Everything was great!

The location was excellent for families: we were in Toyosu for Kidzania and it’s just two stations away. Then the next day we headed to Disneyland and it’s just another two stations away. There aren’t many shops around but good enough for the night (the curry udon place near the station was great). It’s just a safe 2-minute walk from the station (perfect with the lift) and a few convenience stores around.

The room is more spacious than most Tokyo hotel rooms (even those double the price), with Dyson fans and hair dryer, Refa shower head and so. There were even snacks and drinks in the fridge for relaxation. How sweet!

The service was also great. My son vomited on the bracket and made a mess but the staff promptly reacted.

We have stayed in over 10 different hotels in Tokyo and this one totally surpasses our expectation. Great value and nothing to complain at all. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVED this place.. had everything a traveler on the go needs!!! The only thing I dont recommend is using the dual washer/dryer machines.. if you are used to maytag/speed queens.. use only if desperate- but they also have fabric refresher in the room!!!

This has been a great place to stay. The rooms are large and the decor and amenities are thoughtfully minimalist and modern. They even have Dyson hairdryers! The window seats are a nice place to hang out and use the massage pillow on sore feet. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable and very enjoyable from the very first step into the hotel to my last step out! Great location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms! The train station was a few min walk away, there was a convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I will definitely stay again. Arigato gozaimasu!

도쿄 여행중 디즈니 방문하는 날에 이틀 묵었습니다. 좁은 길이 복잡한 일본이라 찾기 쉽고 전철역에서 가까운곳으로 찾았습니다. 위치는 전철역에서 2분거리입니다. 2층 플랫폼에서 봐고 찾을수있을만큼 가까이 있어 첫 여행길이라도 아무리 길을 못찾는 길치라도 금방 찾을수있습니다.

어린이 손님 서비스팩이 알차고 좋습니다. 현관 로비에 다른 아멘티티와 함께 노란 주머니안에 아이 전용 슬리퍼 칫솔 비누등등이 있어서 딸아이가 유용하게 사용했습니다. 프론트에서 어린이 잠옷도 빌릴수있습니다. 흰색의 깔끔한 단추달린 원피스 스타일입니다.

전철 나오는 길에 패밀리마트가 있어서 편리합니다. 건물 1층에도 편의점이 있어요. 전자렌지 세탁기 얼음 기계는 9층에 있고 커피기계는 2층 로비에 있어요.

디즈니까지는 교통비가 성인 170엔. 어린이 80엔 입니다.

전철역 옆에 있는만 아주 조용합니다.

The staff at the reception is not useful. We paid for breakfast included through Expedia for the 3 of us included our 6 year old kid and they argued that the breakfast was paid for adults only and we should pay again for our kid. After a good 10 minutes argument about the Expedia booking, the receptionist finally agreed to provide us the coupons which we paid for for the kid breakfast. Anything we asked for during our stay - the staff at the reception showed no interest to help. The hotel rooms are very small, there is visible dust on the furniture. The hotel carpets are very old and dusty, we felt stuffed the entire time we were there. The hotel is old, dated, the rooms are very small given the price. For the price, a hotel closer to downtown Tokyo might be better. We do not recommend this hotel.

Right next to Shin-Kiba station that services three different train lines. Perfect for going to Tokyo Disney Resort. Trains also go to Shibuya area and Tokyo Station. Convenience stores very close by, including one on the first floor. Rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly.

Situated outside Shin-Kiba metro station which is an interchange of 3 metro lines.
It is outskirts of the busy city area, which is quiet and peaceful.
One of the hotels that i felt most worth it. The hotel location is convenient to places like Disney/Odaiba/Toyosu/Lalaport.

Hotel service and amenities are great, with a convenient store below.
We had a great stay for a family of 5 (3 adults 2 children) with 2 rooms and daily breakfast .
Pay per use washing machines are available which is good for us.
Recommended. Thumbs up!

The hotel itself was amazing. I stayed here for two nights when I first arrived in Tokyo, and went to Disney Sea. I did end up taking the taxi from the airport which is rather expensive to avoid a long train ride. The location is super convenient once you are there since it is right next to the train station, but there isn't really much in the hotels area, so you have to take the train to get to places you want or restaurants. The rooms were also extremely quiet and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel with one critical flaw

Have to pay extra $1200 yen tax upon check-in due to recent tax law changes. This was not disclosed during booking. Although this isn't a lot of money but it is still surprising that hotel did not simply cover this fee for people who booked before the tax law took affect. I was too tired to argue about this because we were traveling all day already and simply want to rest. They do take Suica/IC card for payment which is good.

Hotel location is good since it is just short walk to the Shinkiba train station with many local train lines ending or passing thru. Not too many restaurants or shops in the vicinity but there is a FamilyMart and a Fastfood place that are both open 24 hours which is life-saver because the new year time and every other shop is closed.

The downside to this hotel is the laundry room. They only have two combo washing and dryer machines. Two machines for the entire hotel to use is just inadequate, since a complete washing and drying cycle is 200+ minutes! We have to wait like after midnight to even have a chance to use the machines. I mean every other hotels/Inn we went to for our trip have at least 8 machines with separate washing and dryer units. What was the logic behind this on having only 2 Combo machines for a hotel with that many rooms? What's worse is that the dryer function doesn't even work very well and we end up have to air dry our clothes in the room vent.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant when called upon, and were respectful of privacy when they were not. The property was very clean, rooms accommodating and comfortable with AC, smart TV, and full feature Toto bidet. Location was perfect with easy access to the Yurakucho and Keiyou lines, while still being removed enough from high traffic areas to be nice and quiet in the evenings - if you are comfortable with Tokyo metro, this is a very short trip away from Ginza, Akihabara, Ikebukuro, Shibuya and other popular areas of the city. Having a Yamazaki on the first floor was convenient for those late nights where you just wanted something small to eat before going to bed, or something quick on the way out, although there is also a Family Mart a short walk away at the station. Room access is key card driven, but if you can set up a JR account, they do offer smart phone key integration (you will still need a key card to \"turn on\" your room, however). My only, and incredibly minor, \"improvement\" point for the staff would be keeping a consistent sizing of provided nightwear - on some days, I received items that were too small (possibly an opportunity to ask sizing with reservation or check-in?)....but as noted, this is incredibly minor and did not deter from the stay at all. I look forward to booking a reservation with this location again - この旅行のおもてなし、本当に有難う御座いました！

It’s out there, but near a subway station and actually turned out to be pretty convenient. If you’re looking for something central to Tokyo this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for something that can be a little further out, yet still convenient- this is your place.

We stayed here because it was close to a train and only two stations from Disneyland. However it was fantastic in it's own right.

Staff were very friendly with good English. Room was clean, modern and relatively roomy for Japan. Train station less than a 5 minute walk away with JR line two stops from Disneyland in one direction, 5 stops from Tokyo Station in the other. Subway station for East Tokyo access and the Rinkai Line for quick access to the Haneda Airport Monorail.

Only downside is the area is a bit of an industrial/office zone. A couple of small eating spots, but no options for me as a vegetarian. But 3 different convenience stores within 500m meant I didn't go hungry.

Highly recommended if you want a cheap room that is very nice for the price.

Fantastic practical hotel with great amenities nearby. Things we loved were convenience of being so close to Shin-Kiba station, abundance of food eateries nearby, self service washing and drying on the 9th floor of the hotel. Staff were really nice. There for personal but room is clean, comfortable. Just wish they had options on tv for foreigners with subtitles. Japanese subtitles on American programs on a Japanese tv does nobody any good. Water pressure was top notch but The drain back ups a tad-always wondered why this happens at hotels if drain isn't clogged with hair. Maybe a bit more focus on clearing those pipes might be helpful. Otherwise, everything hing was great. Breakfast can be paid for at reception, JPY 1100 per person. Note: it's not a full on restaurant, just a quick bite type joint. Convenience store immediately downstairs too. Hotel is Right outside the train station too so convenient.

客室も凄く清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
ベットもフカフカでディズニーで疲れていたので快適に睡眠できました。
またディズニー行った際は利用したいと思います。

フロントの対応がとても迅速で、こちらの質問にもいつもスピーディーかつ的確に答えてくださいました（電話応対も素晴らしかったです）。フロントのアメニティや客室の備品も充実しており、館内はどこも清潔。細やかな心配りが随所に感じられる、とても快適なホテルでした。朝食も美味しかったです。

これまで全国で同系列のホテルに何度も宿泊してきましたが、ここが一番だと思います。またぜひ利用したいです。
