Will stay at aloft with my family for all of our travels
Latoya
I truly was disappointed with Aloft this time. The uncleaness had me almost in tears from the smell of the room, to the insects on the floor, dog hair, unclean carpet in the lobby, and selling in the women's restroom in the lobby. I paid for three different rooms for one night. My guest were 😡 upset. Hopefully Aloft Marriott will get it together at this location.

We stood on July 4 2026 king room went to check the room there was food crumbs all over the table and floor told the front desk they gave us a different king room had a little ant invasion the room are very dusty and when we went to take a shower all the dispensers where empty soap shampoo conditioner all empty while i was already in the shower so it was not a great experience
Kevin
Love the rooms. Bar was a little pricey for the area. Cocktails specifically.
jamie
Clean and well maintained. Comfortable room. Pool was small but courtyard and bar area were nice.
Zachary
Clean room, great staff, easy check in.
Elizabeth
The location was easy and convenient to find. The hotel itself was clean, trendy, smelled great and super cute.
Staff were very nice and pleasant to speak with.
I will definitely stay here again.

It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts….
Bar is great…and pool is ok.
I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee
3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times
No phone in rooms…have to go down.
Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm.
Lots of food locations in the area

Aloft Knoxville has set a new standard!!!

I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens.
jay
I'm handicapped and your staff was very helpful.
Gregg
We stayed for the Luke combs concert. We had so many issues getting a ride share to get back to the hotel. We were stranded downtown for 2 hrs. I called and talked to the man who was working night shift at the hotel he was very understanding and gave me a number for a ride share driver. I called and was finally able to get a ride to the hotel. He was a lifesaver!
Brandy
Really nice place! Very clean and comfortable!
Kristina
Nice property. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the bar. Disappointed there is no breakfast.
Gary
Nice…clean…great decor, bed comfortable. Staff great. Bartender was awesome!
Julie
Clean, modern, and comfy.
Lacey
We have stayed here before and love to come back due to how the rooms are set up. They feel less like a hotel and more like a studio apartment with a table, fridge and a semi-open concept. The beds are always comfortable, the curtains always work, and the place is overall a great vibe (including the friendly staff). We will definitely be coming back again.
Michael
Didn’t use bar or have breakfast at the sight but room was clean with everything working! Staff was A 1! Perfect!
Nuruddin
Clean stylish room, easy check in, great service.
Ricardo
Good
Doris
My room was clean, I did find a piece of hair on my sheets. When I greeted by the staff when I checked in she was wonderful. They showed concerned that I did not have air condition in my room. Although I could not change rooms and the air was never completed fixed the entire time I was there. Being in a room by the highway was awful as well. All night and day you could here the traffic on the highway it was awful.Once I was able to log into Marriott the internet was great. There were tons of shops near by.
Everett
Called ahead when making reservation to make sure wired ethernet was available, only to be told on check in that it was not. Wi fi speed was less than 1mb/s. Hotel itself was an attempt at style over substance, but even the style was mediocre.
Kim
Easy parking….
Jolanda
There was something all over
Robyn
Clean, friendly & consistency. Excellent bedding. Just need to make sure they refill the shower body wash ❤️
Michael
The staff were amazing! The rooms were very nice and clean. Modern and updated. Bathroom was clean. I felt refreshed waking up after being on the road all day. They had laundry on the fifth floor to wash some clothes. Checked out in the morning and again the staff was very nice and accommodating. Would certainly stay here again.
Brandon
I reserved a room 1 month in advance for 1 King size bed. They put me in a room with 2 smaller beds and the AC unit was only pumping out hot air. Around 3a.m. they put us in an ADA room with a king size bed and still had to check out by noon. Not a great experience for me and my wife on Valentine's Day.
Lucas
Just felt like the room was dirty and the toilet broke on me. Wont stay there again
Frances
The rooms were clean and the staff were really friendly. Didn’t disappoint.
Lane
Between both rooms, they both could have been cleaned better, found a couple small stains on bedding, some things need to be fixed or updated. King room looked even worse.
Sharon
The stay at aloft was great
Miguel
The room was nice and clean and easy check in. The room was a little smaller than I would have liked.
Lori
Very nice hotel. Room was awesome.
eric
Easy check-in, friendly and professional front desk staff. Paking availability good. Close to a variety of restaurants. Room was clean and amenties still look in new condition.
Unique
Room was very clean, staff was welcoming and courteous, bar and lobby were nice, reasonably priced rates , I would recommend !
Kate
My family and I just did a quick one night stay on our way home to Canada. The hotel was modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable! Would highly recommend!
amanda
Everything was clean and seemed new except the toilet paper roll was used and not a fresh roll.
Thomas
The courtesy of staff was excellent. We were there four days and only had one partial house keeping visit. I say partial because the trash was not taken out.
Myra
The guy that checked us in told us there were no available king rooms, even though I booked one. Supervisor was able to find one immediately thankfully. The sweet girl that made us a pizza was a life saver! Super clean spot to stay, will stay again
LaNeil
Great stay and great sleep. Convenient location right off the highway.

They may want to give more detail to the shower stall floors, also lots of torn flooring throughout room. The front desk staff were phenomenal, that's my highlight.
Mitchell
Great stay!
Julia
I would like to start by saying the front desk associate was VERY nice. I checked in very late and their computers were down. Apparently they had to turn ppl away, but they allowed me to be ‘hand-written checked in’. I kinda begged her to stay, since it passed 12 am and I had driven all the way from Tx, and had another 10 hr drive to go. The front desk associate had to walk me to my room to make sure it wasn’t already occupied. My room was on the first floor, off the lobby. Note: the lobby music can be heard from the room and it’s quite loud, even at 1 am. Upon settling in I noticed the room wasn’t very clean - a veryyy shotty job cleaning at best. There was also a dead roach on the floor. I didn’t complain only bc it was late, like I mentioned, and to be honest I didn’t feel like dealing with the whole computer crashing situation.. the bed was clean at least. Next AM, I noticed that the water provided in the room was filled to the top, but the seal was broken.. like they just refilled it. Anyhow, the manger has a letter to their guests welcoming them and stating to relay any concerns..blah blah. I should have taken his info down to relay this unsatisfactory stay, butttt I didn’t. However, I feel it’s necessary to let other hotels.com guests know so they can make their own decisions to stay or stay elsewhere…!
Michelle
Only hot items were biscuits and gravy and sausage.
Robyn
Floor was coming up in 107 - other than that - it was amazing!

staff were nice and professional, the room was in good conditions…. But I did saw a cockroach wondering around the room and that was no iron in the room.

I came in late the front desk was very welcoming let us know they prepare food onsite if we were hungry and what time the bar was open onsite. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to the Knoxville area.

Loved this hotel. We didn’t eat breakfast but everything else that I can comment on was great!
Kevin
I stayed at an Aloft in TX and thought the decor/layout of the rooms were cool. The Knoxville one was also cool.
Kevin

great place to stay!
Molly
felt dead and like a roadside motel
Robby
Not great but okay.
The pictures make this place look a lot nicer than it is. It’s not terrible by any means but this should be a $60-$70 room. Not $100.
Hallways make you feel like you’re in a motel 6. Rooms are actually pretty nice except for the fact that our A/C rattled all night and the shower drain backed up quickly.

This is one of my favorite spots in Knoxville! The staff is always friendly! The rooms and amenities here are fantastic, and they even had entertainment (live music) in the lobby!
Poorva
We loved how colorful the property was, it was well-maintained and clean. Great music and atmosphere in the lobby. Loved the poolside as well. Just wish the bar was open until a little later. Great facilities. Have stayed here twice because of the beautiful vibe and the staff are great! Always helpful and cheerful. Would recommend it for everyone!
Eddie
Great place to stay
John
First time there but will definitely consider going back

The hotel has stains on the floors everywhere. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The floor in the lobby was covered in firecracker poppers. Someone stepped on one and scared everyone the staff didn’t even lookup NOR did they move to clean it up. The mattresses were nice and comfortable. It’s also in a nice area.

We have stayed at many hotels and inns around East and middle Tennessee this is by far one of the nicest that we’ve gotten to stay in.
Elihut
The bed was too soft.

My first time staying at this hotel for my university residency at TWU. It was clean and safe and worth the price. On day two I lost my key but the hotel staff replaced it at no cost. They were very friendly. Nice indoor bar and amenities. Go for it. Great for single and family stay!
Jay
It was very clean. Employees were helpful and nice
Susan
It was a bit dirty as far as the rugs were concerned. They also decided to “test” the fire alarm at 8:30 am!
LeeAnna
fun things to do in the lobby. I liked the studio apartment feel of the room we stayed in, and pool facing side is nice

Cute rooms, quiet (if you are on the opposite side of the freeway, which I was) and accommodating. It is a good location for me. My sink was clogged and the blinds were not working well. I asked for more coffee in the room and left her a tip. She gave me towels, no coffee and she did not take the tip?? I was there for an event, so it was fine for what I needed.
Sharon
Our room was suppose to be ready at 3. At 2:50 we went to check in and we were told that they didn’t have any rooms ready and didn’t know when it would be ready. We were suppose to receive a text when the room was ready. We received the text after we had already checked in. I think it was around 7:45. We were able to check in about 4:45. This needs to be fixed. It’s not very good business to make customers wait. Other than that the stay was great.
Diane
Looked shabby in the room. Very uncomfortable bed, and the staff was never at the desk or visible when entering or leaving the property. The airfreshiner in lobby was overpowering. I will not choose Aloft in the future.
Ben
Clean and comfortable
The modern style and features were really nice. The beds were comfortable and I love how many pillows we had! The black out screen was refreshing. So many hotels have the curtains and they always have the little gap with the light coming in so the screen was so nice. The room was dark which added to the nice sleep we had. There is also a Starbucks right there on the way in. Perfect for a quick breakfast and latte on the way out in the morning.
Lacey
Great location, very clean. Showers could use work
Great location, comfortable bed and spacious room. There are lots of great places to eat around, including a starbucks within walking distance. It was located right off the highway, so that was appreciated after a long day of travel. The shower was great, but it got so much water on the rest of the floor, despite being careful. There's a drain on the bathroom floor that would work if it was slightly angled toward it, but its not so it just sits.

Andrea Lee
I would suggest offering “real” creamer with the morning coffee station.
