Very good service! They stored our luggage since one day before the day we check-in. They also held it after we checked out so we could go get breakfast and do a little shopping. They also offer a variety of things such as laundry detergent, plates and bowls and extra blankets if we want for free. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

The front desk staff were wonderful. The cleaning people were wonderful. The only problem I had was that the bed was so hard and the pillow so flat that I barely slept for the 2 nights I was there. So I was miserable during the day. The room was clean. The shower was great. It would be nice if some free bottles of water were provided.

Area and proximity to transit and trains was excellent. Many convenient stores and grocery stores within a stones throw of the hotel building. Staff were very helpful and willing to assist in any capacity. Room was spacious with kitchenette and washing machine, however we used neither, we weren’t there long enough. Shower is different than most, as the shower wand was actually beyond the outer edge of the stall/tub area, so you needed to hold the wand yourself during your shower. No place to “hook” the wand inside the stall/tub. Walls in our room had many luggage scuff marks on them, not very appealing.

おそらく昔オートロック付きのアパートだった場所をホテルとして使っている作りになっていました。洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHコンロがついていて、自動湯沸かし付きのお風呂で毎日バスタブに浸かれます。ウォークインクローゼットがあるので、荷物を収納できてお部屋も広々使えました。目の前が西友のスーパーで24時間営業なので、とても便利でした。駅からもとても近いです。また利用したいです。

The hotel was close to the train and bus station, convenient store, drug store and supermarket. There were a lot restaurants around the area too. Super easy access to Disneyland/Disney Sea. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was wide enough for 4 adults, although the table was too small and not enough chairs since there were only 2. But overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely want to stay again in the future!

Amazing property! I believe they are apartments converted into hotels so they will be uniquely shaped but it was overall an amazing experience! Extremely close to the Urayasu train station and also multiple bus stops so going to and from Disney was a breeze! Urayasu also offers cool and local attractions that helped us see things other than Tokyo so it was definitely a treat!

This property is somewhat convenient to the local eateries, grocery store, pharmacy, and convenience stores. It’s a good place to experience the local food and life, but far from everything else like major attractions and shoppings. The staffs are friendly, but everything you need has to ask for or get it yourself except for the initials basic necessities, like towers, toothbrush, and soaps in the bathroom. It comes with a kitchen, laundry washer and drying room for clothes which also the bathroom. The beds are hard and uncomfortable to sleep in and there’s no coverage to the main hallway. It’s a place that serve its purpose, nothing luxurious.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days while in Tokyo, and our experience was excellent.
Check-in was very easy and fast—the staff was welcoming, polite, and professional. The place looked exactly like the pictures, and the room had a spacious closet that comfortably fit all our clothes and suitcases.

The hotel policy requires you to leave your key at the front desk if you’ll be out for more than an hour, which wasn’t a problem at all since the front desk is staffed 24 hours.

Room cleaning is available daily. When you drop off your key before 10:00 AM, you’ll be asked if you'd like your room cleaned that day. Fresh towels are also available daily—just ask, or the staff will offer them when you pick up your key. There's a basket for used towels available until around 10:00 AM, and trash and recycling bins are accessible 24/7.

We were very pleased with the service, and the hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Urayasu Station, supermarkets, café and restaurants.

Okay, so this location is nice. You aren’t but a few train rides away from Disney, the Urayasu Station is right down the street, shopping and food places are close by. However, the hotel is not so great. The communication with staff is Horrible. I was there for 7-day stay and was only able to get housekeeping once during my stay. The rooms are very dusty so it wasn’t that clean when we arrived. The bed is super uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. The sheets were rough. Overall it was impossible to have a good nights rest here. The cost for this hotel for what you receive is not worth it. I went to another hotel/resort for the remainder of our stay for lower cost, same amount of days at a high class hotel. I wouldn’t book this hotel again in the future.

This location is at a walking distance from Urayasu station which made it convenient for my friend and I when we had to go into Shibuya. There is a Lawson and a 7/11 close to by so if you want something quick and easy those are the places to go. Will be staying here in the future.

Our stay was fine. This is our second trip to the area and stay in the Bay Hotel (same room). Hotel is clean, quite although with a family of 4 (adult children) it is a bit cramped. The only issue we had was the WIFI in our room rarely worked. We had a portable WIFI which we used instead. Last year same issue. Bay hotel needs to update their WIFI. Otherwise we had a good stay. Hotel is basic, no breakfast or some of the perks you get at other hotels but you do get a washing machine and a hot plate for cooking in your room. TV we did not use so no input on that. Bus was near by to take you to Disney and we were one block from the T line station.

This is the 2nd stay here. 15 nights. Each time has been brilliant. Communication is wonderful. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to a train station on the Tozai line. So easy to travel on. All variety of food shops in the block. Supermarket directly across the road. I literally cant fault it

The apartment type rooms were even better than I imagined and I already thought they looked good! To have the space compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo was great. The metro to all main areas and the airport is 3min walk away and buses to Disney an even shorter walk.
Starbucks, was our choice for breakfast…. 2 lattes, 2 sandwiches/bagels generally about £10… Mcd’s, Burger King and KFC all opposite the metro station if you need fast food. We liked to use the 7 eleven right there for the great tuna or egg sandwiches which were around £1.20, the curry bread in the hot compartment at the till was a big fave too! Many choices at more than reasonable prices, noodle dishes, pasta, gratin that can be heated in the microwave back at the apartment.
Staff and rules are all a bit quirky, but added to the culture experience! Eg check in at 3pm, came back at 2.58pm, but was told still ‘a little too early’… literally less than 2min later, ok it’s time now! It was cool, although when you have been travelling all night and is wet outside, some may not be in the mood for it! But this is what travelling is all about!
Would recommend as a budget stay in a heartbeat, superb value.

This is our second time staying here, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. It's conveniently located near the subway station, as well as a short bus ride away from Tokyo Disney. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and we liked having access to a personal microwave. There is a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy located across the street. Lots of food options nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had excel stay at Bay Hotel Urayusu. Very conveniently located - just 200 m from Urayusu station from where Tokyo Station (Utemachi) is 25 min train ride. Rooms are decently sized as compared to similarly priced hotels in busier areas (Shibuya, Shinjku, etc.). Staff was very helpful and could converse well in English. Rooms were clean and functional with kitchenette.

Very accessible to train station and a lot of dining options, Starbucks, Mcdonald's, convenience store, massage parlor, 24 hours grocery just in front of the hotel. Though a busy area but still is quiet and had a peaceful and relaxing stay here.

The place is well maintained and very clean. All amenities listed are provided. You just have to ask front desk so they can lend you. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.

For solo travelers or couples visiting Disney, this hotel is a great option.
The location is convenient, with a bus stop just around the block that takes you directly to the Disney parks. Keep in mind that the bus ride is around 30 minutes, so plan accordingly.
The hotel is also a short 3-minute walk from Urayasu Station, which makes it easily accessible from Narita Airport. The rooms were good, with comfortable beds and a walk-in closet perfect for storing luggage.
Some of the highlights were the in-room kitchen, the supermarket and pharmacy across the street and a convenient store next door. The addition of a washer was also a bonus, although we did wish there was a dryer to complement it.
Consider this hotel if you're looking for an affordable Disney stay and don't mind a bus ride to the parks.

Great location for Disney parks, about 20 - 30 minutes by bus (bus stop just under 5 minutes walk away from hotel). Regular trains to the city, with train station quite close to hotel. Extremely helpful staff members at reception and hard working, reliable cleaning staff.

I have stayed at several other Aparthotels in other countries (the reason I chose this hotel) and I would say this specific hotel wasn’t up to my expectations.
Upsides: VERY CONVENIENT for train station, groceries, bus. Toilet in separate room from shower was convenient.
Downsides: yes, the room is small, the beds are small (but all pushed together so it made it work for our family of 4), only 3 pillows for 4 people. There are no, I mean NO amenities in the room other than shampoo and conditioner and hand soap. There is a kitchenette but no way to cook anything, no utensils and in fact there are signs telling you what not to use/tapped up saying “do not use”. There isn’t even a hot water kettle.

This was not at all the experience I was expecting.

Front desk staff was nice but didn’t go out of their way in anyway.

If you are visiting to go to Disney, stay closer to Disney. I chose this thinking we would get more of a local experience but instead everything we wanted to do was near Disney which was a 40 min bus ride away.

Overall, this is a great hotel option. the room was a good size, had lots of amenities (kitchen and laundry), and was clean and close to transit options. This is especially a great hotel if you are planning on spending time at Tokyo Disney, as it is quite close on multiple bus lines. The only thing that was slightly cumbersome was that the hotel uses real/physical keys, and they ask that if you are going far from the hotel during the day (or going to Disney) that you leave the key with them instead of taking it with you - I suppose keys have been lost previously - this is not a major detractor, but is an extra step to go through each day if you are planning to explore Tokyo areas while staying at this hotel (many of the main tourist attractions in Tokyo are relatively far from the hotel by transit, as Tokyo is just such a large city!)

Staff needs better communication skills. In order to have your to room serviced, you need to schedule it with the front desk and then this is very important. You need to leave you your room before 10:00 am and return after 3:00 pm PLUS you need to leave your room key with the desk because then only have ONE KEY per room on the property. !!! Incredible but true. Units are pretty big and include a kitchenette/ stove/ microwave but NO.. dishes, plates, utinsels, not sure what you can do with that. !! Washing machines in room but no dryer. You need to drip dry items in shower room for two days. Probably will not stay here again.

We stayed at 3 different hotels during our time in Japan and this hotel by far was my favourite. The room is so spacious. Toilet seperate from bathroom. Washing machine was great and the shower/spa bath is nice and big. Big walk in wardrobe for luggage and extra storage space too. Microwave and kettle even the kitchen is all within your spacious room. The room has literally everything you need and beautiful views too. The location was a big A++ for us. So close to the station, shopping mall, police station, convenient stores and restaurants. Everything within walking distance. Check in was so easy and the staff are so lovely and respectful. Even with minimal English they always try to understand your questions and needs. Lawsons right next door was so handy for us especially with walking our luggage down to them to ship it to our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel. If we visit Japan again in the future, I will only be booking to stay here!

I highly recommend this Hotel, close to metro station, stores.
The rooms are big and have closets, that’s a plus if traveling with family!

We loved that Lawsons was right downstairs and there was a grocery store across the street. The train station as also a few minutes walk away. However, if you will be visiting Tokyo Disney, note that the Uruyasu train station trains will not take you there. We were confused at the train station and luckily a nice woman showed us the bus stop down a side street where we had to catch a bus to the parks. As for the room, it did contain a microwave, mini fridge, and a washing machine (which were all very useful) but there was very little room for luggage. For 4 of us, it made it a bit difficult to walk around the room.

200 meter near urayasu station . Easy access via bus to Disneyland and DisneySea

Could hv been better with more than 2 room key for big group
