The staff was super nice and helpful with any questions we had. The Lawson store connected was great for any late night or morning snacks before Disney. they also have a free Disney shuttle! I loved this place so much I canceled my other stay, and extended this one. I would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they patiently assisted me with finding information about a local fish market and even helped call a taxi for us, which made things so much easier when travelling with kids.

Our room was very cosy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a comfortable place to rest as a family. The shuttle service between the hotel and Disneyland was a huge bonus and made planning our Disneyland days stress-free, especially with children.

We had such a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families ❤️

Service was great. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was more driven towards Japanese food as expected. There was some American type food but the eggs was more watery alright they tasted good. Bedding and room was clean with the bed more on the firmer side. Size of the room was good not small as it accommodated all 4 of us without feeling cramped. Transportation right across of the hotel which will take you to shin-uruyasu station where you can take the train to Tokyo station in about 20-30 mins. (Trains and buses are definitely on time and you can set your watch to it without problem). Free to and from Disney shuttle and transportation to and from the airport (pick up and drop off is at the Hyatt hotel which is next door). Last but definitely not least there is a Lawson on the premise that is open 24 hours with food that is fresh and inexpensive; my husband and son went there everyday at different times of the day (10/10).

Definitely recommend not just for the price but for the peace and quiet including the staff helpful nature, and Lawson.

It’s a really nice hotel; clean, close to Disney with free shuttle busses to the parks every 20 mins the first few hours, then 30 mins, then hourly for the rest of the day!! The breakfast buffet is over price for what they offer but, is an option. There’s no pool so that was an overlooked in my part. Our ac in the room 801 did not go lower than 16 degrees c. It was so humid! We had window cracked open, air purifier running. It was atrocious. I was quite shocked to find out that for such a busy and big hotel; the front desk staff does not speak even a little English! (I understand we were in Japan) but it’s a hotel literally close so close to Disney people travel from everywhere to go to the parks. There were many moments of just walking away bc even with the translator we weren’t understanding each other, but they were apologetic; kind and extremely respectful! The rooms could had been cleaner. There was a pop socket on the floor one of my kids had dropped for a few days! But they were “cleaning”

Spacious room. Shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea conveniently located at the hotel lobby. My children were very pleased with the breakfast buffet and the secret card hidden in the room that allows them to exchange for gifts.

The room is big and clean. I like it on how they separate the toilet from the shower. There’s an adventure for your kids in the room. If they can figure out, they can claim a snack in the front desk.
The service is amazing! They have lawson too in the hotel and free shuttle to Disney resort/parks.
It is nice to walk around the area at night!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff members were all delightful from check-in to check-out. The lobby was bright and inviting. Our room was a sizeable area with a microwave, refrigerator and seating area. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included with the stay. Our only regret is we didn't have more nights to stay here.

So happy with our 8 day stay here while in Japan. Our main reasons for visiting was the Star Wars expo at the convention center & Disneyland. A 10 min bus ride to the shin-urayasu station with the stop a block away. And the shuttle to Disney parks was perfection. Staff was so helpful and organized. Loved having a Lawsons in the hotel. Rooms were HUGE! This is a family friendly hotel so there were always screaming kids in the lobby. Love the washer AND DRYER facilities. Coffee in the lobby at night. We used a luggage transport service to get our bags from Shinjinku and they stored them nicely. The rate was phenomenal for how nice the hotel was. It is a bit out of the way from Disney, but the shuttle was great. The area is quiet and safe and filled with a million other hotels. The Disney celebration is right across the street, but if I’m paying Disney prices i better Be ON property, so i didnt Feel bad about the location for the value. We did self check in/out with the kiosks with no issues. Our main language is English and at the time there wasn’t any staff that spoke enough to get by so we used a translator app for any questions, the staff was MORE than friendly. We did the lobby breakfast one morning, it was $14USD a person, mostly Japanese cuisine, waffles, a chocolate fountain! And a soda machine. Food was tasty, but again, due to the family friendly nature of the hotel, tons of screaming kids. I would Def come back to comfort suites!

Delightful place to stay especially if you have kids. Good location, free regular shuttles to Disneyland which also connects to Maihama station and runs till 9ish pm. Entry is warm and inviting for kids as well ad chance to grab a coffee or tea at lobby after a long day. The Lawsons store attached is such a relief for parents and an adventure for treat hunting for the kids at end of a long day out. Rooms are so clean, good bed and amenties. 10 min walk to couple of shopping centres nearby and restaurants. Staff are so polite and helpful and also generally leave you alone! Breakfast was just right and fun additions for kids including chocolate fountain and lolly station. Just the perfect family friendly stay for us and our kids. The availability of laundry services is so helpful too. Would definitely come back

Overall a pretty good location for family trips, particularly if your itinerary involves visiting the Tokyo Disney parks. We stayed for 5 nights in total, and enjoyed the shuttle service to the parks and the size of the room (just nice for a family of 4). The condition of the hotel is great - complete with laundry and convenience store amenities in a very pleasant location.

This is an amazing hotel in the Tokyo Bay Area. If you are going to Disney it is perfect. The rooms were clean and rather spacious. The only thing we had a bit of issue with was the air conditioner, We felt safe and cared for at this hotel. With Lawsons on site it made getting an evening snack or dinner very easy.

The facilities are magnificent with a wonderful and helpful staff. There is a Lawsons Convenient store in hotel that doesn’t price gouge, which makes grabbing a quick cheap breakfast, drinks or a snack after a day at Disney super easy and quick. The free shuttle to Tokyo Disney and Disneysea was super helpful. Like most places I’ve stayed at, the laundry room is small: three washers, three dryers and one washer/dryer, but there is a super convenient coin laundry just 2 short blocks away.

Our family of four absolutely loved the easy access to bus and train station. Laundromat was on site, and there was also around the corner, 3mins walk. We found the free shuttle to DisneyLand and DisneySea very convenient. Absolutely love the service…. Beautiful staff. To top it off, their Breakfast was amazing! Excellent place to stay. We stayed for one week and I recommend as good for sleeping because we were all the time outside. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. We went to visit Disney and we use the shuttle and also taxi, both easy to get.

This place was a great location to end our trip to Japan. They had a free shuttle to the airport and to Tokyo Disney, which made it very convenient if you were going to Tokyo Disney. The place was over the top, and it was terrific. However, the biggest downside of this location was not the tourism that comes there, but the three elevators they had were the most significant daily bottleneck. Getting up and down was nearly impossible, and there were always enormous lineups for breakfast, but my experience was terrific, and I would go there and stay there as bad as other hotels are

The price we paid for the 5 night stay was excellent. The staff was professional and friendly. The property is nicely maintained.

The only downside is its location. Because we were doing DIY travel, we had to ride the public bus to the train station(2.3 km/1.4 miles) to get to our sight see locations.

There were free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland though.

The whole area felt like a ghost town when we first arrived.

Please do not think of Comfort Suites in the US when you see the name. This place is great, probably one of the best cared for mid-market hotels I've ever visited. The staff is friendly & helpful, the facilities are very well kept, the breakfast option is great and varied. The only things I would like to see better is (1) the shuttle is a full 30 minutes to Disney. Not sure if the hotel or Expedia made this mistake but it's listed as 7 minutes. (2) the TV - we could never get connected to it and since it only streams from your device, we never had TV - though that probably kept us from wasting time at the hotel.

A wonderful place to stay while visiting Tokyo Disneysea! The decor is very fun, the rooms are spacious and clean, the park across the street is a lovely relief after the bustle of Disney and having a Lawson adjacent the lobby makes it easy to grab a quick meal. Checking in and out was a breeze and you can’t beat that shuttle in and out of the Disney properties. I traveled only with a partner and not a family, but I think it would be a lovely stay in either case.
