Breakfast was very clean and organized.
Our room was mostly clean. The shower though had visible dirt.

My daughter had to attend her orientation at southwest college. The hotel was really close to college and everything was perfect
Melanie
This Tru Hilton was perfect for me. I needed a simple, clean safe spot to stay on a road trip when traveling alone. I would definitely stay here again and it has made me want to see out other Tru Hilton locations. Bonus - great coffee!
Asaad
Great rooms would definitely recommend they add microwaves to the room would stay there more often on my business trips
Tony
This was our first experience at TRU and it was very comfortable.
AMANDA
Front desk staff was quite rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by checking in and asking a question. Hotel was clean. Strange not to have a closet in the room but it still had a place to hang clothes. Breakfast was better than expected. Stayed here only 1 night with a coworker for a business trip.
Jared
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and a good complimentary breakfast. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
Mark
Hotel is located next to a highway ramp and the noise is unbearable so if you’re a lite sleeper be warned.
Tonya
Room was clean and staff was great.
LaToshia
The rooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. Hair on beds and shower was not cleaned and had hair on floors and in shower. Couldn’t get comfortable.
Abigail
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly. This location is halfway for our travel to North Carolina to see family. We will definitely make this a stopping point in the future!

Great place to stay! Would definitely book again!

This is a great stop for our drive between Florida and Michigan. We’ve stopped here a few times and we’ve always enjoyed our stay. This time we were on the fourth floor last room on the highway side, it was pretty noisy in the room from the highway noise. So next time we do stay, I would ask for a room at the other end of the hotel.
Aristotle
Clean and their mattress are comfy!
This hotel doesn’t break the bank and gives good quality stay and services

Breakfast was good, our room was clean, staff were courteous & parking was good although we didn’t have a vehicle, some of my friends who also stayed at the hotel did. Overall, great experience.

Hotel was nice and staff was nice.

Our room had an odor, and bathroom walls had water damage.
Asaad
Nice updated room staff was nice only thing missing was a microwave in the room itself

I agree with policies for a purpose. We arrived 20 minutes ahead of 3:00. Walked in, smiled, and said recognizing we’re slightly early but we’d like to check in if possible. Were told “No, no check in until 3:00”. My smile faded and I looked at my watch to make sure I had the time right. The clerk was rude. If he’d have said, sorry, we’re a little busy or behind on housekeeping, I’d have been fine with that. Property is becoming worn and weary even for a relatively new hotel as most TRU are. Someone was smoking in a room nearby and it was wafting into ours. Highway noise from Rt 40 is exceptionally loud and constant through the night. The Turkey Creek area is a good location for food, shopping if needed, and nice small parks for an after dinner stroll. Close and convenient to all parts of downtown Knoxville. There are lots of better options along the very same location. I’ll question the wisdom of booking a TRU stay again, anywhere. Shame, as we’ve typically had above average experiences at TRU locations. We don’t require fancy or extraordinary. We appreciate basic courtesies and a moderately quiet nights sleep.
Kaye
Nice property. Very clean.
Kimberlee
Clean. Pleasant staff.
James
Could not check-in as the computer system was down and after waiting half an hour we went somewhere else.
Susan
They had technical difficulties and couldn't check us in when we arrived around 6:45 pm. It was after 9:00 before we could get checked in.
Mark
The hotel lobby is comfortable and lovely, the room was spotlessly clean and incredibly welcoming and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well.

I really like the design of this hotel. It gave me a college dorm vibe but in a good way. The room was very nice. I loved the pairing like curtain and black out shade. The sound of traffic was loud though. But, I was tired so I still feel asleep
Prasad
Very nice hotel to stay at budget. Thank you

Breakfast wasn't the greatest and the workers were eating so they'd jump in front of you.

Breakfast was lacking and the room really needs a update like the tikes and wallpaper are crap

Very warm welcoming and clean looking lobby and hallways. I didn’t like the over fragrance of the hotel, makes me think they’re hiding an unpleasant smell. But overall, the room is very clean and comfortable bed and sheets.
james
We asked for a couple extra pillows and they said the hotel didn’t have extra pillows. They finally came up with two that were so thin they put them both in the same pillow case.
The noise from the intestate was so loud it sounded like the windows were up.

The hotel was nice and in a great location, but the bed was so worn out I couldn't sleep or stay in it for more than an hour without having to get up. I travel a lot, and this was by far the worst bed I have ever had at a hotel.
Kelly
Good place to stay.
liz
Wish that they would use a blanket on the bed instead of a dust ruffle for the blanket. Or at least put an extra blanket somewhere in the room where you don’t have to call for an extra blanket. Nice touch putting your name on the tv welcoming you to your room
Deborah
All staff was courteous and kind. Breakfast was good. Room was spotless and smelled clean.
Heather
Great hotel, easy to find. Wonderful ambiance and excellent staff. Breakfast was outstanding and a great way to start the day of travel. Parking is great and nice and close to the entrance.
Deborah
Ants in the bathroom
James
VERY COURTEOUS
Jill
Yes, the room was spotless. Staff friendly
Steven
Very close to the highway, awful sound isolation so it was loud in the room. When I got to my car, I saw that the passenger window was cracked.

Beautiful facility, amazing staff!
Jacqueline
Unsatisfactory. The room was not clean.
Something nasty looking by the desk.
Shower not clean.
Trash can had trash already in it.
The desk chair had animal hair on it.
At this point, I was scared to sleep on the sheets.
This location/room is not the expectation for Hilton.

Clean room and good breakfast.
Misty
Room was perfect but the shower 🚿 no water pressure and barely any hot water
Cheryl
The water pressure in the shower was really poor. My husband didn’t even realize I had it running that’s how low it was. Otherwise it was a decent stay. Breakfast was decent and not just all processed stuff. Bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
Jimmie

Easy check in
Debbie
Had to move rooms due to loud barking dog that staff wouldn’t address along with dog urine and feces from the people taking their dog up and down the hallways. Moved to a room that hadn’t been renovated and the door was broken on
Terrance
The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast items were always maintained fresh. The room was basic and clean. Plenty of parking.
gina
Clean room, great staff
stacy
Absolutely filthy dirty room. Checked for bed bugs and found weird stained mattress. Liquid stains on the walls. Bugs. Loud noise being outside elevator and highway. Would not recommend, nor will I ever Stay at a Tru again. Very basic. So overpriced. We had it booked 2 nights, only stayed one and flew home early. So gross.
Stacy
They were not able to check us in due to “the system being down”. The desk clerk had no idea when they would be able to check us in and said that they could not do anything and showed us her blank screen. It was after midnight and we had called twice knowing we would be a later check in. We left the hotel after being told they could not help us. I was then charged for a canceled room. We did not cancel, they would not give us a room that we had reserved and left.
DON
Both mattresses were worn out. Breakfast lacked choices
Gary
Firstly you put it in an ADA room the place was very uninviting The floor was a hard floor I guess that's for the wheelchairs The place basically sucked I'll never go back
Edward
Good
Carl
Upon arrival found bed had been made but sheets had not been changed. There was blood and hair on all bedding except the pillow cases. Shower contained mold. Unable to get replacement comforter for 2 days due to staff not knowing where they were. Dirty qtip in elevator for 2 days. Breakfast and coffee was good though!
Tabitha
The room was so loud due to traffic. We barely slept all night.
tom
I loved the simplicity, but top notch quality of our tru hotel. The front desk gals were so incredibly flexible and understanding. All our needs we're met through them. Carla was incredible!!
Stephen
The bed sheets were a bit weird: They were woven into a cover blanket in such a way that they left us too hot to sleep or too cold to get back to sleep.
TINA
The hotel was nice, clean etc. The location right next to busy interstate makes it very loud at night. You can hear every semi-truck.
Christine
The floors were too dirty to walk on without shoes. When my husband showed the staff member at the front desk a towel where he scooted around after a shower to keep his feet clean she looked disgusted, but didn’t apologize or offer to see management. Not what I expect from anything with the Hilton name.
Rich
Nice place
Robert
Just checked in and everything is great so far. Wish the room had a microwave. Otherwise the amenities are good.
Donna
Great place to stay at an affordable price
Adam
Good breakfast
Amanda
Worse than you think. Not worth the high $$$
Mold in the shower, some kind of gross smear spray on the mirror right when you walk in. AC parts falling off, no tissues in the box, TP holder fell off the wall when we tore off the paper. For a “king room” there was hardly any room to walk in, could not fur the roller cart in the door and walk around to unload it. Light switches don’t match up, no microwave??? No closet??? For almost $350 it was the biggest rip off of a Hilton branded hotel we’ve ever been to.
Melinda
Bottom of shower door was covered in mold/mildew. Green and gross. Let them know it was there and our child is allergic to mold and they said they'd have someone clean it \"tomorrow\".... our checkout day. Knowing she had an allergy.
STERLING
Great hotel very quiet clean safe plenty of fast food options everything is close very nice staf.
William
No coffe or tea in room. Though parking was adequate, ingress to facilities is dangerous. Also, since my credit card was charged an extra $25 for ‘incidentals’ on addition to my basic lodging., and I was not provided with a revised, corrected invoice when I checked out and turned in my room key!
ted
Sheets were well worn. No fresh smell to the room at all. If you can’t find it keep looking it’s there
Kristine
Almost a good night’s sleep
The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, which is very much appreciated. Only complaint was the bed & pillows weren’t very comfortable. My husband I felt each other tossing and turning and my husband said his hip was achy as a result of the mattress. On the plus side we were SO happy to find out this location has an EV charger.
Cassie
Room was very small and tight. The wall mirror was damaged.
Hannah
The front desk staff was not really helpful. I booked the room for three people but ended up only having 2. I asked if there was a price difference and the man acted like I asked a dumb question, then when I went on the app it said it would be $24 less for only 2 people.
Melissa
Room was clean and as expected from previous stays at other Tru hotels.
The hallway smelled a little musty.
