I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are spacious and very clean. You get an early entrance pass for Disneyland, which is amazing. Shuttle buses are super convenient and you are right next to Ikspiari shopping mall, so you grab dinner or groceries easily. The hotel is only a 10 min walk to Disneysea and a 10 min walk from Maihama station.

Resort was 3 star at best. The price does not reflect the quality that should be the hotel. Much better off staying at Sheraton or Hilton Tokyo bay! Breakfast was the worst and most expensive we had on our Japan trip. Suggest leaving hotel for food.
Room set up, if you have kids, they expect them to sleep in the double/queen bed with you. After a bunch of discussion, you can order a rollaway for an extra fee each night. Bathrooms are extremely outdated and even the shampoo/bath supplies are cheap.
Just really underwhelmed and sad that this hotel was nearly 5x the price of adjacent non Disney hotels with such poor quality.

Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. The Konbini and merchandise store inside were also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again

Close to public transport so getting to hotel was easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by also which was great. Room and staff were great and we had a great Disney experience here. Shuttle bus to parks were also convenient and easy to use.

Amazing staff and stay. Beautiful lobby and welcoming committee. Be ready to use your google translate if you do not know Japanese, the staff has very limited English but they are very helpful and kind. Bring small suitcases, there is not much room to store luggage in rooms but good news is they provide a lot that you can leave home; like pajamas for kids & adults, & toiletries including toothpaste and tooth brushes, reusable shopping bags & slippers. Make sure you check the pool availability! I picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed when we stayed. Chef Mickey buffet for breakfast is totally worth it. Super convenient how the hotel is all connected to the mall & metro station. Shops & movie theatres and tons of restaurants to choose from if you don’t want to eat at hotel. The shuttle takes you to Disneyland & DisneySea. Overall it was a very happy experience.

This hotel is right next door to Ikspiari shopping mall. Great location and no complaints. However there was no explanation on Expedia about the free shuttle between the hotel and Disneyland, how to get to the hotel from the station so we wasted some time and money to get there. The buffet restaurant was fully booked unfortunately as well. You beed to book before your stay for dining with the characters experience. We didn't know.

Better stay at proper Disneyland hotel. Staying here is neither here nor there and u paying a premium for it. A very dated hotel. Even the highlight which is br akfasy with Mickey is not for everyone. U need to book in advance and subject to limited seat. And there is nothing in the hotel or near the hotel for u to eat after ur long day at Disneyland. They only have one small shop operate 24/7 by the hotel which sell limited stuff and expensive water. The hotel only provide u with 3 small 'evian' water, need more, u have to buy at premium. Basically u have no choice but to buy ut.!!!

We could easily check-in at the Guest centre in Maihama & drop off our luggages before we quickly head to Disneysea with the Happy 15. Out of all the Disney hotels, this is the easiest to access and most conveniently located by maihama station and shopping mall with grocery store, pharmacy, and stores. No transfer to Disney resort line is needed, just go through the mail. Free shuttle to parks

Hotel staff did not offer help to bring our luggages up (travelling w two little kids and 3 large luggages). Food at the hotel was very expensive, to go to the nearby mall is no difference. Benefits was to enter the park 15min earlier than the mob.. so not worth it. Once only experience for the kids, but we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

When making the reservation for a family of five, the superior room with 4 beds was recommended. Turned out that the twin beds were not too small for sharing. Thankfully, the twin beds could be pushed together to sleep 3 pax. Otherwise, overall positive experience. Hotel is definitely nicer than another Disney property we stayed in, in Florida. The adjacent Ikspiari mall had many restaurants for our meals.
