It was nice that we could drop off our luggage earlier than when we checked in. It was also nice that they had a breakfast in the morning, for a fee. We found our room to be adequate, it was not too well ventilated and the windows would fog up. The beds were good to sleep in.

Overall, highly recommended. Staff are very friendly, polite and accomodating. It’s just the property is a little bit old, the toilet mirror adhesive in the front, appears mouldy. Also, spider web on the tubes of the toilet water supply line. Nonetheless, they clean the room everyday. Apart from that, they replenish supply of toiletries and change towels everyday . Lawson is walking distance.

The breakfast buffet was very good, reserving the night before saves a few dollars. The rooms were big enough for my family and the location is one of the best for Disney, for not being a Disney hotel. Just a short walk to both parks. Under 0.5 miles.

Stayed in a triple room with 2 friends to visit Tokyo Disney resort. The room was quite spacious with 3 beds and room to store our luggage.

This is a great location for Tokyo Disney resort as able to walk to both parks easily or there is a shuttle bus (limited running times).
We walked to the parks but did use shuttle to train station on final morning, bus schedule is provided on check in.

Amenities were provided in the room and able to pick up some in the lobby where also had water and coffee machine available.

Breakfast was basic but had a range of foods with pastries, bread, yoghurt, cereal and cooked foods (sausages, rice, eggs, potatoes, chicken).

Check in and out process was very simple and easy, no issues.

MyStays Maihama was a wonderful and safe property for my family of 5 to stay. There was ample room and the optional breakfast buffet was delicious and affordable. The shuttle to Ikspiari center with access to Maihama Station and Disneyland was also very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Tokyo especially Disneyland. Additionally the room was always clean and the beds are comfortable. There is also an included foot massager machine that is very helpful after long days of walking around Disneyland and Tokyo.

The hotel is located in a quiet warehouse(?) area. It’s not in the tourist area. It will take about 6 minutes on foot from the Disney Sea station.

The hotel is very nice for the price. The front staff are all very polite and helpful. The night view from the window was very nice looking at the Ferris wheel.

The staff was extremely helpful and patient. The breakfast was decent but get there early because one morning they ran out of the fried chicken and replaced it with chicken nuggets that weren’t as good and they ran out of eggs and replaced it with little omelets (which some of my family members preferred them to the runny eggs).
It’s a quick easy walk to Ikspiari so if you’re going to the Disney parks on a budget, this is a great place to stay if you don’t mind walking an extra 10-15 min.

This is VERY close to the Tokyo Disney Sea main gate. Like five minute walk. For that purpose, this is a great place to stay. The rooms are quite small and dated. The bathrooms are very tight \"unit\" baths that can be typical in Japan in buildings of a certain age. Beds were rock hard, pillows were not good. We were there specifically for the proximity to the parks so it did the job.

It's about 15 min walk to Disneyland.
Coming back to hotel, take the more frequent shuttle to Ambassador hotel, then walk back from there to mystay. It takes about 5 min quick walk

Lawson is about 5 min walk.

Bkft was served up to 0930.
I went for bkft at 0845.
And finished slightly after 0930.

The lady native was very brash to inform you that bkft finishes at 0930.
If u are still there at bkft at 0931, be prepared to be chided.

They are very punctual and expect that from us too.

The cleaning staff - some speak Chinese. So it was easier for us to communicate in Chinese.

For 1st day bkft, we ended up at McDonald's. It's inside the Iskpari (shopping mall next to Maihama MTR).

This place is good for budget. For better experience, other hotels may be better.

Place is crampy even for the 5 of us.
Bathroom door is not locked. There is no lock. Plz remember to inform family members that you are inside.

I didn't take the shuttle bus. I walked to Maihama Mrt and Ambassador hotel. Just walked and asked for directions on the first day of stay in Japan.

And I did book with bkft option.
But somehow when I went there, I was informed my stay didn't have bkft.
Anyway you need to pre buy the token for bkft.
Cost 1600 for adults
800 for 3-6 years.

If you buy during the bkft timing,
Charges are
1700/1800 for adults (can't remember exactly)
900 for 3-6

I bought 5 adults on my check in.
But it's not worth 1600 yen for my 7 year old child as he doesn't eat much.

This hotel is ok if you are just going to sleep and go to the park(s). The location is close enough to walk to the Tokyo Disney Sea entrance. But the Disneyland one is a bit further. It’s a 10 min walk to the Disney Ambassador Hotel and Ikspari. The hotel is pretty basic. I couldn’t handle the small space with 3 adults and 2 kids. There wasn’t enough space to fix my luggage. There was a stain on the bedsheet which wasn’t great. The bathroom was clean but definitely needed an upgrade. The breakfast was solid. Make sure to pay the day before for the breakfast for a small discount if you are interested in it. Not sure if I’d stay again but it does the job.

This is an ok property at an affordable price point. Walkable to Disney Sea but would recommend taking the shuttle to Tokyo Disney Resort. Our first night there, the towels had stains and boogers on them. Sheets had stain too. The property is dated but it’s not too bad. Best part of the room is the foot massage after a day of walking at Disney Parks.

We only stayed one night before checking into a Disney resort but would only recommend if you’re okay with small spaces. Smallest hotel room we’ve stayed at in our 6 trips to Tokyo but it did the job.

Great stay

I stayed here for 3 nights in September as a solo traveller. I chose the hotel for proximity to the Tokyo Disney Parks. Disneysea was a 10min walk, for Disneyland i walked.to Disneysea and got the monorail. The hoteloffers a shuttle bus but I didn't try this as i wanted to leave earlier than the first bus. The nearest convenience store is 5 min walk away. The room was a good size, and was spacious and clean. The foot massger was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did notbhave the breakfast so can't comment on this. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Stay there for a couple of nights. DisneySea is less then 10 minutes away walking distance. Train station was nearby 15 minutes walking distance. Hotel had a bus shuttle to take you to TokyoDisney and to bring back to hotel. Overall it was very convenient if spending more than one day in Disney. Definitely will recommend.
