Our previous booking at another hotel in another city was not so good! This Econo Lodge was exceptionally excellent. They care and maintain their facilities! Front desk inn keeper especially helpful when we were checking in. We’ll definitely come back if we have the opportunity! EXCELLENT!!!
John
The staff I met were professional and very helpful n pointing me to the type of food I was seeking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure.
Yvonne
Property and room were very clean, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was sufficient with waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy and more. We are a repeat customer and will return.

The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful.

The rooms and building were either recently renovated or just well maintained. The breakfast was typical for most hotels (Hampton, Holiday Inn Express)

It was pretty decent! Room was small but we were really only there to sleep and shower so it was good enough for the job. Bed was for the most part pretty comfortable.
Sarah
Tiny breakfast room with folks waiting around for a chair and food to be brought out. The floors in the room were sticky, but the beds were comfy and I felt pretty safe. You get what you pay for.
Juliana
Room was clean. Breakfast is minimal but good. Staff was very friendly and super helpful.
Rennie

Everything was good
Diane
Staff was very friendly and room was clean but it did smell musty and my fridge was barely cold. Both are not deal breakers but I was expecting better quality with the “exceptional” rating it was given.
Breakfast was terrible and very disappointing though. I was there at 6:30 each morning and the amount of food out was very low and not enough to make a plate on day one. When I tried again the next day, I got the feeling that food wasn’t restocked because the items looked exactly the same as the day before (for example: only 2 eggs were available and they were in the same spot as the day before). Decided to try a bagel day 2 and you could tell it had been out for a while. It was hard and stale.
I don’t expect grand things from a 2 star hotel, but I did go out of my travel area to stay at a better rated hotel hoping for more.

Property is older but is being taken care of. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
David
Room showed a few signs of wear, but otherwise good value for a quick overnight stay, and seemed clean. Breakfast options were limited but marginally adequate. Nice staff!
Keith
Well, when I read that it was rated higher & cheaper than the Holiday Inn, I thought we'd try it out. Really bad breakfast bar, the room smelled, we were quoted one price but charged more, so go to the Holiday or Comfort Inns.
Jonathon
The staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. I would stay again.

Jimmy
Room was very clean
Jared
The rooms are super run dow and poorly maintained- I literally at times couldn’t even get the bathroom door open unless I kept yanking it as it would just get stuck. The overall pretty just smelt like cigarette smoke all the time and my room just had a very old grime feeling to it. The breakfast was blah- expect power orange juice and run of the mill off the shelf muffins. There was only like 8 seats to sit for breakfast which made it hard to even really eat. Overall poor value and wish I would have tried somewhere else. Don’t recommend.
Tabitha

Clean, nice, good
Jane
The hotel was very ideally located with several shops and restaurants near by. The free breakfast included in the price was more than adequate with several offerings. We had a room with two queen beds with the room being comfortably large.
Jennifer
No frills, reasonably priced for the area, clean and comfortable room. Limited choices for breakfast.
Leigh
Great option for a family stopping for the night while driving through town. Easy check-in, clean room, comfortable beds, great price, friendly staff. The breakfast wasn't as expansive as some other places but there were waffles, yogurt, bagels, pastries, cereal, sausage gravy, bananas, o.j., coffee, and hot chocolate. I've paid much more for accommodations that weren't as nice. Would stay again.
Thomas
You can tell the owner of this hotel cares about the property and guests. Clean, safe, remodeled, with a friendly staff, especially Wayne.
Melissa
We had a very nice stay! The hotel was clean and nice. The front desk staff were wonderful. Both the evening and morning staff were so kind, offered assistance, dining suggestions, and info about the area. Wonderful experience! Thank you so much!
Jana
Very clean, comfortable budget-friendly hotel. We needed a quick one-night stop during travel, and the hotel was perfect for that. Wade and other staff at front desk were kind and thorough. Great breakfast options.
Julie
Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was cold.
Parking needs wider spaces and wider driveways.
No elevator for people who have problems climbing stairs, especially with luggage.

Owner cares and it’s evident. Room was spotless and comfortable. One of the best “modern refurbishments” I’ve seen. Breakfast was good and never felt unsafe in the area.

This was our second stay in 2 years. It's the perfect in-between legs stop on our snowbird trips between MI and FL. The staff is always super nice, and OMG the bedding is sooo comfy! Love this place!
Jon
Clean room. Excellent staff
Karen
Old hotel right on the highway, but it was quiet to sleep. Everything was clean, people were friendly. Very affordable and they accepted the dog. Limited breakfast, but it did the job.
Gerald

Ryan
Solid place, great staff, the hotel punches well above its weight
Sheryl
It is in a very noisy location and lots of people outside talking late at night. The beds were lumpy and the hair dryer didn’t work.
Priscilla
The hotel is well maintained and kept. The room was extremely clean with all the amenities needed. Thank you for making my travels back and forth to north Carolina better. I appreciate the great customer service.

The room was in great condition and had the fluffiest pillows! Just a great night's sleep for an affordable price.
Susan
All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room, reception, and breakfast areas, even the parking lot, were exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh, with ample choices and amounts of food. I have never stayed at an EconoLodge of such high caliber! I highly recommend this place and would choose to stay here again!

Ashley
Clean rooms and honest staff. We forgot a wallet and they kept it safe for us until we could return.
Kristen
Booked this based on all the glowing reviews and was sadly disappointed. This was on par with any motel 6 or red roof but $40 more. The room was dated and needs a good clean. There were holes in the blankets, rust on all the fixtures and cobwebs all the over. Fine for one night passing through but not worth the money. Breakfast in the morning was dismal too so we skipped.
Frank
First, the desk clerks, both arriving and during checkout, were very friendly and thorough.
The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was inviting and exactly what we needed before finishing our trip to Maryland.

Room was small, clean. More choices for breakfast. Breakfast meat choices would have been nice. Price was better than other local hotels because of a UT football game. I checked ratings before I made reservations. Friendly staff. I’m

Wade, who handled the check-in was very good all else was not more than acceptable. I feel the rating they had was overstated on Hotels.com. I will be more selective in the future.
Kristin
Clean room and hotel. Very nice staff.
Donald
Yes, worked well. Everything you need and nothing you don't
Leasha
There was not much of a breakfast at all. And what there was, only had 2-3 sitting out. (yogurts and biscuits) There was a gap at the door and a stink bug got into the room. The staff was friendly but the cost was way too high. It had went up in price from a few days prior just because a football game was in Knoxville. We stayed at another Econo Lodge recently and it had an actual breakfast, B&G, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurts and more juices than just orange juice.
James
No problem would stay here again
