The staff and hotel were great and it was in close proximity to everything. The capsule was quiet and comfortable as well. I met some cool people in the indoor lounge. Only thing that annoyed me was my safe code kept switch by 1 digit but the staff was there to unlock it if I didn’t figure it out. Overall the stay was amazing

There were some interesting shops nearby as well eating spots. I very much enjoyed staying in the capsule. Other than hearing the others around you lifting their blinds to get out of their capsule, it was a very interesting experience.

The place is located in a very central location. You get a free beer hour and amenities like towels , coffee, toothpaste and brush and mouth wash, sandles. there's a laundry room you can use if you pay wich is reasonable. The showers were clean , the toilets also and the seats are heated with bidet's. The only things I would say I want to point out is I am 5'8 in freedom units and the bed just barely fit me when in the elevated position. So be aware if you are taller this might be a tight fit. There is a fan but no AC . So those who like a cool temp might have an issue. I did not And the other thing is when the beds are flat you can almost not open the door to your pod. My keypad malfunctioned and I couldn't initially get out of the unit. I had to push my mattress up to get the door past it. The staff quickly helped me once I could get out to ask. But overall as a solo traveler I very much enjoyed my stay

For people who are wondering because I was nervous about fitting your luggage. There is a roll out shelf under your bed the size of the bed so any suitcase will fit with ease

The hostel with best atmosphere I have ever seen. The hostel offers free good beer from 5:30 to 6:30 and many people come out of their shells and social, I have talked to many people and shared our travelling experiences.

The bed is interesting, it can rise up to become a couch. The control/remote sometimes does not work when I press on it.

Was my first time staying in a capsule hotel so I have nothing to compare it to. But it was clean and the capsule room itself didn’t feel too cramped. The staff was also very nice.

My complaints would be: my bed adjusted on its own twice while I was laying in it which was a little annoying. There’s only one elevator and the hotel was pretty busy, so had to wait a bit at certain points. Also, there’s no way to lock the pulldown door, which I didn’t care for so much. Maybe capsule hotels aren’t for me. I would’ve rather spent a little bit more on a private hotel room. But, if you’re on a tight budget, not a bad option.

For a hostel setting in Shibuya, it really cant be beat. True double sized beds. Really clean shower and toiler facilites. 8 minute walk from the main train station/shibuya crossing. Free Beer hour for all guests at 5:30pm-6:30pm. Nice lounge to hangout in to met fellow travelers. Price is a little more than some hostels but the bigger beds and location well make up for it. I would stay here again.

I ended up extending my stay in Japan an extra night somewhat last minute, so I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try out a capsule hotel. This one makes me wish I was staying at it longer. The staff were fantastic and helpful, and the location was perfect. I got a great night of sleep without any issues. I originally was supposed to be on the mixed gender floor, but they let me know they ended up with an extra capsule on the female only floor, so I was glad to switch. The reclining bed was awesome, and the pod was comfy. It was really cool to be able to hang out in the lounge where you could interact with others staying there or just do your own thing. I’ll definitely be back when I come back to Tokyo next year.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in in my life. Very friendly people (staff and other guests). Great lowkey socialising in the evening. I would definitely come again. If the screen doors you pull down to close the entrance to the room could be made more soundproof it would be a perfect experience. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome to Japan!

I arrived very late after a delayed flight into Narita and barely made the 1am check in cut-off. The staff were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and stress-free. The pod was clean, modern, and comfortable with adjustable bed and lighting. Bathrooms and showers were spotless and stocked with essentials. The lounge was inviting and well maintained. Quick stay

It was very clean and well maintained. The pods are closed off by a screen door and they tend to be louder than not to use which made me feel bad when trying to get in and out of it during quiet hours.

It also is a make or break based on the people who are staying there. Some were loud or came in drunk which made it harder to stay asleep.

However, overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was great!

I booked this place very last minute, even though I already had a hotel, just because I wanted to experience that \"capsule\" hotel once in my lifetime. However, I think this take on it was too modernized for the experience I was looking for, but I already knew that going into it. I wanted more of a traditional capsule hotel, but it's just that I couldn't find one anymore since I booked so last minute. I booked this place at like 8:30pm & walked there from my hotel & was able to check-in, get to my spot right away.

It's in a great area, very walkable to all of the Shibuya action. The beds were comfortable & I love the alarm feature, instead of making alarm noises, it'll just raise your bed up to the couch position. The capsule is very spacious. The lobby lounge was very nice. It's very hip, alone with the music they play. Great place for young crowds. Breakfast was not that great compared to all the other Japan hotels I had during this trip, it was an extra $5. Overall, I paid like $61 for the stay. If you're looking for a modern take on Japan's capsule hotels, this place is great for you.

The hostel was okay for a couple of nights' stay. Because it is a Pod, it felt congested. Unpleasant smell around and no ventilation. The price was higher for a Hostel, and you could get a decent private room in a hotel for the same price. This was a great experience. I wanted to stay in a capsule hotel to have that Japanese experience.

This hotel is like a hostel for millennials. Meaning there are no young teens partying or being loud.

Staff were super friendly and informative.

The location was right in the middle of shabuya. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants that capsule experience but not the chaos that can come along with it.

Location, Location, Location! Service, Service, Service!! I am so glad that i decided to book a few days here while in Tokyo. It is super centrally located to everything in Shibuya including public transport. Completely walkable area, matter of fact JUST WALK! Don’t take a taxi at all, if you want to get around there multiple metros right there as well. The place was immaculate, clean and fun. The overall vibe was just amazing! Would definitely stay again. Be sure to write where you are from from on the window when you get there!

Awesome experience and awesome location! Just over a five minute walk from Shibuya station. In the center of everything yet very quiet, I would for sure stay again based on location alone. The pod was cozy, there was a fan which was a nice touch. As a 5’10 woman I had plenty of space for it being a capsule.

I had the best sleep here at my stay in Tokyo. They had the comfiest bed and I’d say this is a boujee capsule. Note, if you’re coming here with your partner and booked a side by side capsule on the all gender floor, youre not allowed to share the same bed but if you can look past that for one night like we did, you’ll feel the true experience of a Japanese capsule. Downside: we booked an all gender floor to be with each other. I was the only female on this floor. There were men walking out shirtless and in towels which is inappropriate. If you’re a solo female, do book all female floor. If you’re a couple, you may as well book the capsules separate gender since youre not even allowed to stay together

We had a great stay at The Millennials. Think of it as a step up from a traditional capsule hotel or a hostel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and there are a lot of nice amenities -- the free happy hour, free toiletries, little snacks, a good espresso/coffee machine, etc. The pods themselves are large for a pod -- each one is floor to ceiling. The screen doesn't do a lot to keep sounds out -- in that way think of it like a hostel where you might be sharing a bunk bed. You can hear everyone around you (I put in earplugs and it was fine). I would just suggest they put in a little shelf next to the bed for all of the things anyone needs to charge these days. The shared bathrooms are very nice and clean. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
