Right in front of the front desk there are some items like hair brush, bath salts, etc for free for your enjoyment. Electronic bidet in the bathroom. I’m very happy with my room.

Stayed Lumiere Kasai Hotel for 4 nights with my family of 2 kids. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and got cleaned daily very thoroughly by hard working staff. The location is very convenient. Your limou bus from Narita airport stops 2 min walk from hotel and Kasai station trains will take you wherever you want to go. Close to Disneyland and Teamlab planets but a little bit far from other side of the city attraction which was ok.
They made good memory for my family hence I'll give them a 5 STAR excellent considering the value we received for the price we paid!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lumiere Kasai! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The property itself is very clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing clothes for guests to use during our stay. It made our visit even more comfortable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

This was my second time staying at Hotel Lumiere Kasai. The hotel is conveniently located to public transportation (trains /buses). It is an easy 15 minute bus ride to the Disney parks- bus depot is 5 minutes away from hotel.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious… but most importantly the staff is amazing! I had the pleasure of speaking with Miyajoto who speaks excellent English. She graciously made some suggestions after I asked for places to go the afternoon I arrived before my Disney day. She’s professional and friendly.

I then received assistance from Ichinose who was a delightful lady! She assisted me a few times during my stay even till I left. She wrote down in Japanese the address of my next hotel so that I may present it to my taxi driver who she came out to speak with on my behalf on the day I left.

These ladies and all other staff members I came into contact with make a hotel a wonderful place to stay!

Further, as a solo, female traveler_ I felt safe in this hotel and surrounding area. There are lots of options of places to eat and an awesome supermarket 4 blocks away.

I’ll continue to refer this hotel as a go to place for anyone visiting this area of Japan.

Love that the room is big. Breakfast is great. We love the daily croissants. I also love the cream corn soup very much. Hot dish, and salad. The lovely hot chocolate that is available all day long. On the day of our arrival, there was also lemonade.

The only thing I believe would be helpful to the guests is that they can advise guests to prebook bus tickets to airport. We did not know it needs prepbooking to guarantee a seat on scheduled shuttle to airport. We walked 5 minutes to the shuttle station to find that we may not necessary get on the bus. It was scary. We almost didn't make it o. The bus. Please book in advance if you need the shuttle.

This hotel is meant to be a 4-star hotel and is so convenience to the Kasai main station where it connects to all major bus and rail lines. Hotel staffing is very helpful for all tourist's needs. Rooms are so exceptional clean although it may be a little small as compared to American standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family members.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't care too much for the breakfast options and only having one pillow didn't provide the easiest sleeping experience but overall it was fine. The bath was very relaxing but the small shower space made it so water went everywhere

A wonderful hotel

For it being our first time booking on Expedia in Japan, it was a great experience. Check in was very easy and the staff knew English so it is very foreigner friendly. The amenities were great and the rooms are very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly. Will definitely book with them again.

Good low budget place all within a block from a train station, mcdonalds, 7- 11, and many local food places. Beds were decent. Room was standard with some great advantages in the bigger ones (small kitchen, washer dryer combo ect. Breakfast is unexpected as a foreigner and gets old fast. Staff was wonderful and overall its a good place in a decent spot.

Conveniently located near Kasai station and buses heading to Disneyland/Disneysea and Haneda/Narita airports. Quite a number of food options and convenience stores around as well! Things that bothered me were that the toilet was too dimly lit, and the breakfast spread was limited (basically just pastries, sausages soaked in oil and scrambled egg) and it's the same everyday. Overall, it was a good stay and I wouldn't mind staying here again!

Overall this was a good place to stay for us and was quite close to the train and bus station which we used. Friendly staff, breakfast was OK. Our room was on a higher floor which gave us an interesting view, fireworks in the distance from the Disney park could be seen. Our room though was not very clean, stained carpet and the bathroom had a major mildew issue. The smell of mildew was quite strong and there appeared to be mold under the tub and around the sides. Basic hotel that could use some updating.

Very convenient location close to Kasai metro station and buses. Plenty of supermarkets and food outlets across the road. Room serviced daily. Washing machine/dryer, bar fridge and microwave came in handy. Breakfast was an added bonus. We had 2 adjacent rooms for family of 5 - three singles to a room. Could watch Disney fireworks from our window each night. The hotel is abt 30-40 mins on metro to CBD but a short bus ride to Disney. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Reasonable price for a small room. Near the Kasai station (Tozai line) which makes it convenient to start navigating around Tokyo. Not near city center (can be a plus or minus depending on your needs). Breakfast offers fewer choices than other hotels we stayed at. Textured walls in room clearly showed wear. In general, I would say this hotel met all our needs for our stay but was not a stand out.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is nothing special, but fast and adequate. Wifi very good and everything very clean. Coin-op laundry worked as expected. Bathroom was large enough that I felt I could get into the shower / tub safely, and there was a grab bar on the inside tub wall, which is not always available in Japan. I travel for work, so I like to find takeout and eat it in my room while working; I found a supermarket with prepared food very near the train station and also a covered shopping area under the train tracks -- the takeout shops are at the far end from the train station, with lots of cooked vegetables.

Very near kasai station and bus stops for airport limousine bus and bus for disney. Next to a big supermarket and several convenient stores. Not much english for hotel personnel but very eager to help. Google translate was helpful.

Very convenient location next to Kasai metro station. A direct bus to Kasai station is available from Narita airport to the station and back (Both Narita and Haneda airports actually with room for luggage). Loads of eateries nearby. Easy to get to central Tokyo via the metro system. Close to Disneyland and Disneysea with direct buses to and from for anyone looking for budget accommodation. The bus stops are next to the metro station. The rooms are small however. The staff are excellent, very helpful and polite. They serve a european breakfast in the mornings with a decent selection. Wifi is available and good. Would definately stay again. An excellent choice for the budget conscious who are happy in spartan, but comfortable accommodation.

Great location if you are going to Disney Resorts, there is a bus station very closed by (less than 10mins. walk) and direct to the Disney Theme Parks, including return is easy from the parks too.

Plus point, there is also a T17-Kasai Metro Line that could bring you to the town, of cause, you may need to transfer a little more. So, I stayed a few nights for my Disney tour and then i moved to stay in Shinjuku area after that. But after staying here, actually i don't mind to stay through here and do the transfer everyday, but because i am traveling with a children so i swapped hotel to nearer to the city as my itinerary would be close the city.

You could get everything you need day and night, not to worry!

Hotel has everything you needed and the staffs were very helpful.

Breakfast buffet was good too.

Our stay there was great (5nights). The room is spacious enough for 2 people. And it's being cleaned everyday. Staffs are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Though some cannot converse in English fluently but still, they are willing to help us in any way they can. The location is just 2 blocks away from kasai station so we've got no problems staying out late. I'll definitely book this hotel again.

Great hotel for the price!

This hotel was a bit outside the loop but very much worth the 25 min. extra ride to Tokyo Station area. Pros-The room was large (3 beds) and housekeeping did an excellent job in making up the room daily, with excellent wifi connection, microwave, sink, washer/dryer in room, and a short 3 minute walk to Kasai station. Free breakfast was also excellent with an outstanding staff making sure food was replenished and tables cleaned. There are lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Cons- The Tozai Line trains gets very crowded, you can hear police and ambulance sirens throughout the night.

Nice and close to the station. Staff were friendly in general, however one staff member was confused and really hesitant when we asked him to book a table at a restaurant for us. They only took phone bookings and, not speaking Japanese, we thought reception could do it for us (a fairly common thing for hotels to do) but he was really not sure what to do.
