it looked, slept fine. Nervous about the food after reading the reviews but nothing to worry about as it was excellent - especially the show cooking. At each meal there was always salad, pizza, fish, pasta/ paella and two types of meat. For a hotel if it's size the choice was very good. The bar area had plenty of seating and service was quick with short queues. All the staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. The hotel was kept clean and welcoming. The only downside is the pool area which has been well documented as small and few sunbeds but that doesn't matter with the beach so close. All in all a fantastic break and will return.

Nice hotel fantastic location

This is my third return two hotel Pisces very convenient Hotel on top of the beach shops and bars nice staff hotel manager is very hands-on and takes pride in the hotel and is nice and helpful food the rooms are clean and the hotel is very nicely situated 3 minute walk to the beach shops and bars and good for the beach having to only take your room card food is very good well cooked as it's a small hotel it has a friendly atmosphere and easy to mix with other guests

Two of us were staying at this hotel and in general we had a good holiday however, there were negatives to this property.
Positives were, excellent staff, good food and very clean throughout.
We were surprised to find hat as all-inclusive guests there was no fridge or TV in the room, a room that was acceptable, but needs attention. The day before we left we found that a fridge could be requested but had to be paid for. No information of any kind in the room, we had to learn as we went.
Biggest problem: Mozies biting, no insecticuters anywhere not even the dining room and bar.
We were staying with our daughter and her husband and we all witnessed insects on the exposed food from time to time. Salads were not covered and cakes in the bar were just open and exposed, we always took food from the bottom of dishes.
My wife and I collected over 30 insect bites during our stay here and yes, they were mostly in the hotel. Just a little adjustment could make this a more attractive place to stay.
By the time that we had paid for the holiday, added luggage and transfers our weeks’ holiday cost around £11.00, we could have stayed in a much better establishment for this price. Shame, because we did enjoy our time here. Our room was Number725 with a good view. Rooms at the side opposite the bars can be a nightmare as our companions found out.
We would consider staying here again but not when better alternatives are available for a similar price.

Stayed at the hotel Piscus for two weeks in September 2016 and over all had a good time.
The hotel is what it says 3*. As such the rooms are basic, no TV or tea/coffee making facilities. They are cleaned regularly and adequate as bedrooms.
It was necessary at times to queue for dinner but generally for only a few minutes. The food on offer was good with a choice from the salad bar or various hot meals every day. The tea and coffee however were not good so might be worth buying your preferred brand.
The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Keen swimmers may prefer to look elsewhere as the pool was not large but adequate for cooling off from the hot sun.

Very pleasant stay but this hotel needs some money spent on it ! Very tired feel to it....pool area very drab...although the pool itself was very clean ! The restaurant set up leads to rediculous queues all waiting for fresh cooked cuts of meat. Simply not enough tables and needs 2 serverys for the number of people. Rooms arnt bad and kept very clean. Entertainment very poor...no daytime activitys at all. Budget all inclusive it is what you make it !

Great location & value for money

The hotel is in a great spot. A few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and only 15 minute walk to the old town. It's a no frills hotel but I think that's reflected in the price. We chose all inclusive as it wasn't much more than the cost of half board and it was well worth it. Breakfasts included all the usual eggs, bacon, beans, sausages as well as continental. Lunch always has loads of salads and hot food plus on tap wine, beer and sangria. Each evening was a slightly different theme and most nights there was a huge pan of paella. Again the drinks were on tap to help yourself. Different entertainment on at 10pm every night but we didn't stop in for these as there's so many bars along the waterfront that had views across the bay. The hotel bar area is quite old fashioned in decor but it's location makes up for that. It also has an outdoor seating area shaded by palms and vines to enjoy a drink in the shade. Overall, a basic hotel offering good value for money in a great location.

Great location, very close to sea front. Clean. Friendly staff. Dinner B&B is amazing value and a great food selection with beer, sangria and an average red wine thrown in. Ask for a room overlooking the pool - ours was on a side street with two bars on opposite side that play music until midnight and I like to sleep with door open. A little noisy but if you have the door shut you won't have any problems.

Great for the Ironman...

We stayed at the Hotel Piscis as our son was participating in the Ironman. The hotel is in great need of refurbishment and is extremely tired and dated. One of the receptionists, a woman whom we dealt with when checking out is also in need of updating her customer skills. She was rude and unfriendly and did not seem to grasp that customers are paying her salary. The male receptionist when we booked in was quite the opposite, much more friendly. However, we will stay again because it is so near to everything to do with the Ironman, registration, Expo, swim start, etc. So although I wouldn't choose to holiday in this hotel, it is ideal if you want to be near to the port.

a bit further from the airport than expected but still a very nice place in the port area. staff there are very friendly always there to help. only problem we found was the access to the pool before 10.30, which was when the bar opened, was through the covered area for smokers which was regularly full. other than that good food, rooms ok .

Honest Review. - Pleasant few days

There is no doubting that this hotel could do with a facelift, however everything was clean and tidy, the waiters, especialy at the bar, were extremely nice and friendly.
The rooms are basic, no TV, kettle, iron etc but we were out most of the day so it really was, for us, somewhere to sleep.
The pool is small and if there had been a lot of people it would have been extremely overcrowded, not much space for sun loungers, although there is another terrace above the pool.
The food was good, no a la carte, but there was always something for even the fussiest of eaters.
There is only 1 negative and that is the reception staff, they were uninterested in helping or even delivering their assumed service to the public!
All in all we had a great time and the biggest thing to remember is that it is a 3 STAR and if you went thinking otherwise you would be disappointed.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly, but the walls are pretty thin, and the english don't seem to have a volume control. food was bland an the booze wasnt the best but you cant expect too much from a budget all inclusive deal, so ok overall. entertainment was right out of the 70s, not out type of thing but a lot of the other guests seemed to like it. all flamenco dancing, drag acts and singers doing bad covers!! great location not far from the beah and near several nice restaurants nice bars etc.

A hotel to avoid if you have any class.

The swimming pool is too small. The alcohol is locally made and tasted awful . The coke and fanta were watered down versions. The evening entertainment was awful. The animation team were telling young children to go fetch ladie's bra's and bring them on stage! The food is very bland and there is little option for vegetarians. The rooms are dull and the beds did not get changed once during our week stay there. The bathroom was pretty grim (my advice take your own hairdryer!) and there was nowhere to really sit and relax in the evenings as there were children running around everywhere.

A good hotel for families.

Two things that let this hotel down for us. The air conditioning was never on in the hotel. Two of our days were 40+ degrees and it was uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant, sit near the bar, watch the evening entertainment. There were plenty of units there but to save money they didn't have them on. The only place that was cool was the room, the air con was brilliant in there. The other was the availability of sunbeds near the pool. With children we couldn't go up to the sun terrace and leave the kids unattended so we had to sit in chairs by the pool.

Basic Hotel probably a 2/3 star rooms very plain no frills!Food was fairly good I always found something to eat but breakfast was exactly the same every day and queues were long at certain times and also for the bar with only small plastic cups people were getting 4 drinks at a time!Having to pay for wifi was annoying.The pool area was too small and people queued from 7am to put their towels on the beds and they were all crammed in we never sat around pool.The best thing about this Hotel was its location very convenient to Alcudia Port and beautiful beach lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep.If you just want somewhere to sleep then this place is OK but if you want a little bit of comfort don't choose it.

Avoid if you care about basic cleanliness

I stayed at BLUESEA Piscis Hotel (a 3-star hotel) from June 2–5, 2025, in Room 601. At first, I was pleased with the service — especially from Maribel at the front desk, who was kind and gave us great restaurant recommendations. However, what followed was deeply disappointing.

When we first entered the room, there was a strange unpleasant smell. We couldn’t tell where it came from, so we turned on the air conditioning to try and get rid of it. Later that night, after showering, we took a duvet from the wardrobe and were shocked to find it was damp and smelled like urine. It was extremely unhygienic. Since it was late and we didn’t know how to contact reception from the room, we left the duvet on the floor and went to bed.

The next morning, we reported this to the lady at the front desk. She asked for our room number and said it would be handled, although she seemed distracted talking to a colleague at the same time, which didn’t give us much confidence.

When we returned that evening, we found that the room had been “cleaned” — but the same soiled duvet had been placed back into the wardrobe, unfolded, and clearly not replaced. This was shocking.

I brought both duvets to the reception myself. The male staff member on duty was not friendly and even asked me to take the urine-stained duvet back to my room. This level of service is completely unacceptable, even for a 3-star hotel.

Aamiainen riittävä ja toimiva, mutta hieman enemmän vaihtelua olisi kaivannut.

Fick rum 705 som låg längst bort. ACn fungerade inte, det fanns ingen minibar (kylskåp) och man märkte att de överlag struntade lite i det rummet.
Vi fick efter lite klagande byta rum natten efter, och fick då rum 610 som var mycket bra.

Men væggene var tynde som papir, alt kunne høres. Der står adults only, men der var mere larm end hvis der havde været fyldt med børn. Det var nødvendigt med ørepropper for at kunne sove

Med tanke på prisen så hadde jeg ikke forventet så mye. Men selv om det er 3-stjerners så forventes det at renhold skal være på plass. Det var kun renhold 5/7 dager, ingen håndsåpe og ingen vask av gulvet. Ingen tv kontroll, og ALT på tv var på spansk.
Ellers var det hyggelig betjening og veldig sentral belligenhet. Alt i alt, HELT OK

La gestione è un po' di tipo industriale, niente tappeti rossi alla reception per intenderci, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto molto buono sopratutto nella formula all inclusive nel quale tutto è compreso senza limiti incluso il bar a bordo piscina.

Necesita una renovación. El peor hotel en el que he estado. El todo incluido es una vergüenza. Los recepcionistas son maleducados y desagradables. El desayuno es todos los días igual. Las comidas y cenas son mediocres. No ponían aire acondicionado en el comedor y era insoportable estar. Las habitaciones son simplonas y juntan 2 camas individuales para hacer una de matrimonio. La bañera estaba llena de óxido. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Borde renovera detta hotell och dåligt städat, all inclusive samma mat nästan i 2 veckor,frukosten ok.
Och alla dessa områden där man får röka på inte bra. Personal inte ett leende på 2 veckor och inte speciellt hjälpsamma heller. Men vi sov gott men slitna rum omordernt, bättre service.
Kommer inte bo där igen. Tyvärt
