The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect.

What an amazing partnered Disney hotel! The hotel was great! My daughter loved that from 2pm-11pm there was a snack station with candy, chocolates, puff ice cream, and DRINKS! yes, alcohol is included between that time and slushies/soft drinks for kids. We will definitely be back. The shuttle was a great plus along with their Tirtoir room that had everything you could think of.

The pretty has a very cute lobby that has a candy bar, cotton candy machine, drinks, and make your own pancakes. They had an interactive projection area for the kids to play in that was super fun. The breakfast buffet was superb! The room was big and spacious. They had a very easy, free bus to Disneyland every 20 min.

We were really impressed with the hotel. It is well located for disney and just a 20 min train journey into Tokyo. Trains are every 5 mins during the day and station connected to the hotel via a covered walkway.
There is a welcome lounge for drinks and snacks in the evening. The hotel was spotless and the room was nice and big for our family of 4. We will definitely stay here next time we are in tokyo.

We had such an amazing day at the Oriental hotel Tokyo Bay. I love that they have free amenities for you to grab the welcome lounge was amazing and the room was clean and comfortable. The food at their restaurant was also delicious. The restaurant even gave us fatty tuna Included in the buffet. I also loved the shuttle to and from the Disney parks it made everything so convenient after a long day I didn’t have to think I just hopped on the bus and it drove us straight to the hotel. Everything about this hotel was impressive. I would 100% stay again.

Amazing hotel, facilities, location, shuttle. Room was lovely and clean and the Lawsons in the lobby was very convenient and well stocked. Great access to the station and the nearby shopping centre as well with plenty of food options and supermarket.

My only complaint was that the check-in line was too long - not letting people check in early seems a bit silly since most hotels globally just don’t let you access your room but will hold your baggage. We had to wait about 30 mins to check in even though we had pre-filled out the information.

A really convenient and cost effective place to stay for Disney. The shuttle made it super simple to to get too and from. The welcome lounge was a real hit for our group of 12 (free drink and sweet treats available in the afternoon/evenings). Foot massagers in the bedrooms, amazing showers. We really rated this place, especially given the price!

Stayed in the Marin Deluxe Quintuple room. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Free amenities room where you can get toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton pads, and bath towels. Different type washer where you don’t have to add detergent. Dryer took a long time to dry. Loved the shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea so convenient and on time.

Bonus: the lounge provides free snacks/ drinks from 1400-2300hrs and even allow you to bring up to room. Kids loved the sweets/ cotton candy/ pancake while adults loved the free flow beer/ wine

Amenities: washing machine/ dryer uses QR code for credit card payment, much better than having to hunt for coins. One whole room for you to go in to pick up whatever toothbrush/ towel/ cleanser etc

We did not eat from the candy buffet (after spending the day at Disney, we would have preferred fresh fruit or vegetables). The breakfast was fantastic for variety and quality.

Updated room with lots of space. Breakfast buffet had a large variety to accommodate our allergies, although it was always busy. Complimentary shuttle to Disney, food court w/ free snacks and beverages and baggage storage area were all appreciated. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also there is a large Lawson attached to the lobby that made things very convenient (ex. ran out of hair spray). I would most definitely stay again at the Oriental Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and Disneysea. There is a Lawson downstairs and the train station is a 3 min walk away. There is the mall area also within a few mins walk. Overall, the area was very convenient for our young family.

The hotel is a bit older but it is well maintained and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our children loved the lounge area with complimentary snacks and drinks, especially the grape slushies and cotton candy machine.

There is an entire amenity store that you can “shop” at, laundry facility, microwave area, and shuttle bus to Disney.

This is my new favorite hotel near the Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was perfect for 4 adults. They had recently refurbished the hotel and we could tell. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The nightly reception area was comfortable with lots of drink and snack options. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located next to the train station, stores and a shopping mall. It was 1-stop away from Maihama and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to/from Disney. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

In the lobby they have a free snack, drinks, for all ages.
There is a Lawson’s in the hotel. It’s next to a mall with lots of food options. But the mall doesn’t open till 10/11.
There is a family mart right down the road, maybe a 5/10 minute walk.
The staff is very friendly!
They do luggage transfer. Airporter is what they recommended for same day delivery. It’s a courier .
They offer free shuttle to both parks.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was a bit inefficient (had to wait in line). Breakfast buffet is great, but very crowded at 6:30am - 7:30am, probably because of people going early to Disneyland. If your reservation includes breakfast, be careful to check inclusions as they seem to charge kids from 4 - 6 yrs separately. They incorrectly charged me breakfast for two days for my 9yo until I emailed the hotel to ask about it - after that they fixed it with the restaurant. If requiring an airport bus to Narita just note that there are limited operating times from the Shin-Urayasu station next door. If you take the hotel shuttle to Disneyland, there are many more airport bus departure times from there (the airport bus picks up right next to the hotel shuttle drop off location).

We spent only one night here; we were in Tokyo for an event. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Great decor, the hallways are nice, the rooms are nice as well. It was me, my husband and our 2 kids ( 1yo and 4 yo). The staff didn’t seem very kind to my kids. They also told me breakfast was free and then charged me ¥1,500 for my 4 yo. The breakfast was buffet style and had some really great options. The food was delicious. I’d recommend this hotel, but just a warning that they may not be so kind to children.

We had an amazing time at the Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay! The staff were so kind, courteous, and helpful — they truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was great, and having a Lawson right inside the hotel was such a bonus, especially for snacks and quick essentials. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea made getting around so easy, and the kids absolutely loved the lobby area with the free candy bar, drinks, and beer taps. Everything was convenient, clean, and family-friendly. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Great location literally across from Shin-Urayasu station. Shuttle to Disney was also super helpful and was often. Lawson within the hotel on the main floor. Many cool toiletries provided for free and free snacks and drinks including beer every evening. Room was spacious as well, and the set up with the separate bath, toilet, and sink was very convenient when you have mutiple people sharing. Luggage forwarding also available and was cheaper than another service we used. All in all a great stay and I would go back again!

We absolutely loved or stay at the Oriental Hotel Tokyo. We cannot rate this hotel higher if you want to be close to disneyland. We also found Tokyo city itself very accessible, with around a 30 minute train trip friending on where you want to visit. The location is close to a shopping centre, with 2 for courts and another centre that has food underneath. There is a large supermarket close by with excellent take away options for sushi, salad, bakery, pasta, etc. The hotel has a microwave room on the lower lobby level where the bridal boutique and bus stop is (opposite the exit). The food in the supermarket is about better than Lawson if you can be bothered with with walk, which is only 5 minutes. The food options in the fit courts include isakaya, soba and udon, italian, spanish and many Japanese options. All were very good.

We stayed in the Oriental Superior Triple room and paid extra at check in to make up the couch (sofa) in the room. The beds were very comfortable. Some reviewers found them hard, however we all slept well as a daily of four. The bedding configuration is 2 x double (twin), 1 single and 1 couch. This means if you have the couch made up, there is no seating area except the bed. There is a small table and 1 buffet stool. The rooms have a big television (all Japanese stations), however you can connect to Netflix, YouTube, etc. The bathroom was spotless, with a shower room and bath, separate vanity area and toilet.
