The staff are helpful and friendly, good breakfast buffet and perks such as free gifts (face masks, bath soaks etc) to relax after a busy day. Our room had a foot massage machine in which was very much appreciated after a day at the disney parks. Would 100% stay at this hotel again and recommend.

Good hotel if you plan on going to Disney. Comfortable and clean. Hotel has a shuttle with pickup and drop off from hotel to Mahaima station, which was quite convenient. Hotel is located in an industrial type area, with limited dining options in the immediate area. There are more dining options about 15 minute walk away. If not using a shuttle, the walk to Disney is about 35-40 minutes, and the subway station is ~25.

We were happy to arrive to a very comfortable and spacious room. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service and free drink amenities offered during different times of the day. They also had vending machines and the grocery store was a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and understanding of my difficulty with the language and went above and beyond in assisting with an unexpected task.

While no public bath is offered they offer a comfortable seating area to rest or do work . I also noticed the absolute attention to detail in both the cleaning of the rooms and to the cleanliness of the main dining and lobby areas.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Disney Tokyo. There’s not a lot else around that’s easily walkable. Luckily the hotel has a shuttle that runs atleast once an hour. So it was simple enough to work around the schedule if you don’t want to pay for taxi’s or Ubers.

Amazing stay for your Disney trip

Best place to stay near Disney Sea without paying so much for Disney hotel. Check in and out was easy. Staff is always nice and helpful. Free little amenities to make with your stay comfortable. The rooms have for massagers to relax your tired feet after Disney all day! I'm the evening they have a free Japanese rice meal that is amazing after coming off the shuttle after Disneyland. The shuttle is free to the Maihama station right in front of Disneyland Tokyo. If you need Tokyo Disney Sea, you will need to buy a ticket for the Disneyland monorail.

Property is close to Disney Parks. They have a shuttle in the morning and evening to train station near Disney. 5 minutes to Tokyo Disney, 15 to Disney Sea, though you can ride monorail for $300 yen, about $2 US as of this writing. 1 minute walk to Ikspirari, aka downtown Disney. Hotel is clean, Japanese breakfast for $1700 yen, free soda after 1500 and a late free soup dish after 2130. Service was excellent, food good, free coffee and water station. Hotel gives 2 free gifts per person, little things. Our room was small, one person has to climb on bed to get to that side since no room on that side of bed. Restaurants are 4 blocks away minimum. That is all I can say that isn't great. We are used to American hotels so only comparison. Great hotel all around and alot cheaper than Disney!!! Under $15 Uber to train station if hotel schedules don't work for you. We took airport bus to closest train station, then Uber to hotel, much cheaper than cab, much easier than lugging luggage on several trains. Highly recommend if it works for you!

However, without the shuttle it's a 25 minute walk from the station, and there is virtually nothing else around it. If you're ok with only using this for Disney and nothing else, it's an absolutely fabulous option. If you want to try to find something else to do, this is not the place for you.

This park was beautiful and all of the cast members were friendly and helpful. We visited with a disability pass and the process less than user friendly. The process 2as not explained well on the website and when we tried to clarification at customer service upon arrival, we were directed to the rides. Not knowing how to use the pass we waited in line for 30 minutes, then the cast member moved us to the standby line, but our wait increased from the remaining 30 minutes to 65 minutes. Then the pass was entered incorrectly and we almost had to wait another 45. That confusion was cleared up, however the second cast member had already entered a standby which we then had to wait around for expiration before we could sign up for another ride. I feel like there must be a more guest friendly way for this to operate.

Ultimately we did enjoy the attractions we were able to ride.

Especially when I booked 2 nights separately but they already knew and arrange the same room without the need for me to ask to arrange when I arrive. Shuttle to Maihama station is very convenient and readily available. But if you are coming back from the station at night, the last shuttle is very crowded. Impressed about the supper and free soft drinks from afternoon till night. Definitely a good place to stay if you plan to go to Disney.

I am a world traveler and I have enjoyed excellent hotel staff before but never to the height of the two ladies at the front desk here. Motoyama and the young lady who worked with her (I am so sorry that I mistakenly threw out the piece of paper I wrote her name on) were wonderful above and beyond. When my holiday was looking rather disappointing due to technical difficulties they came to my rescue and ensured that I had a wonderful time. I have only them to thank for this. I do not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It was clean, quiet and have incredible staff.

Is a 25 minute walk away from Disney, they provide a free shuttle to/from the train station and Disney in the morning and evening. The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable. Breakfast is offered for 1,700 yen; at night from 21:30 - 23:00, there is free rice soup offered, which I think is a very nice touch. I was very impressed with this hotel, especially for the price

送迎バスが来る舞浜駅からホテルまで、あっという間に着きましたし、
チェックインの時のご対応もとても丁寧でわかりやすかったです。優しさに溢れた、Welcomeをしてくださるとても日本らしいホテルでした。シャワーも最高！お風呂とトイレが分かれているので、洋式のホテルが苦手な方にはとてもいいかと思われます。
アメニティもなんでも揃っているので、大変助かりました。

We have nothing but good things about this hotel.
First off, we arrived in Maihama early in the morning and had to leave our luggage at the hotel before going into Disney Sea Resort. The lady at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate our requests: they even delivered everything into our room while we were away and having fun.

We were a party of five and a combined big room for two families worked great for us. At night, they had even cup noodles available for free for 50 hungry guests per day, after 9 pm. Unfortunately, we went back to the hotel a little too late to enjoy our \"cuppa\".

Last but not least, the breakfast buffet far exceeded our expectation! We had a huge selection of delicious foods both in Japanese and in Western styles.

Can't recommend highly enough Hiyori Hotel Maihama. I want to go back soon!
