The hotel is in a great location if you plan on focusing on Disneyland and DisneySea. Our room is clean and well maintained and staff is really helpful and friendly. The elevators can be slow at times when there are lots of people. Pool is big but closes really early at 8pm.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, situated right across the street from Bayside Station, where the monorail whisks you straight to the Disney parks in minutes. No long drives or parking hassles, just an easy ride to the magic.

The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained and welcoming throughout. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to just about every taste in our group. Whatever you were in the mood for, there was something to satisfy.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel at home. The entire staff spoke English exceptionally well, which made communication effortless and added to how welcomed we felt during our stay.

We left feeling thoroughly taken care of and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Disney parks who wants comfort, convenience, and standout hospitality.

Check-in process was very smooth and fast. Staff were helpful and we found the hotel shuttle bus very convenient for the guests. We were given a room with a view of Disneyland and caught the fireworks on our last night - it was amazing and the kids had a really good stay with the bunk beds.

We stayed at the Sheraton grande Tokyo bay for the last leg of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, well kept and nice. The location along the monorail line was great as well as a stop for the limousine bus back to the airport. The buffet breakfast was a hit with us! I recommend this hotel! I stayed there with my 3 adult children.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the Disney tram. Very busy hotel, accommodations could be better. Very surprising that the outdoor pool is a fee. Actually everything extra was a fee. When booking you should know, all the extra amenities will be an additional charge. Room was big and very nice.

We were greeted with friendly staff from the moment we got off the airport shuttle. The hotel is incredible, the room was spacious and clean with a great view of the bay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food to ensure you can find something delicious to eat. Transportation from the hotel to Maihama station gives you access to just about anywhere you want to go and the Disney monorail gives you quick access to the parks. My family and had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The room was spacious and the grand buffet was was great we had it most mornings. The have good pools and games and other fun things for kids like the flight simulator. Very close to Disney. Recommend the welcome Suica card for the travel on the monorail and trains around Tokyo and for vending machines. Everyone had a great time here and kids loved everything. Beautiful views too.

It’s not much, but no one used the pool in either of the times I stayed. It’s a beautiful area, and there is a bar inside the pool. I would think they would make more money on drinks if they were to not charge for entry.

The property as a whole especially the location is great. But the rooms need a little bit of renovation. The location is very nice and just 3-5 minutes walk to Tokyo Bay station that will bring you to the entrance of the Disney resort, ikspiari mall and maihama station. We had a great stay. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. If I have to go back to Disney Tokyo, I will stay there again.

Service was great from pull up in drive. Very attentive. Could do unofficial check in and get keys for late official check in after 3pm. Bags held in storage for first park day and delivered to room for late night arrival. Beautiful hotel one stop from DisneySea.
Loved the quick breaky pastry and coffee/hot caramel option in lieu of sit down on park mornings.
Handy shuttle to monorail which we used to save legs at end of day as end of 2 week trip.
Had quad room and it worked for short 2 day stay for family 4 - 2adults and two early 20s kids as not in room - but large room given all suitcases and nice good size bathroom. I let them know it was my daughter and mums birthday and they had special surprise on arrival to rooms on the day.
Used the level 1 cafe/restaurant both nights and loved the Nasi Goreng and Steak dishes both a hit! Party of 6 for meals and all meals were served together presentation amazing as was taste for all on both occasions. Second day my mums birthday and staff went above and beyond.

Found the restaurants to be pricey for the offering. Had food delivered.

Spent an overnight stay here and was not able to use all of the amenities but the indoor pool and spa were great! Amazing for families, there are a lot of offerings for children.

This hotel was the perfect place to rest for us after long park days and shopping adventures. The transit system in place made this the easiest way to get around to each park and to IKSPIARI, Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else that had amazing staff, accessible food, coffee bar and buffet breakfast in (5) restaurants- waits less than 15 minutes on a weekend too! The cleanliness of this hotel no matter where you went was above expectations and never without toiletries or supplies. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and truly made our trip unforgettable.

One of the highlights was definitely the food. There were so many dining options to choose from, and every day we tried a different restaurant. Each meal was delicious, with a great variety of cuisines and excellent quality. It never felt repetitive, and we were always excited for the next dining experience.

The swimming pool was also beyond incredible — easily one of the best hotel pools we have ever experienced. It was beautiful, relaxing, and extremely well maintained. My son absolutely loved it and had the best time during our stay. Seeing how happy he was made the experience even more special for our family.

As for the facilities, there is honestly nothing to complain about. Everything was modern, clean, luxurious, and very well organized. You can really feel the high standards throughout the entire hotel.

Most importantly, the staff were truly exceptional. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their hospitality was easily 10/10 and made us feel welcomed and cared for every moment of our stay.

We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially families. It was an unforgettable experience.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our 2-week trip to Japan. We chose this hotel for its location close to Disney Sea - just one stop away on the Monorail, which is across the street. We stayed in a family suite, which worked great for our family of 4. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and opened early so we could eat before going to Disney. We also had a great dinner at the teppenyaki restaurant on site. We took advantage of the pool and mini golf before heading to the airport. This hotel was much less expensive than the Disney hotels and was super convenient.

The property is very large and has everything that you could think of. We had a club lounge access and a club room on floor 12 with a balcony which had amazing views. The club room access was much more than we imagined. With traditional Japanese food of all kinds and even a candy floss making machine. Soft drinks were 24 hours a day. Only one thing let it down the club room furniture was worn and needed some TLC. Other than that top marks (even had a flight simulator!!!!). The Onsen is no clothes to be worn which I was not comfortable with but it was ok to go in the sauna with a towel on.

We were very excited to arrive here for Disneyland. Japanese lady at check in was cold and not very welcoming. Didn’t even smile once. Ruined my mood. I had the impression that the onsen and Wiz Playland was part of the hotel and complimentary like they do in Bali. Big reason why I paid more to stay here versus other hotels in Tokyo bay. Very disappointed that the onsen and kids Wiz Playland was not included with hotel stay and access with a fee ¥¥¥.
Room was tight and dated but housekeeping always did a great job. Great variety at buffet breakfast inclusion. The staff there were friendly and did a great job. Baggage transfer on site was useful and staff were very helpful. Japanese lady at reception on checkout was much more polite than non Japanese lady when we first checked in .

The buffet breakfasts were amazing! The restaurants room & staff wonderful. beautiful views. I love how the snack restaurant is open late with well priced options very very comfortable rooms with a bath! And you can buy Disney souvenirs and skip the queues at the park :)

checkin was great but finding the place was terrible! coming by train late at night from Tokyo was a disaster literally took over an hour - blame Disney.
as the park was closing crowds of people but no staff anywhere! The directions on the walls were tiiiiny & discreet. Japanese do not like large colourful signage. so I walked in the wrong direction to try get on monorail. It’s not made for easy entry if you do not get on it at Disneysea - turn left go towards ‘IKSPIARI’ but not into it. ticket purchase is also impossible to figure out so I just rode it for free after I tried triggering emergency by pushing through the gate without a ticket. Heaven forbid someone have a genuine emergency as We had many many years ago at Sentosa monorail .my child could have fallen onto the tracks another passenger saved him

impossible to exit monorail & find hotel. No signage on the hotel itself was visible at night from monorail side-it’s low down not illuminated. Just sign at ground level to a shuttle bus wait 8 mins which takes you literally across the street ! if there were proper directions on the pavement suitable for pedestrians you can walk there in 5 mins. Not 20-I walked into car park out again up a car ramp.

This hotel is excellent all around: location; amenities; comfort; and affordability. Easy train in from Tokyo and a really pleasantly unexpected bonus of the lovely Disney welcome center. Lots of free buses and inexpensive monorail between the parks and hotels. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel feels fancy but we also found it affordable, you could splurge on an amazing meal at one of the restaurants if you want or get really affordable food at the in hotel convenience store or coffee shop. Would 100% stay here again and recommend.
