Lovely hotel, modern rooms with large comfy beds. The staff were all fantastic and really made experience here as brilliant as it was. Would recommend as a base for Disney or business in Tokyo Bay. A little far as a base for Tokyo but would suit if adding a day or two to a trip.

Quality 4 star level hotel with comfy beds, modern furnishings and amenities. Staff were all lovely from check-in to house keeping and the drivers. We booked for a Disney stay and location is great. A much nicer hotel for the price! There is a regular free shuttle or a city bus also comes past every 10mins. It's not ideal for Tokyo but if just adding on a day or two on top of TDL, then the hotel does have free one way transport into Tokyo station and Asakusa. Would recommend and return.

This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Shuttle bus to train station was extremely convenient. The shuttle bus schedule worked well for my family. The rooms were cleaned daily, at my request. Staff was helpful when we needed to catch a taxi. Uber was difficult to book from the hotel, not sure why there wasn’t drivers in the area. May have been isolated issue?

Great spot if you are planning to put in some time at Disney! Free shuttle in the mornings and evenings to Disney and Disney Sea which was great for the kids. great restaurant in the hotel and rooms where very clean, new, and spacious compared to others closer to Tokyo. This area gave me California Disney area Vibes, Was super awesome. If the plan is to travel into Tokyo and Shabuya crossing area more often this hotel is a little bit far, we did two days at Disney and two free days to travel into downtown Tokyo which was perfect. we booked a separate hotel closer Downtown Tokyo later in our trip so we could access spots more easily. This hotel is great Spot for Disney! Highly recomend !

If you are only going to DisneySea or Disneyland, the shuttle bus is definitely convenient to get around. However, if you want to get to their subway or railway, you can still take the shuttle or bus, but you have to wait. Its not conveniently located near your hotel. Thankfully its safe to walk at night but in previous hotels, it was right in front of our hotels. The buffet had a great selection and the room was very clean and spacious enough. The service was excellent and they were kind and helpful. I was very happy to find out there was a washer and dryer on each floor, so I was able to wash some clothes since our tripnwas coming to an end. There is also a shuttle to the airport, which is very convenient. Everything was great, just the metro was pretty far.

Our stay was wonderful! Having shuttle to and from the hotel was a great option to get to the nearest subway line, Disneyland and Tokyo Sea. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and that gave us time to go out. There also is an airport limousine bus you can book that picks you up from the hotel which was cheap and convenient. The downfall was being far from food places, convenient stores, etc. and we had to Uber Eats food. Other than that, a fantastic stay!

We stayed here 2 nights to do Disneyland and the hotel was great. Staff and services were excellent. The Food at the garden restaurant ambience was great but the food was ok.

We did not have breakfast here but went across the road instead as they have more shuttle buses to Disney.

An amazing Hotel

It was my first time staying at this hotel. I got checked in and Bisu at the front desk went above and beyond to answer all my questions. His manager Hirano did a great job as well if I needed extra help with additional questions as well.
The room was big with two large twin beds. I slept really well, and it was perfect. It was nice and quiet too. The bathroom was neat with the shower being outside the bathtub. The water pressure was perfect, and I didn't feel like I was taking a shower in the rain.
The breakfast was amazing. There was so many food choices to choose from. I loved it and made sure I was full before going to the Disney parks.
I loved how the hotel provided Limo Bus service to either the HND or NRT airport. I enjoyed this service.
In all, my stay was absolutely fabulous and everyone at the hotel was amazing !!!

Well where do I start the good part is super clean one check in staff was amazingly helpful with everything we asked !
Room service is terrible no one answer the phone, the menu very small and limited same as the dinner menu .

Couldn’t connect my Netflix to the TV managers and staff came in and tried and nothing works they blamed the company all we get is so sorry so sorry however we were able to watch Netflix on our phones. Everywhere you need to go is at least one hour by train location is not great if you wanted to see other areas of Japan !
