Overall good, inexpensive - plenty of small issues that point at probably much larger issues.

Room 202. Cracked window, broken shower curtain rod, loose pipes in wall - couldn’t point the shower head anywhere but against the wall or at the sink, toilet running constantly and couldn’t turn off the water to the toilet. Not good for the water shutoff to not work. Someone’s hair was under the desk, not mine - much longer and blonde with some dirt. Floor in the room and lobby looks absolutely destroyed. They either used residential flooring and dragged stuff across it or haven’t replace the commercial stuff in years. Milk at the free breakfast non existent because it went bad - there is a Walmart 100 yards away, and the staff didn’t or aren’t empowered to go get some.

Buddies stayed on the third floor, similar issues - the toilet needed a plunger even with nothing in it.

Air conditioning and bed was great. Shower was hot and strong.

If your goal is cheap, this is the place for you.

I've stayed at this hotel many times for work over the years. It's a very nice property, but you can tell it's a little tired. There has been some renovations, but some of them were not done very well. That being said, I always have a clean room, a working bathroom, and a good stay.

The building on the outside is more appealing than the inside.
Bathrooms have to be updated, the hotel room floors have to be cleaned, don’t put two twin beds together to make a king size bed (not comfy), and the elevator has to be cleaned from time to time. If it wasn’t for the price - I would not recommend.

The rooms are clean, bed comfortable, and it’s quiet - slept very well. The room we had 424- needed a bit of freshening and the bathroom door stuck on the floor so it would not open or shut all the way. The tub ran slowly - probably needs a little attention. One gripe I do have is there are NO towel bars at all in the bathroom. Why? There is plenty of unused wall space - good thing I brought my own!

The room was clean though the common areas were a bit shabby. There was a group with a lot of high schoolers there and they were very loud, both in the lobby and the halls. The room smelled a bit musty, but after a while I didn’t notice it as much (not sure if that was because I cranked the air conditioning or that I got used to it). The bed had a definite dent in the mattress and I had to shift my position to get comfortable. Not a great stay, but adequate for my purposes

The property isn’t in good condition. Some areas of the floor have tape holding the floor down. The room we stayed in was not in good condition. Missing outlet/cable covers. Loose toilet and furniture in disrepair. Very small room. Bathroom door doesn’t close without effort. Pillows were squares not comfortable. Honestly had there been any other rooms in town we probably would have left. The town is nice and clean but this hotel doesn’t match. We come to town frequently and usually stay somewhere else but they were fully booked.

Nice accommodations at a fair rate

We visited the Oakridge area on a misson to see what was known as the automic city during WW2. This hotel was located close to everything we wanted to visit. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast had a good selection and Ms. Bev was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our food. We played in the pool and used the exercise room during our stay. The room AC unit was a little squeaky as it cycled off initally, but seemed to quieten down after a few cycles. In all fairness I didnt mention it as a problem. It worked itself out. Otherwise, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were conveniently located to shopping and all the historical sights. I hope to come back to the area and would definitely stay again.

Good hotel that could use some updates.

Room was clean and comfortable but definitely dated.

The tub leaked water. Every couple minutes, you could hear water drip. Bathroom was also pretty small for a 'suite'.

Things were tapped up in the room.

An elderly Indian guy roams the top floor hallway every morning, which was kind of weird.

Elevator was super slow. Being on the 5th floor, it took at least a couple minutes to reach the 5th floor.

Breakfast always smelled good, but never made it down in time to try it.

Ice machine on the top floor runs, but I never got any ice to come out.

3rd floor ice machine didn't work.

1st floor ice machine was fine.

Neighborhood was fine. Never had any indications of anything bad. Plenty of parking.

Overall, not a bad place, but just a smidge rough around the edges. For the money, pretty easy to recommend.
