This is a Japanese style hotel, not a Western style. If you are ok with that, it is a good place to stay at a good price.

The rooms are really outdated. There is a lot of dust.. once you open the blinds you are able to see it. No drinks available like other hotels we stay at in the area.

The location is good, but the place is filthy, the bathrooms, the floors, the bedroom furniture is really dusty and dirty, the mirror is so dirty you can’t even see your self, the windows, the bathroom floor is really unsafe, so slippery, the the shower is inside the laundry room and there is only one, do not stay in this place.

The room was pretty gross when we arrived. Smoke stains on the bedding, dust everywhere, pee on the toilet seat. The front desk service was nonexistent as they made you use a machine. It’s fine if you’re traveling on a budget

Hotel staff is not friendly and not accommodating. I requested and offered to pay for an extra blanket but they flat out refused. The rooms are extremely small. I struggled to fit in the bathroom and I am a petit woman, 4’10”, 110 lbs. I hit the corners of the bathroom every time I move around.

Location, transportation, price, everything is good. But the moment I entered the room it smelled like a middle-aged guy's body oder and sweat. I didn't like it. Don't they wash the bed cover??

Really this hotel is exceptional. It exceeded my expectations much more then any other hotel i have stayed at.
- The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.
- The room is very cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet.
- The room includes many amenities. I did not have to bring any toiletries. Tooth brush, tooth paste, shampoo, soap, razor, hair brush, cotton ear swabs,... All where included.
- The room was cleaned meticulously. When i asked for the room not to be cleaned, they would place a bag on my door handle with fresh towels and pajamas :)
- 5 minute walk to the subway (Kasai station) which made things very convenient.

We stayed here for our first nights in Tokyo. This hotel has a great location, the train station is only a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants and lots of little pastry stores around the neighborhood. Kasai is a great little neighborhood and it felt super safe walking around at night. The hotel itself was okay. The staff was super friendly, the room is very clean, and the bed was super comfy. The only bad part is that the room was small, I could literally take about 5-6 steps in the room but my friend and I got used to it.

Os atendentes em sua grande maioria não falam inglês, tive um problema com a minha reserva e foi bem difícil conseguir resolver, tivemos que recorrer ao google tradutor. Os quartos eram limpos, mas já fiquei em acomodações melhores, por ser um hotel lowcost muito da responsabilidade fica na mão do hóspede. A portaria muitas vezes não tem ninguém então, por vezes passei bastante tempo esperando alguém aparecer para me ajudar com algo.

Je suis arrivé en retard mais j'ai quand même eu ma chambre réservé mais pas encore payé . Le personnelle très à l'ecoute et serviable. Mon séjour c'est bien passé en générale et j'ai même pu retardé mon depart d'une jour vraiment c'est super gentil de leur part. Par contre j'ai pris côté fumeur parce qu'il ne restait que ça mais ça ma pas plus déranger que ça. Je recomande cette hotel pas loin de du centre ville et pas loin de disneyland tokyo ainsi que les konbini ou restaurants
