Lovely Apartment with a tasteful decor, there were a few broken bits that needs fixing ( bedside drawer & leg chair) but Overall really nice Apartment with a kitchenette and a Bonus Sauna all to ourselves! Nice, multicultural part of Leipzig - Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect stay for family
We stayed one-night; family with a tween and 7-year-old. It was the most pleasant and quiet stay ever. Found free parking easily (it was Sunday though). Studio was clean and comfortable.

Mein Zimmer war mit den Fenstern zur Straße, war aber sehr ruhig. Laut war nur im Haus, wenn jemand im Zimmer über mir sich bewegt hat. Wahrscheinlich waren das die Dielen, weil ich jeden Schritt gehört habe. Sonst ist das haus nicht hellhörig.
Die Sauna ist ganz klein und die Wärme verschwindet nach oben. Schade. Da wo man sitzt ist kalt. Mit der Wärmekabine wäre solche Konstruktion sinniger.

Auf meine Anfrage bei der Rezeption wurde mir vorgeschlagen mich mit dem Suchlauf zu beschäftigen, was ich gelassen habe. Good value for money
Very good value for money. We stayed for almost two weeks in a superior apartment with Sauna. All you need is there. Just the kitchen is a bit small for long stays. The Sauna in the bathroom is obviously amazing. Not that far to the city center but not the best area of Leipzig. Still a quiet street with plenty of parking available. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay at the apartments. We arrived earlier and had no issues to check in earlier. The communication with the guys at reception was ver friendly. The apartment and the whole building is so clean. At the kitchen we had everything needed. The bed linen and towels were very clean ans fresh.

Nice little cozy spot. Good price for a band on the road. Hot water. Good wi-fi. Parking can be slightly rough but doable with some patience.

What a gem! This hotel is in an interesting neighborhood—some say edgy but we found it to be multicultural and friendly. The location is also a little out of the way of the main sights, but the rooms are stunningly clean and comfortable. The sauna was a treat after a week on the road.

Wir haben das 2. Mal in der Unterkunft übernachtet. Das 1. Mal hatten wir Apartment Nr. 4 mit Sauna und waren sehr zufrieden, weshalb wir für das Wochenende vom 30.01.-01.02.2026 erneut gebucht haben. Diesmal bekamen wir das Superior Apartment Nummer 2 mit Sauna. Wir müssen sagen, dass wir extrem enttäuscht waren. Die Mängel in diesem Apartment sind nicht zu übersehen und eine gewisse Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden. Unter dem Sofa Essensreste (z.B. Hähnchenschenkel), Papier, ein Feuerzeug und diverse Krümel, die Böden, Wände und Türen voll mit klebrigen Resten und Spinnweben. Es kommen noch etliche Mängel der Einrichtung dazu, wie z.B. die abgewohnte Küche, das dreckige und löchrige Bettlaken auf dem Sofa, die kaputten Fliesen im Bad und das Highlight: die kaputte Bank in der Sauna, weshalb wir diese am Freitagabend nicht nutzen konnten, weil wir nicht sitzen konnten, denn sonst wäre sie abgebrochen, was das Erlebnis der Unterkunft extrem schmälert.
Am Samstagmorgen kamen dann zwei nette Mitarbeiter und reparierten die Sauna und saugten unter dem Sofa. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, im ganzen Appartement war es (fuß-)kalt. Nicht zu vergessen, der permanente Rauchgeruch, der trotz geschlossener Fenster aus dem Hinterhof hereinkam. Als wir Samstagabend die Sauna nutzten, wurde diese nicht richtig heiß und nach 1/2 h schaltete sie sich ab, obwohl wir den Timer auf 3 h gestellt hatten. 2 Mails an den Besitzer nach 4 Wochen unbeantwortet. Eine Enttäuschung! Nie wieder.

Das Aparthotel war für uns als günstige Schlafangelegenheit gedacht. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist eher weniger gepflegt und durchaus etwas abschreckend, da stellenweise recht schmutzig. Mit der Bahn in relativer Nähe kommt man jedoch schnell und bequem überall hin. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Das Bad geräumig, kleinere Mängel waren jedoch sichtbar, wie zum Beispiel eine nur schwer gangbare Badezimmertür, die am Boden stark schleifte. Auch das Fenster hätte eine dringende Reinigung verdient. Insgesamt war es aber in Ordnung und für unsere Zwecke passend.

Das Einzige was aus unserer Sicht deutlich verbesserungswürdig ist, ist der Zustand des Schlafsofas. Da kann man aus unserer Sicht nicht drauf schlafen, weil die Metallgestelle durch die Polster durchdrücken. Dies müsste entweder erneuert oder mit einem dicken Topper ausgebessert werden.

Nicht unser erster Aufenthalt im Zollikof, das spricht ja für sich. Super ist die private Sauna im Zimmer. Zimmer bzw. Wohnungen sind schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Während es von draußen absolut ruhig ist, hatten wir diesmal ein Apartment (2.Stock), wo man vom dritten jeden Schritt wie eine Explosion hörte, man dachte, die Zimmerdecke kommt runter. Für Urlaub ist das wirklich mies. Gut: Zwei Märkte, Apotheke, Post nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Achtung, im kleinen angrenzenden Park wird man gleich wegen Drogen angesprochen.

Die Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Ein bisschen sauberer und gepflegter hätte es sein können. Der Abfluss im Bad hat sehr gerochen, da hätte ein Raumduft evtl Abhilfe geschaffen. Aber für ein Wochenende war es ok. Die Parklplatzsuche war auch eher wie ein sechser im Lotto. Es war also eher schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist auch eher unsicher. Die Straßen schmutzig und ungepflegt. Ein wenig abenteuerlich für Menschen die es so eher nicht gewohnt sind. Die Innenstadt, Zoo oder ähnliches sind mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen.
Aber im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt!

Unterkunft so lala. Altbauwohnungen renoviert und jetzt als Unterkunft vermietet. Altbau schöne Deckenhöhen. Gebäude hellhörig, am Wochenende Parties in anderen umliegenden Wohnungen. Betten extrem hart, Einzelbetten nur 80 cm breit? Einrichtung sehr spartanisch, wenig Liebe zum Detail. Doppelbett für Eltern ist die Klappcouch. Hauseingang ist nicht richtig renoviert. Boden hat Fliesenlöcher. Abgenutzt. Immer noch eher abgewohnter Altbau.
Wohnviertel in dem die Unterkunft liegt ist sehr runtergekommen. Habe noch nie soviel Graffiti in einen Wohnviertel gesehen. Dafür kann der Vermieter nix, ist aber halt Teil des Gesamteindrucks.

Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und sehr schön gestaltet, alles in gutem Zustand und für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut und uns hat das Multikulti im Viertel sehr gut gefallen.
