Beds clean & tidy. It was an experience I wanted to try. Rate ok for Tokyo, my bag arrived & they looked after it till I got back. Back room has no privacy & mound & dirt needed a good scrub & hallways could have been cleaner also.

Lovely women’s only hostel with a pleasant staff and amenities. The onsen-style bathing room was the best part. About a 12 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and 2 convenience stores located <2 min walk away.

The place was safe and very clean.
Was a shared room with 6 private capsule beds, with privacy screen. The beds are bunk style, and very thin mattresses, it felt like sleeping on the floor. Community bath with no privacy screens a different floor, and food and drink were only permitted in the tatami lounge. I think it was a great hotel to stay at for an authentic experience but I just wanted to share this information since its not on expedia's booking website. I really liked being there though and would record it for the experience and for the quiet neighborhood.

There was an incident where I came back to the hotel in the middle of my trip and my card had been deactivated and a different key had been made without telling me, in the mailbox for my capsule but the code for it was never sent to me. I found out the next day from the second employee I talked to. Some kind girls let me in for the night, and the next morning I told an employee who was not very helpful…she just told me that it would work in 10 minutes, which I was skeptical about but I went about my day anyway. When I came back, the card still didn’t work. There was a new employee working, who found the new card for me. I asked her why, she wasn’t sure. But she was very nice and helpful about it, the first employee was unnecessarily rude and could’ve resulted in me being locked out for the second night in a row…

Perfect nights sleep.

I loved staying here and had a really good nights sleep. I didnt hear a sound from anyone else and the bed was really comfy and was about the size of a standard single bed.The onsen was brilliant. It was my first time sleeping in a pod and I would highly recommend it.

Very cute Onsen room that was really nice, the capsules are spacious and comfortable- the people in my room were noisy all night and so didn’t get much sleep and it was pretty hot too! It’s like staying in a cheap hostel. Probably fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer.

Overall somewhat convenient location if you don’t have heavy luggage. Overall very clean place. The downside is the second night I had two new guests check in and started unpacking from 11pm to 2:30am which made it hard to sleep.

Recommend setting quiet hours or having actual doors to help soundproof other people

This hotel isn’t for everyone but I loved it. There isn’t much room for luggage. The locker was too small to hold my small roll aboard case so I laid it on the side in the pod with me. My sister had licking luggage so left it outside her capsule. Only inconvenience was having to go downstairs, in open air stairway to the shower room. But, it is close to a good store and we were able to have a little microwaved breakfast in the lounge room.

Overall my experience was ok. Checking in was a bit hard since the person at the front counter didn’t speak English and had trouble with the iPad and the check in website. They also didn’t get to explain much about the hotel. I’m not sure if this was normal but I was not provided with a pillow either. The bed and blanket was overall cozy. What made my experience better was the onsen.

Very convenient. It provides what I need for my stay - amenities in a Japanese-patterned bag (as a gift), yukata for wear, slippers. Bring own body lotion.

Friendly staff. Quiet and safe. Use stairs to go to different levels inside the hotel.

It was a little difficult to find the location after passing Mark City though.

great place to stay solo for a night

I spent my first night, after a 14 hour flight at this women's only capsule hotel. It was a very different experience than the other capsule I stayed at, although some parts were still similar.

I arrived right at 4 pm for my stay, the earliest check-in time and was given amenities and bed clothes at that time, and then shown to my room. the capsule room itself was fairly small with only a few units- a bit more private than other capsules can be. the \"door\" is a privacy screen - a little more private than a curtain, but does not lock closed. However, I did not feel unsafe or as if I was at risk.

Lockers are provided to store your luggage and I managed to fit my carryon roller bag into the locker. Some people opted to keep their luggage out of the locker just inside the capsule room.

the onsen was amazing. I went very early in the morning after sleeping and had the place to myself - very relaxing and the shower and dressing areas were pristine and serene.

Stayed for one night, and would definitely recommend. It was comfortable and clean and very safe. One of our group's bag didn't turn up on her flight and was being dropped later in the evening. The staff, who usually close the reception at 1am stayed until it was delivered and brought it to the room while we were sleeping.

I've never felt so fancy

We had just finished staying in a hostel that has no locks on the door and no mattresses. We came here to a free washbag, a jokata and slippers with a spa included. There's a drying area to make it even more special and then my pod was spacious and beautiful with a charging port AND air conditioning. I have never felt more alive.

Loved it! Would stay again!

I stayed there for quite a while, (10 days) and must say it was such a pleasant experience. The staff were so incredibly lovely and kind. The place was so clean and tidy as well. The only downside is that the capsules aren't sound proof(if they were this place would be without fault, - for me at least). I know a few people didn't like how hard the mattress was, but I personally love it! I love hard mattresses and I slept like a baby. The onsen was also amazing. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Will definitely be making this my go-to place to stay next time I'm in the area! :)

Safe women-only capsule hotel in Shibuya

Solo traveler. First time at capsule hotel. Stayed for two nights. I really liked this place and felt very safe.

I was on the 4th floor. Point to note: don't bring big suitcases. There is one rather narrow staircase. No elevator. Capsule was big enough to not feel claustrophobic.

Pillow was comfortable but mattress could have been thicker. I slept easily because I was tired but sleep quality could have been better with slightly thicker mattress. I could feel the bar of the capsule frame under me. But that's the only thing that really bothered me

Sheets were clean and comfortable. Chain lock was provided for suitcase, and locker for other valuables. There's a rack for hanging coats.

Bath
The bath was wonderful. Very clean. Unlike other baths, this one was kept very nice and warm. So you don't freeze between post shower and pre bath. Very good to have towels nicely laid out in basket size. Very thoughtful.

To enter the hotel, you've got to key in a code.

Location
It's about a 10 minute brisk walk from shibuya station. But factor in a further 5-10 minute walk within the station if you're coming on the JR line. It's a longer walk but it's straightforward

Alternatively it can be a 5 minute walk from Shinsen station but that's slightly more complicated

Good for solo travel except for noise

Around a 10 to 15 minute walk from Shibuya station, some parts slightly uphill, and a little hard to find. I suggest to look it up on Google maps and save the location beforehand first. Even though it was around 10.30pm when I was making my way to the hotel, I didn't feel unsafe.

A helpful member of the hotel staff carried my luggage up (there is no elevator) to the 5th floor, the top floor, and explained to me the amenities and facilities provided. There is a railing that runs the width of the room where you lock your luggage with the lock they provide. Amenities provided are pretty awesome, like a toiletry bag containing a toothbrush, hairbrush, and sample-sized toiletries (for you to keep), and a yukata (which you leave behind). Communal bath is on the second floor, with a full-sized towel and face towel (to bring into the bath area, but not into the onsen!) provided there. A locker is also provided for you to keep your belongings. There is also a resting room on the second floor with two computers and tea available.

Bad thing is that the capsules aren't soundproof, so if you're a light sleeper, I would suggest you not to stay here. Even when neighbours closed the blinds to their capsule, you could hear it. Also, the Expedia offer is misleading, as it shows that a free nano-SIM card is provided, but in actual fact you only get the SIM card if you book through their website. Good first time experience overall.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful both before and during my stay. I always felt relaxed, and enjoyed the capsule bed experience. The entire hotel was always clean, and I never had any problems with towels or sheets (I have very sensitive skin and I was fine when using these). Bathroom and toilets were always clean, and amenities were good quality and always replenished. I'm quite small in size and thought the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The USB port and plug were also handy touches to the capsule. Would highly recommend any female that's looking for a different and safe place to stay when visiting Tokyo.

Unique and tranquil capsule experience

Nadeshiko is a truly unique hotel located in the heart of Shibuya, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. 10 minute walk to Shibuya station. This women's only hostel incorporates elements of traditional Japanese spas, capsule hotels, and a tranquil tea room into one incredible establishment. The rooms are quiet and incredibly private for being a hostel. Although I found the mattress to be a bit thin, the pods (or 'cocoons' as they refer the them here), are quite comfortable, and it is easy to get a good nights sleep.

The spa facilities are lovely. The entire hotel is immaculately clean, and very stylish and modern. There is a tea room which provides coffee, tea, snacks, computers, and a quiet place to read or relax. Each guest is provided with a complimentary toiletry bag and kimono to wear during their stay, which is a really nice touch. Staff here and friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that the room cleaning took place beginning around 9am, which was irritating when attempting to catch up on sleep after traveling 14 hours from California. I think they should consider extending check out to a normal hour, and cleaning the facilities at a more favorable time. I would highly recommend Nadeshiko to any woman traveling to Tokyo. The value and experience cannot be beat.

A nice hotel in Shibuya for female travelers.

This is a nice place to stay if you're a female traveling alone. Its convenient to Shibuya station and area. The hotel staff were helpful and the place was so clean and well kept. I especially liked that we were given yukatas to wear around the hotel. They also think of everything when it comes to toiletries they provide. And to top it off you get a nice souvenir, its a Japanese style bag. Amazing place to stay, definitely recommend.

Great hotel!

The hotel was clean, quiet and very safe. The cabins are more spacious than what you get in a regular capsule hotel, there are around 6 cabins in one room, and everyone was very respectful and quiet. Yukatas and a bag free amenities are also provided, you can also choose the design of your yukata, obi and bag which was very thoughtful. The public bath was great but the water could be a bit warmer (one night it was cold). The resting space was also very nice and I liked the free tea and coffee, as well as the notes the staff posted on the wall and the guides/directions provided for visiting tourist attractions. Overall everything was very clean and organized. The hotel is more expensive than a regular capsule hotel, but the price is alright considering it is located within walking distance from Shibuya station (and 3 min walking from shinsen station). There are no elevators though, so you will have to take the stairs to your room (3rd/4th floor) and the bath/lounge (2nd floor). The only complaint I had was that the staff is not always at the front desk. For check-in there was no one at the front and I had to wait a long time. Check-out was the same, this time luckily a Japanese girl next to me called the front desk and the staff then came. It would be nice if they can place a bell or ringer of some kind at the front, not all travelers can use their phones.

Nice and comfy capsule experience

I stayed there just for one night before my flight and I have always wanted to experience a capsule hotel in Tokyo. Most capsule hotels are for men only so I am glad to have found this for women. It's very new and clean, with nice jap decoration and soothing zen music in the dorm. The capsules are more spacious than they appeared on photos and I had a very comfortable stay there. The only thing to note is there's a bit of walk to Shibuya but there's a much closer metro station (Shinsen) which is just one stop from Shibuya. I would definitely recommend this.

ウォーターサーバーに水が残っていませんでした。
また、水の出し方にコツが入ります。
遅い時間だったので仕方ありませんが、
お風呂の檜風呂は栓が抜かれていました。
排水がすぐに水溜まってしまっていて、少し清潔感が欠けていました。
部屋が暑すぎて
向かいの人はロールカーテンを開けて寝ていて
私も暑すぎて耐えられず、開けて寝ました。

部分部分でリフォーム済みで全体的に清潔感はある程度あってきれいでした。
立地も良く、
洗面台も新めでした。
スキンケアの洗顔やメイク落としはあまり良くなかったので自前のもの使いました。

宿泊者は外国人が多い印象でした。
もう少し施設設備を整えて頂きたいですが
使いやすかったので
またリピートしたいです。

Niewieder, zuviel Staub, schlecht gereinigt, od. manchmal gar nicht, der ganze Laden gehört restauriert. Das Liegen ist zu hart, Matratze zu dünn und darunter Metall, der Rücken schmerzt, wenn man sich nicht schützt.
Nicht einmal ein Stuhl im Raum, um sich die Schuhe im sitztzen anzuziehen, kurz um, ein Schmuddeladen, nein danke, nie wieder.

最悪。改善されても二度と泊まらないとおもう。

まず、荷物を先置けるのに階も部屋も変わって開けれない、預けた荷物が取り出せない状態になる。
明記はないのにセルフチェックインだと部屋変わると言う。それなら荷物預かりは部屋ですべきではない。
わからないことがあったら電話しろという。
電話禁止なわけではない。が、他の客もそれをわかっているのに自己判断でしかも17-22チェックインなんだから、それ以降にも泊まる人いるの理解した上での宿泊者変な外国人に絡まれる。だったらボタン等設置して電話でなく呼び出し式にすればいい。なのに、被害者のこちらが再度部屋移動。宿泊者数も把握しておらず、備品も足りない。あまりにも酷くてその場でキレた。だから私にだけ丁寧だったけど、それだけで済むことでもなくて、他の日本人の宿泊者は皆キレてた。故障も多すぎた。一人なのは仕方ないけど、走り回ってたし汗かくのもわかるけど、さすがに一応宿泊施設ならニオイ対策はすべき。清潔さが１なのはそこ。

駅からちょっと遠いですが、大浴場付きで、タオル、アメニティ、パジャマ用浴衣もあって、気に入ってます。
チェックイン前の荷物預けが、以前はフロント預かりだったのが、電話をかけて、遠隔で鍵を開けてもらい、フロアの共有スペースに置いておくようにとのこと。さすがに不安。
お金取ってもよいので、ロッカーに入れさせて欲しいです。
そして電話での案内がなんともまどろっこしくて、わかりにくい。電話代もかかるし、ちょっとイライラしてしまいました。
LINEで案内するなり、なにか工夫できないか。改善お願いします。

チェックイン前に荷物を預けられるとあるが、実際は『そのへんに置いといてください』のみ。ロッカーでもなく、スタッフ管理でもなく、ただフロアの隅に置いといていいですよ(ただし、自己責任で)という、サービスでもなんでもない。巾着プレゼントもなかったです。ただ、チェックインのときに『耳栓いりますか？』って聞かれます。普段使わないので断ってしまいましたが、かなりうるさいので必須です。もらっておくことをおすすめします。

大浴場の排水が悪くて洗っていたら足元に溜まってしまいまいた。換気の為か、窓が開いていて外からは見えないようになっていると思うのですが、すぐ下で外の話し声が聞こえていて落ち着きませんでした。
フロア移動は外階段なので寒かったです。
カプセルの中の説明が無く、FANと書かれたスイッチを換気扇かと思い、音がうるさかったので消したのですが、エアコンだったのか？夜中寒くてたまりませんでした。
かわいい巾着に入ったアメニティセットやかわいい浴衣は嬉しかったです。
初めてのカプセルホテルで、他の人の迷惑にならないよう気を使うのと、他の人の物音であまり眠れませんでした。
ホテルまでの道のりが土地勘無く、夜だと不安なので渋谷駅からタクシーで行きました。
翌朝は渋谷駅まで歩いて移動できました。

概ね快適に過ごせました！次も利用したいと思えます。

個室もフリースペースもきれいに保たれています！ただ、お風呂場を利用した際、掃除時間(25-26時)の後にもかかわらず床に髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたり、自由に飲めるウォーターサーバーにお水が補填されていなかったり、小さなサービスとしてやや不満が残りました。脱衣所に粘着ロールなどを置いていただけると、セルフでもきれいに出来るのにな、と思いました。
あと、各階に一つでもいいので、服用の消臭スプレーを置いておいて欲しかったです。たかがカプセルホテルなのかもしれませんが…。\"されど\"を期待します。
立地場所は個人的に、ヒールさえ履いていなければ歩ける距離でした。ホテルからタクシーに乗る際は、時間に余裕を持って待てば、呼んでもらわなくても1〜2台空車が通ります。一度ホテルまで歩いて向かえば、ホテルまでの道のりも多少分かり易いです。
フロントの方達も愛想良く対応いただけたので概ね満足です。女性しか宿泊していないのは非常に安心出来ます。比較的日本人の宿泊客が多かった気ように感じました。
個人ロッカーは多少のマチはありますが、大型のスーツケースは入らないほどの縦長タイプでした。荷物が少ない際にはまた利用させていただきたいと思います。
大浴場もあり快適でした。ありがとうございました。

カプセルホテルは初めて利用しましたが、日本人の宿泊客が多かった印象です。館内も清潔で気持ちよく使えました。大阪からの出張の宿泊で利用したのですが大浴場もあり、ゆっくり出来ました。また利用したいホテルです。

渋谷近辺のホテルがとても混み合っていたころだったので高価だったが、それでも他のホテルよりずっと安く、快適だった。女性だけなので、安心。若い人が多い中だったが、何の心配も無かった。対応もとてもよかった。耳栓をしていたせいもあって、静かにぐっすり眠れた。

福岡から東京へ旅行でもう5回程利用させて頂いてます。受付の女性も笑顔で対応して下さり毎回とても心地が良いです。それだけでその後のテンションも変わるので、本当にありがたいです。お部屋もトイレもお風呂もとても綺麗です。お風呂にあるウォーターサーバーの水の出し方に苦戦しているお客様がいらしたので、もうすこしわかりやすくすると良いのかな？と思いました。あとは時間帯によってはピーク時にタオルとバスタオルが少なってるので補充を頻繁にされたら良いかなと思います。また絶対利用します！！ありがとうございました。

El hostal es bastante caro para lo poco que ofrece, el check in es demasiado tarde 5:00pm, los muros en general están bastante sucios y descuidados.
Me he quedado en hostales por TODO Japón y éste es el único en dónde no te guardan el equipaje ni antes ni después del check out, lo cual lo hace súper inconveniente.

大浴場があり、とてもリラックスできたのですが、
ベッドには全くといっていいほど
冷房がきいてなくて
暑すぎて寝ることができなかった
あの暑さでは、次に利用する事は考えられない。

友達と何人かで利用しましたが
皆、暑すぎて寝れなかったと
言っていた。

部屋の温度が微妙だった。クーラーが当たらないと暑いです。
タオルが1人ずつセットされてると知らなかったので初めに言って欲しかった。
接客、設備はとても良かったです！

始めてカプセルホテルを利用しましたが、女性専用ということで安心できました。スタッフさんも優しく、設備も整っていたので、とても良かったです。また利用したいと思います！

【良かった点】
・フロントの方の応対が良く、いつもにこやかで好感が持てました。
・施設全体が清潔でした。
・畳のラウンジ(飲食可能)が快適でした。
カプセルホテルでも、ゆったりと座れる場所があるとこんなにリラックス出来るんだな…と驚かされました。
・大浴場も、広くは無いのですが綺麗で快適でした。洗い場だけでなくシャワーのコーナーもありました。
・アメニティや館内着(浴衣)が可愛くて、癒されました。
(女性専用のホテルなので、館内着でうろうろ出来ること自体もとても快適でした。)
・チェックアウト後も、トランクを夜まで預かってもらうことが出来ました。

【今一つだった点】
・チェックインの際に先客があり、フロントの方がお一人だったので15分ほど待たされました。
・エレベーターが無いので、トランクを持って3階から降りるのが少し大変でした。
(チェックインの時は、フロントの方が荷物を運んでくれました。)
・カフェが併設されていますが、モーニングの営業はしていませんでした。
・神泉駅からは徒歩圏内でした。
ただ、周囲に坂が多く、歩くのは意外と大変でした。(荷物が大きかった上に、雨も降っていたので…)
散策のついでに渋谷駅まで歩いてみたところ、たどり着くことができましたが、トランクを引いて歩くのは厳しいかも…という印象です。

【全体的として】
エクスペディアで安く予約できたのもあって、大変満足しています。
カプセルホテルですが色々と工夫が凝らされていて、泊まっていて楽しい気持ちになりました。
海外からのお客さんも多いようですが、マナーの面で特に気になったことはありませんでした。
機会があればまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

また利用します

浴衣レンタルやアメニティのプレゼントがあり、手ぶらで利用できて良かったです。6人部屋になっているので、部屋の中はとても静か。浴室隣のパウダールームは朝早くても使えるので、同じ部屋の方に気を使わず身支度が出来ます。更にパナソニックのイオンドライヤーが設置されていたので、髪の毛サラサラ。とにかく快適でした。

제가 다녀봤던 숙소 중에 가장 만족했습니다. 청결하고 직원 분들도 너무 예쁘시고 친절하고 무엇보다 작은 료칸 처럼 탕이 있어서 하루의 피로를 조용하게 풀 수 있었다는 점 입니다. 어매니티도 굉장하고, 숙소도 조용해서 편하게 묵었습니다. 많이 추천하고 있습니다. 다음에 시부야 쪽으로 가게 된다면 또 들리고 싶은 곳입니다.

편안하고 행복했던 시간

너무너무 만족스러웠습니다! 깔끔하고, 직원분들도 모두 상냥합니다. 2층에 마련된 대욕탕은 넓고 청결하고 물온도도 알맞아 몸 풀기 딱 좋았고, 파우더룸도 깔끔하고 머리카락하나없이 깨끗하여 기분이 좋았습니다. 또한 무료로 제공해주시는 유카타와 어매니티 복주머니가 너무 귀여워서ㅠㅠ눈물을 흘릴뻔했습니다 캡슐 자체도 깔끔하고, 캡슐간 방음도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 알람소리도 적당하고요! 시부야 스크램블교차로에서는 10분정도 걸어야 올 수 있는데, 오는길에 여러 이자카야나 상점이 있어 구경하다보면 금방 오고, 숙소 바로앞에는 로손편의점도 있습니다. 체크인이 17시였는데 제가 시간을 착각하여 15시에 방문하였는데도 짐을 맡아주시기도 하였습니다. 아침메뉴도 맛나보였는데 저는 프로각설이라서 일찍 돌아다니러 나간다고 먹어보지 못한게 조금 아쉽네요! 다만 키가 크신분이라면 조금 어려움이 있을수도 있을것같은게, 제가 키가 163cm인데 침대에 누우니까 베개에서부터 발끝 커튼까지 딱! 맞았어요! 160후반대분들과 170cm이상인 분들은 숙소측에 문의가 필요할 듯 싶습니다. 아무튼 너무너무 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 도쿄에 혼자 또 들를때면 당연히 여기를 선택할듯싶습니다. 오래오래 있어주세요 감사합니다!

おひとり様には安心な宿

静かで照明も適度に落ち着いていて寝に帰るためのホテルとしては十分だと思いました。何より清潔感があって、アメニティーもそろっているので荷物少な目で済むことも助かりました。ただ、メイクルームの照明が暗いことと、洗面台が狭いので洗顔できないことが残念でした。

2回目の滞在です

渋谷でイベントがあり利用しました。
清潔でロッカーもあり、女性専用なので安心です。
お風呂が広くて気持ちよく、ドレッシングルームも広くてタオルもたくさん置いてあります。
深夜3:00に戻ったので音を立てないように細心の注意を払って動きました。そういう自主的な気遣いに多少疲れましたが、困ったことは何もありません。
カプセルにしては割高な印象ですが、上記の設備の便利さと立地なのかな。
