The room was pretty clean, the toilet was also clean. The room was pretty comfortable for my family. The only down side is the coin dryer, I don’t know why every time I used it to dry my clothes, it always ended up sticking with crumps of dusts when I took them out of the dryer. Other than that everything else was good.

Thank you very much. The Hotel Minn Kasai is the comfortable and clean. Easy to access to Tokyo and Chiba. More advantage is bus station from Narita and to Narita.

Stayed here twice during a trip. Love love love Minn hotels. Roughly a 5 min. walk to Kasai station, close to convenience stores and right across a grocery store. Also roughly 6 min. walk away from the airport bus shuttle (Narita/Haneda) stop.

Room itself was adequate - clean and had the basic amenities (minus dental kits & PJs that some other Japanese hotels provide. Got a room for 2 that would've fit 4 people which had enough wiggle room but would've cramped for 4. The hotel also offered luggage storage before and after check in which was convenient but your bags aren't watched 24/7. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Minor complaint would be how uncomfortable the pillows were but decent hotel for the price paid.

Modern spacious apartment, the biggest we’ve ever had in Tokyo. Excellent location with everything you need around. Short walk to kasai Station. The only problem is that they dont have enough storage space. we were there early around 10 am (before 3pm c/i time) and no space already.

Lack of a person full time at the counter makes communication challenging. Asked to leave shortly after checkout time, where other hotels usually give a 15 min grace period. Receiving packages require much coordination and is hard compared to my experiences at APA hotels.

The hotel is really close to the station and lots of stores and restaurants are nearby. It has a very pleasing entrance area and even though the staff is not at the front desk, they are always nearby and can be reached via a tablet, and are very courteous and helpful.
The room has a kitchen in the entrance, a dining area, beds, a toilet, a sink area and a shower/bath. The toilet being away from the bathroom was a bit awkward since you have to walk over to get to the sink, but overall, I have no complaints.

Right beside Kasai Station, so it is 20_30min to Tokyo Station. There are many affordabke Restaurants in the area, all 3 main Kombini's, Pachinko Hall. There are several playgrounds at nearby Parks, if you at travelling with kids. But do not wear white around dusk and on, as that is when the mosquitos come out to eat.

Check in and out were both super easy. Just a few blocks from Kasai Station on the Tokyo Meteo Tozai Line. (Blue- T17)
It may seem like a little ways off because it is near Chiba, but it is only 20min to Otemachi Station, which is right beside Tokyo Station, so great access to the Shinkansen as well!

Small, but convenient and cozy

We love our stay at Minn Kasai! Our room was small but super cozy and had everything we needed. The very best thing about this hotel is having a mini vacuum to dust out everything. I never see that in hotels before and think every where should have one. Everything is walking distance. You’re facing a 24hrs grocery store so never run out of things you needed. Did I mention that it’s very small? I don’t think an average American would find it comfortable. More than 3 Americans would feel like you’re bumping into one another.

My trip started with the hotel making me pay an additional fee because I didn’t mention I had a third person. The hallways are 80 degrees and super humid. Also 50% of the rooms are set up like a motel instead of a hotel. You still have to walk through the lobby but you then have to exit to an exterior hallway. The room was average, nothing to write home about.

For my first time being in Japan, Tokyo, rather, this was the best location. Wasn’t too far from the major places. Train station was very close in stores that surrounded the hotel were convenient. If I ever come back to Japan, I promise you I’m staying here. For two people the spacing was great. I hope you book with them.

Our choice of Minn Kasai is the best decision we had for our travel in Tokyo. It is near the train station and Tokyo Disneyland is just one bus ride. There are so many shops, groceries and dinning around the area. Going to and back to Haneda is just a one ride via limousine bus. Easy and convenient for us even if we have two children with us. Will definitely be back here again.

Rooms were booked through Expedia.com.We booked three rooms for a large family. We wanted the rooms together but couldn't figure out how to communicate with the property. We got only a form autoresponse to our email inquiry and our international phone call would not connect. All communication with the property was through an iPad in the lobby. You could request towels or supplies from one of the cleaners present on the property. The rooms had a kitchen, but were small and cramped. The rooms were not cleaned or serviced for stays of less than 2 weeks.The price seemed high for what you got, compared to other properties in the area. The location was very walkable to the train station and had plenty of options for shopping, groceries, and restaurants. We would visit Edogawa City again but would search for a better deal for a hotel.

Overall, everything was good. The place was comfortable, modern, and easily accessible by subway. The only issue was that cleaning services were supposed to come on the 4th and 7th days of our stay, but only came on the 4th. Because of this, we were constantly anticipating that our suite was going to be cleaned past day 7, when no one arrived.

There was also a fire alarm that went off at around 8:30 one night for an hour and a half, forcing everyone to evacuate, though this was obviously hardly their fault.

Other than this, we had an excellent stay.

A nice and cozy hotel/apartment style room. I booked for a family of 4 for 2 nights and I'm glad we decided to not bring our 2 big suitcases with us. The room would've been very tight with large suitcases in the room. We did overnight backpack bags instead. The room itself was overall clean but we did notice stains on the couch and had to give it a good wipe down ourselves. The hotel is close to train stations and grocery stores. Overall, a good hotel!

The area is conveniently located five minute walk from the train station or bus line. Area is very clean. Has a self block up for storage for Luggage if needed. Check in was very easy although they are very strict on no early check-in and no late checkout..it is a self check-in and Check-out only, only cleaning staff on site.

We were told the housekeeping was coming every 4 days. In a 21 day stay they came 3 times and the cleaning was
Substandard. Bathrooms never cleaned. Upon arrival it was confusing. A sign at the desk said they will be right back. No you had to ring for them and talk to them through a computer. Very frustrating. I told them I am in a wheelchair and I asked if we had a handicapped room and they said they don’t have any and they doubted I would fit in their elevator. I told them I need to cancel. I then got a message saying everything is ok.i cannot cancel. Wow, that was the day we were flying to Tokyo.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—just a short walk from the station and close to plenty of shops, making it super convenient for travel and exploring. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. Property was within a few minutes walking distance from the train station (15 mins to most places) and bus station (approx 25 mins to disney). Supermarket across the road and another down the street. Kfc, mcdonalds, convience store etc a short walk as well as takeaway and other dining options.
Property was spacious with cooking facilities, seperate loo and shower/bath area and seperate sink. Slippers provided and heating was good as the room heated up quickly. Dining table and plenty of sofa space (both of which turned into beds). Laundry room with washers and dryers which were low cost. Keypad entry so no risk of losing keys. Provided with washing up sponge and liquid and plenty of untensils for cooking. Lots and lots of plug sockets all placed in convience places which was handy.
A couple of cons, the room was clean as were the bathroom etc but alot of dust under the microwave which clearly hadnt been done in a while. Towels provided for 2 of us, we stayed for 5 nights so would of preferred another towel each. We did some washing while there so were able to wash the towels too.
When checking in you had to call on an ipad in the reception and our call was ignored several times which was a bit annoying as we had travelled along way and just wanted to settle in.
Other than those few things we really enjoyed our stay at Minn and would definitely stay again. It was alot quieter and more spacious than staying in central Tokyo.

Minn Kasai was a great place to stay if you want to be away from the bustle of Shibuya and Ginza. Very close to supermarkets, transit, direct bus connection to Haneda. Also a great option for taking a quick 10 minute cab ride to Tokyo Disney. The kitchenette was also great for making small meals.

Love the location. The best sushi place “sushi ro” near by (excelente taste and good price). The hotel has comfortable, clean and small rooms. Very comfortable bathrooms with a tub. Appreciates the extra pillow and blanket under the extra bed. The only thing I found annoying is the sensor light in the room that turns on every time you move.

This stay was pleasant but just average. Check in was on your own, as there is only an iPad for communication, but easy to navigate. Never saw a staff member but was able to get towels when requested. Just a bus ride to Disney, but if you want to go early the train is harder to navigate.

Pros: Close to Kasai train station and close to a lot of convenient store shopping. Nice perk is the limosine bus from Narita or Hanada airport picks you up and drops you off very close to the hotel. I would say the area is safe, however there are slot machine places nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.

Cons: Beds were a bit hard but manageable. We could not get the hot water on the sink to work or the heater in the room.

The rooms looks modern, well-maintained and well-equipped with kitchen appliances & cutleries. Only thing that can be improved is the foldable bed that has instructions that are not exactly straightforward on how to operate it. Also, for the method of communication, Sometimes its hard to get things you want done as staff is always not around except an iPad for calling at the front desk.

We are family of 4, was tight squeeze but was still comfortable enough for us. We had a 7 night stay, overall was very good but the Murphy bed and sofa bed were awful!! So hard it was difficult to sleep. And need better pillows and more of them! Regardless of these few things, I would still recommend Minn Kasai. Better for 3 people perhaps

It is as pictured. It was super clean and they have an air purifier in every room and leave them running after the clean! The kitchenette was absolutely perfect. They even provide a little sponge and soap for dishes. Our room had exactly 4 of everything (plates, flatware,) and some pots to cook. Directly across the hotel is a local supermarket where you can buy anything to make fresh food. As a celiac, this was especially important for me since I couldn’t eat off the street. Absolutely recommend. And Disney is only 14 minutes away via taxi and we paid ¥2800 for 3 of us. The bus station is within walking distance and is way cheaper but after a long day at Disney, it was a quick fix to get home.

Everything about it was easy. There is so much to walk to in the area and it is a short walk to Kasai station to get you where you need to go. If you are looking for something fancy, this isn’t it but that is not a bad thing. The rooms were small but it had everything we needed. I would stay here again.
