Very quick and easy walk to the hotel from Fantasy Springs or the Bayside Station. Hotel staff was very friendly. There is a small convenience store in the lobby as well as a restaurant that I was able to grab to go food from after a long park day. Room was very large and spacious!

The location of the hotel was great. The train station is across the street and there is a free shuttle that could take you there and thecshopping mall, Ikspiari, for free. The staff was accommodating and courteous. The room maybe dated but spotless and clean. There is a convenient and Disney store on site. The shower is great especially when you are tired from walking. I would stay there again if I was to return to Tokyo Disney.

The bed was absolutely rock hard! The worst sleep of my Japan stay! Truly disappointed! The front desk was quite difficult to communicate with as well. I would not stay here again nor do I recommend this hotel! It is older and needs to be upgraded. I’m sure at one point 30 years ago it may have been a luxury hotel but definitely not anymore.

We have two under 3s and the Japanese tatami mat room was perfect for them! Breakfast was amazing too, we can also rent an Onsen for an hour to go in as a family daily. We loved how close it was to Disney resort as well. The only downside was the cleaners I’ve lost a few things but the staff especially Jasmine was such a sweet and caring person I can’t wait to stay there again. Truly recommend for family with small kids

The hotel is a bit dated, but it’s nice. The bathroom was amazing! Great bathtub, large separate shower, all the toiletries and bottles of things you could ask for. The beds were extremely firm (almost like lying on a box spring), but the staff kindly put on down-filled mattress pads upon request (at midnight after my husband couldn’t sleep). Great location for the parks.

What a fantastic hotel. The room was large and comfortable and came with many amenities. There were even 4 kinds of lotion! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. There was a cute little Disney store. There was also a small convenience store on property not far from the main lobby. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Disneyland Resort monorail. If we go to Tokyo Disney Resort again, this will be our top choice.

Very nice hotel on Tokyo Bay. Across the street from the Bayside monorail station that takes you to Disneyland and Disneysea.

However, the rooms are very dated. The pink decor screams \"built in 1992\" and everything has 30 years of wear.

Also, the beds are very cheap and hard and need replacing immediately. They are showing their age and I could hear the springs creaking when I lay down. Uncomfortable! I woke up with sore hips. I've never had this problem before with any other hotel ever.

The staff were superb, but due to the dated condition and uncomfortable sleep, I would try another hotel on my next visit to Toyko Disneyland.

Rooms were clean and tidy but there was a strong musky odor because of how aged the furniture and building is. Big balls of dust found in the lifts like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Despite the cons the staff were super friendly and the location was very convenient for Disneyland and sea.

If you are heading early to the parks, you dont need to wait for a bus to take you to the station or if you are coming back you can just cross the street and you will be at the hotel.

Had a fantastic 6 nights stay at this hotel. I was very lucky to have my room upgraded by the lovely staff without me even asking for anything, which was both a delightful surprise and an amazing experience. The hotel is part of the Disney Resorts family, which makes it very convenient if you are looking to stay close to Disney without necessarily booking the Disneyland Hotel or the Fantasy Springs Hotel. Overall I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this establishment.

This place have options to transfer to Maihama station, Bayside station (disney trains), Haneda airport and Narita Airport.

Also they don't have adapters for NEMA 5-15 so you need to buy one in Japan like Don Quite or just bring your own. They do have USB to wall converter though

The downside is they don't run very late and so you need to plan ahead. They do have access to Maihama and so if you wanted to get some disney Shopping done at ikspiari and Bon Voyage then it is a free trip to and from Maihama station.

If you miss the last bus from Bayside station, you can walk to the Hotel since it is right across the street.

I would say the downside for many of the properties around Disney Tokyo Resort is the lack of late night dining, so you have no options unless you want to take a taxi to some of the 24 hours spots in Tokyo.

What I like about this property is that it is reasonably priced and convenient to Disneysea and Disneyland. You can also purchase tickets at the counter but based on availability. There are 3 restaurants and they open till 9 or 10pm, but if you are planning your day at the park all day then you won't have many options for food so plan ahead. Sadly, like many Disney properties, this place don't have many Sushi options. It cost money to go to and from the park since you need to take their Disney trains and you should either bring cash(Recommended always when traveling to Japan) or carry a Suica card with you

There isn't much outside of this since there isn't many available but they have a few employees that speaks good English, but are only available during daytime.

The rooms itself are nice but based on the carpet in my room, I would say the carpets are a bit old and outdated. However, overall the rooms are excellent and their bathrooms are big! If you are staying here just keep snacks and stock up on to go dinners.

Property is outdated, Sharp TV with dvd player and 4-5 local channels, limited amenities, suite smelled like smoke, prison mattress, light in bathroom illuminated entire room- odd structural choice. Refrigerator in room was extra small for a suite, water was limited, shuttle service to Disney parks involved the longest wait time. We waited in a line while surrounding hotels came and went. Great location, good staff, poor accommodations.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL. It is very close to Tokyo Disney if that’s something that you’re needing. Check in process was a little long, but the room was so spacious and clean. In Japan, room sizes tend to be on the smaller side it seems, so having a room where my friend and I both had space to open our large suitcases entirely meant a lot to us. The beds were soft, as were the sheets, and the amenities offered were so wonderful! Would 100000% stay here again!

The good thing about the hotel is its proximity to Disney Parks. The room is big but needs renovation. There’s no other benefit os being a “Disney Resort Hotel”, only a shuttle bus from the hotel to the monorail station, but since it is really close to the station, we didn’t want for the bus most of the times. The Disney Shop inside is really small with not many options.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our trip to Japan! We stayed for 6 days at this hotel. The room was quiet, very clean, and the location was super convenient—just a short walk to the Disney Resort Line, which made getting to DisneySea a breeze. (However, it was far from everything else we wanted to do. Now that I know-we will book several hotels based on all the places we want to go to next time).

The customer service was absolutely amazing—staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. That alone made a big difference in our overall experience.

The only downsides were the musty smell in the hallway,and the air conditioning in the room, which wasn’t very strong. It made the room a bit warm at times, especially after coming back from a long day out.

Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel and give it 4 stars out of 5. The cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and outstanding service really stood out.
