The hotel was a lifesaver when our previously confirmed Airbnb turned out no not be what was promised. We scheduled at around 5pm for the same day and checked in around 7. This has been my favorite stay in Tokyo. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel services are excellent for the low price points. In addition to an excellent staff, the location is ideal. This hotel is conveniently surrounded by the best restaurants, parks, and shopping mall; also including a 7/11, Lawson, and Family mart!

The service was great, check in and out was very easy and the amenities the hotel offered were awesome. Free coffee, cocoa and instant ramen in the evenings. The only issue was that we visited in the winter and the hotel had central heating which meant the hotel room was constantly heated. The hotel room got uncomfortably hot because we were unable to turn the heat off in our room. We had to open the window to increase the airflow and try to cool down the room. Other than the hot temperature, the room was very clean and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were the absolute loveliest and helped us with anything we needed. The room was very cute and had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy! We went on the Disney shuttle bus as well. Front desk representatives very friendly and helpful. Rim was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. Had 2 beds and a space in between them. Shower water pressure was great. Washing machine has laundry detergent inside. Priced reasonably for washer/dryer. A block away from train station, 7-11 and many restaurants.

Hotel was in a very convenient location right across from rail station with many shops and restaurants. Just know that the room is very small with little room for your luggage. I travel alone with my 9yo and it is tight for us to move around. The room also seems outdated. Bathroom and bathtub is also very small. I don’t like that the charging outlets is right above the bed’s headrest so when you sleep at night, there are wires and plugs right above your head which can be dangerous. Overall, it was a good stay if you are on a budget.

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Japan and we loved our stay at Monday! The price was amazing for the 3 nights that we stayed there, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! It’s close to the station and there are convenience stores all around us, even a pharmacy! We specifically chose this hotel because of how close it was to Disneyland and Disney Sea. The shuttle was easy to reserve after we asked the staff how to. I will definitely be choosing this location again for our next trip to Tokyo!

I recently stayed at this hotel, mainly because they offered a free shuttle to Disney, which was a big plus. However, my experience wasn’t great overall. The room was very small and lacked basic amenities like a desk—just a tiny table. To make matters worse, the heater was literally duct-taped to the wall.

The shuttle situation was also disappointing. I didn't realize you had to register in advance to reserve a spot, and I only found out about this at check-in. Unfortunately, by then, all the spots had already been taken, which was very frustrating.

Overall, while the convenience of the shuttle was a selling point, the room quality and lack of communication about the shuttle registration left a lot to be desired.

Loved that this location had a shuttle to Disney and midnight snacks between 10pm-2am. Since we only stayed 2 nights and both days I spent at Disney I didn't get to do more than get back to the hotel to sleep. The midnight snack really came in handy the 2nd night since I didn't end up eating dinner while at the parks so came home hungry and freezing and the ramen and curry really hit the spot. The staff was also very friendly and considerate. The second day as I was headed out to take the shuttle bus the staff handed me a hand warmer, I didn't think much of it until that evening when the temperature suddenly dropped and I was freezing while watching the nighttime show at Disney Sea.

Very good location to go to Tokyo Disney. Free shuttle van to Disney and back to hotel. We took a taxi back to hotel because we stay late at Disney. It only took 20 minutes back to hotel for $20. Plenty of restaurants everywhere within walking distance.

Easy access from the train station. Friendly and welcoming staff. Complimentary robes and toiletries are available. Snack time is open at 10 pm for a few hours. They offer borrowing a stuffed animal and books for night time. The room was nice. I was exhausted from my plane ride from California and found the bed a little hard but got used it as the days went by and slept well. Shuttle to Disney is a plus, just make sure to make a reservation. Convenient stores and restaurants are very close.

First I will begin with the location on the property. It’s is surrounded by shops and lots of food options. The room is extremely small, but clean. They offer a shuttle to Disneyland. We had to do an early pre-check in because we arrived too early. They tagged our luggage and stored it while we went to Disneyland. They provided free shuttle pick up from Disneyland with an appt. made during our pre-check in. Our triple room was small, but if you don't have to open luggage to sort, it was fine. Amenities provided were fine, additional items were accessible in the lobby. Breakfast for nominal cost was great with a variety of items to choose from. Hotel staff was also very accommodating and efficient. Location was perfect - less than 5 minute walk from Nisei-Kasai train stop! Adjacent to shopping mall with restaurants and some shopping. Enjoyed our one night stay there!

Yes rooms are tight, the smallest we experienced actually.
However We loved this hotel.
Could not fault anything during our 4 night stay.

Staff above and beyond helpful from moment of arrival and more so when our passport was stolen ( pick pocket).

Location was great 5 minutes to metro and bus with no noticable traffic noise at all.

Free shuttle to and from disney parks

Baggage hold was welcomed to allow us a few extra hours of sites without needing to take bags

Bikes available, breakfast option onsite however we didnt try this during our stay.

Beautiful foyer offering free refreshments and room amenities including books,toiletries and teddy for children.

Food and shopping Everywhere AND CHEAP!

Felt safe at all times, train and buses to everything we wanted to see with no issues.

Would stay again. X

Location was very convenient to the metro & many food options near by. Family mart & 7-11 were within a block or two away. They also had a money exchange machine within the hotel which was an added bonus.
The only downsize was the very flat pillow and they didn’t have any others to spare. Overall would stay again though for price, location & convenience.

Fine to stay for a day or 2 since it close to Disneyland and it lets you enjoy a bit of quiet away from busy central Tokyo, but that also hurts it as it is quite a long train ride to more popular tourist spots.

-We loved this hotel. All staff are extremely friendly and nice, and guess what? They speak perfect English!
-Amenities are by the elevators in the main lobby, it sucks that you have to go down, or pick something up whenever you need something. But, it’s there anyway! So, not really complaining.
-There’s only 2 laundry machines (both operates washing and drying). And the drying time is not sufficient despite running it twice and paying twice. Plus, you have to wait for other people’s turn before you’re able to get a chance. It’s the only complaint I have. I wish there were more machines!...also the washing and drying are quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at.
-Oh another complaint would be the noisy people staying at other nearby rooms. They literally leave their doors open and shout at another room to communicate and boisterously laugh (im assuming they’re acquaintances) but this isn’t really a hotel issue, more like those tourists being inconsiderate.
-There’s free ice cubes!!! In case you’d want some! Which is very nice!
-Train station is extremely close. Loved it!
-Toooooo many places to eat outside. Literally.
-AC works perfectly, loved it.
-They offer that you put review online before you check out, and you could get a skincare set and a water bottle for free!
-Unfortunately, we lost one of our key cards and had to pay 1,000 yen.
-This was our final hotel and we took local train to get to Narita Airport to leave—we had no problem.

Great cute hotel, next to tons of food options. It was perfect for our first night after a long flight, two trains and it drops you right next to the hotel, we had to take a bus due to a train issue, that also dropped us off within almost a block. The staff got us checked in quickly, were friendly, offered the breakfast option that looked lovely the next morning, we passed being too excited to explore.

We had an amazing and comfortable stay. The hotel was actually much bigger than expected so that was a plus. I’m writing the review mostly because there was a receptionist but I didn’t catch her name I’m so sorry but she helped us out and went above and beyond for us and I can’t thank her enough. We were trying to get out luggage delivered to our next hotel to avoid carrying it around while traveling. The hotel itself did not offer the service but she did tell us the 711 next door offered it. She even helped us fill out the slip because we weren’t completely confident in what we wrote on it. Amazing service to her and also would stay here again!

Rooms aren’t made for larger luggage. The transportation to Disney was deceiving. On the booking it says free shuttle services to Disney parks and that just meant to the park and not back. They drop you off on the side of the road and they don’t even offer the ride back to the hotel. They also said that you need to reserve your seat in the shuttle which we didn’t know until I asked what time the shuttle goes. They told me they were full and I said no know told us they had to reserve then they said they only had room for two people but asked me what time slot I wanted to go on. When we got on the shuttle they had room for more than two. So was a bit disappointed in that. Rooms were clean but small.

Great location near a lot of restaurants and an arcade right next door. They also offer a shuttle bus to DisneySea/Land as part of your reservation. The room was a good size for two people, and clean. It had all the toiletries needed so we didn't even have to unpack our own, which is always nice. The walls are very thin, however, and we were right next to the elevator, so it wasn't very quiet.

The room is very small and not much space to hang our clothes. We could only open one suitcase at one time,
Free shuttle to Tokyo Disney land is good service and only 2 min. From Nishikasai station. There are many takeout stores.( very convenient!)
If you stay in Tokyo 2,3 nights it will be good.
Breakfast was almost everyday the same but they are trying to balance, overall I was happy to stay there.
