Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a decent size. The AC unit was powerful but blew directly over the bed which I am not a fan of. The feel of the hotel is a bit ‘tired’. Good location to travel around Shibuya on foot.

Very clean and spacious room for a reasonable price. Lovely staff, nice amenities. Coffee bar available and given two free coffees with our stay. Beautiful bathroom with large tub as well and decent counter space. Hard to come by in Japan! Only a little far from a station but otherwise would stay there again!

The room is very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Washer/dryer in room is quiet and works wonderfully. The blow dryers are as good as my Dyson. Thefront desk will forward luggage, call a taxi anything you need. Bathroom has heated mirror, huge spacious tub/shower. Location is IDEAL out of the Shibuya craziness but a quick 5 min walk to it. Across from a wonderful grocery store to get water, snacks, meals if needed. 10/10 will recommend and stay again.

Room was spacious and we loved the Reva shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer provided! Great area with tons of fantastic restaurants, convenience stores, markyjust steps away and a few blocks from the main drag. Just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing and walk auto Harajuku as well! Highly recommend for families, we’ll definitely return again :)

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

The staff also speak english for those who are not fluent in Japanese. They will help you to hail a taxi when it’s time for you to return to airport. The gentleman in at the desk also helped to bring my suitcase to the taxi even though he didn’t have to. Overall very clean place and located in a spot where you can walk further into the action packed Shibuya!

Quiet neighbourhood 10 minutes walk to the heart of Shibuya. Directly across a 24 hr supermarket, making this a comfortable and convenient location. The washer dryer and kitchenette in room is convenient. There is ample space in room with a small table and couch area. Great option for families and those looking for a more spacious room. Would stay again!

Such an amazing hotel. Great coffee shop in lobby. Washer/ dryer in our room so it was so easy to do our laundry. Mini stove and bigger fridge with pots making cooking accessible and microwave in room as well. We were able to make everything in our room rather than leaving to use a microwave or washer/ dryer. Very clean and very sweet staff.

They let us deliver our bags and kept them for us for a few days before we arrive to our hotel which eased the burden on us. Even after we checked out they held onto our bags before we had to leave to the airport.

Would 100% recommend. Great spot in shibuya walking to shops and crossing was soo easy

we stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The outside of the building doesn't look like much, but the rooms are nicely renovated. Our room was very small though, so not sure if we will stay there again. Also, it was a bit of a walk to Shibuya Station. You can also use the closer Shinsen station, but then you still have to change at Shibuya Station.
The laundry machine in the room is a nice perk

Staff was kind. Though, some of the amenities were slightly lower quality (small elevators, lower water pressure, beds pushed together to make a queen etc.,), they also have several features to make it appear more accommodating than a typical business hotel, such as the free coffee/cafe drinks per stay- however the drinks are made by the front desk staff, so it’s difficult to get a coffee in th morning while everyone’s checking out etc.

This was the perfect location, quite enough when you needed it. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Metro. Staff was super friendly, room was super clean. Incredible bathroom! Amazing high-quality blow dryer and soft robes provided. Loved having a mini kitchenette!

The room is clean and washing machine inside the room is convenient. There are basic utensils if you want to cook. There’s a lounge/dining area if you want to rest outside your room but lacking hot water facility. I have to boil water using the kettle from the room and bring it down so that our relative who came over to visit can have some tea. There’s a small coffee counter ( I would not even call it a shop) but does not serve with milk, you have to pay. Overall, convenient place, slightly up the hill and close enough to Shibuya crossing (around 700m downhill).

Great stay in Tokyo! The hotel is very well located, with a mini market just across the street, which was super convenient. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the room was very comfortable. It had a mini fridge, an electric stove, and even a laundry machine that we used a lot during our stay.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Shibuya Crossing, making it easy to get around and explore. The area felt extremely safe—we were walking around at 1 AM and felt completely comfortable.

I also loved the amenities. The hair dryer was amazing (so much so that I bought the same one for my home), and the hygiene products provided in the room were excellent quality.

Overall, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The only down side to this hotel is the location, especially with a stroller.
It’s about 15 min walk uphill from Shibuya station. There is a local train station 4 min walk, but it’s impossible to switch in shibuya with a stroller.
Other than the location for us it was 10/10!

Hotel itself was fine. Location was technically in Shibuya but the crossing is a 15 min walk. Washer is in all Japanese and the instruction card isn't very helpful. Expect eight hours to do a load of laundry. It's a very small washer and the drying part takes hours and it still comes out damp, just how these are. The room air conditioner works fine but it's very hard to operate as again, it's all in Japanese and the instruction sheet they give you in English isn't all that helpful. There's no actual breakfast provided, there was a sign that said you could get something from the lobby and make it with the hotplate and microwave in the room. No view, its surrounded by other buildings. Again, it's fine for what it is. Its safe and clean.

Just Checked out from our stay and now heading to next destination. Cannot fault this place and lived up my expectations. The room was big enough for a 3 night stay and had also a washing machine/sink area which was handy and the amenities and hairdryer was great. The cleaning service is only every 7days but towels and rubbish collection is whenever day you require when you put the sign on the door.
Receptionist was really friendly and extremely helpful especially when i enquiried about luggage forwarding to my next hotel.
Location is perfect. Familymart and supermarkets on the doorstep. Its close enough to the shopping action/Shibuya station (15mins walk)
Will definitely recommend and stay here again on my next trip.

Hotel was clean. Love that there was a washer/dryer in the room. They even provided laundry detergent spray. So that was a huge plus. There is a mini kitchen area that had a fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric stove & Kettle. Dish soap and Sponge along with basic kitchen utensils were provided. Very awesome to have!

I was there for 5 nights and they were only able to change towels and take out trash, no daily room cleaning, so that was a bummer. Bed and pillows were not comfortable for me but it’s durable. There was no Breakfast at the hotel. You would need to go out to get breakfast at restaurants near by. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Basic necessities such as bath scrubber, cotton pads, toothbrush, and etc. were near the lobby elevators. You would need to grab when needed.

To get to Shibuya crossing was about 15 minutes by walk. But plenty restaurants near by, Lawson, 7-11, and family mart all around. If you arrive early to check in time you can leave your luggage there until you check in. Check out time is 11am and you are able to leave your luggage if you’re still needing to explore around shibuya. So awesome!

I would recommend this hotel as it’s a very big hotel room compared to others I’ve booked. Location was in a nice and quiet alley.
