Great hotel with great services and staff. Close to Tokyo Disneyland with a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes to Maihama Station. A huge thank you to Raymond Tanaka who assisted us with our check in. Mr Tanaka even found us the next morning while having breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Good hotel, unique larger room. Popular if you are into onsen. Not a Disney affiliation hotel. Nothing in the area but there’s a free shuttle to Maihama station. Check out is strictly 10am which is differ from other hotel we stay in Japan. We are requesting room side by side or at least in the same floor but end up with different floor that make it inconvenient. Overall 6.5/10

Convenient free shuttle bus that runs early to late to maihama station and back for easy access to disney parks. Bonus to have an onsen on site that is included for hotel guests that is open also to paid public access. Locals like to use this onsen too. Sufficient amenities, slippers, pajamas. Easy check in and out. Very convenient location to access disney. Would stay again.

I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to any of the Disneys! It’s a short walk to DisneySea and shuttle bus available both directions if needed.

A huge world of advice and $ saving tip. If you got limousine bus service from the airport to DisneySea. Do the 4 minute walk to Maihama Station and take the same Eurasia shuttle bus to the hotel. Sooooo convenient.

We were not informed that every member of the party must have their passport for the stay. While it might state this on the Japan Website, it does not state this anywhere on both Expedia’s listing and the private message they sent to me afterwards with further details.

The food on the property is solid, and provides helpful access to amenities like taxis and has replacements for items forgotten like Razors.

Sadly, in our room one of the pillows had a very hard and rough side and that affected my sleep quality.

Overall, it was an okay hotel that was soured by a very negative check-in experience.

If you are visiting Tokyo Disney, this is a great alternative to staying at a Disney hotel. The shuttle is convenient and runs about every 15 mins and drops you off next to downtown Disney which has many options for food and shopping.

We stayed here for our trip to Disney Sea. It was about a 15-20 min walk there and a 700 yen cab ride back. The room was very spacious. The onsen was great. I had an amazing massage there. The food is not very good in the restaurant though and the choices at the convenience store on site were very limited. Nothing is really close by so we ended up bringing food back from Disney so we could have breakfast. They also had no currency exchange machines like our other hotels we have stayed on this trip. Overall good experience though!

This hotel was a beautiful place to stay, but we only slept overnight before going to the Disney hotels the next day; I wish we had more time to enjoy the spa features here because they all looked so relaxing. I would recommend this hotel for a stay if you’re trying by to go to Tokyo Disney and/or Tokyo Disney Sea since they have a shuttle that will take you directly to the Disney Railway which is an easy way to get to the park entrances.

Dirty room and description online needs updating

The room was disgustingly dirty, which does not seem appropriate for the price of the hotel. There were coffee splashes on the walls, something brown on the bidet buttons, hair/debris on the bathroom counter, etc. There were such gross marks that we got our own disinfectant wipes and wiped the whole room. The hotel itself is in bad shape since the couches and carpet are so stained. We booked a reservation for three people, but I did not know that children do not count as a person. It says in the booking that children under 5 stay free if they use “existing bedding” which we thought meant that it would cost extra to get a crib/extra rollaway bed. We thought that would be fine because we would squeeze onto the bed with them. They actually mean that if you want an extra pillow beyond the one lumpy pillow they give you, you have to rebook the room for an extra person and they said it would cost hundreds of dollars. They said that the child is expected to share a pillow with the adult - who can do that with a 4 year old? It seemed to be a simple misunderstanding and the description on their website and Hotels.com should be more specific about their policy for children. (Aka they should say only adults may have one pillow per person.) They were not understanding and rude at the front desk. They gave me three towels to use as a makeshift pillow. I have never been to a hotel where they refuse extra pillows! Needless to say the amenities are terrible for a 3.5 star “spa and hotel.”

We stayed for one night to visit Disneyland. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were friendly.

We had a great experience in the onsen. The facility and service were fantastic.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Western and Japanese dishes, along with a wide selection of hot and cold beverages. Everything was very healthy, especially the kale juice.

Tip: Be sure to keep an eye on the schedule of the free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland as they run quite punctually!

Ok stay for Disneyland

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Disneyland which the hotel was fine for. It runs a complimentary shuttle from Maihama station every 10 mins or so and you can walk from Disneyland from there.

It is an older hotel so expect stains on the carpet, couch, duvet covers etc. The air conditioning didn’t really work either so we had a very hot sleep (in November so would hate to think how it would be in summer).
We had the buffet breakfast which had a large selection and value for money. We never used the spas as we were at Disney all day.

My husband and I stayed here for a night while we were visiting Disneyland.
We walked from Disney Sea to the hotel, which took about 20 minutes or so. The hotel does provide a free bus service to and from the hotel from the Maihama station at Disneyland. We got the bus the next day to take us back to Disneyland.

The staff memebr at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly with our very limited Japanese.
The room we stayed in was a traditional Japanese style room with a open air bath. Wow! It was lovely relaxing in the bath, watching all the lights. We could see Disneyland, Tokyo tower and Skytree from our room.
There was a kettle with tea and coffee, as well as a small fridge in the room. Futons were provided but had to be put out ourselves, which wasn't any issue for us.

We will definitely be staying again in the future.

I stayed here on a recent trip to Disney Sea. It’s just a short walk to Disney, so the location was perfect. When I arrived, Raymond noticed that I did not speak Japanese and helped me with everything from checking in, to showing me how to mail a package, to answering all my other questions. He even followed up with me the next day. What great customer service!!!

Hotel comes with onsen, it is located near Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea, and the price is significantly cheaper than other hotels around the region when comparing based on the amenities and location. The staff are wonderful as well as they were able to attend to my medical emergency prior to my check out from premise.

This place was amazing. The Spa is free for hotel guests and open until 2am. There is also a free shuttle to the metro/subway, and then disneyland is walking distance from there so no need to pay extra for the disney tram.

The price points and advertising didn’t match up to the actual condition to the hotel at all.

The hotel isn’t English speaking friendly either. It was very difficult to check in/out.

Also, the Expedia reservation indicated an 11am checkout time. However, the hotel policy is 10am.

Overall, we felt the hotel was extremely old, difficult to navigate/communicate, and was told to check out earlier than anticipated. We ended up checking out before 8am and going to our next destination.

I never leave these kinds of reviews but I felt that it was necessary to notify someone.

Excellent accommodations! Check in counter was not the normal Japanese hospitality that I'm used to; however, there were a lot of rude foreigners that may have added to the frustration of the staff. Overall it was a great experience and well worth the price so a spa style hotel that is very close to Disney!

Being a westerner, was unsure of the bathroom setup (shower outside bathtub - rather like the onsen 'hot spring' downstairs) mainly because the shower tap didn't work.
The room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. King bed comfortable and aircon almost workable (no instructions in english). Trial and error were the order for the day.
The Staff were very helpful for all manner of queries we had including Disney visit etc. (For the money great value and very convenient to Disney Parks)

The hotel staff was very friendly and the free shuttle service was awesome. However, the linens are very dated. While the room was clean, our comforter and curtains were stained. It was clear that the staff cleaning the rooms did a great job but the hotel refused to replace outdated and stained linens. We were staying in what the hotel refers to as the \"new\" building but it wasn't new for a long time. Overall experience was really good, the rooms were large but the hotel could seriously use some room updates.

Some staff were not very helpful. The bed was extremely hard. We had stayed in other hotels in Japan and know the mattresses are firm but this was like sleeping on a rock.
On the up side the room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was great. We ate a delicious dinner in the restaurant one evening.
The shuttle bus to Maihama train station was very good as the station and restaurants are a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

10 min free shuttle ride to Disneyland

Super close to Tokyo Disneyland. Convenient free shuttle service from the Maihama Station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the beds are super hard just like most hotel beds in Japan. I knew that already so it wasn’t a big surprise. There are no stores or restaurants by the hotel so it’s best to eat or buy food around the Maihama station. There is a small store in the hotel but expect to pay higher prices.

Hotel is a pretty good location with respect to Disney Sea and Disneyland. It was a bit tricky to get to from the airport, but the Disney Limousine bus has a drop off at Disney Sea which is pretty close. I really recommend the Japanese style suites for a romantic getaway!

Hotel is fantastic, but is located in a more industrial area which has only 1 convenience store nearby. Any shopping you need to do has to be at disney or other areas before getting on the train. But our whole family was very impressed with the hotel.

Within a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance to Tokyo Disney Sea.

Disneyland park entrance is much further, so it's better to take the 5 minute free shuttle to the north entrance of the Maihama JR train station. Just walk through the tunnel, or up the stairs and turn left to get to Ikspiari Look for the tree facing the bicycle parking lot, that's where the shuttle picks up and drops off.

Room is sufficient for two or three travelers. Two full size beds, and one single sofa bed. Bathroom is good, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, and razors.

We weren't around enough to take advantage of the Onsen spa. Wish I had found the time to do so. Definitely next time we stay here.

Great snack shop in the lobby. Plenty of food choices, and lots of drinks available. Also a few food, snack, and drink vending machines on floor 3, between the lobby and the new building.

Definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a less expensive hotel compared to the Disney Resort Hotels.

Unfortunately the hotel does not sell park tickets, so make sure you purchase at the Ikspiari ticket center downstairs, vs. at the gate where there are long lines.

디즈니시/랜드를 방문할 어린이 포함된 가족이라면 이 숙소 추천합니다. 가까운 역까지 셔틀을 운행하고 있고, 그 역에서 디즈니시/랜드까지는 모노레일을 이용하면 됩니다. 도쿄시내에 비해 숙소 공간도 무척 넓고, 대욕탕 말고도 방에도 욕조가 있어 좋습니다. 호텔 프론트 옆에 편의점이 있어 좋습니다. 창 밖으로 디즈니랜드와 후지산까지 보이는 것도 멋졌습니다.

いつもは日帰りディズニーですが、娘の誕生日だったこともありこちらに宿泊しました。
車の出し入れが自由で、ディズニーからも近くとても便利でした。1歳の子どもがいるので間で帰ってきたり、イクスピアリで食べ物を買ってホテルで食べたりとゆったり過ごすことができました。
チェックアウト時に忘れ物をしてしまい、帰宅後大捜索しましたがホテルの部屋に忘れていたようで連絡したら速達で送っていただきました。ほんとうにありがたかったです。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

閉園時間より30分早めにチェックインしましたが、手続きするのにも時間がかかったのでもっと簡単にチェックイン手続き出来るといいなと思いました。

おすすめ宿泊施設

新館に宿泊しました。
部屋も広々していて満足です。

また、本館の展望デッキからディズニーの花火と夜景が見えてキレイでした。

温泉も入れて、ゆっくり出来るので、ディズニー行った際の宿泊におすすめです。

残念な点は、ワンちゃん飼っててペットホテルも隣接してるので預けたかったんですが、行く日がペットホテルの休みの日とかかぶってしまったので預けられませんでした。
確認の連絡をペットホテルにした時のペットホテルのスタッフが愛想ないし、感じ悪かったです。

レストランが１つしかないのと、朝食ブュッフェが内容の割に高いのが残念。２日使ったがほぼ同じメニューでした。
