Had a 6 person room for our family, we had 6 twin beds so everyone got their own bed but the room was pretty small for 6 people. Breakfast was great as was their welcome lounge. Onsite laundry was a bonus as we got to wash everything before our cruise - did get really busy though so plan carefully.

Wow! This place was a great base for visiting Disney with many little extras like a regular free shuttle and free drinks and candy bar in the evening. Breakfast range was fabulous - kids loved the donut wall and fresh pressed orange juice.

The welcome station was essentially an all day happy hour 2pm - 11pm with free beer, champagne, and lots of snacks for the kids. They also provide pajamas along with many other small things that make life easier.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed — easy access to Tokyo and other areas. We arrived late on our first day and only had about 15 minutes to grab dinner before the kitchen closed. Unfortunately, we ended up paying over $115 for two adults and three kids (9, 6, and 3), and we barely got any food. Dinner was buffet‑style, and honestly, that was my biggest disappointment.
However, the little shop with amenities is a HUGE plus, and having a Lawson connected to the hotel is incredibly convenient. Overall, it’s a great hotel despite that one hiccup.

Pros: The room was excellent for two adults and two teenagers going to DisneySea. The shuttle to the Disney park was very easy to use. On our first day we didn’t pay attention and accidentally got off at the first stop which was Disneyland. We ended up taking the monorail to DisneySea from Disneyland, but the return ride home and the second day was all perfect. The room had an electric foot massager for our sore feet after walking - it was so nice! Don’t hesistate to try it!
We used Sagawa for luggage shipping at the hotel - they were cash only so make sure you bring cash and ship it a day ahead of when you need it.
Location: right next to the train station, so many options for dinner there, Lawson’s was downstairs, never had to worry about food options.

Cons: Laundry was very busy at night and dryers leave your clothes damp. Be prepared to air dry some of your clothes. The welcome lounge with free drinks and candy bar sounded nice, but it felt a little bit like a zoo down there with kids running around like it was a playground. Floors were sticky, cotton candy station was nice but also sticky. We stopped by for a quick drink a couple times in the evening but the scene was not for us. Not a big deal, we were at DisneySea during the day and evenings.

Overall an excellent location and hotel for visitors going to Disney!! Lots of families with young children at this hotel.

If you want to check in early, you need to tell the front desk reception that you are willing to pay otherwise they will tell you that there is no room available. I landed early so I needed to check in at 8am to rest before I head out due to a non restful flight. JPY10,000 was the \"early\" fee.

Clean room, friendly staff, they thought of everything. Nice touch with the lounge room open between 2-10, free beer, wine and soda as well as light snacks for kids. It rained while we were there and they let us borrow without a fee umbrellas for our entire family. Would definitely recommend.

There’s a metro station across from the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel also has restaurants and a Family Mart which came in handy for late snacks or early morning coffee. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was great.

Very close to the train station. Super touristy and busy through most of the waking hours. Sometimes need to stand in line to get onto the elevators. Rooms are cleaned once every 3 days. Was good enough to get to Disney but you are 30 minutes from the main districts of Tokyo.

Laundry is too old fashion, should be washer and dryer in one machine with a locking PIN number. Room was clean. But no desk or chairs in the room, made it very hard to work on laptop etc. Also bathroom sink it so low like its designed just for children and not adults. No real cupboards or storage space in the room.

Great spot for visiting the Disney resorts. Shuttles run frequently and are right outside the door. The room was great with a great shower. Luggage storage was very convenient. There is a Lawsons convenience store in the hotel with everything you might need. We didn't go to the cafes but they looked very nice.

Hotel was lovely, rooms were more spacious then others we had stayed in which was nice. Enjoyed the ability to have the drinks and sweet bar when we had been out for the day.

Only downside was the laundry which even though had 6 washers and dryers could not accommodate the amount of people that were staying there, even at 3.30am the dryers were all full. This may not be an issue for those only staying for short periods or moving onto somewhere else.

I did find this quite minimal downside for the rest that was great.

Location is about a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic to Disney. They do off frequent free shuttles there and back so that was nice. Check in was a bit hectic because it was no clear from the main floor that it was on the second. But they had a free amenities area that was pretty packed through by the time we checked in around 7 pm but wasn’t really needed. The guest lounge with free drinks and snacks from 2pm-11pm was pretty nice. It does get busy at 9pm ish when people are returning from Disney. But you can take them up to your room. There’s a Lawson connected to the hotel that’s well stocked and pedway to a shopping mall and metro station. Pretty spacious rooms considering Japan. Very helpful staff when I needed help to fill out the sheets to ship my luggage to the next hotel. They had shipping labels and extra boxes in the room if needed which was nice.

Nice big hotel, sometimes busy (we got a queue for elevators, where residents staying in some floors were encouraged to take stairs rather than elevator). Very nice and abundant breakfast, amenities, toiletries etc. Nice room, bed and shower. Air conditioning was not working correctly due to maintenance. Feet massager and humidifier were a plus. Location is amazing.. near shoppings, restaurants and train station. I would stay again.

The shuttle to Disney helped out a lot, they had good amenities. We had a week long stay and cleaned once, which I preferred. They came in daily to empty the trash out and give us new bath towels and pjs. We didn’t use the pjs or foot massage so I can’t speak on those. Over all enjoyed the stay.

Room was clean, but cramped because of the 3 beds (typical for Japan). The Bathroom, however, was nice and spacious. The Welcome Lounge is a treat with the snacks and good drinks. Breakfast was amazing! So many options and a lot of them were fresh. I specially liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was so convenient. Then there’s the location. There’s a mall and train station just across the street. You can use the hotel walkway on the second floor to cross. And, let’s not forget the 24-hr Lawson store in the building. It’s great for when you get hungry in the middle of the night and the restaurants are already closed.

Our 6 bed room was perfect. Small fridge. Private bathroom. Bought the flight and hotel package for spring break and it was cheaper than buying individually.

Locationed right next to Shin Urayasu Train Station. Also across the train tracks from shopping mall with lotst of american fast foods. Plenty of stores. Grocery store. Candy store. Also has a food court with many Japanese options. Pastries, smoothies, donuts, anything and everything you would need right there. 7-Eleven was 2 blocks away.

My stay was excellent from the start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly helpful ,accommodating, making checkin and out and other inquiries seamless. The room was spotless and the temp was perfectly set up for comfort.
Transportation was also hassle free especially the shuttle service to Disney. Drivers were very polite and always on time. I enjoyed the breakfast as well- there were so many options to choose from. Servers were also polite and helpful showing me how to use the machines.
Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Twin beds are small and is really meant for one bed per person, even though the website claims it's suitable for 2 people each.

Aside from that, the breakfast buffet is hands down the best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever had. Great variety and quality. The welcome lounge is also a cherry on top when back from a long day of Disney. These 2 things alone make up for the small rooms and small beds.

The welcome bar was interesting and more geared towards kids with lots of candy options, and cotton candy. So we just made a few pancakes and enjoyed some beverages.
They have two really nice restaurants which were a bit pricy but looked like a huge selection of buffet style food. I dont eat meat so it wasnt worth the price for me, as most of the non-meat items were donuts, breads and a salad.

The shuttle to Disney was very convenient.
I originally thought we would take the train but the shuttle was direct and drops you off right near the Disney park security entrance and has a good schedule so we took the hotel shuttle to and from the parks daily.

I would stay again.

The hotel is one train stop from Tokyo Disney and close to various shopping. You can get to downtown Tokyo easily from the Shin Urayasu station. The hotel staff speaks basic English - and the amenities provided made for a delightful stay - nightly snacks, washer and dryers, on-site restaurants - a Lawson's connected - shuttle to ad from Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea - will definitely return

The location of this property is perfect for beginners! We took a bus from Narita airport and landed at Shin Urayasu station which is right across the street from this hotel! We did choose this hotel for Disneyland which the hotel offers a free shuttle for. The breakfast buffet is delicious! If you’re debating to include that for your stay, I say go for it! Overall the staff was extremely helpful, room was beautiful and the amenities and location of the property is perfect.

What an amazing partnered Disney hotel! The hotel was great! My daughter loved that from 2pm-11pm there was a snack station with candy, chocolates, puff ice cream, and DRINKS! yes, alcohol is included between that time and slushies/soft drinks for kids. We will definitely be back. The shuttle was a great plus along with their Tirtoir room that had everything you could think of.
