Location was decent, in- hotel restaurant was good, we brought our kiddo to the pool and people were glaring and unhappy despite it being all ages. Room was clean but AC struggled and it stayed warm throughout our stay. Stay elsewhere if you’re traveling as a family.

We stayed in one of the suites with the private pool. This isn’t a fancy place but it has character and charm. Our room was clean, check in was easy. Every staff person we interacted with was kind and helpful. It’s nice that they have a a full bar and restaurant. Palm Springs swanky restaurants are literally 10-15 mins away. We’d definitely stay here again.

- at check in (after 8:30pm) our room had not been made up. Offered a regular king room for the night and when the original room gets cleaned up, we could move to the room we purchased in

The booked room was ready promptly the next morning. Recently remodeled, spacious and clean. Small kitchen with microwave (I wasn’t cooking anyway), coffee pot, electric water pot and small supply of kitchen equipment. The pool is wonderful. And the two out door hot tubs were clean and hot. The bar was well stocked and the bartender (I wish I remembered his name) was personable and really took the time to chat with us.
I have no truly bad things to say about this hotel.

I did point out to the front desk that…
* Bathroom sink faucet has too much pressure, it needs one of those thingys
* Curtains in bedroom need more black out quality
* No security chain lock

Regina in the spa provided an exceptional massage.

You should check this place out! You’ll be happy you did.

I booked this place because the room had a private hot spring bath and stayed for three days. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I am still dealing with back pain several days after my stay. The air conditioner also made a very loud vibrating noise, and the door kept rattling in the wind, so I barely slept for two nights.

Aside from those issues, the other facilities were very nice, and the food was delicious.

So disappointed! This property is in a bad area, it did not feel safe, and the pictures and reviews are absolutely fraudulent in my personal opinion. We actually lost our money, and stayed somewhere else because of the safety concerns. The manager didn’t even care enough to call me and speak to me directly… She had an employee basically call me and tell me to go pound sand. Horrible experience. DO NOT waste your money!!!!

Upon arriving in our room, we noticed a strong odor that smelled like toilet or drain water. At first, we assumed it might be because there were no windows, so we left the fan running while we went out. However, when we returned several hours later, the smell had become much worse and had spread throughout the entire room, resembling old drain water.

As a result, we had to be moved to another room, causing us to miss our lunch reservation. Unfortunately, the issues continued in the second room. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and neither did the DVD player. When we contacted the front desk, we were informed that the TV was not connected. It felt like one problem after another.

We were unable to fully enjoy our stay due to the lack of functioning amenities. On top of the Wi-Fi issues, we had to call maintenance during our stay to repair the DVD player near the pool area, which further interrupted our experience. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the multiple room and amenity issues we encountered.

The pictures on Expedia do not portray the establishment like it is. The blinds in the room did not work properly, wouldn’t close or cover the window properly. The wand to turn the blinds came off. There was a gap under the door. It may have been good in its day with the pink, teal, flamingos but it needs an upgrade. The only thing good in the room was the shower. Won’t be returning!!

We had high expectations. We’ve been wanting to come here for a while, but it was our first and our last time we came on memorial weekend can I just start with saying they had no ice machine working!! and the hotel didn’t supply any from the restaurant. Their answer was we could go across to buy ice which is pretty funny because the refrigerators were really small with an extra small compartment of a freezer so, where did they expect us to keep our ice?lol. When we booked the room, it did say we were gonna have a microwave in our room which apparently wasn’t true. Only the suites on the first floor have them where they also have ONE microwave for everybody else to use did I mention we were on the third floor so we had to go down three floors to use a microwave. They also have about 90 something rooms with probably 15 chairs by the pool. DISAPPOINTED!!

The bedroom looks clean. Not sure about the carpet stains. No screen door in the balcony glass doors. A/C was making weird sounds.
Stayed for 2 nights. Quiet evenings outside. Pool and mineral spa were a plus for the hot weather.
Ample parking. Budget hotel.

The property was surprisingly big with beautiful maintained grounds. There’s an outdoor pool with two jacuzzis both indoor and outdoor and with plenty of recliners for guests. There’s ample parking including several for handicapped.
The room was big and nondescript which overlooks onto the pool area. Bathroom is decent with step in shower and sleep was quiet and comfortable on a nice and fluffy bedding. There’s a lobby and patios aptly decorated like summer breeze with bright and colorful pillows nestled on wicker seats.
Aqua Soleil is a place where you can get more bang for your bucks. With a proximity of about 10 miles to Palm Springs and other places of interest, coupled with a friendly and helpful staff your “miniscape” just became affordable.

5 star experience here! We were just traveling through and stopped here for one night, but was hard to leave. Felt like a resort complete with a beautiful courtyard/ pool hot tub area with beautiful landscaping, and the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mini vacation in Desert Springs CA :o)

The property is pretty simple, but clean. One outdoor pool and two jacuzzis. Staff is very nice, very welcoming and friendly. Pool area opens from 8am to 10pm. The room we stayed, was else very clean and had two queen beds, tv, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker. Shower room have shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash. The balcony else was spacious, had two chairs and little rounded table.
Pool nicely maintained and water clean.
I would recommend this hotel for those who is looking for quiet and relaxing atmosphere with mineral spring water for restoration. Nice escape for a few days and stress relief.

The place looked clean, and cozy. But needs some upgrade like Definitely need to replace the 2nd floor outside flooring as you could feel some soft spots when walking. The room was great clean and comfy. We got the room with the indoor hotspa and was great but also the floor in the hotspa was chipping as we could feel the pieces as walking. The room toileries definitely need some upgrade for the price of the room. Front staff were awesome, the morning cleaning staff could use some training on how to knock on doors instead of peaking thru the windows when checking to see if the people are still in the room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside pool as it was extremely windy, but did look like fun. Location and parking are easy to access.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with our family. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were generally kind and friendly.

However, there were several issues with the room. The refrigerator was not working, and although a replacement was provided after we requested one, the inside of the new refrigerator had visible mold, as if it had not been used or cleaned for a long time.

Additionally, the TV remote did not work. We felt uncomfortable repeatedly calling the front desk, so we went down in person to request assistance. They replaced the batteries, but the remote still did not function, leaving us unable to use the TV. At that point, we were too exhausted to continue asking for help.

Although our checkout was delayed after our morning schedule, we do appreciate that the hotel did not charge us an additional late checkout fee. However, considering the poor room condition and overall hotel management, charging extra would have felt quite unreasonable.

The staff themselves were not the main issue, but the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel seem to need significant improvement.

Nice rooms and great mineral pools. This place is a hidden gem for the price. There is a huge park two blocks behind this hotel for running and to take the dogs. There is an excellent Thai place up the street. The restaurant in the hotel is good. There is a Starbucks walking distance and grocery stores nearby. 15 mins drive to downtown Palm Springs.
We could stay here for a while. Would appreciate more options in this fitness center.

My four star rating is in regards to the lack of blackout curtains in the room. We had vertical blinds that let in a lot of light. Also, the noise level was higher than expected I believe due to a lower quality window.

Everything was wonderful, the parking, staff, massages, food at the grill, the coffee, all of it except the beds in room 232. The beds need to be replaced asap. Super uncomfortable, but I will definitely stay there again because everything else was indeed awesome. The massage was definitely one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!

I was hoping for natural mineral pools without chlorination, but even the private pools are at 5%. This left my skin dry and smelled strongly. They told me it is a California regulation that you must chlorinate, but that’s only true if they’re not circulating the water frequently enough. The property is a bit grungy and needs refreshing. There are better options in town.

This place was disgusting and not what the pictures look like at all. Our stay was terrible, and our room was awful. It had a horrible smell, there was hair on the towels, the rags were dirty with dead grass (?) or something on them. The towels were so rough and felt like actual sand paper. The toilet paper couldn’t have been more thin. We weren’t given any hand soap. Trash left on the ground in the bathroom. The door wouldn’t even close bc it was broken. There was a dead fly next to our bed on the ground. On top of that, the bed was one of the worst I’ve slept on and was literally broken on both sides to where you were sunk into the bed. We were woken up extremely early to construction on site. This place was awful. The spa rates were insanely expensive too.

What we booked was NOT what we signed up for, and was not what was advertised in the slightest. We truly got robbed of our money from this place.
